Goo customer service, called us up to say that they didn't have a certain product and offered a alternative! They couldn't have been more helpful 😊 very handy for a late night !

Ordered a pizza had a hair inside the cheese. Called them staff was very unbothered and said thanks for letting me know.

I have eaten here a plethora of times whilst under the influence and been disappointed by their food. As a foodie, I wanted confirm my negative perception on their food while I was sober. This time I ordered food from Tops late at night. When I called to order my pizza I was greeted by an affable clerk. He took my payment and gave me an accurate estimate on when my food would arrive. I waited around 30 minutes for my delivery, which was what I expected. The driver was polite and efficient. I was disheartened by the quality of the food. The crust had the texture of a stale Walkers crisp, the tomato sauce was sweeter than milk chocolate, and the cheese was overwhelming. For a company that has the luxury of being open late, it would be nice to see good quality. I have not visited a separate Tops branch because of how bad the quality of the food is from the Leatherhead one. I am reluctant to say this, because the clerk was a lovely person, but actions speak louder than words. Despite their phenomenal customer service, I have never had a good dining experience at this restaurant. Amongst a myriad of other pizza companies, I have eaten their food countless times. I am consistently disappointed with the quality of the food they offer. If you're drunk and want good food, visit Royal Chicken or Botan Kebab instead. They're both cheaper and higher quality.

I collected pizza last night for my daughter but the pizza was really extra salty and she could'nt eat and ended up hungry sleep.so sad

It saddens me to leave this review about my local TopsPizza (Leatherhead) however it’s now the third time I’ve experienced issues with the food ordered. It’s always challenging to place an order online and I end up having to call the store. Because of this, twice I was unable to get the same deal as it shows online. The pizza used to be top quality but recently it’s been hit and miss with one pizza being cooked to perfection and the other having the wrong ingredients, and dripping in oil. I really don’t want to be overly critical as the staff, do try and resolve issues however receiving the order and then finding you’ve been given the wrong items is very frustrating. Especially when you order food with others and the everyone’s dinner gets spoiled. Last time, I ordered over the phone (as online ordering was impossible) and ten minutes after receiving a delivery with half the correct order, I got a knock on my door for an identical delivery (except it would have been the right half pizza). I was honest and explained I’d already got the delivery and was told I couldn’t take the correct food because of that!!! Confusing and off putting… ended up not eating the pizza. Shame, staff are always so polite and friendly but service is letting this establishment down

Pizza tasted like cardboard garlic bread stale but tango was 10/10

They forget to deliver our order.When we told them they didn' even offered to give us the pizza for free in compensation for the mistake and hours of waiting.

Ordered an extra large pizza, two popcorn chicken, one chicken dippers, one cheesecake. 30minutes passed and they called me to inform me they didn't have the two popcorn chicken (an entire meal for someone in my household) but they had the rest of the food already made and ready. They told me they had made the rest of the food and that they would replace the popcorn with something else. I said no cancel the order seven times and they wouldn't accept it. They were extremely rude and I explained that is their fault for not checking they could fulfil the order, their fault for making the other food first, and if they cannot fulfil the order then I wanted the order cancelled. Who do they think they are to try and force me to pay for something I didn't order, then throw their toys out of the pray when I say no? They wouldn't take no for an answer despite being the ones in the wrong, were extremely rude to me, and said I was banned from placing future orders. Wow

The best pizza in town thank u tops

The place has gone right down hill since it was put up for sale. They obviously don't care anymore. Very sad as this was once a fantastic pizza takeaway which we have enjoyed ordering from regularly for years. The staff were brilliant, pizzas always delivered quick and roasting hot! The last few times have been the opposite. Late delivery, just warm food, and pizzas just not up to the old standard. Such a shame. Sadly, we have now been ordering from Domino's to guarantee a decent pizza.

I just had the freshest pizza I have had all year. This place is small but quite spectacular. I never usually eat the crust, but I just couldn't stop myself this time. The owner is the super nice, and the staff feel like a family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also shout out to Alex the delivery guy!

Normally is very good, but today pizza was cold, we call them and they put the phone down after we say the pizza was cold and we add to put it all in the over... we call them again second time and they say they will sorted out... but I still have a cold pizza, no replacement or refund... probably not ordering again from them after this bad costumer service

I still remember that late evening, it was just three days after we landed in the UK, walking up the high street in leatherhead towards the Pizza Place. The owner greeted us with great energy to his little Pizza place -The Tops Pizza! That evening changed me from saying “I like Pizza only in Dubai” to “I love Tops Pizza”. Every weekend ordering from Tops is a mandate for me, either their Jalapeneo poppers or Veg Hot Pizza and mostly both. Their fiery wings are definitely fiery and my husband and I love them too!

Ordered a pizza which had uncooked base and tasted horrible, any frozen pizza I've had tasted better, onion rings were rather raw and awful, I'm giving them a star because it was delivered early ,they are not busy for obvious reasons very disappointed, stay away from this restaurant.

I'm only giving this place a star as the staff seem nice enough. My order was awful. The pizza bases were stale and like cardboard so we only ate the toppings.They got a pizza wrong so I had to wait 40mins extra to only be disappointed. The chips weren't even cooked! I had to put them in the oven to cook for longer which isnt exactly what a Take Away is.... The only nice things were the dips and Coke! Not ordering again.

I ordered at the counter then popped to the pub opposite for a drink while it was cooking. They brought it over to the pub for me when it was ready, piping hot and delicious! Happy customer

Great pizza's only had one base slightly undercooked..

Wanted to enjoy a good night out, and found this gem. The tiled walls really took the evening from a dull drag to an awesome sesh. That white colour with the posters really sets this place apart from the competition. I didn't look at the posters themselves as I was too engaged with the unique and stylish interior design of the establishment. As for the pizza, it's circular and comes in a box.

Honestly, the pizzas great. But Tops pizza if you're reading this review, please read the note attached to the order. You woke up half the streets dogs by knocking on the door when I said just ring me when you get to the door. I left my number an everything. Foods great. They just don't read the attached note.

I order here all the time and • The service is very friendly and accommodating especially with edits and comments in the ‘notes’ section. • Out of the maybe 25+ times I’ve ordered, I have had 2 overall bad experiences with an item missed off or cold pizza. That’s a very good record. • The prices are quite frankly the best you can get especially for quality too (I use the home alone deal and two of us deal a lot, very good value for money). • I highly recommend this delivery service my main buys being chicken dippers (the best side imo), garlic bread and cheese, thin crust pizza and potato wedges. Excellent quality for the price.

Very cold pizza not enough toppings not very happy with this service never order again

Love love love this branch of Topps Pizza. We often visit after we've been to Box hill which is just a few miles away. The guys running the shop always look after us and cook us a nice pizza. The toppings are lovely and the pizza itself is great and the garlic dips are tasty too. Well done guys!

Nice pizzas and always have a decent amount of toppings on and cooked properly. I have a sensitive stomach and i never have any problems with food from tops pizza leatherhead.

Good pizza, great value, would be 5 stars if they let me know they had delivered my pizza to my doorstep as they say they will AS they didn't let me know, I patiently waited and eventually found my pizza cold 50 minutes after expected delivery

I am a big fan of Tops' Pizza's actual pizzas, rather than adding too much tomato which is what Domino's do, Tops Pizza have more cheese instead, and I love cheese. Their stuffed crust is also quite nice - a big difference in Domino's pizza is that their classic base and their stuffed crust are considerably different, but Top's Pizza always taste as good as a stuffed crust does, even if it's not stuffed crust. The garlic pizza bread is really nice as well - proper garlic taste and nice and thin crust. Their sides however aren't great I've found, for example the ribs weren't very meaty. The coleslaw smelled a bit off. And the chicken dippers were really disappointing. The pizza bread (baguette style) has always been too moist, when it really should be crunchy. (I've ordered multiple times). Two sides they have got right are the nachos and the cookies - they were really nice. In the branch they have a great lunchtime deal as well - £3.50 for a small pizza, garlic bread and a drink.

Poor customer service skills, pizza with garlic base instead of tomato? Is that even a pizza? The guy on the phone just continuously denied both deep pan pizzas looking different ie one was burnt and flat. Cheese tastes like plastic. First and last time.
