We have been ordering from Ton Ton every Saturday evening for years! The food is always great quality and very tasty. We usually order a whole chicken and its always perfectly cooked. The owners are really friendly and treat you like family. Always a pleasure to pop in and see smiling faces. Highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend get food from here often, our favourites are the grilled chicken, loaded box and biryani. Everything we’ve tried from here has been delicious and they have their own special sauce which is really tasty. Service is quick and owner is great. Prices are very reasonable also

Best Chicken in leicester better than nandos.

There was a time a few year ago when its food was really good. Now they give you one day or maybe even more day old chicken with a thick sauce only. Chicken was fully burnt because he recooked the chicken. Even though I explained that my children gonna eat please give fresh chicken. He said, I am just cutting the chicken but when I came home and opened it, it was not even fully warmed. He gave me old chicken full of smell. I called him as well and informed that I will not ever buy again from you for my family or anyone else. Our family's health is more important. When we pay the full price, we deserve a fresh and healthy food. And the most important thing, it has happened with me many many times but I ignored that better luck next time. But not anymore 😒

Liking the flavour of the chicken, I’ve been getting the chicken tikka in naan with some wings lately which are very flavoursome

Gone downhill as I think owners have changed? Service staff inattentive as were on the mobile when I entered. Very slow to serve takeout and no please and thank yous at all, could not even muster a smile. Needs a lesson in customer care or very close to closing down I guess?

It's nice and tidy. Today on dated 23 October 2022 at 20:00 got a good customer service on the counter. I do know the counter guy was new but the way he was asking politely and offering was brilliant. The prices are high but not bad on customer service! I do recommend it to all of my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up!!!!

Wow what a lovely meat Curry I got today…. Taste was so Sweet full of onions and uncooked fresh tomatoes. Called up the takeaway and got told it gravy and that’s how their curries are made. LoL 🤣 jokers behind the counter. Chef’s need to check their cooking Skills. Pathetic. Never again would I order from this place and waste my money. Yes I agree with other users. Ordered 2 paninis this afternoon, asked for cheese, didn't get any, hardly any chicken in them either, very stingy with the sauce, ordered 2 different flavours for the paninis but both tasted the same. More than half the panini is empty. Pathetic. Rubbish quality for 4 quid each!

Ordered the grilled chicken and it smelled off like it was an old chicken and as soon as finished eating it I started getting a stomach ache on top of that the customer service, well there was none. Rude owners with no hygiene standards and no politeness or any hospitality at all. Avoid at all costs!! Don't know how people have been giving 3/4 stars! 🙈

Bought 2 lamb shish kebabs in naan, 2 mixed Shish kebab in naan and 1 chicken shish kebab in naan. All good except the mixed ones where we had all sauces, was a bit too spicy and saucy for my taste. Other than that it was okay. Just make sure to be a bit choosy with sauces, so that it comes out exactly how you want it.

Ordered a grilled chicken with naan and it was great.. it's been a while since I've enjoyed a meal like this. It looks like the owners are realising that people will only buy fresh chicken so they've now started to roast it fresh. The special sauce is the cherry on top of the chicken so be sure to request lots of it; I personally prefer my chicken to be drenched in it.

about 10 yhears ago this was the best place but over the years it has declined to rubbish. chicken cooked 10 days ago and taste old and inedible. i wont be eating here again really thought this had potential. they still use the same old chip fryer from 10 years ago. disappointing also as they changed management down the line and thats when it started to go bad

Food was good but the staff is very very slow when I HV been there there was only me as a customer hence there was no order apart from mine but the staff keeps on avoiding eye contact staff also try to avoid u and when I ask how long will it take they will tell as long as it's ready not a good service will not visit again

RUBBISH QUALITY. After changing owners this place quality is gone downhill. Ordered 3 times to see if they improved but NO. Staff are so rude. They have old burnt chicken with no flavour. There ton ton sauce is changed also. 1/10
