Outsider Tart in City of London, Westminster

Bedienung sehr nett, mit dem Essen konnte das Outsider Tart leider nicht punkten… der Turkey Bagel leider sehr trocken und nicht lecker. keine frischen Produkte etc. der Frühstücks Burrito hatte sehr schwammiges Ei drin.

Decided to have brunch here as the menu looked interesting offering a change from the usual fare. Turned out to be a good choice. I had a spicy egg dish, best described as a cross between a tortilla and an omelette and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a quiet time in the cafe and I was served very quickly with freshly-prepared food. The area was easily accessible in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful and pleasant

We went to Outsider Tart @ The Lyric at the the start of a long day. Absolutely first class food, generously portioned - the Raisin Bread French Toast was amazing, and we were able to go through the rest of the day with just some fruit until dinner time. Staff were all very friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. Would definitely go back.

Went today to Outsider Tart at the Lyric, Hammersmith. We asked for 2 coffees the man who served us was so rude and dismissive. We decided not to have the coffees not paying to be treated like that. We said leave it you are so rude. As we walked away he shouted at us that we had no sense of humour. I think it was the other way round. I think he was standing right by the owner who said nothing. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour! Please avoid!!

only visited the Euston Rail tent- Chiswick is closed and now in Hammersmith. I got a brownie with nutella cheesecake on top- usually something i would not order yet i was told the brownie under cheesecake is more dark chocolate- it was supremely wonderful that i returned to get another on my return trip at Euston.

Turkey bagel (savoury) was served on a cinnamon and raisin bagel - it was disgusting. According to the server, this is to contrast the flavours (?). There were no other bagel available….. we removed the contents from the bagel only to find the turkey raw in places Awful

Refreshing staff with personality in bucket loads. The Peanut Butter Brownie was so delicious it was inhaled in an instant. Too big for one, or so I thought, agreed to share! I wont make that mistake again. Keep doing what you do. I'm a CX manager for a large multi national so know what good looks like. Take it from me, personality is better than bland, subservient and boring. Lean in, you wont regret it.

Fortunately I did not meet the grumpy owner that some other reviewers have mentioned! We went yesterday and had a great experience! First of all, I love the name and the look of the place. Then the staff (one man on the counter and another man who brough the food to the table) were very nice and friendly! And the food was delicious too! I had the turkey bagel and my friend had the blueberry pancakes. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely come back when life brings me to Chiswick again. (Hopefully I won't run into the grumpy guy!!!)

Experienced the worst customer service at Outsider Tart that I have ever witnessed. The owner was incredibly rude and abusive to the point I actually couldn’t believe the way he was talking to paying customers. Problematic behaviour - I hope the owner invests in a good therapist with the money he makes on his overpriced basic pancakes, as he clearly has a lot of issues that he needs resolved.

The owner is aggressive, rude and should NOT be let loose in the community. £31 for 4 pancakes because you're not allowed to share. The member of staff is clearly petrified of his boss. When we questioned the bill, he went to get his boss and before he went said "this isn't going to end well". The owner - a large, angry American man - pushed the member of staff towards the card reader when issuing the refund. Honestly, never been spoken to so badly in my life. On our way out he shouted to point out how he'd paid for the trees outside the building?! Honestly... we have walked home stunned.

The food was so basic and limited on taste that it makes your eyes water over how overpriced it is. The portion is snack size with shoddy presentation; as for taste, it seems that mayonnaise slaw is spread and stretched to the limit rendering the dishes rather cliché reminiscent of the nonsense sold as food in the seventies. Waiters had zero familiarity with the menu so we couldn't get any insight about the dishes and their preparation method. As I stood at the front counter to pay, I felt unacknowledged by the chap whom I thought was the big boss. When I pointed to him the waiter who served our food saying that he knows about our table and order, he simply instructed him to carry on working - which to me felt quite rude. Our few previous visits before the pandemic were not as bad, so this is the end of the road for us as far as the Outsider Tart is concerned - so beware, there are better places around this area.

Waited for ages to be served! Sarcastic waiter! Dog hair in our food due to the biggest dog ever next to us! We wanted to leave as fast as possible! The food was not worth the price. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN and I I wish I read other reviews before going!

Food good and decent portions. Decor great. Service non-existent. Disliked unnecessary paper cups. Wont be going there again.

I stood waiting at the counter to be served, the employee who was busy on the phone didn't have the courtesy to look up and apologise for the wait. After 10mins i gave up and left.

Broad selection of choices on menu but was let down by the service. Waited over 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Staff seem to pick and choose who they serve without really paying greater attention to who's arrived when. Such a shame but more customer training is needed.

I will not be going back here again. Save yourself the disappointment. The owner seems to think that it is okay to be rude to customers and to staff. I hope their staff leave. The service was SO slow, the food was bland and the energy and vibe was negative. I felt unwelcome, and at one point the staff told me 'you can eat somewhere else you don't have to eat here'... that was after I'd waited over an hour for my food. Whatever this place is trying to be, the only thing it is is a shambles. Rude, bad food, bad service and bad, bad vibes. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this place.

I live nearby and stop her fairly regularly for either breakfast or cake as both are excellent. During lockdown someone ordered some brownies from here to be sent to me and the owner personally delivered them to my place one evening. He was super polite and friendly and the brownies were damn fine and dense as hell. Been for breakfast several times since. I can recommend the pancakes, but make sure you’re hungry cause the plates are massive. Hot chocolaté was good too. They’ve got some table outside and at the moment (during pandemic) they’ve put up some gazebos decorated with fairy lights which creates are really lovely festive atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit here if you are in Chiswick.

Rude service from the owner! You know the kind of dismissive, arrogance that gives you a knot in your throat?! I’ll definitely not go there again. I feel so sorry for the staff who work there.

We stopped here for coffee and cake. There was plenty of outside seating available. The cakes were delicious as were the drinks. Service was fast and friendly.

Contrary to other reviews - I had a great lunch experience here. I really enjoyed my bagel, thought the cake selection was excellent and found the staff very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to returning for a weekend brunch.

The food is lovely, pancakes light and delicious, eggs really nice. The place is a bit grubby, clean but meant to be really casual, which was fine but the High chair really needed to be cleaned. Our waitress was very kind and attentive.

We had some brownies and cake slices from this shop. They varied from stodgy to stale with one (crumb cake I believe) managing both. Not somewhere I'd return to.

After a few times, we can safely say the staff is just rude and/or don't care. Food is okay but pricey. They serve drinks in disposable cups, which is quite revolting.

At this point, if you are following me, you no doubt have discovered that one of my weaknesses are the cakes and pies. This place is sooooo delicious. The owners are two locals who know what they're doing, not just merchandising .... My personal recommendation: the carrot and pineapple cupcake and cheese biscuits!

We’ve been here so many times over the years, whether for just a takeaway coffee or brunch at the weekends and it’s always outstanding. Owners are absolute gems. Their thanksgiving event is a blast and they did a private event for my girlfriend’s birthday which was excellent from start to finish and they were so so helpful and kind always. Even my grandmother in her mid 80s adores the place!

I spent my 1st Thanksgiving away from family, so I was feeling homesick. A friend and I went here for a proper Thanksgiving dinner. The deciding factor was that the chef is an American chef who does Thanksgiving dinner as it should be, not a Londoner who THINKS what Thanksgiving should be. Family style tables, turkey, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, potato dishes, veggies, corn bread, all the works, and every bite of it was amazing! The turkey was so moist, the flavors, the combinations of dishes (pumpkin and beans!?), this was probably the best Thanksgiving dinner I've ever had...or maybe top 3. The chef was a bit delayed in serving dinner on time, but he did provide us with some desserts to hold us over while we waited. I can't wait to come again for Thanksgiving...wow!!!

I had the most delicious turkey bagel. Thick slices of roasted turkey, a generous hit of cheese, crisp lettuce and fresh slaw between a Perfectly baked bagel. Superb.

I wrote a review back in 2016, after being impressed with the lovely food and lovely people I met at this cafe. Visited recently with my family and the experience left me feeling rather disappointed. The waiting staff were not interested in looking after us but spending much of the time on their phones (very odd!). Menu hadn’t changed much and the shelves once fully stocked up with various American food/ingredients completely empty. One of the owners who is the main chef was still there and he was as lovely as ever but everything else just wasn’t the same. Maybe I’ll go back for cakes but I’ll be opting for take aways next time. What a shame...

Just visiting for coffee I though this was an interesting place with an al fresco atmosphere. I sat at the bar in front of an attractive selection of cakes in metal trays. For me the service was fine and I shall return if I revisit the area.

The place is really bad. The menu is confusing. I ordered something and they didn't listen to me. They assumed I want something and blamed me for being not specific. Staff don't speak proper English and very rude! This place is not worth every penny.Do not come here ever.

What I bought was extremely tasty and well worth the price paid. Look forward to trying different products-everything looked good. Keep up the good work!

Not a clue why this lovely gem of a bakery/restaurant has bad reviews claiming rude staff going to guess its typical chiswick residents thinking they are gods gift and then not getting their way and having a temper tantrum online.

The attitude of the Manager/owner/chef is off the scale!

Mi familia y mi madre desayunaron con 4 niños pequeños y ansiaban encontrar nuestro lugar de desayuno de fin de semana en Chiswick después de mudarnos recientemente a la ciudad. Need some information regarding there menu and found the staff rude and uninterested to help, not exactly great for a bakery.

The staff are so incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. It really put me off my experience. The cakes were nice but nothing to rave about. I felt I was being an imposition to the staff by simply being a paying customer. I was looking for a sugary high but came out feeling deflated and depressed. What a load of rubbish!

The owner of this place is very rude and made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. He was so pretentious and seemed bothered that we were even in the cafe. I would never return to support this business.

Extremely rude server ruined our experience in this cafe. My friend and I walked in to pick up some cakes as we had decided to treat ourselves the morning of my birthday. There wasn’t a single label on any of the different selection of cakes on the counter so we asked the man behind the counter if he could tell us what they were. He made us feel we were massively inconveniencing him and could not have been more condescending. First rolling his eyes, he then sighed loudly before turning his back to us and saying ‘I’m in the middle of multitasking. Point to which ones you’d like to know about and it would make things easier’. We suspect he was the owner given how arrogant he was and the way he expected the lovely girl returning to the counter to jump in and serve us automatically without even acknowledging her or ending the conversation with us. To her credit, she herself was very polite and friendly but given our initial experience we won’t be returning. I bought a flapjack - which was completely average. My friend decided not to purchase from them because of the service so instead we crossed the road to ‘Angies Little Food Shop” - which we highly recommend, similar food offering only with lovely service and great quality cakes.

Really great place - went on New Year's Day. We'd made a reservation and asked for a 'baby space'. There was room for the pram and a baby seat already at the table when we arrived. Great banter with the staff and lovely brunch menu. Would defo go again.

We went here this afternoon as we fancied cake and this really hit the spot. I had a toffee pecan-y oaty thing and my boyfriend had a peanut butter chocolate cakey thing (I’m not a connoisseur and there wasn’t labels so I immediately forgot what everything was called!). They were both amazing and the coffee was really good too. They also had almond milk for my boyfriends cappuccino. Very relaxing atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon and cool decor. Would recommend and will probably go again next time we’re in the area and need something sweet and naughty for our tummies.

Having moved to chiswick a few months ago and loving every experience and Every restaurant and cafee we been to and wanting to visit Outsider TArt as it looked cute from outside. Arriving with my partner and our 4yo kid. It’s almost empty already cramped with oversized furniture that barely guests and staff can Walk around.

I used to have sympathy for Outsider Tart in relation to the C9 cycle super highway and supported them in that context. But no more after today’s experience.

I was there for breakfast. My pancake undercooked, when I reported cos it could upset my stomach, gentleman said : it happened few times before and they can try (same one) to cook it properly. Then I said I can't wait cos I've got an appointment. So he said he's sorry but they can't help and I have to pay full for pancake which I didn't eat!

The staff are very hostile, and there is no smiles or a warm welcome. There's a great cafe across the Road called Angies, who have lovely staff. Coffee served in takeaway cups, so I might as well have saved my money and gone to Costa instead.

This is very local to me and thought would try in aim to o support local businesses.

We moved in next door so we gave this place a try for the first time today for brunch. Every sinlge one of the staff seemed to be having a really bad day: from our waiter who didn’t know the menu, to the bald gentleman behind the bar (the manager?) who was so dismissive, all topped by the chef himself who was simply rude to me. The couple sitted next to us left before their food arrived, complaining of the service. A negative vibe, we won’t be coming back. Food was ok, nothing to write home about, so they really can’t afford to offer such bad service and expect people to come back. Quality of the service makes or breaks a place just as much as the quality of the food does, if not more...Really sad to experience this...

I went with my gf to Outsider Tart on the 30th of September for a quick lunch and went to ask for a hotdog and a pulled pork bun. As I can't eat cheese I asked the waitress what was on the hotdog. It seemed she hasn't been working there for long as she had to ask her colleague (manager?) about it.

Outsider start is a wonderful place for both breakfast and lunch and of course brunch. It’s a classic American bakery that serves delicious brownies and other sweet treats... The lunch menu is a mix of sweet and savoury. They have their own recipe book for cakes and alike. It’s run by a hay couple called David and David - They are both incredibly kind

This cafe/bakery/restaurant has got to be the only establishment that at the mere mention of the words “Outsider Tart?” I start involuntarily salivating.

Voy a Londres dos veces al año y siempre que mi manera de extraño. El monstruo es la absoluta eyed mejor comida. Si tienes el hambre del monstruo bien colgado, no te va a decepcionar. Zumo de naranja fresco delicioso y buen café! Los propietarios son muy agradables, e incluso cuando se ocupado siempre tienen tiempo para una breve charla. Walked in this morning and server was talking to a friend and said she'd be with me in a minute. I waited a lot longer but she just carried on chatting...there was only one other couple in the restaurant area. Eventually I gave up.

I went last Saturday night for first time in nearly one year. My chilli dog was fine, nothing special, lacking any sort of finesse. My real irritation was that the server had a horrible attitude. It was clear that he did not want to be there. I asked which he would recommend - chilli dog or pulled pork sandwich - he replied they are basically the same. What kind of attitude is that? I always wonder how restaurant owners can be so out of touch with what happens when they are not present. Anyway, although i have been many times over last 6 years, and do love the menu, i will not rush back.

Been coming here for years and it never fails to dissapoint.

Fuimos por el café y la tarta, después de ser recomendado por un amigo. El lugar estaba completamente lleno así que pensamos que debe ser bueno! Había una gran variedad de tartas y bandeja de quingombó, optamos por la mantequilla de maní pastel de chocolate y la masa de galleta y brownie. Ambos estaban deliciosos y generosos. Volvería sólo por este motivo.

We have been going here for years, not that frequently but since we have moved across the river it’s so nice to see that the owners still run it like the neighbourhood bakery it always was. The southern food aspect just makes it that much better.

Heard so many things about this place and I just unexpectedly happened to be in the area so thought I'd pop in. First annoying thing is that nothing is labelled so you don't actually know what is what. So I had to ask the one staff member they had, with she wasn't welcoming at first when I told her I needed more information on the items shown obliged. Anyway I opted for a chic with peanut butter cake and a m&m; brownie. Both extremely disappointing very dense but no memorable taste. Very expensive too.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos normal llevar Tarta de clientes de extraño ya que vivía al otro lado de la calle. Luego tomé mis hijos para un hot dog como cena con amigos. Nos cobraron 14 libras por una salchicha bastante promedio y un poco de pan. Cuando comentamos que dice que es el precio! Después me pidieron que dejara y sugirió que estaban haciendo un favor por permitir que mis niños bien educados en el restaurante. Los propietarios también tienen varias veces vimos como he luchado con un cochecito doble por las empinadas escaleras para llegar a través de las puertas. Nunca me han hablado tan groseramente y nunca jamás en este horrible lugar de nuevo. Evitar a toda costa! A no ser, por supuesto, te odio niños y como pasar estúpido cantidades en alimentos básicos, en cuyo caso, disfrutar.

So another Sunday in sunny Chiswick and we fancied a quick coffee, so we popped in to “Outsider Tart” for a change... then we saw the cakes and bun selection..! Too hard to resist and we sampled four different large “squares” wrapped up in grease proof paper to munch into.

I stumbled across Outsider Tart by pure coincidence and love it. There's a story behind the deco, an amazing baking book so well written that I couldn't put it down while having a flat white, a brownie with peanut butter and a lemon cheese cake. Both rich in flavour and simply to die for.

It would have been a nice place for us on a peaceful Sunday afternoon but because we haven't been able to move from one table to another in one minute, the owner started swearing at us and kicked us out. Of course this happened in front of the other customers (families and kids) i would save myself the trouble and go somewhere else. The food isn't worth it. Seeing all the previous complaints, i wonder how a place like this is still around.

You know that you are going to get something a bit special in a cafe with such a provocative and intelligent name.

The rudest, unfriendliest service I have come across in ages. The blond guy serving the cakes came across like it...

If you have kids AVOID this place. They are unbelievably rude. My husband asked the lady who served him to cut the cake he had bought into small pieces for the kids. At which point, the man (assuming the owner or manager) came over and was so rude that my husband has vowed to never go in there again. How can you hostile about cutting a cake - they are unreal !!! The cakes are good but not worth getting insulted for!!!

I had been here about 5 times, so knew what to expect; poor service in a fairly small restaurant but tasty food.

Two visits to Outsider Tart this week and we had delicious coffee and food.

Suitably bohemian decor for the Chiswick High Road and really punchy coffee at Outsider Tart (geddit?). Didn't get a chance to sample any of their delicious looking pastries, cakes or cookies on this occasion. Health and safety notice: Beware the fleets of yummy mummies charging down the pavements of the High Road with their high end buggies scattering all before them.

Probabilmente ho sbagliato locale in base ai miei gusti abbastanza tradizionali e ......latini.Locale ne bello ne brutto, noi ci siamo seduti fuori per un boccone a pranzo. l'impronta per quanto concerne i dolci e' tipicamente americana,mentre per il salato il menu' propone tipici piatti inglesi purtroppo guarniti con tante e abbondanti salse. Ho apprezzato l'hot dog con senape affogato in un ragu' di manzo ma aime' peccato per le salse che lo guarnivano. Prezzo e servizio cari.

If you love brownies Outsider tart is the place to go. They had a choice of eighteen different flavours. They also do muffins. I stopped by early Saturday morning.

I used to feel awkward going into Outsider but the service is so bad it's like the main reason I go now. I find the snarly FML your 'boring my brains out' by having to reel of the list of 'tray bakes' available performance key to my Outsider experience. It's serving tasty treats with a hefty wedge of attitude and pure evil. Always worth bringing friends for the unique experience though and I feel the main guy should really ham it up a notch and go all out visceral shade throw on the lowly customers! One of the best in Chiswick!

I got banana muffin and it was super delicious!! You can really feel the taste of banana in the muffin.

I decided to share my shocking experience and imagine my surprise at seeing all the complains about the owner's behaviour. The owner was extremely rude to us. The food was average and expensive and not worth an encounter with such a hateful person. I am local, but would never go to that place again. Avoid!

I've seen the recent negative reviews and I must admit I did get a glimpse of the person I'm assuming is the manager behaving unprofessionally with other people but he was fine with us. Probably because we walked in, said hello and told him we were in for some lunch rather than just walking straight past him like I saw others do but hey that's how a lot of the general public are so if you don't like it then you probably shouldn't be in the service industry eh?As for the food. It was ok but really overpriced compared to what you get in other places in Chiswick. I respect the fact they're a bit different and they do have an offer that nowhere else does in the area but it's really expensive for what you get and they add a very hefty service charge. Would I go back? Probably not unless the prices come down and the atmosphere improves.

I love this place. I come here every couple of months or so and have done for the last 2 years or so. Every time I am impressed with the wonderful food on offer. Outsider Tart offer interesting coffees (the likes of which I haven't seen anywhere else), gooey and delicious cakes and tray bakes, and an extensive brunch menu. Everything on offer is American classics, from soul food favourites to Mexican-inspired dishes. You will certainly leave here well fed! My personal favourite is the One-eyed Monster, a delicious concoction of corn pancake, rich beef chilli, sour cream, cheese, a sour tomato salsa and a perfectly runny fried egg. Simply wonderful. I am shocked by the recent spate of negative reviews. Every time I have come, the service has been immaculate and we have always been greeted with a smile by both the owners and the various waiting staff. I imagine that the owners do not suffer fools gladly, so if you walk in here with an attitude problem, I imagine it would be returned straight at you. And quite right too! The Outsider Tart is a place with a unique personality and as such it will pave its own way. This I why I love it! Those who do not appreciate it are welcome to dine elsewhere, and leave this hidden treasure for the rest of us!

I don't ordinarily write reviews but I was just appalled at the way in which I was spoken to at this restaurant... by someone who appeared to be the owner! When patiently and politely asking for some hot water for our 16 month old daughter so that she could eat at the same time as us, I was just so taken back with how I was spoken to. It was just a whirlwind of unpleasantness followed by... I'm not in the business of serving babies, I'm in the business of serving people who pay me!There's absolutely no point going into the passive aggressive actions and communication that followed - just avoid, more so if you have a non-paying baby in your party!

Have been a few times to this restaurant and each time, had to wait half an hour each to wait for the menu, to be served and for the bill. They seem to be very understaffed at all times and we noticed that the table next to us were getting frustrated with the wait also. After today's visit when the manager just ignored us completely while we waited to be seated, then told us irritably to sit outside when we asked for a table inside, it's safe to say that we won't be returning here. There are many excellent restaurants in the area that offer a much more pleasant dining experience so we will happily be giving them our business instead.

Went to this place and Patisserie St Anne as they were close to each other.I would have to disagree with a lot of the recent reviews complaining about the service, the assistant was quite friendly although I am sure he is not the owner so that may explain the difference in service received.Décor was simple wood décor, don't expect anything fancy.Prior to going to the shop had a look at their website so was looking forward to trying unique items from the shop e.g. their cupcakes and their whoopie pies.Unfortunately although there was a large variety of brownies, I think there was about 10, they did not have any whoopee pies or cupcakes at all.When I asked about the whoopie pies I was told they only mainly do those on the weekends. That's something that annoys me, too many bakeries in London do unique items but do not update their website telling their customers that they have stopped doing them or they are only available at certain times. Its fine when you live nearby but when you travel half of London to get there its annoying to find they don't do them.Kooky Bakes is another one that hasn't updated their website to show they don't do certain products anymore.Positives was the 3 brownies I tried were all very nice, soft without being soggy. And the assistant was kind enough to explain what each of the brownies was, I can imagine this gets a bit annoying if you have to do it 50 times a day. A simple sign in front of each would make their life so much easier.

As an American styled establishment, one of the owners has some serious issues with anger management and is not at all representative of the service and hospitality with which America is synonymous. Not sure if he hates (British) women in general or whether he is just brave enough to be rude to women but I will never set foot in this place again. What is ironic is that he started ranting on about us Brits being rude and arrogant because I put my bag down on a chair at the next table while I took my coat off - there was only myself and my Client in the place!

I have passed this place many times, but today, I decided to try it. Great selection of treats, decent coffee, menu looked expensive for what it was, and the people beside me said their food was a bit bland. I got a specialty coffee and a tart, both which were lovely and sat outside. It wasn't super busy, and there were two free tables outside and many inside. The man (the owner?) who served me, then came out to drop off some drinks at another table and came over to me with my tart and coffee, to ask if I was going to order any hot food. I told him, no thank you. He then told me gruffly that if someone came that wanted hot food outside, my table would be the one he'd put them at and I'd need to leave. Meanwhile, there was a family and another single person at two different tables having only drinks and tarts. I was very taken aback and wished I never spent the 7 pounds there to be treated so poorly. Maybe he was just having a bad day? the other servers seemed kind. I then went and shared my table with a father and son who were also just having coffee and pastries. I don't often write poor reviews, but this event today really put me off. I won't be back.

We've just walked out at 15:34. Arrived at 15:03 where it was very quiet, with only 3 tables occupied inside. All of which had already ordered. We were given our menus, and that's where the service ended. Left alone for 31 minutes to entertain ourselves. They probably haven't even noticed we've gone.I'm a local and definitely will not be returning here. We will stick to Angie's Little Food Shop where they have a awesome team and serve great food.

Deliciousness and charm combined for a great late breakfast on Chiswick High Road. Excellent coffee too and stunning bakes. Looking forward to returning and working our way along the menu!

You must st go for its pancakes. Owned by a NewYorker. Food based on Mexican come American . Big portions and heavy dishes. Variety of lemonades , ice teas must try. Pancakes are very good but good for sharing. Tried the hot dog there loaf meat sandwich and carrot salade. Good to try different from other high street restaurants

The manager or maybe the owner is insane ..that can be the only excuse for his appalling behaviour bad language and shocking service such a shame as nice coffee and food but it will never be worth it..
