Disgusting behaviour of staff, Take too much time for order placing..English Guy with big Hairs is so rude and arrogant ..

I ordered 4 burgers with chips and drinks, was really excited about the meal but when I got home the chips were stale and hard. I called the manger he said we never had an issue, this is the first time I’m hearing this and claimed he cooked the fries while I waited for collection. He said the only he can do is to replace the chips. I said to him I came all the way to get the food (10 mins) he instantly said that’s the reason 10 mins is the reason the food have gone stale. I said if that’s the case I highly doubt the credibility of the food. He was the South Indian manager in the store. I requested if he could send me via Ubers eats as kids still eating the burger, he refused and said he only replace in the store. And there’s nothing else he could do. He also mentioned, if not happy then leave a google review and may the owner or the other can help you. Extremely disappointed!!! This was my third purchase and I even tried introduce this brand to my neighbours. But anymore now.

The most disgusting wing sauce not to mention how extremely disappointing the double cheese burger is I had to force my self to eat the whole thing and don’t get me started on the nasty sauce they used on the wings. They should either add more details on the food or take the food off the menu. They have good and tasty food but the John buffalo sauce they added to my wings almost made me throw up I could not finish the wings. I wasted my money and time. !!!!!!!Only get the inferno wings, smoky wings, southern jamin, and cali burger.!!!!!!

Popped in for lunch as I was working in the area. Great burgers! The loaded fries are incredible! Also, I got a milkshake, which was excellent also.

Diabolical service. Ordered online to get delivery and never turned up), drove to store to see if they could help/give a replacement and absolutely NOT INTERESTED AT ALL to do anything. Impossible to give a zero, but would not go here if you paid me.

Low quality fast food for premium prices. £40 on a couple of burgers, chips and wings and then they expect you to buy mayonnaise for £1 - That is trash! I understood why the place was empty. There are many more better burger places in Northampton. One disabled toilet. Place feels like nobody cares about it and regret picking this place to eat out

When you spend £30 on burgers and fries and then are told that the dips have to be purchased as well and then on top of it they don't allow you to drink cans bought from outside is pretty disappointing also bit of a low blow when you try to place an order on uber for £10 off burgers but the promo code refuses to work. There are much better burger places in northampton with exceptionally better customer service.

Several cuts above the regular neighbourhood burger bar and head & shoulders above the big fast food chains, not cheap but you get what you pay for and the food is tasty, well cooked and offers plenty of variety.

Been here a few times and every time it’s so good. Nice burger, nice wings and chips. Deserves a better rating tbh.

Loved it had food from here before by delivery so went there yesterday for the first time with a couple of friends for my birthday and we loved the food we got a lot for what we ordered but it was so nice thank you 😊we will be back again

Came with my family of 15 to open my fast. The food was tasty and there was a good variety for all everyone. They’ve got arcade games which we all enjoyed after a hearty meal!

The air hockey machine only takes coin btw. Vibe of the place is sick, walk in and they’ve got pure 90s hip hop on! It was hard work ordering and the burger and the order was wrong but it was a good eat. Loaded chips were tasty, chicken wings are amazing, can’t remember what sauce I had on them but yes yes yess! Only Thing i didn’t rate was the Mac and cheese, was dry and could only taste the spring onion! Would definitely go back for the wings and to try the other burgers.

I didn’t even get to eat here since the management made us feel so uncomfortable and was definitely looking down on us when we had entered. we were a large group and were very excited in dining here, one of the people in the group had brought in a drink that was nearly finished and were told off by the manager for bringing it in, we understood this policy and were happy to chuck it away. Problem was we couldn’t find a bin outside and there were no staff around to help us get rid of it. As the same manager came rushing around us in a bad attitude he made a snide comment in passing to his colleague about us, not only was their barely any staff to even help us in trying to order (eventhough there was no one else in the shop) but the manner in which the manager had communicated was rude and disrespectful, if you actually want customers to stay and eat sort out the customer service.

Incredible burger! Perfectly balanced amount of separate ingredients all in one bun...this is how you would want your home-made burger to taste!

Burger was tasty, well seasoned, good sauce ratio and patty’s well done & juicy. House fries 3 out of 5. Restaurant was clean and welcoming, great arcade games inside as well. I would return here for the burger however I am not giving 5 stars because I paid £11.50 for burger and fries which is fine because you get what you pay for however please don’t charge for dips at these prices.

When the order turned up it wasn’t complete & despite reporting it via Uber eats I’ve had no response or refund for the missing item

Very beautiful and lively atmosphere! Food is always very delicious and tasty! Front of house staff are always very friendly and kind! There's a fun and enjoyable atmosphere as well! Lots of fun arcades for family and children! Food presentation is professional and appealing!

The wings here are amazing, full of flavour. Perfect amount of spice and sweetness on the Korean wings, my absolute favourite!

Very rude staffs… there is an Indian guy who wear golden chain who was very rude to the delivery people. I was there to collect some take away he wasn’t very professional when he deal with customers. He was showing off and not attending the customers in a good manner. The food was really good but only that man disappointed me. Never going back there again. I was with my family and he ruined our day..

Completely wrong order delivered via uber eats. Called the place, no apologies, no acknowledgement just been told I need to call uber. Even if the order was right (and by the way it was only a fraction of what we ordered) I'd still be unhappy. Tiny burgers and dried out floppy fries. They literally had no interest in my call and complaint and the guy on the phone sounded as it he knew the order was wrong but just didn't care. Scammers!!!!!!! I will be asking for the return of money via uber eats but definitely will also make a formal complaint with the company if they have such a facility in that s hole of a place.

I ordered from here for delivery. The order was only half there so I called the restaurant who were completely unhelpful and not interested in resolving the issue. They knew the driver had gone with only half the order but didn't call him back to pick the rest up. I was told to order more food and they will send the cold burgers as they were not prepared to cook any more fresh. They said it was all Uber's fault and halfway through the call the person who I was talking to started pretending he couldn't hear me and hung up. There was no answer when I called back. 48 hours later I am still waiting for a return of £52. All that I got was 3 portions of cold chips and a drink.

Can't comment on food as never arrived as issue with delivery. Restarant was contacted and they said that they couldn't see the order. They said they would ring us back to let us know what was happening and when food should arrive. They didn't bother ringing us back and didn't receive anything. Called a few more times just to receive we will call you back. Not recommended.

Great takeaway, fast and full of flavour 😋. Had the Korean chicken burger, Southern Jamin Boi and XL Bad Boi Hot Mess fries. They were banging! Delivery was in good time and was all packed really nicely. Felt a real step up from the average burger and chips.

Food have got to this afternoon was cold burgers chicken was over cooked and prices are way too much , afraid money you are paying for food is not worth it

Have ordered before without issue. Tonight the order took an hour and a half and was stone cold. We had to throw fries out. I called to give feedback. Wasn't looking for a refund and was very polite, but he promptly hung up on me. Won't be using them again.

The chicken burger seem to be like a half a chicken breast. It was tiny.... Kind of like an oven one - expensive and so much sauce. I've never known anything like it. The whole thing was dripping all on the top and the bottom and messy, not good. The strips were good. Much better value. Big thick ones but again so much sauce way too much sauce on them.

I went in to collect food, was told to wait as it wasn't ready, guy with moustache was very rude and aggressive, as waiting for the food, watched how the guys were preparing food for delivery's, and oh my....no hygiene at all, wiping their nose, wiping their sweat and touching food and using dirty old rags, I felt so disgusted watching this, I walked out, collected the food to deliver, and then told the customer who immediately threw the food away in the bin after showing the pictures and got a refund through uber eats. Evidence has been submitted to environmental health and trading standards......

One of the worst restaurant ever in Northampton I must say. No professionalism at all among the staff. Literally they don’t know what and how to behave with people. visited once there never again 👎👎 The guy with moustache was heinous. His body language and way of talking was damn bad. A restaurant always reflects on the behaviour of staff in there, not the food. Packaging is also very bad. All the food was smashed inside the bag. I would rate -10 if I could be.

The burger taste is quite immaculate, and the toppings, along with the special sauce, make for a very enjoyable experience. The customer service is very good especially Earnest.

The atmosphere was hard to say as no one was there. The inside look nice. Service is a bit slow for a takeaway. The food looks and smells good. You will like it if you are a goat and like licking "brick of salt."

In full agreement with another reviewer here - lovely establishment and service is excellent but WOW this food is overpriced! My daughter wants us to go back so we'll be going again; just don't expect the burgers to rock your world. Everything is cooked well, presentation is incredibly basic and you have to go and get your own napkins, ketchup, disposable cutlery and wet wipes. And I wish that everyone stopped charging the same price for a milkshake as Five Guys - no-one has a milkshake that is close to the quality you get with a Five Guys shake. Still, it's somewhere nice to take the family, halal, clean, lovely decor, great music etc I'd recommend you visit before all the lovely new furniture gets old, broken and sticky (e.g Heavenly Desserts and every Asian owned establishment I've been to in the past 3 years).

Monday night meal with the other half, food and service both excellent. Wasn't very busy, being a Monday, so the atmosphere wasn't what I imagine it could be on a busy night. I had the Return of the Mac burger with fries and a milkshake, all of which I'd recommend. My other half had Inferno chicken tenders, with chicken and gravy loaded fries, both of which also went down well. She did add the Inferno Strips were very hot, but delicious! We both left feeling stuffed to the brim. Could see ourselves paying another visit in the near future, thanks for having us!

Went to this burger place in Northampton today with my family. The ambience was really elegant and the food was really tasty. My children loved their burger. The staff Earnest was really friendly and efficient. Will defenitely recommend this place to others. We will be visiting again for sure.

Burger Boi is a fantastic place to eat. The people who work there are super nice and Good Service (Especially Earnest ) . They make you feel really welcome. The food is amazing, especially the burgers. They have options for all kinds of eaters. You get your food quickly, and they really care about making you happy. I left feeling really full and happy, and I can't wait to go back.

Very nice smash burgers, would try their other burgers. I don't know why other people are saying it's overpriced, we ordered 2 meals for £25 including chips and drink, that's just over £12 each. Also very friendly staff

Already constantly switching off uber eats and you can't make adjustments to burgers like removing lettuce/gherkins you can't even add notes. I will stick with Yumas cheaper and a much better ordering experience.

I had the American Boi burger, it was alright I suppose. The chips were really good and got plenty of them. I do think you need to change your serving system of people having to order and the front then go to the kitchen at the back of the room, wait for your food to be served and bagged then have to walk back out to the front. It’s inconvenient but I hope things can improve in the future I understand you haven’t been open very long. I will credit you for being clean and hygienic

Over priced and out of place. It's a lovely idea but doesn't make sense. More central London vibe. Food is good but similar standard to other chicken shops along the road. Way over priced.

Food was good service was absolutely terrible, took nearly 8 minutes to order a simple burger and wings because the server couldn’t use the till and when I got the food it was wrong because the order was put through wrong but the staff in the kitchen were very helpful and rectified it quickly.
