Had an absolute blast at Tortillas on Putney High Street! The food is delicious, but what really made my visit great was the stellar service from Senayte and Ben. These two were fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and nice to have a comversation with. I've been going there for a while now and I have to say that it always feels nice stepping in the door because you know there are great people there. If you're looking for amazing food and a nice welcoming vibe, you’ve got to check this place out. Five stars, hands down! 🌟

Went in at 7pm on Tuesday, and the workers were lovely, hooked me up with a FAT burrito and it was delicious. Highly reccomend!

I’ve always been a big fan of Tortilla, and have visited quite a few over the years. The staff here at Putney were great, super friendly, introduced me to the new pork - which was amazing too, and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe, best Burritos in Putney for sure.

Bent me over and ate it raw. Had my toes curling and my mind doing backflips. Their bbq pork burnt ends are nice too. 10/10

Consistently screw up orders. Order beef you'll get chicken or pork. Order 2.drinks you'll get one and it won't be what you ordered. Order a meal deal and you'll get a burrito. Just order elsewhere

The way I got my food presented was not nice. Looks like someone got sick in my food bowl. All got stuck. I didnt like it. Look like a mess. Guy didnt smile. I had to ask for bag and tissues. Other tortilla place I always have been served nicely and food looked nice but this one was horrible and the way he wraped it. Also I dont remembering seing any gloves.

Food was never delivered. I do not expect to have to pay for it since it never arrived.

Took too long and quality is horrible

This wasn't a pleasant experience. I had to wait for over an hour for my food. I wanted to cancel as I had plans and had expected the food much earlier. When trying to reach the store, the phone went straight to voicemail around 5 times.

After waiting one hour for the food to be delivered, more than half of the order was missing. They had so much time to not make this mistake. Blaming the restaurant and not the courier

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Always greeted with a warm smile, and the service is impeccable. One staff member always remembers my order, and the food quality is consistently A++. Food decent but too expensive. A guacamole top up for £1.3 consists of a teaspoon of guacamole. That's too much for too little and disrespectful for guests. Not a place to come back

There's always an issue with the order (like incorrect item or duplicate charge) which is impossible to resolve as the staff struggle to communicate clearly.

Such a shame, despite the delivery being on time, the food was cold. Had to heat up the oven, just so we could heat the burritos. Can’t complain of the quality though - they were delicious .. hot!

In no time, I had a fresh burrito in my hands, and it was clear that efficiency is one of their strong suits. The food itself was absolutely delicious. My burrito was generously stuffed with tender, well-seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a variety of salsas that added the perfect amount of zest. Every bite was a delightful mix of textures and flavors. I also tried their tacos, which were equally impressive, with soft, warm tortillas enveloping flavorful fillings. The menu had something for everyone, catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. I decided to try their frozen Margarita, hoping for a refreshing complement to my meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too salty, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant blend of flavors. If you're planning a visit, I would recommend skipping the frozen Margarita and opting for one of their other drink options instead. Overall, my visit to Tortilla was a hit.
