Outstanding food, nice, fresh and tasty food. Great service.

Food was great and staff were able to customise food. Staff had a mix up with our order but it was resolved fast. Needs some ambient music.

Decent food, great milkshakes! Loved the lighting, and we had a go on Sega Rally 3 after dinner. Very cool!

One of the worst experiences from any restaurant/manager. Brought my own food to sit with the rest of the family who were having the burgers, and the manager was aggressive and rude about bringing outdoor food. I wasn’t allowed to eat and his rude language and behaviour was beyond disgusting. Swearing and telling me to “get out” and “piss off” while I was asking him why he was being rude. No other customers in the shop, will never be going there again!

Food delivery was incorrect and did not receive what we ordered and the drivers response was basically "not my problem, call the restaurant" which we did multiple times to get no response from them either. The food we did receive was stone cold anyway so inedible. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food arrived cold. (Restaurant blamed Uber, Uber blamed Restaurant) Loaded fries looked as though half were missing.Over priced. Burger Boi not interested in our complaints. Wouldn't recommend or return!!

I travelled over 2 hours to try this when arriving, I was told the shop was closed due to staff having their break although the staff was just standing at the front. Very rude staff including manager who did not understand how far we travelled, would not recommend total waste of time!

Travelled 30 mins to eat here after travelling to a near town to eat. On arrival at 2:30 pm on a Sunday was told to get out as they were closing for lunch! Was told to leave by the back door and come back at 4pm very rude and abrupt! Go to the pepes next door! Staff are clowns

Spend £40+ to get a burger chips and coke Ordered home delivery for two southen jammin burgers with extra turkey bacon, mac daddy, 10x churros £40+ order got the delivery and it had a can of coke, burger and chips tried to ring to get my correct order I rang at least 10 times then they have blocked my number or left the phone off the hook so I cant call them

This place is just ridiculous. Gets the order wrong and no apologies whatsoever. Will never return again

Drove from moulton to get some food here and after waiting 20 minutes they told me food is ready after driving home realise that half of it it’s missing tried to call them no one would pick up the phone and drove 25 minutes to get there to get the rest of it, Just for the manager to have the audacity to tell me why didn’t u bring back the other half and I told him to get me the missing items they still continued to give me the wrong order and didn’t even get and apology or anything from him got the rest of the order and it’s just old chicken that’s just gone all cold and tastes like rubber They are happy to take your money but not so much on delivering service Really disappointed from this guys and definitely won’t be getting food from here again as it’s clear that the manager it’s a ✊

I ordered 4 burgers with chips and drinks, was really excited about the meal but when I got home the chips were stale and hard. I called the manger he said we never had an issue, this is the first time I’m hearing this and claimed he cooked the fries while I waited for collection. He said the only he can do is to replace the chips. I said to him I came all the way to get the food (10 mins) he instantly said that’s the reason 10 mins is the reason the food have gone stale. I said if that’s the case I highly doubt the credibility of the food. He was the South Indian manager in the store. I requested if he could send me via Ubers eats as kids still eating the burger, he refused and said he only replace in the store. And there’s nothing else he could do. He also mentioned, if not happy then leave a google review and may the owner or the other can help you. Extremely disappointed!!! This was my third purchase and I even tried introduce this brand to my neighbours. But anymore now.

The most disgusting wing sauce not to mention how extremely disappointing the double cheese burger is I had to force my self to eat the whole thing and don’t get me started on the nasty sauce they used on the wings. They should either add more details on the food or take the food off the menu. They have good and tasty food but the John buffalo sauce they added to my wings almost made me throw up I could not finish the wings. I wasted my money and time. !!!!!!!Only get the inferno wings, smoky wings, southern jamin, and cali burger.!!!!!!

Low quality fast food for premium prices. £40 on a couple of burgers, chips and wings and then they expect you to buy mayonnaise for £1 - That is trash! I understood why the place was empty. There are many more better burger places in Northampton. One disabled toilet. Place feels like nobody cares about it and regret picking this place to eat out

When you spend £30 on burgers and fries and then are told that the dips have to be purchased as well and then on top of it they don't allow you to drink cans bought from outside is pretty disappointing also bit of a low blow when you try to place an order on uber for £10 off burgers but the promo code refuses to work. There are much better burger places in northampton with exceptionally better customer service.

Several cuts above the regular neighbourhood burger bar and head & shoulders above the big fast food chains, not cheap but you get what you pay for and the food is tasty, well cooked and offers plenty of variety.

Been here a few times and every time it’s so good. Nice burger, nice wings and chips. Deserves a better rating tbh.

Came with my family of 15 to open my fast. The food was tasty and there was a good variety for all everyone. They’ve got arcade games which we all enjoyed after a hearty meal!

Amazing delicious burger and milk shakes

The air hockey machine only takes coin btw. Vibe of the place is sick, walk in and they’ve got pure 90s hip hop on! It was hard work ordering and the burger and the order was wrong but it was a good eat. Loaded chips were tasty, chicken wings are amazing, can’t remember what sauce I had on them but yes yes yess! Only Thing i didn’t rate was the Mac and cheese, was dry and could only taste the spring onion! Would definitely go back for the wings and to try the other burgers.

I didn’t even get to eat here since the management made us feel so uncomfortable and was definitely looking down on us when we had entered. we were a large group and were very excited in dining here, one of the people in the group had brought in a drink that was nearly finished and were told off by the manager for bringing it in, we understood this policy and were happy to chuck it away. Problem was we couldn’t find a bin outside and there were no staff around to help us get rid of it. As the same manager came rushing around us in a bad attitude he made a snide comment in passing to his colleague about us, not only was their barely any staff to even help us in trying to order (eventhough there was no one else in the shop) but the manner in which the manager had communicated was rude and disrespectful, if you actually want customers to stay and eat sort out the customer service.

Incredible burger! Perfectly balanced amount of separate ingredients all in one bun...this is how you would want your home-made burger to taste!

Burger was tasty, well seasoned, good sauce ratio and patty’s well done & juicy. House fries 3 out of 5. Restaurant was clean and welcoming, great arcade games inside as well. I would return here for the burger however I am not giving 5 stars because I paid £11.50 for burger and fries which is fine because you get what you pay for however please don’t charge for dips at these prices.

Very beautiful and lively atmosphere! Food is always very delicious and tasty! Front of house staff are always very friendly and kind! There's a fun and enjoyable atmosphere as well! Lots of fun arcades for family and children! Food presentation is professional and appealing!

Very rude staffs… there is an Indian guy who wear golden chain who was very rude to the delivery people. I was there to collect some take away he wasn’t very professional when he deal with customers. He was showing off and not attending the customers in a good manner. The food was really good but only that man disappointed me. Never going back there again. I was with my family and he ruined our day..

Completely wrong order delivered via uber eats. Called the place, no apologies, no acknowledgement just been told I need to call uber. Even if the order was right (and by the way it was only a fraction of what we ordered) I'd still be unhappy. Tiny burgers and dried out floppy fries. They literally had no interest in my call and complaint and the guy on the phone sounded as it he knew the order was wrong but just didn't care. Scammers!!!!!!! I will be asking for the return of money via uber eats but definitely will also make a formal complaint with the company if they have such a facility in that s hole of a place.

I ordered from here for delivery. The order was only half there so I called the restaurant who were completely unhelpful and not interested in resolving the issue. They knew the driver had gone with only half the order but didn't call him back to pick the rest up. I was told to order more food and they will send the cold burgers as they were not prepared to cook any more fresh. They said it was all Uber's fault and halfway through the call the person who I was talking to started pretending he couldn't hear me and hung up. There was no answer when I called back. 48 hours later I am still waiting for a return of £52. All that I got was 3 portions of cold chips and a drink.

Can't comment on food as never arrived as issue with delivery. Restarant was contacted and they said that they couldn't see the order. They said they would ring us back to let us know what was happening and when food should arrive. They didn't bother ringing us back and didn't receive anything. Called a few more times just to receive we will call you back. Not recommended.

Great takeaway, fast and full of flavour 😋. Had the Korean chicken burger, Southern Jamin Boi and XL Bad Boi Hot Mess fries. They were banging! Delivery was in good time and was all packed really nicely. Felt a real step up from the average burger and chips.

Food have got to this afternoon was cold burgers chicken was over cooked and prices are way too much , afraid money you are paying for food is not worth it

Have ordered before without issue. Tonight the order took an hour and a half and was stone cold. We had to throw fries out. I called to give feedback. Wasn't looking for a refund and was very polite, but he promptly hung up on me. Won't be using them again.
