All this huffing and puffing from the people on the phone needs to stop when you are asking them how much the prices of things are. Either have patience or find another job simple as. Can’t even make a phone order without attitude from these people

Horrible staff! Called them in to get my order and hung up the phone in my face , calling and swearing . I would not recommend the food or the place , such a terrible experience and costumer service, they have took my money and I have never gotten my order .

I placed an order for takeaway at 4:00 PM for collection at 5:30 PM. When I arrived on time to pick it up, the staff had completely forgotten my order. When I politely mentioned that I was getting late, the staff member not only failed to apologize but instead shouted at me—completely unacceptable behavior. This level of service is disappointing, and I strongly urge the city council to ensure that businesses provide proper customer service training before granting work licenses. No customer should be treated this way. Please avoid this place

This Takeaway obviously have some sort of financial problems and stopped caring about customers. Do not purchase food from here, missing items and lies from the people who work here they couldn't careless. This place is terrible it needs to be shutdown ASAP!!

I will not recommend that others order their product like peri peri chicken. I had a very bad experience with Tops Pizza on multiple occasions, last night I ordered for my kid peri-peri chicken wings but their behavior and service quality were very low and they gave burned wings with no sauce even though I instructed them when I ordered they not follow instructions according to customer. Their behavior is so nonserious. Please I suggest to everyone one don't buy burned food that can affect health.

I will not recommend it to anybody of Tops Pizza. I had a bad experience multiple times but they did not bother anything. Their staff is also very rudely speaking And takes the unserious. Anybody can tell me is that able to eat?

What a disgrace of a place. I don't usually post but being new years eve and having limited option to order from we went for a regular place. After waiting over an hour and a half we rang to check on our order to be told that it hasn't been done and won't be delivered due to the distance which has never been a problem before. Guests waiting for food and kids hungry. No one canceled the order, no one called to say it wasn't able to be delivered. Then getting the staff hanging up on us and not giving us a good reason for why not. Continued to hang up and not listen. What an end to the year with this disgracefull place

Order 26 wings and the staff only gave 20. We rang to ask and they were rude on the phone didn't give the wings or apologise. Worst wings I had ever eaten.

HORRIBLE FOOD & STAFF!!!! Ordered pizza & wedges from here, they came overcooked, burnt & inedible. Once I opened the box, the burnt smell just filled the room. I called the shop, they offered to send me another pizza however they kept talking amongst themselves, later the man tells me “i know what you are trying to do, get more free food” and ended the call on me. This is disgusting, just take a look for yourself and tell me if that food looks somewhat “tasty” or even fine to eat? Jokes on them, I won’t be ordering from here ever again!

After waiting an hour for my food it was the wrong order call to say and they said they would send the correct order straight out... an hour later still not with me when it does finally arrive it's the wrong order AGAIN! Not impressed at all order from these guys alot and it's not the first time this has happened 1st time gave them the benefit of the doubt as they got it right with the replacement this time I can't I won't be ordering again.

I dont order from here alot, and when i do i genuinely just order peri peri meals. Half of the time it comes burnt, and the other half of the time the food comes decent. Delivery time was okey, surprisingly i didnt have to wait 2 hours again. But today i had sauce dips missing from my order, turns out that they didnt send it out because they didnt have any left. The boss man over there forgot to ring me to let me know about this and they refused to send out a alternative. Its not my first time have some sort of problem with them about there customer service but i think a 12 year old would have better customer service.

I ordered two bbq base pizza as I am unable to eat marinara/tomato sauce and I was sent marinara pizzas when I rang them to resolve the issue they said I was lying and asked me to send them a photo and when I did they sent a voice recording saying that I’m lying and the photo is clearly bbq base because bbq is red🤔 they then have not responded to any of my messages and end the phone when trying to speak to someone.

I was not happy with my order at all! Ordered on Uber Eats at 8:52pm, it didn’t come until around 10:30pm. The food was cold, chips were stale and they gave me wrong items. I ordered 2 peri peri chicken wraps, a donner wrap and a kebab with chips. The kebab with chips was cold, I recieved 2 donner wraps for some reason, both cold and the meat stale. The “peri peri chicken” wrap I had recieved was just a wrap with salad and sauce in it, no chicken at all. Called the store and the manager acted like he had absolutely no knowledge of the order so I didn’t even get a full refund. Do not order from this place, you will be very disappointed.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Tops Pizza I cannot recommend Tops Pizza at all. The doner kebab meat was completely burnt and tasted awful! It seemed like they did it on purpose. I called them 37 minutes after placing my order to raise the issue, and the person on the phone was extremely rude. Instead of addressing my concern, he hung up on me and told me to just wait, despite me asking politely and respectfully. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality.

I have had Topps quite a lot in the past which all have been fine. However I’ve ordered Peri Peri chicken which was pink…I’d rather have charcoal like chicken rather than being undercooked. However the pizza I had ordered was ok.

Disgusting service. After an hour of placing order, I called to ask the status of my order, and was told by an extremely rude member of staff that it isn't even out yet for delivery. I asked for a refund but again was rudely told its not his problem and he can't do anything. Places this unprofessional should be shut down.

Please save your health and money, avoid at all costs. I felt compelled to write this to add to the already negative reviews. I thought I would give this a chance as I see it still in business after many years but later realised this branch seems to have lost franchising rights from the original Tops Pizza, and it seems like they lost it for a very good reason. Food came an hour late, not an hour after we ordered but an hour after it was supposed to arrive then the driver had the audacity not to deliver to my door! I would give this a higher rating if the food was even semi decent but it’s extremely poor, the fact that it came late doesn’t make it any better. It is edible but my stomach hated it, I really wanted to throw it up. At the end, I just threw it in the bin out of disgust and disappointment. I really hope you either get your act together or just shut down and give an opportunity for a better restaurant to open.

Terrible customer service at this place!! I waited 1.5 h for my food to arrive, and when I tried to call to check on my order, I had to call five times—four of those times, no one even bothered to pick up the phone. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. The taste wasn’t the worst, but after eating the second slice, I bit into something extremely hard, which completely disgusted me 🤢🤢 ended up in bin. To make matters worse, I felt sick shortly after eating and continued to feel unwell the next day. I do not recommend this place.

Very poor food. Ordered 2 meals for myself and a work colleague, and both meals were disappointing. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and a Masala fish box. Cheeseburger had incorrect sauce and the salad which i specifically asked NOT for. Burger was cold and the bread was soggy. No sauce on the chips despite me asking for that. Masala fish was a mess - It came missing the sauce I requested so instead it was just lathered with Garlic mayo (a sauce which needs something to go with. Having it alone makes any food item taste horrible) and no chilli sauce. They also put the wrong salad on that as well, so I was there filtering through the box meal picking out pieces of lettuce and tomato. On top of that, I specifically asked for no Shawarma meat (as I've tried it before and didnt like it). Take a guess what was in there? Also, the naan I got with the item was literally stuck to the box, and the masala fish was mostly skin (or masala) and no fish. The only thing I cant complain about was the Pepsi max. I'm not the kind of person to write a bad review after 1 dine, but I've been to Tops about 6 or 7 times. Each time, anything that isn't their pizza's gets progressively worse. So at this point, unless you order a pizza, steer clear of this place. I'm also pretty sure that I'll have food poisoning in the morning since the Donner meat I got looked more pink than Sammy Sosa and not the browned colour it should be. £25 down the drain, and we're now looking at ordering from elsewhere.

Tops pizza is a place I will not recommend this, Was visiting the city and thought let’s try a takeout pizza from here , let's talk about the pizza itself. I ordered their special pizza, and I was let down. The crust was doughy and undercooked, with a strange, off-putting taste. The toppings were sparse and lacked freshness. THEY ALSO USE PROCESSED TINNED BEEF ON THEIR PIZZA!!! It felt like I was eating leftovers from the previous day. Additionally, the cheese was greasy and lacked any real flavor. It was a sad excuse for a pizza, to say the least I will never be visiting again

Pizza is so extremely delicious. Chips are okay. Food amazing. Well cooked. The most important thing is they don't give a problem. Good customer service. Food is always on time. Certain takeaways they serve a good food but service omg down to drain. But this takeaway is good, highly recommended for your stomach and money satisfaction. Unfortunately, the seafood pizza with anchovies is not nice at all for me. The anchovies smell. You can choose seafood pizza without anchovies. The prawn tastes nice. The spicy chicken wings are also nice but sometimes too salty. I bought 2x spicy chicken wings. 1st was delicious. Second time so salty. The conclusion is the food is okay and nice.

Only go here if you’re really hungry and do not care about your bowels whatsoever. I order 6 wings for £3 with a bit of ketchup (not too bad of a price)yet when I open the box I was a bit confused to see a cluster of chicken wings absolutely drenched in cheap ketchup, one of which was some type of leg conjoined to a wing (I’m not sure but it looked alien or pigeon haha). Furthermore the wings were stone cold even though I had seen them in the “oven” seems as though the light was just on for decoration. Quite disappointed though I didn’t expect much anyways.

Really bad customer service as I ordered grill burger meal and told them to add cheese in the burger with no salad unfortunately no cheese was added and there was no fillet in the burger they added just 3 strips and the burger was very dry. Not going here next.

The peri peri chicken is much better than Nandos.... hands down. We order from here a LOT! We've not tried any of the other food though

Driver refused to knock on door, had to call restaurant an hour and a half after ordering after calling multiple times to finally get drivers number, he instead knocked on the neighbours door which was clearly marked and had a go at me once finally delivering food, food was cold and when calling the restaurant was told he was “really close” multiple times, needs a new delivery driver because the food would have been great if it wasn’t frozen

Literally no dough on the pizza, slice pulled out like a layer of cheese which falling apart paid extra for the cheese bites around the sides they are literally hollow with nothing inside. I placed an order at 5pm for delivery at 7:30pm, my order consisted of x3 18inch pizzas (deep pan) and a wing platter which in total came to nearly £60. Well 7:30pm came and no sign of the food so i gave thema bit of time just incase they were running late. It got to 7:50pm and still nothing so i decided to call the takeaway and no answer, so i then decided to use their messaging service. I sent 6 messages which were all read but got no reply, the time got to 8:20pm and i received a message saying there had been issues in the kitchen and that's what caused the delay. A driver pulls up about 8:30pm and proceeds to give me a a wing platter and bottle of pepsi but no sign of the pizzas, the driver made a call to the takeaway and was told the pizzas were being sent with another driver. 15 minutes later the pizzas arrive and they were horrendous, burnt and hardly any toppings and thin crust not deep pan like i ordered. Happy to take £60 for food but then forget about you and then just rush everything to get it out the door. Absolute shambles!

Ask for sauce no sauce only on the burger the dinner is disgusting and the chips taste old it’s not normal donner meat and also the wings taste like they have been sat there the whole day cold

Worst doner kebab I ever had and it took over 2 hours to deliver

Order was late by approx 30 mins and then the only item that was correct was a 7inch Margarita..when contacting the shop I was told they was busy..which I will add in a rude Manor which then resulted in me getting a bit high rate myself..I asked for a refund an was told to do this online which by the way the online service has told me to call the shop so there no help either..well any way we tried to salvage what we could of the meal as my partner wanted chips so he had the chips from my meal which I didn't even ask for..for then me to have literally no meal as the chicken was raw so wasn't eaten at all..all in all a shocking an disgusting meal an an absolute waste off money..will I use this take away again..ABSOLUTELY NOT..

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The pizza took over 2 hours to be delivered, and to make matters worse, two people in our group had stomachaches, while I suffered from severe food poisoning that kept me bedridden for two days. This was a terrible experience, and I hope the restaurant takes measures to improve its service and food safety.

A quiet place. The staff are some young men. The quality of the food is not good although the portions are somehow more than enough. The deals are good but when you have the food you might think it wasn't worth eating there.

Company of rude thieves and liars. I placed an order on their website waited for over two hours and nothing was delivered. I called them twice to find out what the situation was. On the first call to them, they told me the order was on the way. On the second call, they said they don’t use that website and I should contact the company who created their website to get a refund.

The menu was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. Of course, I couldn't resist trying their pizza, and I was not disappointed. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were generous and of top-notch quality. It's clear that they take great care in selecting their ingredients. Also, what caught my attention was trying shawarma. And it was a true delight - the seasoned meat was succulent and paired wonderfully with the accompanying ingredients. Thank you for that amazing experience, I'll definitely be returning to explore more!

Do not order from here. Every 1 star review is correct. Ordered on just eat, advertised delivery time of 35 - 50 minutes. Ordered and waited patiently. They lied to just eat and marked the food as delivered. Rang them up after waiting 1hr 30 mins for the delivery to be told it was on its way. Yeah it said that 40 minutes ago on the app and still hasn't arrived. Abysmal service. Clearly ran by someone who has a lack of brains and customer service ability. Cannot comment on the food as its now 2 hours and still don't have it.

Used to be great but after new take over its gone down hill abut but the peri peri chicken is still tasty but their portion size with donner and other items are gone down. Very very disappointed ordering on the phone first of all the person who took my order was very rude and rushing I understand in busy time we are all in a rush but he was shouting to me over the phone I ordered a chicken tikka pizza which basically comes with mixed peppers,mushrooms,jalapenos and chicken tikka but my order arrived was just cheese and chicken tikka on top after 55mins of waiting I called them he same person took the phone and told me that they have 2 chicken tikka on the menu but their menu consist of only one not even considering to do a refund very disappointed from you guys .couldn’t be worse than when you are starving and get a food delivery which doesn’t consist of your made choice !!!!

Always late , if you want quick food don’t order from here , I ordered few times I thought it might be busy but it’s always the same late , I never to bad reviews any where but I had to, I ordered from Uber Eats and didn’t receive my order they told to call Uber Eats customer service.

Absolute shambles! We were told the order would take 40 minutes, it look 1 hour and 35 minutes (on a Thursday evening!) called the restaurant to be told ‘the road is closed and the driver had to divert’ the road was not closed. Food arrived cold, 1 missing item of chicken wings & also the wrong topping on one of the pizzas. The food taste absolutely disgusting - like reheated rubber! Restaurant staff no help at all and rude. If I could give 0 stars then I would. Definitely will NEVER order again.

Taken over 2 hours to get the food. Just eat said dispatched over an hour ago, and I live 10 minutes away, called them up and they were still sorting out the driver. Got the food in the end, but was really cold. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, as everyone is saying the same thing.
