Tortilla in Wandsworth

Food was warm. Part of the order was missing (tortilla chips).

It was fine but it was cold when it got here. Unlikely to order from here again

Food decent but too expensive. A guacamole top up for £1.3 consists of a teaspoon of guacamole. That's too much for too little and disrespectful for guests. Not a place to come back

There's always an issue with the order (like incorrect item or duplicate charge) which is impossible to resolve as the staff struggle to communicate clearly.

Such a shame, despite the delivery being on time, the food was cold. Had to heat up the oven, just so we could heat the burritos. Can’t complain of the quality though - they were delicious .. hot!

If I could put 0 stars I would as this is like the 5th time of being extremely disappointed. I’m absolutely sick of it. Where was the meat in my meal??? If I wanted a vegetarian meal I would have ordered one. If you don’t have enough meat just change the settings on the app?? Honestly ridiculous.

I decided to give Tortilla, one of the more popular Mexican fast-casual franchises in the UK, a try. As someone who enjoys flavorful and convenient meals, I was eager to see Tortilla live up to its reputation. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the speed at which they prepared my food. In no time, I had a fresh burrito in my hands, and it was clear that efficiency is one of their strong suits. The food itself was absolutely delicious. My burrito was generously stuffed with tender, well-seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a variety of salsas that added the perfect amount of zest. Every bite was a delightful mix of textures and flavors. I also tried their tacos, which were equally impressive, with soft, warm tortillas enveloping flavorful fillings. The menu had something for everyone, catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. I decided to try their frozen Margarita, hoping for a refreshing complement to my meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too salty, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant blend of flavors. If you're planning a visit, I would recommend skipping the frozen Margarita and opting for one of their other drink options instead. Overall, my visit to Tortilla was a hit. The quick, tasty, and satisfying dining experience makes it well worth a visit. Just be mindful of your drink selection to ensure your meal is perfect from start to finish.

Second time the Large Burito I paid extra for comes smaller than a medium one. In store its twice of this size . Very bad approach! Why does Delivery approach lacks seriousness?

Some of the staff look down on the concept too good to go. They have started to give much smaller portions, they do not accommodate around allergies occasionally and out right refuse to be flexible. Tortilla needs to understand, we are paying a reduced price although not for a smaller portions and if customers have allergies, they should accommodate around this if they can although at times they choose not to.

it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of each dish. He went above and beyond to ensure that my lunch experience was enjoyable. His warm and sincere demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It's okay. Portions were a bit stingy for the price paid, and they didn't have any lettuce when I went. Edited to 2 stars, the portions have gotten even smaller. I ordered delivery and asked for a large chicken burrito with veg and lettuce, the burrito was 80% lettuce and pico di gallo, and 20% chicken. Food arrived stonr cold as well, probably because they put the soft drink in the bag next to the warm food. It's a shame as the taste was better this time but the quality of service is unforgivable when you're paying as much as you would in a low end restaurant for a single item of food. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Waste of money.

Cheap and cheerful. Fast food Served with alcohol during happy hour. Buffet style food. Looks like stodge but tastes okay. A medium plate and leaves no leftover. The kind of place where you are still a bit hungry after the meal but it filled a hole. Can now do without wasting for the rest of the night.

I Love Tortillas! Helen from Putney was great, very kind, friendly and talkative. The food as usual is great because you actually see the ingredients you eat. No processed food, and you literally don't feel guilty after eating there! You do enjoy the food though (especially if you add some spice and jalapeños to it), so it's a win-win situation :) P.S Arun there is a gem too!
