Top Chef in Warrington

Ordered the salt and pepper box for delivery as my leg is broken and it was the only Chinese place open for some reason The lady was lovely, took my order and sorted everything out, perfect so far I got the food, 12 inch pizza box filled with everything ( I usually like it separate but no problem), started eating but realized there is no chicken pieces! Tried to separate everything out and found 8 mini small pieces of chicken, can probably have them all in one bite :) Called the place the lady was so understanding and told me that she is now allowed to do anything because the manager is not there, so guess, what i went down with my broken leg... Manager came down and started shouting at me in Chinese, the lady was translated into me that he is saying that no one else complained about this and this is the amount of food we give, i was like this is not fair amount of chicken to get for £23, HE STARTED SHOUTING AGAIN! Like bro have some respect! I came all the way with my leg to get this sorted and you talk to me like that in Chinese and i can't understand anything you saying? They do not care about their customers, the only thing he cared about is that he will have to waste the chips and make new ones I then refused to have the food again after his attitude, so he shouted again in Chinese 😂 like brother i can't understand you! Then he gave me £20, kept arguing with him until he gave me my £23 back Horrible experience, i wish i just had some frozen pizza instead of going through all of this and getting shouted at! NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! (Sorry for the lady, you were very respectful and nice but i can't let that happen)

Really good food. The quality and portion sizes were good and we will be making this our local chinese for duture orders. Would recommend :)

Soup was lovely, prawn crackers were delicious but the prawn toast was stale, ribs gristle and frankly I’d swerve

Ordered a salt and pepper box, amazing value for money and it wasn't grease at all.

The salt and pepper chips were awful and all the chicken was dry. The prawns were okay but over all this was not an enjoyable meal for any of the 8 people it was ordered for.

Dim sum was one gelatinous blob and not very nice. Quite cold. Salt and pepper box should have come with 2 curry sauces, only came with obe. Unbelievably salty. Couldn't finish it. Wont order again

Beef Chow mein came with no sauce or vegetables. Was just overcooked beef in noodles. Special fried rice was poor and the foo yung was a salty mess

First time ordered from here and it was lovely and was delivered very quickly. At first we were disappointed when the salt and pepper wings were not in crispy batter but they were so tasty and crispy. The curry was also really nice and not too hot. We will definitely order from here again

This was a delivery order it was ordered for 9.30pm and it arrived at 9pm. That meant by the time my daughter got home from work it had to be micowaved not what you want when your paying delivery charges. It has put me off ordering again

Ordered from here for years but never again. Nothing like a lovely Chinese meal with fly eggs and larva in your food to at the end of the working day! Absolutely vile.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD WELL BETTER THAN VILLAGE FRYER WHO REALLY LET ME DOWN OTHER DAY !!!! EVERYTHING WAS COOKED PERFECTLY AND REALLY FRESH PRAWN TOAST DID HAVE PRAWNS IN .... FRIED RICE DISH COOKED PERFECTLY AND THE QUARTER DUCK ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THANKS !!!

Normally like the food from here ask king prawn fried rice pot curry sauce it was not curry sauce was some spicy hot sauce burnt my mouth couldn't eat it ruined it

5 star everytime we order from here. We love the chicken toast it’s beautiful. And they are super fast with delivery

We have used top chef almost weekly as a family for years this is the first time we had cause to complain. When I phoned up the chef screamed for several minutes and I was horrified and shocked. No apology just a tantrum. Won’t be using them again very rude makes me very sad they didn’t just resolve it.

Food was half missing. Cold. Delivery driver was rude. First time ordering. Won’t be ordering again.

Delivered promptly but the sweet and sour sauce was a tub with no pineapples, onion, garlic or peppers basically just a sugary liquid. The beef satay was ok.

Driver was great. I was a little late home from work and the delivery was early. The driver rang me as I wasn't home. He was very patient and polite.

Average quality food really. Have certainly had a lot better. The chips were like over cooked oven chips🤔🤔. Won’t be ordering from here again sorry.
