Driver put the wrong address in the satnav and didn’t listen to instructions when was told them. Pizza was cold on delivery.

Choices are harder these days for pizza lovers. Pizza Express has reduced its range and got rid of its deals while Dominos seems to have plenty of choice, but actually had stopped the 'half and half' deals and doubled its prices so that the 2 for 1 offers look better. It's particularly refreshing, therefore, to find someone who will make you pretty much any pizza you want at a fair price. If you want a take-away try Tops.

Only ordered chicken strips, small pizza and garlic bread. Took over an hour to arrive, no driver updates available, was cold and Garlic bread slices were soo small

As always, cancels the pizza delivery without any reason. Wouldn’t bother ordering from again.

First time to order at top’s pizza. I didn’t expect much but this is the fastest delivery we had in such a long time! Very satisfied with the temperature and taste of the food. And well prepared. Even the Walton army cadets enjoyed it! Very good value for money too. Also, customer service are very good! Very nice and accommodating! Highly recommended!

Pizza was valid cookie where going hard garlic bread was soggy and didn't even come to my door I had to walk down and I'm half disabled

Made a mistake by not reading the description, ended up with a garlic based pizza and raging heartburn. It said pizza I assumed it would be tomato based, so really very gutted about this, not sure can eat the rest. Had to knock off some stars as I ordered two large pizzas but was given no sauces, there are no options with the order, and normally when ordering in store they give them, so not sure why we weren’t given any. Driver went to wrong location twice, but easy mistake so no harm done! Margarita pizza was good and chicken strips.

Looked like the pizzas had been dropped. One was all scrunched up. The second the dip had burst open and got dip over my pizza which was awful.

One of my favourite pizza shop 😋. Really great quality and excellent taste.

Really disappointed. Haven't ordered for a while but specifically fancied Tops tonight. Ordered tonight and food arrived within half an hour which was quicker than expected and delivery driver was lovely. However the food was not good at all. It was all cold and chilli bites soggy and undercooked. Pizza base horrible and actually smelt like and resembled cardboard. Garlic bread chewy and cold. Such a shame as they were once my favourite. Food went in the bin, won't be ordering again :(

It's a terrible shame that I had to travel almost 450 miles to find a pizza as nice and filling as the one I've just devoured. If you too want a decent pizza, I can recommend Tops, something I rarely do yo be honest. Keep up the great work.

Really tasty fresh ingredient pizza, delivered hot and ready to eat. The first time I tried Tops was just over a week ago, and this was my third order since then. I'll definitely be back for more. Excellent

Requested for 6pm and confirmed for 6.05, called 30mins before due to ensure it would be on time, told it might be 10 mins late was 25 mins late. Very disappointed, won't use again

Pizza base was not what we ordered in a first place, but staff organised another delivery and included desert as an apology. Mistakes happen- it’s how you resolve it.. polite and helpful staff. Thank you!

Ordered the first and last time… terrible delivery time… food was cold after waiting a total of 1hr 35mins at not a busy time of 4pm weekday. Called the restaurant they offered 1 free pizza AFTER I pay and order one first…the cheek!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. waste of money and terrible customer service and food quality

Food arrived late, the pizza was very doughy and was a bit cold by the time it arrived. No dips even though I had paid for them. Garlic bread was floppy. Not a great experience

Ordered 2 pizzas from this place yesterday 1 meat feast and 1 sea food, when the pizzas arrived there was barely any toppings on the pizza, we asked for no tuna, no tomatos and EXTRA anchovies but there was barely any anchovies on that sea food pizza. For the meat feast pizza we only got one small meat ball on each slice SHOCKING! Never ordering from here again!

I have used this place over 8 or so years but we most use Papa Johns. Around 2012 this place was the best! I understand they are working hard and they have to save money to make money but this is beyond a joke. The standards are so bad the children wont eat it - only the toppings. The base has a strange soapy taste and texture. You never feel healthy after you eat a pizza but this is the worst. I just dont want anyone else to waste their money with these guys. It also took an hour to to get here compared to Papa Johns 20 minutes... I suppose you get what you pay for. The staff are lovely but if the quality is this poor the price has to match it. Im sorry I couldnt speak higher of them. They did use to make BRILLIANT pizza but something has been wrong since 2012.

Quick delivery and food was hot. Sides were nice (garlic and potato wedges). Pizza was average. Not many toppings. Disappointed with cheese stuffed crusts (they were sickly - would definitely not recommend stuffed crusts). Was alright overall.

I ordered pizzas online at 4:40 for delivery 2 hours later no pizzas I phoned them they said it was my fault because I didn't order extra toppings I only wanted 2 cheese and tomato pizzas not good

Pizza was missing half its toppings, was supposed to have pepperoni, mixed peppers, spicy pork and ham but all those toppings were missing.

The order has not been delivered, first extended, the delivery time has now expired given as 23:40-00:00) and I have not received my order? I have tried calling the restaurant but there is just a voicemail message; I have left two messages giving my mobile number and can see the payment has been taken from my bank account. I had a text message at 23:24 saying 'not long now'... It is now 00:20??

This is a fairly standard Pizza restaurant, food is good and service is good. But never ever order any extra toppings. I ordered extras toppings twice, fresh tomato and mushrooms. This was an absolute joke. 1 pizza had 2 quarter slices of tomato and the other pizza might have had a slice of mushroom on it. It costs £1.10 per extra topping so this is absolutely ridiculous for getting almost zero extra toppings. Up your game Tops Pizza.

The warm 4 cookies were cold an the ice cream was melted. There’s nothing wrong with the bottle of Coke and bottle of Diet Coke . Was not good enough for £17.49 not good at all very unhappy.

Don't bother ordering any pizza with extra toppings because you pay the extra money and the extra topping is non existent. I asked for extra fresh tomato and mushroom. There were 2 quarter slices of tomato and 1 slice of mushroom for £2.20 really need to up their game on the extra toppings because that is either a deliberate rip off or the staff just can't be arsed.

I give 3 stars for 2 reasons the base of the pizza was hard it did ruin the pizza which was a shame as there was a nice taste to the pizza and second not a big deal but there wasn't enough meatballs on the pizza I feel that there should atleast be 1 meatball on each slice Apart from the 2 things listed above I would accasionally try here again and eat more often if base was softer Garlic bread was really nice full of flavour And delivery guy was friendly and polite pizza arrived 15 minutes later then listed but 1st thing he did was apologies for being late so excellent customer service

Delivered early by lovely delivery driver who kindly called my mobile which I requested in my comments. And it was a very nice pizza. Was pleasantly surprised. :)

We ordered food here tonight and it was left on the doorstep no body knocked no one rang the door bell and I certainly didn’t get a phone call to say that they where out side because we would have come down now that was not a cheep order. I will call up tomorrow morning I do not get a respond

Got notification saying my pizza was with the delivery driver, journey takes 10 minutes max. Pizza delivery guy takes 35 minutes to deliver pizza and it was cold when it arrived. Now waiting for another pizza to be delivered

Good, but overall they used to be more tastier. Its just average, customer service is not always happy
