The music is extremely loud...not if I'm in a restaurant or a nightclub...impossible to eat calmly...what a stress...I will not return nor do I recommend it.

The burgers are very good, I have eaten several times already. But customer service is something to improve. I work in the hospitality industry and I am very good at my job. What this site lacks is quality and excellent customer service. You are not doing the customer a favor.

Unfortunately it does not have a 5 because it has dropped in level a year ago. You can see that the product drops in quality and it really is a real shame.

It's a good place to eat a hamburger. I was used to other fast food places, but I liked finding one that, in addition to being fast, is delicious. Bacoa has a good menu, a variety of meat and chicken burgers, even vegan ones. The atmosphere is youthful. The service was good, we arrived very late and they still served us, points for that. We ordered several burgers, mine was the one with cheese overflowing (cheeseleader, very delicious). Also, I tried some of the Bacoa and the chicken creme creme and they were very good, plus they are huge, their potatoes were good too. I will come back for more

Terrible customer service the worst

Oh, it's so delicious. This is my first time at a handmade burger place that tastes this good🤤 The meat is so crazy that I just want to skip the patty!! The staff provided extra tissues and were polite and kind.

Great customer service from Emily and Daniela (welcomed us with smiles and gladly helped me when I spilled my Fanta on the floor)! The truffle mayo burger and patatas bravas were super delicious and had unique flavors comparing to typical burgers you would get from other places. Would highly recommend if you had too much of tapas and jamon in Barcelona!

While looking for a lunch place, this place appear to stand out from the other store. Though the front is not welcoming but the burgers are smoky delicious. Had the Tarfufata burger with side of egg and fries. The burger comes with a caramelized onions with lettuce slices. They also offer 3 types of beers and the burgers goes well with the mild rioja beer.

The attitude from the employees is disgusting, I realized that the employee who took the order asked other people ( apparently a local) about how they wanted their burger been prepared, I wasn't asked and he didn't want to take my order, the owner should fire these people and hire someone who really wants to work. Very bad experience for tourists, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The burger was pretty good (cheeselea) with a brioche bun. Came relatively close to the famous burger from the butcher in Amsterdam. The meat is fried to a perfect medium rare with bravas rusticas with 2 sauces and a cold beer. Only the ambience is more like a canteen and the brand's smaller branches are unfortunately permanently closed.

It's delicious because it's not too salty or spicy. The patty was thick and there was no meaty smell. The portions were large, so it was perfect for two people to eat two burgers and one fries.

The best burger I have ever tried in Barcelona! I took the La Bacoa Burger without bacon, it was very delicious, juicy and fresh. The sauces were very nice not too much added sugar.

We were very disappointed on all levels: - order sent by someone in too much of a hurry - error in the order, we had to claim half of the order - the burger is made with quality meat not far from burger king - no drink alternative to Coca Cola In the end it's an expensive burger for less quality and service. We ate chicken burger and creamy chicken burger. We didn't like the cream in the creamy one, but the chicken was tender and delicious. We ordered patatas bravas, but it didn't taste very different either, it was ordinary. I loved the lemon beer, you should definitely try it. It was generally successful. We paid 32 euros for 2 burgers, 1 potato, 2 lime beers and 1 coke.

The burgers have a burnt oil flavor and the potatoes too, they are fried with super reused oil. I ordered some bravas and they brought me separate mayonnaise and tomato, that's not a bravas sauce, the bravas are spicy, the seats are very uncomfortable, the music is super loud, I won't go again, I even have a stomach ache from the food with the burnt oil

Very tasty burgers 😋 We orderd the Bacoa and the Montesa with sweet potatoes on the side and 2 beers. Was very delicious with a rich taste. I highly recommend to add some spicy jalapeño to the burgers. Worth to mention that the buns weren’t that good and felt cheap and also the sour cream sauce of the sweet potatoes didn’t feel right.

Fantastic burgers and reasonably priced compared to other "gourmet" type burger restaurants. I ordered the chicken burger which came with 3 strips of chicken, homemade french fries and a small bottle of water. Total cost was just under 13eur which for it's location is exceptionally good value.
