Always a welcome when you enter, lovely breakfasts a good choice of food to choose from,all at a very good price, also it is open on a Sunday if you fancy a breakfast also it does Sunday lunches which gives you a choice of meat you need to ring up to order you dinner also you can take ameal home with you

This was too long in coming due to my own disorganisation. Anita from Top Scoff is amazing kind hearted and down to earth. She looked after me and by children wonderfully for their Adoption Party, went above and beyond, knows her stuff and her food is mint. I HIGHLY recommend her plum cake, it is to die for!!

We went there on Saturday 4th and had a lovely breakfast sandwich with a big cup of tea and they were lovely 😍 And very good value also

We just went for a sit down and a coffee after a visit to Kingsbury Country Park, but ended up having a bacon sandwich, and two of their home made desserts. Excellent quality and can highly recommend their roulades. We sat outside, and there were a number of locals enjoying drinks in the sun, who were obviously regulars. They also do takeaway Sunday lunch at competitive prices, not sure if they will do eat-in when Covid regs are removed. Very friendly staff, we will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

When I arrived I was greeted with some women who stunk of b.o and when I got the food it was cold plz don’t visit as awful .the photo shows the full English.

Living local I pop in once a month for a fry up treat and I've always found the staff to be very welcoming. The full breakfast is well presented and tasty and offers good value for money. Keep on doing what you're doing, you've got a regular customer in me 👍.

Top stuff. In a row of shops and popular with locals and passing cyclists. Great breakfast choice. Mug of coffee and bacon and egg sandwich for £4 and served with a smile. Spot on

I had my first Sunday Lunch to take out from here today. Absolutely delicious, and very generous portion. Staff (and customers) were very friendly. Definitely go back😀

Top Scoff is on a small parade of shops in Kingsbury. We were dithering about getting takeaway sandwiches for our lunch and there was no particular reason why we chose this cafe over the other one. I rather think this is a very popular local cafe as nine people came in for breakfast while I was waiting for my sandwiches and two customers ahead of me. I had to wait a while but it was worth it. My order was one round of Coronation Chicken and one round of chicken and bacon with mayo. Never, ever have I had sandwiches made to order, from scratch. I was even given a taster of the Coronation chicken to see it if was ok! The cost of these delicious morsels - £2 each. The proof was in the eating. I am baffled as to how Anita can supply such lovely sandwiches at that price. Service was friendly. Long may her business continue.

I have a breakfast here at least once per week and am always served with good food and fresh orange juiced squeezed on the premises. Friendly and pleasant staff.

I have been here a few times usually for breakfast and it is so lovely. Everything is top quality, friendly staff and great speedy service.

Had a breakfast.bacon wasnt bad but everything else was very tasty and not bland.hash Brown,beans,Tom's and especially the poached eggs and sausages. First time in ages ive got the urge to go back to the same place as most cafes are just ok.

Nicely cooked food which range from sandwiches, jacket potatoes, toasties, breakfast, pizza and Sunday lunch.

I don't agree with the way that they have slated other business about food to try and sell there own considering that there is a very friendly and welcoming shop near by I feel that they are doing this is try and point there finger at the other shop close by who if we are honest was there before too scoff this is very off putting and does not make me want to visit or recommend you!

often stopped by for a coffee and eaten here a few times now. very high standard and extensive selection of breakfasts and tasty snacks to eat in or take out. Nothing is too much trouble and they will always try to accommodate whatever you would like. Well done to Anita and Rachel for creating a friendly local cafe that is always a pleasure to visit.

Come here at least once or twice a month for breakfast, always have sausage & mushroom baguette which is always freshly made. Only came here once for lunch which I had a ham salad baguette which was also fresh and made there & then, they don't serve crisps but Anita the owner said she didn't have a problem with us going to the local shop to buy some which was very kind of her as I know some other cafes wouldn't allow this. The cafe is very clean inside and well presented and staff are very welcoming, by far the best cafe' in Kingsbury.
