Está bien, no me malinterpreten, la comida es muy buena pizzas, etc., pero no compre postres que no sean el pastel de chocolate a menos que desee donas congeladas y tarta de queso congelada. cuando llamé a la tienda y luego hablé con un gerente, me preguntó si nos había pedido antes. . . . . sí, bastante en realidad, pero ¿crees que hicieron algo al respecto además de decirme que lo siento, así es como viene? no, solo dijeron que así es como lo compramos, así es como lo obtienes básicamente, muy decepcionante considerando que somos clientes habituales.

Hola, quería hacer un pedido desde el sitio web de pizza de sombrero superior y dice cerrado, pero puede pedirlo desde el sitio web de solo comer, pero cuesta mucho más. Deja de pensar solo en ganancias.

Good pizzas, however when called the advisor had issues understanding English and this was evident with what was delivered as I ended up with 1 thin crust and 1 deep pan pizza when I clearly advised and selected on justeat I wanted both to be deep pan, quality of the pizzas was nonetheless very good

I’ve ordered a few times but was vet disappointed getting mugged off over the “free “whatever” when you spend £13 or more” so much so someone missed out on their meal.

Pizzas were squashed and topping were all over the box. Also did not give potatoe wedges which I requested instead of garlic bread as my order came up to £30. Very disappointed will never order from her again as pizzas were horrible n squashed!

Pizzas were delicious and hot. Thank you! Always happy to order again.

I ordered a pizza and drink and forgot to order onion rings, so I rang up and asked if I could add them on, and the guy on the phone said that was fine and I would need to pay £1.99 to the driver when my order arrived. 2 hours later my order still hadn't arrived, but for the last 20 minutes the justeat app had said that my order had been delivered. I rang up twice to check that my order hadn't been delivered to the wrong address but the guy on the phone kept saying 'he will be there in a minute' and pretending to ring the driver. When my order finally arrived there was no onion rings but the driver still tried to charge me £1.99! Will never order from here again

Chips were half burnt , garlic bread was hard rock but pizza was good.

Everything but food was ideal, as food arrived early but was not very nice and burnt the plastic containers tasted like plastic

Utterly Disappointing! Failed to provide my free item

All in all it was great food, but the only disappoint is that I ordered deep pan but got thin crust instead on both pizza. The last couple of times when I ordered everything was perfect I guess it was because I was paying cash so could have refused to pay if they messed up but this time by card so getting my money back would take for ever.

I always order from Tophat pizza. Pizza quality is very good. A couple of occasions we had bad service. The recent order the delivery driver was looking depressed and did not greet me properly. That puts me off from ordering.

Chips were like cardboard think they were re fried. I did ask for no jalapeños but still got them!! Otherwise pizza was nice

The chicken on the pizza wasn't the only breasts I had tonight if you know what I'm saying. The chicken wings were bad, as in they belong on an icy Munich runway. Chips were soggy but long floppy sticks aren't a problem for me, this isn't my first rodeo. I got an Extra chips and extra drink that i didn't order, I wasn't born yesterday I know what this means, the delivery guy wants to deliver a meaty nosh but no sir I don't drop the soap that easily!

The food is good but the delivery time was unbelievable. It was close to 2 hours after I ordered it that it got delivered. Considering that the restaurant is so close to my house this really is unacceptable.

Chicken wings were again very bad,it had this bad smell to it. You guys need to change your cheap chicken supplier supplying cheap chicken wings. Seriously

Food smelled damp and was very soggy the caul slow was out of date and smelt really bad put me off the food. Felt like money gone to waste.

This is the second time tophat messed my order up. Ruined my dinner did not get drink and coleslaw. Will not order again even though pizzas are very good. Will try somewhere else.

The delivery came on time. The chicken wings were not as I expected, tasted like oven baked and did have a bad smell.

Ordered from them a few times. And everytime the delivery would be late, usually over an hour late, even on weekdays, even though I live only 5 minutes away from the take away. As well as that on near enough every order I made, they missed out an item from my order, from drinks to sauces and even sides. At one point I recieved a delivery 1 hour 45 minutes after I placed my order, to which as you can imagine, the pizza was cold. And every time I would call to enquire about my order or a missing item, the response would be very blunt as if they didn't care. Only reason I ordered from them again again was because they are my local pizza place. But no more, will not be ordering from again. And wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

We were disappointed. We chose Top Hat among many others because it offered a free drink with any purchase over 13 pounds, but they forgot to include it. Apart from that the pizzas were alright.

Pedimos un par de pizzas rellenas con corteza. El 'queso' en la corteza era correcto desagradable. Pasados. Que no podía comer. El resto de la pizza estaba bien para un estilo yanky spongey kebab pizza shop. base Una buena elección para el consumo de alcohol relacionados pizza mientras se mantenga lejos de la costras. Sin duda no es para románticos para llevar. En las palabras inmortales de Whitney" no es justo, pero es O.K.

It says the food has been delivered but it has not its 9:41 and the estimated delivery was for 9:25! This delivery was for Iftar as I mentioned on the requirements to send as soon as possible, myself and my family have still not broken out fast, waiting for it still to arrive. This is the worst experience I've had with Tophat pizza and I am very loyal customer, if you can access my account you will see I order food from this takeaway often more so religiously, I am very dissapointed and the takeaway did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know about the delay, if I had known I would have prepared something else! I am really dissapointed at this service and the lack of communication. It's 9:45pm and the food still hasn't arrived and I ordered at 8:15!

I always order frol top hat pizza and I am never disappointed with the food. However, delivery took over one and a half hours and eventually lost my appetite. And then the delivery man had called me to come outside to collect my food, even though he could have come to the door. Nonetheless, the food was good.

Pizza arrived 30mins late and was burned. STAY AWAY!!!

La pizza era realmente bueno, aunque no me gusta la pizza. Pero éste era excepcional. Fue con diferentes tipos de carne, pimienta, maíz, queso.

Price was wrong so they called me and had a go at me and basically held my food to ransom unless I paid extra. I paid by card so they just hadn't bothered to update on here. It took an hour and a half, was lukewarm and the delivery guy told me off for ordering because I was too far away. Makes me wonder why they accepted the order at all.

They didn't respect the time we asked (arrived 20 minute early). In the Deal we took (Couples only) there was a salad included but it was not delivered. The pizzas are not 10'' but only 9''

Been told 45mins,but it was 1h15m waiting. The delivery guy didn't want to come inside the mews to make it faster,forcing me to go until the gate to take the pizzas. Food quality not excellent but overall 1 of the 2 pizzas was wrong!!!

Una vez a la semana en la que conseguir una entrega siempre en el clavo y cuando me picante pizza me refiero verdadero picante no como otros. Siempre un buen valor por su dinero fresco único problema es sitio web un precio y otra vía el menú 😁

Ordered stuffed mushrooms which turned out to be breaded mushrooms, chicken wings which turned out to be breaded chicken wings.. Order was sent to wrong address and the delivery guy was very rude.. Not impressed

Very good food although they missed my ice cream off my order😢 after reading other peoples reviews it seems they do this a lot with not delivering full order, which is a bit sneaky

These guys are always awesome. I asked if I can have an extra bottle of coke instead of icecream and they honoured my request. No questions asked. Then my brother rang up 15 mins after I'd ordered on just eat and asked them if they'd make 1 pizza with stuffed crust. They happily agreed. Even though technically we were being awkward customers. Great service. GREAT PIZZA

I order for 7:20pm they deliver my food about 6ish, I order for dinner not for tea time they didn't check the order time and they forgot give my hot wings as well😞

They forgot to include a tub of ice cream which was in the deal that I ordered on the menu. When I phoned up to ask about it the man who I spoke to kept repeating himself saying that the order has changed and I couldn't get the ice cream (that I had paid for). Unless I swapped it for another of the items that had already been delivered. Eventually, after a long repetitive conversation a driver came and reluctantly gave me the ice cream which was the best tasting thing...most probably because it wasn't made by them. I won't even get started about the chicken wings...
