First time ordered and hot to say a great pizza!!!

The delivery came earlier than expected. I ordered two small pizzas and both were gorgeous.

Over an hour for pizza too arrive was burned and cold, didn’t taste too bad

Pizzas were fresh, tasty and beautifully cooked. Sides were great. Highly recommended

The food was cold when it arrived. The chips were soggy as if they had been sat there for ages. Not up to standard at all.

Food was cold garlic mayor had no garlic in it chilli sauce wasn't very nice and seen as I ordered a large kebab it was more like a small when it came.

It was rubbish. Crust was burnt I can only taste burn flavour not pizza. Never again

I use to order from that place a lot. Today l was shocked by food and staff. Staff was drunk and don't even take a serious my complaints, pizza was half size then usually and cold, l also ordered side order of salad with everything except sweetcorn. When l came to give feedback, staff jumped against me telling me l'm in wrong. My salad contains just cabbage and few peppers and sweetcorn??? No olives, but l asked about them specifically!!! What they did is removed sweetcorn by hand in front of me and put few half of olives on the top which l refused to take with me ,pizza and salad .! Everything what l gets back from Staff was " good l will have it you paid " .Avoid that place, unpleasant staff and thifs. Kate

Portion size was impressive. Food was hot and full of taste. Delivered to a campsite with the driver phoning me 4 minutes from arrival. Driver was funny too. Will use again.

the food was late really late when we called up the shop they said it was in the way and it was not we called up three times with in 30 mins they kept saying it's on there way after we called up the 1st time it then was said delivered when it wasn't when the driver turned up 30 mins later then it was ment to and we ask what happen he said he was just givent it meaning the shop kept lying to us and on top of it we had kids meal in there as well really not happy will not be going there again!!

i ordered a donner wrap and got a donner kebab?

A little disappointing this week, we ordered a tuna salad, as we usually do, and there was hardly any tuna but loads of onions. It’s a shame when the food is a letdown, we’ll give it another try, and see what happens.

Pizza was burnt black, it is shocking they would sent it in this state . Do not use.

Potato wedges were almost burnt. Chicken wrap tasted pure garlic. I only loved the fries.

lovely delivery driver appologised for the late delivery, overall tasty food could have been abit hotter as was just and no more warm when arrived. Good size portions lovely donner meat. delivery was up to 60 minutes actually waited 70 from ordering.

Great quality food, unbelievable service. We really enjoyed our food, it was hot and very tasty. We will definitely be back soon. The delivery driver was also excellent. Very polite and friendly. A must visit place.

Food ok but ordered a chicken burger with salad but was sent a plain beef burger with no salad and I’m not a fan of takeaway beef burgers. Chips also tasted like the oil needs changing. Usually great food but disappointing tonight sorry.

They have given me something which I did not order - I asked for chicken supreme with no cheese and think they have given me chicken tikka with cheese

Food was excessively greasy The mixed kebab had a beef burger in as some of the mixed meat. ordered a cheesy garlic bread which was burnt so won’t be using again!

I have been using this place for years, used to be spot on...last few months the pizza base has been burnt, sometimes a burnt taste and visible, sometimes inedible. We have had some refunds from just eat. Ordered tonight, burnt. Won't order again, advise against. Shame. Note for the owners, you're losing business.

We've been here a few times and never been disappointed.

The chips were soggy and the pizza was freezing upon arrival. I rang and complained and they sent out a fresh pizza which was not the pizza I asked them for and fresh chips with garlic mayonnaise all over them which my daughter hates so couldn't eat. I gave up and admitted defeat as I knew one of the delivery drivers and didn't want to cause further embarrassment. Worst takeaway I have ever had.

Repeat customer! tonight i messed up my order. Called to explain and apologise and they dealt with it perfectly. The owner even delivered my order personally even though it was me who was in the wrong and thats how you keep people coming back.

Repeat customer and tonight cements why. Good food but also I messed up an order and called up to explain my mistake. The owner delivers the food personally and tells me not to worry and they always take care of the customer and that customer service right there is why you are so popular.

We had garlic bread with tomato, King's burger, garlic mushroom burger, mixed kebab and pasta di Toni, all the food was cooked fresh on the premises and was delicious. The mixed kebab was big enough for two people, the burgers came with chips and had salad on the buns, the pasta was fabulous with mushrooms, ham, bacon, onion and peppers. All very tasty, we would highly recommend. By the way contrary to another review we were able to pay by card

Have ordered from Tonis a few times now as my other half loves the chicken kebabs, I myself ordered garlic sausage pizza which I have to say was very disappointing, when opening the box it was literally just a sea of grease, sorry but not at all appetising and ended up in the bin😖😖

Chicken was pink, rang up to ask for another pizza before writing a review as i get mistakes happen. rude customer service aswell. Told me i was wrong even though i have photos of the chicken being pink throughout, sad really, used to love tonis definitely wont be returning.

The order came really late which was disappointing as I was waiting a while for it to arrive I called the place and said it would be 10 minutes but it was longer

Worst milkshake ever. Milkshake is not what it ought to be. Never seen a milkshake like that in my life. Looks and tastes like ordinary instant choco prepared with cold water. It’s a rip off. I had instant choco at home before ordering. Could have just made that myself. Pizza was okay. Chicken not the best but manageable. Delivery took over an hour for just a short distance.

been using Toni's for a while but the food has gone downhill. inconsistent portion sizes, chips have been awful and soggy last few times, kebabs soggy, won't be using again
