The burgers never disappoint, there is always something new or seasonal for the crazy ones. For me, La Vacía is simply perfect and the one that put them on the map along with their homemade tomato sauces that are a great differential.

I'm usually a big fan of trying the place more than once before leaving a review, and this proved to be no exception. The first time I came here, the burger came out exceptional, juicy and tender and perfectly cooked. The second time, tonight, the burger was completely burned around the rim (basically charcoal) and, while they eventually gave me another one, the uneven quality of food doesn't allow me to give them a 4 or a 5 star review. The meat they use is indeed of amazing quality, but they need to improve the cooking and/or quality control processea so that burned burgers don't make it to the diners' tables.

The price is reasonable, but the patty makes you feel like you're eating steak. They gave us a glass of Coke with ice and even served us a burger themselves, so overall it was great. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The burger is so big that it's enough without fries. I really recommend it.

I have been coming with my partner every Saturday for about a year. The burgers are great but the sweet potatoes are from another galaxy. As you will see, we know the waiters and they are always good, especially the Andalusian guy. We have never had any problems but today 10/19…. Only a brunette girl with highlights enters and tells us that before taking a table we have to order (which I see as super normal) but the tone…. It should be said that they had never told us anything about it. We ordered our burgers. The high table in front of the cash register is left empty (there used to be a couple). We sit down and a curly-haired employee comes to clean the table and tells us, That we cannot be at that table, because it is for more diners (say that we have always sat at such tables and they have never said anything) That we move to the small tables or that we will have to share a table with other diners. I've been coming here for years because the quality remains excellent, especially for the cheap prices. Only 7€ & change for the classic burger, which is what I usually get. Today I enjoyed the Montesa - a fat, juicy burger, grana padano cheese, wild mushroom ragout, tomato, lettuce, & truffle mayo... For under 10€, and absolutely delicious. Plus, they made it medium-rare, just as I asked. Fresh ingredients always, good-quality meat. They also have 2 vegan burgers to choose from. And they make their own ketchup, which is much tastier than the bottled stuff. Highly recommend!

I used to eat them 12 years ago when I lived in Barcelona, I would go to their first location at El Born at least once a week with my brother. After not being in Barcelona for over a decade, I returned with high expectations of my favorite burger ever (Japonesa), and my wife had the Bacoa burger in the picture. Perfection! Great quality, flavor and service. I hope I can visit again soon and that Bacoa can continue on the top of my list as the best burger ever.

The best burgers I have ever eaten. I always order the manchega and I love it. The potatoes are like this, so they don't kill. But the place and bathrooms are very clean. Although we went to the one in Barceloneta and we could enjoy walking along the beach, now it is closed and you have to go to Plaza Cataluña, the university and it is more cocoa to move around those places.

Some of the best burger patties I've ever eaten! Service was friendly. The fries are more like diced potatoes. Unfortunately, the house ketchup (included) tastes like nothing. Mayonnaise costs 1 euro extra. The negative was the extremely dirty toilets. Toilet paper was missing in 2 of 3 cubicles.

Check out this burger joint. Taking into account that it is a chain, it is very good and of course, it is one of the ones that I have repeated the most times. The sweet potato potatoes are a show. As always, I recommend anything that has egg, foie or truffle.
