Tops Pizza Aylesbury in Aylesbury Vale

I paid 18 pounds for a medium pizza but instead was small and burned.

Won’t be ordering again . Pizza bland and tasteless and outside edges were burnt . Complained about it but not interested .

Food and service was fantastic as always

I ordered two vegetarian pizzas and only on one pizza did i add extra toppings of meat as this pizza was for friend who eats meat. You can check my previous just-eat orders incl at tops to see almost all are vegetarian. Both pizzas came with meat on.

Absolute quality from Tops. At last we have a proper pizza place in Aylesbury. The rest are either too greasy or too much cheese. These guys are pros . Perfect crust and base. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be extremely disappointing. The staff was quite rude, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet expectations; it was simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, I observed one of the staff members picking his nose and then proceeding to handle my pizza toppings. This was both unprofessional and unsanitary. I confronted him about this, and in light of the circumstances, I requested a refund. I hope you take this feedback seriously as improvements are necessary to enhance customer experiences.

It was great experience; first with the website plus selection of the pizza, Food delivered on asking time and third the taste was superb....👌 I suggest to customise the pizza by your taste. It will be a great experience.

I don't often post reviews. Hardly ever at all but I feel you need to know what amazing people and food Tops Pizza have. Every dealing have had with these guys has been absolutely brilliant. I made a mistake in ordering, I offered to pay extra to rectify it but they were extremely generous and refused to take extra. The team and the manager went out of their way for me time and time again and the food is amazing. Honestly the best pizza in Aylesbury. Their loyalty program is great too. I have already recommended them to some friends and family but I will recommend them to you all now.

Had Tops pizza for the first time . Easily the most authentic tasty pizza I've ever had . Food was delivered with care and was piping hot . Also the delivery driver was really helpful .

I tried quite few pizza places but this place look like will be always me and my family go place for next time. My kids birthday parties or any other family get to gather I will definitely use them. Pizza dough and cheese quality was insane can't think of better than this.tops pizza is specialised in fresh dough feels like home made fresh bread. They have variety of sides and deserts available will try them with my weekend order. Now I am sure people in Aylesbury and and near by villages don't have to go out of town places to enjoy good quality pizzas. Very happy after using Tops Pizza Aylesbury. Can't say much Happy Days.

Ordered a California pizza which arrived overdone. The crust was dark brown, the cheese was dark brown, hard with zero "cheese pull," and most unacceptable was the sun-dried tomatoes which were burnt black to a crisp. I rang, and as soon as I said the pizza was burned, the chap immediately responded defensively telling me that the oven is very hot and sun-dried tomatoes are supposed to be like and maybe I don't know if I'm not familiar with them. Firstly, what's the point of including a topping that is going to get burned no matter what; if the oven is extremely hot then why not add them later or put them under the cheese; and finally, I'm the customer, and, to me, it was inedible, so why was it be so difficult to simply say, "sorry about that, we can send you a new one or refund you the money" Also, I added bacon as an extra topping - I don't know what the f was on the pizza but it definitely wasn't bacon - it was some processed type of meat/ham/spam. (See pics) And finally, after sending a new pizza, it was less overdone but they had completely left off the sundried tomatoes and still left on that disgusting meat - so wasn't what I had paid for. Head office completely unhelpful. Bad food and bad service. I wil never use Tops Aylesbury again - there are MUCH MUCH BETTER pizza parlours in town. Why chance it?

Very bad behaviour from staff. Once I ordered through their app and when I reached the store I found a better deal for the same pizza I ordered online. I spoke to one of their staff and he said he will cancel it from their store and I don’t have to worry about my online order. I bought the pizza and left. When I came back after one week with another order one of the staff there blamed me for ordering too online and not collecting it and wasting the food . He also added that I caused him financial loss as well. He was very rude to me. Not recommended the Aylesbury branch

Food is 10/10 but service is dreadful. Both times got my order wrong second time didn’t even try to rectify it. Said he would give me a refund but then went back on his word. Just care about the money not about the customers.

Pretty average pizza, not the worst, not the best. Not worth £39.99 for 3 pizzas, a 20% discount on Tuesdays makes it a little better.
