Very long wait for food. Had to ask for cutlery bland no taste then dessert came late very appalling didn't even ask how my meal was at the end. Just asked for payment and goodbye. Lacks Service skills massively

I went to toros a few days ago and was impressed. The sirloin steak was delicious and cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was also very tasty. I enjoyed the house coleslaw too. It tasted fresh and crunchy. The only let down was the garlic bread. It was a bit chewy and stale. The strawberry mojito was also really nice. The service was also good and the waiters/waitresses were very attentive. Overall really impressed and will definitely be going back again.

Ordered the migon steak well done... cooked well, but was amazed how hot the sizzler plate came with no warning of how mouth burning the food was going to be... other wise food was nice would go again

We visited Toros over the weekend and, as regular customers, we’ve always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, our latest visit was a real letdown and has left us feeling that we won’t be returning. I ordered the Toros Special Steak Sizzler, which usually arrives piping hot, but this time it was barely warm. The pasta was lukewarm and had a very tangy, unpleasant taste. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he offered to bring a new portion, but I declined to avoid wasting food since the chips and steak were just about warm enough to eat. I had asked for the steak to be cooked medium, but the pieces varied—some were medium, others more on the medium-rare side. Again, I raised this with the waiter, who was apologetic and told me to speak to management upstairs. He said they wouldn’t charge me for the meal, but didn’t offer to correct the steak or remake it. When I spoke to the manager, there was little concern shown for the situation. Instead of waiving the cost of the meal, they applied only a 10% discount—despite the fact that the food was barely touched and clearly not up to standard. It’s disappointing to receive such poor service and lack of accountability, especially as loyal customers. Sadly, this experience has ensured we won’t be coming back.

Alhamdulillah it was a very friendly experience.

Customer service today was poor. No smile, no energy from the staff members. Went to the desk to pay the bill but the young girl behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me standing there for a while, she was too busy on her phone. I had to get her attention buy saying “can I pay the bill please” gave cash but ended up getting the wrong change, didn’t bother asking her for the right amount. Hope it gets better with their service as the food is good.

We were seated very quickly, did not have to wait long for food to arrive either. Tasted nice and we all enjoyed our meals. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

Steak was overdone last time I came but I thought I’ll give it another chance. Guess what, overdone again. Turns out the manager actually knew it was overdone as well before it was served me to as he apologised when I went to pay… before I even mentioned it. Didn’t think to serve me what I actually ordered? Ordered a rare steak, tell me if the steak in the picture attached is rare. Service from the waitress on the other hand was great.

We came in restaurant was not even that busy only few tables taken, customer service was not great at all one of the workers came over to our table saying to wait 5 minutes and they will come to take the order, it never happened. She just stood there by the till with other employees not looking busy while we were still sat waiting to be served. She was looking at us but never even attempted taking an order she was busy snacking behind the till. We waited 45 mins. Avoid

The lamb steak 🥩 (medium) is cooked to perfection! Extremely tasty leg steak! The flavour is absolutely incredible! 10/10. The beef sirloin steak (medium-rare) is good but doesn't compare to the quality of the lamb. The sirloin comes boneless and fat less and therefore doesn't benefit from the flavour of fully rendered melted natural beef fat flavour. However, the seasoning on the beef sirloin has been done very well if you like a seasoned savoury steak over a natural and merely salted beef flavour.

I had my 15th birthday here at Toros and was so pleased with the experience. The food came out so fast and on time, tasted so good, and the servers and waiters were so nice and helpful when cleaning up and bringing the cake out to us! Me and my family had such an amazing time and we recommend this restaurant!

I really can’t sing their praises enough the food was soooooo tasty every dish looked great I didn’t have any expectations and I was blown away by the flavours very impressed indeed compliments to the chef(s) the food was sizzling hot even the spicy rice was packed full of flavour. The staff were polite and professional l. Great work guys highly recommend. I will be back for sure. Just remember it’s a dry restaurant.

Staff are very welcoming, attentive and make good recommendations. The quality and the cooking of the food is exceptional. Steaks was cooked to perfection. The mushroom garlic gravy was delicious. Make sure to go hungry as the portions are huge! Couldn’t fault the place.

The food was delicious but was not worth money. The price for 5 small sticks and 2 sides £24 that does not fill you enough is a lot. No choice of good drink and the one they provide is rubbish. Every where food comes with salad but not here. £24 you eat lots of kebab in Turkish and Afghan restaurants that worth money, testy and fill you enough. I don’t recommend here and won’t go again.

Really disappointed with the food and service. Ordered a sirloin steak and what came out was the same as my friends who had rib eye. The steak was just flavourless a complete waste of time and money for what we got. Could not enjoy it as the food was too hot and the chips were overdone. Waited 15 minutes for basic sauces to arrive. We had to flag down several staff before it finally arrived no apology whatsoever. The chef in the kitchen could be heard shouting on several occasions which really dampened the atmosphere. Will I return? Absolutely not! 👎

I went to the restaurant today (New Year’s Eve). I notified the waitress who was serving us that I have a dairy allergy. When inquiring about a mocktail the waitress informed us that it was dairy free very confidently and that it only contained coconut milk and pineapple juice. After tasting the mocktail immediately we noticed that it had an ice cream taste to it, called her over again asking if there was any dairy she said no to which we responded that we can taste the ice cream. She then said yeah it has ice cream and that wouldn’t be dairy free. I have terrible allergic reactions to dairy and so does my child and due to the negligence from the staff especially the waitress who served us my life was put at risk. Not to mention, when eating the rice with the sizzler I noticed that I had almost swallowed a small bit of plastic. I had to cough it back up. I would avoid going if you have any allergies as the staff do not seem to be aware of what goes into their food and drinks. Terrible experience.

I went to Torros and tried the Sizzlers Steak Platter. The sirloin steak slices were tender, juicy, and full of flavor, paired perfectly with my sides of spicy rice and chips. The pepper sauce on the side was a nice touch. For dessert, I had the Sizzling Brownie—a warm, fudgy brownie served on a sizzling plate with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best desserts I’ve had. To drink, I had a passion fruit and mango mojito, which was refreshing and tasty. Overall, a great meal!

Our son recommended toros and we had failed to experience this restaurant up until tonight. It was a wonderful date night, staff were polite and attentive to our needs. Food was amazing, it bought a new taste to the steak World. Atmosphere was very calm and cozy. Very happy customer.

I celebrated my first birthday as a mum at Toro’s Steakhouse in Luton, and it was incredible. The food was outstanding—hands down the best steaks we’ve had in a long time. The staff went above and beyond, making sure my baby was happy and entertained, which made the experience even more special. They even surprised me with a sweet birthday song and a fantastic dessert. It was truly the best birthday experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to the amazing team at Toro’s! My family will be back to celebrate more birthdays in the future! 🎊☺️🥩🍰

Probably one of the worst steakhouse experiences I've had. There are 5 waiters/waitresses sitting around talking and drinking at the front of house whilst only one waitress was going around taking orders. Ordered some steak cigars which I questioned the taste as it was fishy. Asked for the porterhouse medium rare, but when I received the steak it was still undercooked on the outside being pink and boiled looking. My brother in law asked for a medium steak and his porterhouse was 80% grit and fat with a small portion of meat left that was cooked rare. Overall, a terrible experience and the only thing that was edible was my chips and J20. Will never be coming back again, calling this a steak house is a joke.

Been wanting to try this steakhouse for a long time, but I can’t say it was worth the wait. A positive of this restaurant was the flavour of the steaks and also the mocktails were good, but unfortunately the pros are majorly outweighed by the cons. When we ordered our food, we were first told one of the steaks was unavailable, so we ordered something else. Another waiter comes to our table to tell us the item we changed was unavailable, but suggests the one we initially wanted in the first place. When the food arrived, the steaks were not cooked to the way we requested them to be (we had to send one back because we asked for medium rare, but it came rare), so clearly there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion between the staff. The vegetables seemed like a simple frozen veg mix (definitely not fresh), the beef cigars tasted more like tuna, which vile. One of steaks was mostly bones and fat. The quality of the food was not up to standard, especially for the price. Aside from the food, the staff were all friendly, however quite unprofessional. Not once were we asked if everything was okay throughout the duration of our meal. There were about five members of staff just standing behind the counter with their mocktails, some handing a fluffy hot water bottle to one another for warmth. It’s nice to see the staff get along with each other, but you should check if the customers are happy with their meal after they’ve been served instead of waiting for them to hit the buzzer, which requires a couple presses before actually getting a member of staffs attention. At the end of our meal, we did speak to the manager to let him know our thoughts and he was very polite, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of quality of the food and inadequate customer service. Unfortunately I can’t say I’d come back here again, extremely disappointed 😞

I’m so sorry to say that I’m disappointed in their food. We ordered the beef roll cigars and it tasted like fish. The food was rare though we asked for medium and medium rare steaks. The service was sadly disappointing. We called for the waiter twice and we were ignored. We will not be visiting Toros again.

We were a group of 9 we all chose the Toros special sirloin steak. We could choose our toppings sauces and way of cooking. The flavors were really infused tender meat big portions lovely ambience. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Nothing special, only reason it tastes nice is because of butter / cheese and if it's not that then it's just spice I also felt uncomfortable as there is a space form prayer in the basement right in between all the dining tables

Staying overnight in Luton and my partner picked Torros for us to go and eat as it looked to serve what we would both like, and he wasn't wrong. The vibe was perfect the staff were great and the good was beyond expectation especially for the price. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again

Visited on a recommendation for the 1st time, we were a Party of 16 people, the food and service were excellent, all 16 meals came out together and piping hot, our server Aylena was amazing, nothing was too much , very good value for money , generous portions. Will be back.

I was on my own at this restaurant, the service was perfect, but the food was terrible in so many aspects, i order medium rare lamb stake and fried calamari , the calamari were ok , but the stake was ok in the beginning even tho you couldn’t taste the flavour of the lamb and it was medium well done due to its thinness , the vegetables were frozen once , the carrots tasted like plastic and the chips were mushy . But asap as i arrived home after 30 min i had to go to the toilet to throw up .

I do not recommend burgers, the meat is of very poor quality. I definitely won't come back here.

I love Stake, and they did a great job with my lamb stake. Staff is friendly but sitting was not very comfortable. I'll highly recommend Toro's stakehouse to stake lovers.

Usually toros steak are always well-done even when I wanted medium rare, but this time the steak was actually medium rare, cooked to perfection, and was really really tasty, so succulent and perfect, the brownie sizzler seems not good this time, looks like a shop bought brownie and put it in the sizzler with chocolate sauce around it, so that wasn't good as compared to last time, the waitress seems tired/annoyed but steak was good I love that, the bigger seems like the party was just those shop bought thin ones, not much taste to it but it's a bit or a miss.

My friend and I got really bad food poisoning after eating there and spent nearly the whole weekend going back and forth to the toilet. I contacted them to complain and got ignored, and finally got a long email essay on how professional and amazing the restaurant is. I ate the chocolate cookie dough that tasted off and had to pay for it with my health. The manager finally after broken promises, sent a long generic email they probably send to all customers, how they have investigated the 13 ingredients and how their chefs are aiming to earn michellin stars, which I believe is untrue, also inviting me to watch them cook, why? After I contacted numerous times asking for a refund, instead of replying promptly to my emails, I get an essay and an invitation. An apology and a refund would have been more than enough the first time I contacted them. I finally got my money back after 2 weeks of back-and-forth contact with them. We initially wanted to only raise the concern to the restaurant for their attention to improve their service and refund us, which is our full legal right when having food poisoning. However, we had to chase them numerous times for them to respond, the manager did not even bother doing the investigation until 3 days later, when I chased and he said he still yet to go to the restaurant and do the investigation and will contact me the following day. How many more people could've had food poisoning during this time till an investigation is done??! Even then that was false promise and we didn't get a response until we chased multiple times, 10 days after our visit and complaint!! When my friend left her review after this experience of false promises and all the chasing we had to do to finally get a response and issue a refund 10 days later, the manager accused us of lying! Our communication with this restaurant clearly shows the carelessness of not bothering doing the investigation immediately and the email that was finally sent to us after all the chasing we had to do and all the false promised made. I do not recommend this place and will never eat there again.

Not fresh food and unprofessional. The place has become worse than when they opened. Had dinner there with a friend Saturday evening and the next day we both had stomach issues such as diarrhea, it was odd as my friend had the dessert and me steak and mash, however, our food was ready as soon as we ordered which we found really strange. We contacted the restaurant soon after and the manager was not responding as he should to our emails, it took them more than 20 days later for us to get a refund after we threatened to sue them, and they still denied any involvement in our food poisoning as they found it odd we both could get sick. Please avoid this place!

Great food ,great Communication

Have been meaning to try them for a long time and finally did last night. The food was beyound expectations and the portions were so big. We couldnt finish the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection (was tender and juicy) and loved the flavours as well. The food was sizzling hot. Even the service was good nothing to complain about. HMC certified and even had a prayer corner which was very convenient. Wish i had tried them earlier. prices were reasonable too. The best place for halal steak lovers.

Medium- rare sirloin steak was perfect. All the meat was tender; loved the buffalo wings, garlic parmesan chicken, sizzlers medium Toro’s special and medium rib eye steak. All the flavours were spot on! True to their branding, definitely the best steak house in luton. Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly too!

I really like Toro’s in Luton. It’s my favourite place for steaks 😋 whenever I want to treat me, my husband and my family, I just go there. Their chicken steaks are love 😍 as I am not fond of meat, i always order chicken and it’s really very delicious. 10/10 for their services.
