Sorry but my food was cold and looked a mess,,, there was hardly no filling or cheese in the stuffed crust which had no nice taste to it att all,,, I'm disappointed as we order allot from you guys,,

Tops pizza is the most reliable and consistent fast food place in the area. Quality is the same every time. Never had an issue, always shows up on the door as if it was pulled straight from the oven 5 minutes ago. Better than other mainstream places.

The delivery time was good and it was early hours in the morning. But the quality wasn’t great unfortunately. The pizza dough was a very strange texture not like a normal pizza, it was more like a pastry texture.

Pizza was burnt. For what I paid I expected so much better, due to pizza being burnt the sauce was non existent and cheese was part of the base. Delivery driver gave box and ran before I could check or call him back with the issue.

He left my food outside on a stand whilst he was near his car and he didn’t even ask for my name or anything so anyone could of took my food

It's a small place with limited seating so mainly suited for takeaway. The pizza dough is lovely, and I normally get vegetarian hot. Very tasty. Also, very good prices.

Phoned me after 1 hour.. Saying sorry will be 10 more minutes as of accident.. But was still another 1 hour after that .. So 2 hours late in total ... No offer of compensation at all .. Sadly I like their pizza mostly so continue to use

I ordered a medium pizza which was absolutely tiny when it was delivered. I’m very disappointed as i was charged £18 so something that didn’t even fill me up.

The guy came up wothout garlic bread and try say they didn’t give it to him, it was until we said we are not paying he said let me check car and came back up with it, food is cold and garlic bread is burnt

I have a very very very bad experience with tops pizza. I have ordered a large pizza today . And after waiting 1 hour when i didn’t receive my pizza i called them but they didn’t attend my call and after specially i went hornchurch from rainham but their shop closed but they mention their shop timing on internet 11am to 4am but they closed i have really bad experience with them i lost my 50 pound but I didn’t receive my pizza we sleep with hunger i have little kid i really disappointed from this shop and i give suggestion everyone plz save your money and don’t go tops pizza .

not even worth a star. No1 they were 7 mins late after waiting an hour and 7 minutes. No2 they forgot my garlic bread. No3 the pizza tasted like cardboard. Tasted is the wrong word as there was none!. No4 my delivery driver looked he hadn't washed in 5 months which made me not even want to open up my pizza box. No5 the amount of stars they will never get let alone 1.

Sort your Deliveroo page out and put the right address and phone number. The driver got there and said you were closed and cancelled my order. Now it’s too late to get anything else

Food cold on arrival when phoned restaurant they argued with me and had delivery driver arguing as well saying it was hot when delivered took an hour to arrive. Normally very good. Restaurant said only one driver on tonight.

Good delivery . The food was poor quality. The crab and sweetcorn soup had crab sticks in it. There’s no crab in crab sticks! I will never order from this takeaway again.😕

Don’t normally complain ever but was told my food would be an hour they didn’t bother knocking as I waiting at the front then when they came back with the food the second time round the food was all cold and the driver tried to say I didn’t order my drink- when I was about to show him proof of my order to prove him wrong he realised my drink randomly appeared on his passengers seat considering my food came out from the boot.

20mins late, burnt, cold, wrong crust on one of the pizzas, and forgot our garlic bread. And also just very cheap tasting and too salty. Really horrible- it had to go in the bin and I never waste food.

Reasonably priced pizza place. Good selection of different pizzas and crusts, sides etc. Collection is best, delivery prices can be significantly more.

I love this place. The pizza is amazing and I order a lot. But the fact the delivery driver sat outside in his car, called me to come downstairs when I live in a flat and didn’t even ring the buzzer, has put me off ordering. It’s just lazy and to honest it’s out a bit of a negative sting on this place now which is such a shame.

I don’t appreciate being told to give good feedback by the rider, speaks volumes.

After 45 minutes and 2 calls at restaurant I finally had my pizza. Sadly the quality was not the one known to me. I ordered at least 5 times from this restaurant, never had crust not baked like today, never so late like today. I’m stepping away from ordering in the future.
