Fluctuating quality. On a good day, the burgers at Bacoa are right in the cupboard, with a good grill taste and good crunch in the burger. Other times you get a dry bun, with a steak that is semi-boring.

Amazing burgers with excellent service

Honestly I had some doubts about this one, when I came in the place fit the perfect vibe for a burger restaurant. I ordered Australiana and oh my god was it amazing. The meat was cooked to perfect medium rare and it was sooo juicy, I added jalapeño for a bit of spice and honestly it was the perfect addition the beetroot completely changed the game aswell. The price meets the quality and the service was beyond amazing. Very happy with the place and I would definitely recommend it. If I’m being completely honest Bacoa has the best burgers in Barcelona hands down.

I came to have lunch with my family, the place was nice but the lady who served us was super rude and gave us terrible attention. Of course, the bacoa and manchego burgers were good, to accompany it we ordered french fries and rustics that were good meh, a gringo dancing salsa has more seasoning, but still, it wasn't quite enjoyable thanks to the terrible service. They should train their staff better.

I tried their burgers years ago when they were in port and I really wanted to repeat. They have changed location to a much larger and more modern and very comfortable one. The burgers are amazing and after all the price increases and in general and time, they still maintain their essence. The price is super good and the burgers are amazing. The waitress and the waiter were super friendly but the cooks were terrible. I ordered my mid-point hamburger and they found the burgur burnt by a lsdo and lter ni, the very friendly waiter wanted to change it but I didn't want to for fear that they would do something to my vomit out of anger. I don't think it's normal that if a burger burns you put it on instead of making a new one.

Hi, I came with hurry to bacoa after landing from the Airport. I arrived 22.15 oclock. The cashier girl Said its only 'to go'. The Restaurant was packed with people. I told her that she can pack the Burger to go and i eat it fast Inside in 10-15 minutes. She still Said No! I was so sad, because i checked the time online and i came with alot of Hunger and with a hurry from the Airport. This ist the opposite of a good service oriented Restaurant. You lost a costumer!

Of course in incredible quality/price ratio, 2 hamburgers with their respective bravas and a drink €30 apart from the time to serve us which did not exceed 10 minutes. A 10 out of 10 👍🏻

We have been to this place several times and it always meets expectations, super friendly service, the kitchen is very fast and fluid, the place is super large and the menu includes photos to make ordering easier. In terms of price/quality it is very good. I recommend the Manchego burger and the bacao, they are delicious.

I went to this Restaurant twice when I visited Barcelona for the second time , I stayed in Barcelona for only 2 nights so imagine how good the can be to make me go there for two nights back to back when I was just staying for two nights ! I ordered A Classic Burger first night and for the second night I ordered a Manchega burger which had caramelized onion and cheese which was so delicious ! I ordered my burgers each time with fries which were very fresh and I tried the truffle sauce / truffle mayo sauce for the second night which was had a very unique taste and it was a perfect combo for the fries ! The sauces that they put on table are so tasty and the hot one is really hot but if you like a real hot sauce you should definitely try their hot sauces ! The burger’s meat was juicy and it was cooked perfectly ! This place gonna be in my top 10 burger restaurants of all time and when ever I go back to Barcelona I’m gonna go there and dine each night !
