Great hot food as always was actually so hot couldn’t eat it immediately which i’m glad about means it’s hot and fresh.

They called to say it was going to be late and they could not have been more apologetic. And it was when the Eubank v Benn fight was on. So, I’m not really surprised it was late. Great pizza.

I ordered 1 meat feast 1 pepperoni and 1 Mexican hot. I received 2 meat feasts and a Mexican hot

Whole pizza tipped and gathered in one side of the box so a bit of a mess plus sliced tomatoes on it, not requested unless standard on a cheese feast. Fresh prepared though and good flavour.

Ordered food to arrive at 6pm. Food arrived at 5.15 pm. What is the point of being able to select a delivery time if it is completely ignored? Tried again in April 2025. This time the food never even came. Had to call them where they blamed ‘technical issues’ which must be code for their utter incompetence. Will never bother trying again.

Normally when I order from here I get a good quality pizza but this time however I had ordered a stuffed cheesy crust but when it came there was no cheese in the crust. Very disappointed.

Order took 2 hours with no update from them had to call twice and they were not very helpful just kept saying it was on its way

I was craving pizza one night and found that this restaurant was still open so decided to try it, even though I ordered quite late the pizza was amazing and was delivered so quickly still nice and hot, it’s so delicious and one of the best pizza’s i’ve ever had. I normally order a pepperoni pizza so whenever I crave one this is now my go to. The customer service is also so lovely and so are the delivery drivers, always so polite. I definitely recommend this place!

Definitely recommend these guys. Customer service was fabulous. We ordered the vegan pizza and they rung straight away to double check everything. When they delivered they reassured us everything was vegan and they cut it with a separate knife. They truly went out their way to make us feel comfortable. The meal itself was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Lovely people and yummy food. Thank you xx

The seafood pizza did not have any prawns on it as advertised. Just a very liberal sprinkle of tuna, this is false advertising, wouldn’t mind so much except we ordered 2 extra toppings which we was charged for only to be short changed.used to be good

Really nice pizza and generous servings, especially the bbq wings. Makes a nice change from the bigger chains that are quite stingy with their sides! Good website with options for customising pizzas also.

pizza was squashed to one side clearly handled without care. cold. and wasn't what I ordered

Had to wait two and a half hours for our food which then arrived cold. I called the shop 3 times, the first time 30 mins after I had my ‘out for delivery’ notification to be told my food had not yet even been made and would be with me in 20 mins… 40 mins later… still no food! Food before has always been nice as pizza is a ‘safe’ take away for our family. But this one was vile to the point we hardly even touched it after the long wait… extremely disappointed.

Ordered food at 7.15, delivery due by 8.15. I called the shop at 8.30 and our food had not yet even been made… they said delivery would be 20 mins… 30 mins later still no delivery!! Order finally came at 9.45 and it was stone cold… delivery driver was also rude.

Do NOT be fooled by thri prices they have lowered their portions DRASTICALLY. Their medium pizza is the size of most small and ther 'pizza garlic bread' wasn't much bigger than a donut.

Well that was fun... Ordered Pizza from TopsPizza Billericay to just send the food back after eating Washing up liquid 🙃 they won't even refund me the money so that will be me ringing the bank Monday morning for my £29.99 back, The delivery driver didn't even come to the front door to deliver my order... I had to go out of my way to collect it, they were extremely rude over the phone, the manager was also unkind

Very freindly people and great service

Ate half the pizza on the night and saved the rest for another time. Put it in the fridge for a couple of days while I was away. I came back and went to eat the remaining half and found a plastic shard inside one of the slices while I was eating it.

Always get our pizzas from Tops. Good toppings, good value and quick delivery.

order never arrived, called the restaurant multiple times and was told that it will be 10 more minutes and never showed !!!

ordered after 5pm was told by the app would be delivered by 6.05-6.20,driver arrived at 6.35 and the pizza was cold, refused the pizza and was told the new fresh and hot pizza would be delivered within 45 minutes ( so 7.20) got a text saying pizza would be delivered at 8pm, arrived at 8.20 and pizza was lukewarm at best,I accepted it as I was so hungry by now.poor service and won't be ordering again
