Burger King - Bridge Street in Warrington

No cheese and very little salad

why send a person who clearly doesn't know where he is going. Took 20mins from when the app said on its way for him to even leave the location. Asked for the code no courtesy or friendliness, I feel sorry for the persons order I seen in his bag who is after me. The meal they get must be even MORE abysmal. For a burger and fries and the price of nearly 20 quid. It's a joke. Delivering on bikes from long distances is ridiculous, especially with people who cant understand you or directions online.

rude over 3 hours late felt bullied in to taking it stone cold had to order it again absolute joke.

Food was cold had to reheat it at home no cheese in a few of the cheese bites

Drivers should not be allowed to do more than one order at once as my driver drove 10 mile in the opposite direction before making my delivery

we ordered loaded fries, came with not enough cheese the fries was not loaded with any cheese and only little bits of bacon

The food was pretty decent, for a Burger King, apart from the Hallumi Fries, they were great. I would go back to Burger King, just for the Hallumi Fries. Service and delivery were great. 7/10

The guys you have working there are polite, quick, and effective. The one in winwick prioritises hiring young girls - which is great for the owner's lust - but the service is awful.

I never left a review before, but I need to now. Foodbag teared open, they left out the ice cream, they gave me cheese and bacon fries instead of the simple cheese fries. The burgers and the fries were cold, the buns were "wet and soggy" and this "meal" cost me £29. I will never order from here again.

It would have been nice if the cheesy bacon fries I ordered actually had some bacon on. Instead I received just cheesy fries. Didn't realise until I'd eaten everything else, otherwise OK.

Order did not arrive. Just eat delivery driver drove to the top of my road to take it seem that he had delivered it but he called me to say that Burger King didn’t give him my order as it went to someone else. Just eat are refusing to refund as the tracking shows he was at the top of my road but he didn’t come to my house!

Completely the wrong order delivered, then you need to order again to get the food you originally ordered. Yes I got a refund for the wrong order but was left waiting 1.5hrs for correct order.

Food was cold when delivered and chips not fully cooked-hard. The chicken royale burger was awful and had hard lump gristle in middle of it!! Very poor food tonight.

Whilst the taste is better than other competitors, the overall experience below standard. No care in the appearance and the store, messy tables and a chicken burger meal where the bun is bigger than the burger. Not what you expect when you pay £10+ for 1 meal.

Until this visit, I didn’t mind Burger King, but my views have suddenly changed after my latest visit to the Warrington Bridge Street branch. First of all there was only one member of staff at the front, who seemed to be working quite hard. I ordered two Big Mac meals, which were served to our table fairly quickly. It was all down hill from there on. The fries were too salty, by far, the burgers were barely tepid, and the coffee wasn’t that great. We couldn’t be bothered complaining, as we were very hungry, so ate what we could. The ambience in the restaurant was quite poor, as the central aisle was a busy thoroughfare for Just Eat delivery personnel, passing us every few minutes while we ate. The toilet was fairly clean, although the door lock was damaged, while we were eating, several people came in just to use the toilet, one of them was a stall holder from the nearby market. Overall, a poor experience, which I don’t intend to repeat again. A place to be avoided.

Wrong sides were delivered and we didn’t get a refund or credit for the incorrect items.
