Food is so delicious. Always hot when it arrives.

Ordered food at 7.15, delivery due by 8.15. I called the shop at 8.30 and our food had not yet even been made… they said delivery would be 20 mins… 30 mins later still no delivery!! Order finally came at 9.45 and it was stone cold… delivery driver was also rude.

Do NOT be fooled by thri prices they have lowered their portions DRASTICALLY. Their medium pizza is the size of most small and ther 'pizza garlic bread' wasn't much bigger than a donut.

Well that was fun... Ordered Pizza from TopsPizza Billericay to just send the food back after eating Washing up liquid 🙃 they won't even refund me the money so that will be me ringing the bank Monday morning for my £29.99 back, The delivery driver didn't even come to the front door to deliver my order... I had to go out of my way to collect it, they were extremely rude over the phone, the manager was also unkind

Very freindly people and great service

Ate half the pizza on the night and saved the rest for another time. Put it in the fridge for a couple of days while I was away. I came back and went to eat the remaining half and found a plastic shard inside one of the slices while I was eating it.

Always get our pizzas from Tops. Good toppings, good value and quick delivery.

order never arrived, called the restaurant multiple times and was told that it will be 10 more minutes and never showed !!!

ordered after 5pm was told by the app would be delivered by 6.05-6.20,driver arrived at 6.35 and the pizza was cold, refused the pizza and was told the new fresh and hot pizza would be delivered within 45 minutes ( so 7.20) got a text saying pizza would be delivered at 8pm, arrived at 8.20 and pizza was lukewarm at best,I accepted it as I was so hungry by now.poor service and won't be ordering again

Nice nd tasty food Good service for customers

Our go-to takeaway pizza in Billericay. Did try another pizza takeaway but Tops Pizza is our favourite. Our last takeaway from there was end September 2024. Ordered one small meat lover, one small special, potato skins and Chilli cheese bites. All of it cooked nicely and was hot. The only dish we wouldn’t order again was the Chilli cheese bites simply because there was not enough of a chilli kick for us! Staff were also polite.

I ordered a pizza with olives and hot dog, i got olives tomato and ham and asked for thin and got thick but the pizzas were nice. Friendly delivery driver.

It was my first order, the pizza is too salty, I had a full bottle of water after I've had 2 slices of your pizza, reduce the salt and don't add to much.

Don’t bother! Paid £24 for a pizza the size of a dinner plate! Delivery was late too, Not even very good quality and had paid for extra anchovies which were clearly missing, swerve at all costs!!

I was told about Tops Pizza by a friend of mine at games club, whilst looking for an alternative to the big popular Pizza chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's. Safe to say, I'm getting Tops Pizza again when I get the chance. Tops Pizza is incredibly good in terms of value for money. Their offers and deals mean you can buy food for a big group without spending too much money. For a Pizza chain, their food is pretty nice. Good pizza base consistency, right amount of toppings, good serving sizes. My group was very pleased with the food we ordered, it was so worth the money.

Pizza as always when buying from Tops. It will be last time I order from them now. It’s happened to me many times and always ring them when it turns up like this and they say sorry and then I order again next time and it turns up again the same. If you like pancakes, tops is the way to go

Order updated to delivered and it wasn’t. At this point I called the restaurant and they told me the driver forgot our drinks so drove back to the restaurant to get them…without dropping the pizzas to us first??? From the phonecall I was told 10 minutes but it took 30 minutes, you can imagine how cold the pizzas were after going back and forth. Really unhappy as spent a lot of money on this order!

Orderd through their website. After 2 hours it still wasn't delivered... Turns out they were closed! Had to ring them the next day to get it refunded. Normally my favourite pizza place but won't be ordering anymore.

Best pizza in Essex by Far u will not be disappointed

Order is late and that is my fault. Manager has said I should have that agreement with the driver and not him. Manager says he had no way of calling me but called me 40 times. My door video camera shows no delivery's.

Pizza was stone cold. Ordered 2 large ones but got 2 medium!. Never used these before, paid 38 quid for cold food that was wrong. Won't use them again. No excuse for cold food even, if busy, get more delivery drivers. Wrong order, how hard is it to read an order! Won't recommend and won't use again. How hard it it to deliver a correct order and to have it hot?
