Extensive brunch menu to fit all tastes. Lovely interior, food served quickly and plated nicely, staff friendly enough, and a convenient location. However, prices were quite expensive (£45 for two dishes and coffee ??) and the space inside is a little cramped. My pancakes were missing an ingredient. Music was too loud and was playing music better fit for a late night pub than for a girly brunch cafe. The interior looks very cute and instagrammable. I unfortunately got the feeling it was more style over substance.

Sehr süßes kleines Frühstücks-/ Brunch Café. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen. Eigentlich wollten wir erst in ein anderes Café jedoch sind wir zufällig an dem Café vorbeigelaufen und das Ambiente hat uns so sehr gefallen das wir uns kurzfristig unentschieden haben. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Wir haben für 2 Personen 75€ bezahlt, das ist für Frühstück wirklich sehr viel, jedoch war es uns jeden Cent wert.

I was just looking at the menu outside, and immediately I was approached by one of the staff members telling me to come in. I was going to come in anyway. I then had to go up and order my food at the counter which I don’t mind, but then I got charged 20% service charge which I do take issue to. The menu actually said 12.5% service charge and they charged me more because they said the menus were old. The food stuff is mediocre and the coffee wasn’t great. The staff were arrogant and I will not be going there again. Avoid it if you can.

This place is absolutely rip off and I don’t understand how is it possible to charge customer 15% service charge for one ice tea that costed already £4.99 and tasted of nothings!!! I would like to find out what do count as customer service as in your restaurant once customer choose from menu they need to go to till to order it!!!

Went here with a couple of friends for brunch and we couldn’t have picked a better spot!! I had the veggie breakfast which was an outstanding choice, as well as the caramel coffee frappe, which was amazing too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, and the food arrived quickly. Overall a wonderful experience, and if I ever come to Soho again I’ll come back :)

Myself and my wife were in London celebrating our wedding anniversary when we came across this lovely little cafe we decided to stop in for breakfast. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Food was below average and quite expensive for what we received. The food was extremely bland. My partner received his food and was finished and the other other meal didn’t arrive until 10-15 minutes after.

Found this spot in soho which looked from the outside absolutely amazing. The server who took my order was lovely so I cannot fault him. However, not only did the cheese and ham toasty I ordered taste like nail varnish remover which I just couldn’t understand, but it also looked like cheap hovis anaemic white bread with greasy cheese and cheap ham. My partners eggs Florentine was clearly packet wafer thin ham and utterly tasteless. The coffee also tasted burnt. If it wasn’t for us being utterly exhausted and about to travel home I would have complained. It then occurred to me that I’d paid an awful lot for this (dreadful) food and potentially was even overcharged. I went up to the till and very politely suggested maybe they had overcharged me, but I was quickly disregarded and told it’s a service charge!? You had to order at the till, so how can they force a service charge on you before you’ve even sat down. Not great.

First of all, I’ll start with the positives: a wide choice of options, a hearty portion of food and one of the female members of staff was very friendly with a big smile on her face. Sadly, that is where the positives end. I don’t often review places but the manner of “customer service” that I received from a male member of staff working the door and the till was so deplorable that I had to write something. As part of my order, I ordered a cappuccino for my friend and a hot chocolate for myself. When our drinks arrived, we received two cappuccinos. My friend explained to the male staff member that we had ordered one hot chocolate. He stated that we had not but, with a sigh, he took the cappuccino back to change it. A few moments later, he returned without the hot chocolate, said that he had checked the receipts and that I had ordered two cappuccinos. I explained that this was not the case and, through gritted teeth, he said that he would swap it “on this occasion” which was nice of him since he was the one operating the till and had made the mistake. Mistakes happen - that is not the issue - but his smug, patronising and argumentative attitude was completely bewildering. The hot chocolate arrived with “I love you” and a heart sprinkled on the top of it. I’d like to think this was a nice gesture and maybe I’m being cynical for thinking it was passive-aggressive, but I cannot imagine it being anything other than this since this man demonstrated that he did not love or even like me! Overall, this cafe has the potential to be nice but this member of staff needs some training in customer service. I appreciate that working on a weekend when other people are having a nice time is not fun but hey, that’s the job isn’t it?

A good choice of breakfast including vegetarian options. Food was well cooked. But was a bit surprised the bill included a service charge when you order at the till and not table service, The staff did deduct it when the bill was queried.
