Ordered 2 kebabs, extra sauce and scampi and chips. Took around an hour to deliver, as World Cup Final day. No problem with that, except no scampi or extra sauce delivered. Gave them a call, and they said scampi and sauce would be delivered. Called me back 20 minutes later to say no scampi available. So delivered sauce, and chips I now didn't need as I had no scampi, cash refunded for scampi. Terrible. I've given them a few chances now, and it's always wrong.

Made an order after a long New Year’s Day trip home. Told it would take 30-45 minutes and yet 95 minutes later and 3 phone calls we were still left waiting. When the food arrived it was burnt, cold and parts of the order were missing. Rude staff on the phone, when they could take the order, and also after. Will not be using them again. Given a 1 rating as had to.

On Sat 03 Aug we placed a telephone order before 7pm and it took over 1.5 hours to arrive!!! When it did arrive we the food was burnt and of poor quality. It was meant to be a treat for my friends kids who were visiting. But it was far from a treat, just a huge disappointment. I expressed my disappointment to management and was Informed I would be refunded £15 for the inconvenience. However I never received this money. This was my 1st experience with Tonys bar & grill and I have never been so let down by a takeaway service!!

They are disgrasful. i odered from the online severvice for delivery next thing i know im on the phone to a guy saying i cant refund you, im so sorry. he then went on to state no driver he went home even though. They then refused me a refund and keeped telling me to call back tommorrow even though i told them they are breaching the consumer act and not giving me a refund. this is dicusting service and they didnt have a manger on floor.

Asked for Donner wrap received mostly chicken which was dryer than my cremated nan Had no salad and the portions are just about enough to feed a 3 year old! Food boxes are dirty too! Tension in the atmosphere and they was rude Recently moved to the area and will NOT be returning!

Fairly quiet on a Sunday afternoon but we were given tremendous service with regular visits to check everything was ok or needed extra drinks etc. Always a fan of being offered a jug of water unprompted too. Arancini was really tasty and the bruschetta being on a pizza dough was an interesting twist. Wouldn’t normally think of burgers at an Italian but it was comparable to any of the usual burger chains. Ricotta and butternut ravioli was really tasty and the pork & fennel ragu ticked the al forno boxes. Biscoff cheesecake was fantastic though it’s cheating a little by serving banana with it and then claiming it is banoffee!

Looks like it would make you ill or be very unclean... However...even though it's tucked away out of site the staff seem to be very conscientious about food hygiene. The staff had gloves on whilst making the pizzas, which is rare to see in such a place. The pizza was pretty good, and made in a timely manner...the staff were very friendly and attentive. Great domino's pizza place 👌👍🍕🍕😊

Just returned from Pizza Express and I am certain I will not be visiting Pizza Express anymore. So while placing the order we ordered for 2 pizza and one portion dough ball . We realised we could go for 1 all day set menu to which we were told it can be done over the app . Set menu order needs to be done on the app we can't take it. we were also made aware that the set menu comes with a dessert and I replied saying I am always game for a dessert. Next I download the app, register myself and we were told while placing put table number 1 so when I did, there was already a bill with my original order (assuming the waitress had already put in for us). I did notice there wasn't any set menu so I tried to add ( the bill didn't change, so not sure whether it was added or not or was already added by the waitress) tried deleting the original it didn't get delete , in a nutshell the bill that was already inputted by the waitress didn't change. Going ahead I just paid it ( we weren't told do not pay) . Staff didn't help with placing order on the app nor were they present to assist. N e how I went ahead and paid the bill before the food even arrived. We finished our pizzas and I asked for my dessert to which I was told you didn't place order for it, and have already paid the bill so if you want dessert you will have to pay. The whole point of downloading the app and placing order on app was to go for 1 set menu and one more pizza and we end up paying slightly more and without the dessert inspite of downloading the appand placing order on it. The staff should have been more clear in giving us instruction about placing order on app, should have been there to assist us since it was our first time using the PE app and to top it up when they realised , I am sure earlier than us that this customer did download the app and was wanting to place order for a set menu should have immediately brought to our notice. Highly disappointed !!!
