The food was so cold when it finally turned up it looked like it had been kicked around the floor I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN VERY POOR FOOD AND SERVICE

Sick of this shop now. Staff are incredibly rude, can’t cook food everything is barely cooked. I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. How difficult is it to make a veggie burger and chips so it doesn’t make you sick?! When was the last time food hygiene paid a visit?

Had chicken shish kebab bit of a wait 15 mins.sat outside the place.but the food was fantastic.chicken was cooked perfect.

Bland uncooked food. Wont be back and wouldn't recommend to others. Used to be decent kebab shop.

Never ordering from here again poor food, had a chicken kebab from there 2 days again and it was inedible had to bin it, chicken was pink and not cooked Nan bread was burnt and to top it off I have now got food poising from here DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to eat from here

Fish and chips were very poor Fish was dry chips almost inedible lot's of small chips that were hard. Chicken Shish kebabs were salty, chicken was not cooked properly pink inside, salad was very poor hardly any there, asked for no cucumber in one and no onions in the other but used same utencil for all of the salad, sauce's were disgusting, nan bread was burnt. Most of the food was put in the bin. Over priced food that's poor quality. Will not be going back there. Would rate this establishment as very poor.

Wouldn’t order from here again! Cold half portions of chips! Don’t know how to heat a pitta bread read instructions could have swore I ordered salad for the price of a chicken kebab with 6 bits of chicken an inedible broken pitta! Not the first issue I’ve had with this place but will definitely be the last!

The food here is bad more than it’s good. I have collected food previously that hasn’t been great and missing items from order. I just placed a delivery order and it was poor. Food was cold, missing items and pie and chips came with not even a hand full of chips. Not to mention the so called kebab. Which was just some meat thrown on a raw pitta. I was expecting to be able to share the chips but they weren’t even enough for one person. I would not recommend and will not be returning as I have been disappointed too many times now.

Ordered for delivery. Soggy chips, battered sausage was so soggy I couldn't separate it from the paper it was wrapped in. It was covered in pieces of paper. Took me a few minutes to make it edible. Cardboard box had sodden through so there was a big greasy hole in it where my food was falling out. Curry sauce had the consistency of water, really not nice. Banoffe pie was still frozen which was a shock when I bit into it. Wrong coke delivered, I selected zero sugar, full fat was sent. So not great.

Food has always been good. Last week I ordered with them on uber eats. My kebab was missing. Called them but it was too late to get a new one sent out and they apologised and told me they would get me a new one next time I went there. Went in today. Zero problem getting it replaced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even got a drink free. Great customer service.

Got fish meal for 2 , chips were dry and undercooked, fish was disgusting, smelt like it had gone off, don't even think it was cod, also had a cheese burger meal, the burger was burnt and hard and cold, will never go there again, when it was first opened it was lovely and the food was good, but it really has gone down below bad now,

It is really nice food and service

The guys in this chippy are lovely. They listen and take time to get thing right. They always look out for the children and interact. The food is great too. Much better now it has been refitted by new owners.

We've been buying from this shop almost every week for a couple of months and although the meat is quite decent in taste and portion, we have ALWAYS been given old, dry chips, which in true honesty is ruining the experience. This will probably be the last time we order from this shop and that's a shame because it is our local fish and chips.

First time in here, only popped in as was over the road. Ordered cod and chips which were delicious, especially the fish which had really crispy batter. Not loads of chips but enough.

Terrible. Sausage was pink inside.

Fish full of bones and coated in soggy batter. Most went in the bin. Never again.

Quick service. Window deals- Monday to Thursday so be wary

Very poor service. No effort to ensure customer order was completed correctly. I ordered two half pounders and 3 quarter pounders. I got charged accordingly. However when I got home I found all the burgers to be quarter pounders. I even asked the staff to ensure two were half pounders as I suspected they were treating the whole order as the same. The guy reassured me and yet he got it wrong after taking my money - funny how he made no mistake in charging me.

One of the great restaurant in kingstorpe. Tastes great. Large portions. Fast delivery. Wide range of kebabs ,sundries,burgers,wraps. Lovely staff and super food. Fabulous. highly recommend it if you are in the area

Disgusting. Food is extremely over priced for what it is. Poor quality, chips were largely inedible, small portions, certainly not fresh. Service took forever and a day, staff did not seem to have a clue what they were doing. Avoid.

£2.99 for a large portion of chips, it wasn’t large rather a small to medium, honestly disappointed. Stop being stingy with your portions and no I will not give you a fake 5 star review for a free can of coke and 3 pieces of chips.

Just had medium fish and chips barely any chips and fish was so only not worth the money, Also there is a sign when you go to order your food saying that you will get a free drink or free chips if you give them a 5 star rating. Don’t waste your money

Service is poor and slow and portions are shocking. I had 14 chips in a medium fish and chips for £9. Avoid at all costs.

Great Service, Everything cooked From Fresh, Only Gripe and I know its proberly the Same everywhere with Costs constantly Going up, The Fish could of been Slightly Bigger. Other than that can not complain, Comes in a Nice Box which I thought was a Nice Touch and a Slice of Lemon. You certainly do not get that Everywhere! Hopefully be back again real Soon.

This place has recently been re-vamped. (under new owners ?) I thought I'd give it a go, hadn't had a kebab for ages. Decided to have a doner in a naan wrap as recommended by a friend. The naan was freshly made and the kebab was delish. Will try again.

Grabbed dinner from here this evening. Waited about 10 minutes as everything is cooked from fresh which is reassuring. Portion size was great - just right!! Owner is really friendly too. Food was spot on and I’d definitely return / recommend.

Ordered fish and chips twice which was what I paid for, got home, one fish and chips one chicken nuggets and chips……chips were awful, after waiting twenty minutes I expected freshly cooked food, fish was complete with some bones, think the chips had been cooked day before and not even reheated, went in bin with cold chicken nuggets. Sorry but first and last visit

Just had first family meal from here must say it was absolutely shocking. Portion size is so small it couldn’t feed a child and batter undercooked and soggy. Waste of £25. Don’t go here

It’s the best fish and chips I had in England.

Ordered a medium chips for £2.00. The portion was tiny (see photo). The chips where not fresh either. I wont be going back!

Went here the 1st day they opened, large kebab very good. Went back a week later, large kebab was a small kebab, disappointed but still tasty. Next, Went in for the same kebab on Thursday night, no kebab, ok. Noone in the place, sausage ans chips, how long, the small guy "in charge of the till" he's obsessed with being in charge of the till! He told me 12 minutes waite for chips!!! Noone in the shop, then he goes to the back with his mate. I left after 5 minutes. Shame , the management doesn't realise the money they invested will never pay off in the kingsthorpe community. They should check all other failed businesses on the area. I give them 6 months, get rid of the small guy they put "in charge"!

Waited over an hour for food (in the shop) got home to find some of the order was missing, had to then go back to the shop to then have to wait even longer, extremely small portions, brother in law ordered XL kebab and came small enough to feed a very small child, cold mushy peas, fish was very dry, chips were lovely but overall very disappointed..

Ordered the fish, kebab & chips and was amazing. Cooked to perfection would 100% recommend to family & friends and will definitely order again!

Friday night was a busy one with big orders before me, almost an hours wait, chips not great like they’d dried out whilst kept warm, kebabs on Nan was very little meat compared to a lot of meat on a pitta, (we had both) meat was very dry, it’s new and probably better when not under pressure but I’m afraid I’m out, staff apologetic and polite!
