Tops Pizza in East Hertfordshire

My chicken wings were only lukewarm and too spicy but still really nice but need tad warmer.

Rude staff. No manners and costumer service at all. Worst pizza ever i had in past few years.

Got 2 pizzas, both very burnt (both toppings and the base) and inedible. Called them to see if they'd remake the pizzas or give a refund, was told they couldn't do that and I'd have to call head office. Just called head office and was spoken to extremely rudely, was given no apologies or offers of resolution, and was told "don't go back if you don't like it". Very unprofessional and rude!!!

Consistently the best deep pan pizza in Ware, always lovely, tasty toppings and nice and hot, tried some desserts this time too, which were superb, recommend cookies and cream cheesecake yum yum yum, the warm choc chip cookies were amazing too, love this place.

We aren't local and took a gamble on ordering food from here after reading reviews. Food arrived early! Pizza was amazing and popcorn chicken was 👌🏻👌🏻Would definitely order from here again if we came back to this area!

Late delivery pizza luke warm & soggy & bbq chicken wings had barely any flavour on them although couldn't eat as were stone cold and under cooked.......waste of time & money, never again......... AVOID.

When paying £1.10 extra for sweetcorn I would expect more than 10 pieces.

Very happy as I ended up paying the delivery driver and he re-knocked and said I had already paid!! Honesty is key and that would Definately make me want to order again! Thank you !!

Food arrived on time and was really hot. Thought we would try a different place for pizza…However the pizzas were not up to the standards of papa johns, dominoes etc and were so stodgy, thick and no flavour. The pizzas also weren’t cut properly… One of the was a meat lover and had about 5 bits of meat on top. We had several sides which all had really small portions for the price. Won’t be going here again. (Delivery driver was really nice though!)

Cooked food ok, But the ice cream was total wrong and could of caused a problem due to allergies. This was bad I have had to throw it away. Very dangerous..

We didn't even eat our meal! The pizza was soaked through with oil, meaning the deep pan was drenched and soggy! Chicken nuggets were look warm, garlic bread was service in a bag which caused it to sweat! Terrible terrible terrible! And so expensive! Would love to have a refund!!! Wouldn't recommend at all. Such a waste of money!

Pizza was lovely, if a little on the cold side. Was disappointed at the size for the price, bought a medium. Maybe my expectations were too high, been a while since I bought take away pizza.

Ordered margarita pizza got garlic bread. Called to resolve and was greated by a woman with the worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost.

Unbelievable! First and last time we will be using your company. Ribs were very expensive for the amount received in a very thick strong sauce. Pizza had no cheesy crust, no bacon, and very few peppers, corn and pineapple. We had one piece and the rest went straight to the dustbin. Waisted £30 and still hungry! Do we get a refund? Look in my dustbin if you want proof! Had to click one star to post???

I usually get a Seafood pizza from here with added anchovies. This time the pizza literally only had tuna and oddly mushrooms? No prawns? That's not really a Seafood pizza? However, despite the mess-up their pizza quality is still good.

The pulled pork pizza is now just a cheap sausage, but they don't put that in the description. This happened last time, but I hope it was a one-off problem. I won't order here again because you can't trust the food descriptions.

Pizza is good from here but I’ve never had an order arrive on time and with everything in it. Order should have arrived at 7:40, called at 8pm and was told another 15mins. Finally turned up at 8:45pm

Never fail to let me down like this evening. Not a single update to say it was going to be late.

The food is great, and the service good. The only issue I've had is they often get the delivery wrong - missing or wrong items. They are always apologetic and happy to sort it out, but obviously it can be a pain.

Food was ok, tasted nice but was cold. Pizza was tatsy but garlic bread tasted like it had been cooked ages ago. I was also told the delivery time was 20:40 and it arrived 20:10 and i wa splanning to pop out first. Good job ide ided against it or would have missed the delivery.

Ordered several pizzas and sides from here last night and they were delicious! They took a fair while to be delivered but as its the start of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend it was kind of to be expected.

Great food ,no problem ordering ,but the estimated delivery time was 75 minutes which is quite high ,but they did get here a bit earlier

Nice pizza and arrived very quickly even though it was a little bit expensive.

Food was good as always, but ordered at 9.20pm and food wasn't delivered till gone 11.20pm! There wasn't any contact from the restaurant to confirm the delay or an apology.

Had a phone call 10 mins before delivery time to say that it would be 20 mins. After 30 mins I called to be told that the order hadn't left yet. They offered a free ice cream and that the order would be with us in 10 minutes. The order arrived 20 minutes later.

Order a 2 large pizzas one medium and sevral sides it arrived earlier than expected and was enough food for the large group leaving everyone full deffinatly would order again.

Not very good food. Potato skins were horrible and they were obviously cooked from frozen. The garlic bread was dry and the pizza was very doughy and didn't taste very good. Won't be ordering again.

My food was nearly half an hour late and when it arrived it was not very good. The worst were the curly fries, which were a soggy ugly mess that were completely inedible.

I wouldn't even give it one star, I worked for tops pizza in Ware as a delivery driver. The boss is extremely rude told me to get lost when I asked for some petrol money, the ovens and cookers are dirty and disgusting. She blows in the pizza boxes to remove bits of cardboard. I quit a week ago and she wouldn't pay me I have now left it a week and she is still refusing to pay me. AVOID!!!

We ordered pizza, nuggets and garlic bread. They said it would arrive in 25 minutes and arrived 50 minutes later. The guy who took the order was not the most professional we've talked to, but the delivery driver (a lady) was extremely rude. Considering the food is just "ok", we won't but from that place anymore.

Generally had good service from this place - nice enough pizza and reasonably-priced.

It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered my pizza for half 7 and it arrived at 5. There was no apology from the delivery driver, she just said I must be wrong. After arguing with her, I refused to pay and shut the door. I checked my laptop, and I was in fact right. When I rang to complain, the woman who answered said 'one sec' and didn't return for just over three minutes. When I asked to talk to the manager, all she said was "can I have your number?" Apparently, they did not have a supervisor or manager in. Which I find to be very unprofessional. I said I wanted to complain, and she said I had to wait until tomorrow, then ended the phone call with "bye" and hung up. This was the WORST service I have ever received. They should be ashamed of their staff.

best pizza I have ever had, it was like being in Italy. Delivered at 2.00 am in morning and only took 5 minutes

I've just ordered lunch at top pizza, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude with very bad customer service skill! She then told me my food will be 45-50 minutes , 65 minutes I called back for her to rudely say it will be 1-2 minutes. For only her to turn up 10 minutes later with my food!! I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN
