We continue to visit this venue,usually on a Sunday evening.Barman Brodie?,seems to have moved on. Our last visit last week was somewhat spoiled by a couple in their 40's acting like a pair of love sick teenagers.Slobbering allover each other,hands everywhere.Not really what you want to see when you call in for a quiet drink. We will call in again,just hope the lovebirds are not in again!.

So we called in here a couple of weeks ago for a drink for the first time. Have noticed the bar,but shocked to hear it's been open 2 years. On arrival we took a seat outside as there wasn't a spare seat to be had inside.There was a very friendly bar tender who quickly served us. Nice to see this is another dog friendly establishment in Oakwood.We made friends with a gorgeous Weimaraner puppy. We moved inside when able due to it being a bit chilly.Pleased to hear my type of music was being played,80's. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we never made it to the Italian restaurant over the road!. Think we have found our new favourite bar in Oakwood.

Vinimos aquí para un almuerzo del domingo con mis suegros. ¡Excepcionalmente buena relación calidad-precio para una deliciosa cena dominical que sabe increíble! Es tan refrescante ver ingredientes recién hechos en un plato y no ingredientes congelados preparados como algunos lugares usan en estos días. ¡No puedo esperar a volver por más!

49 Kirkgate,This was my first visit to Whitakers Arms where i decided to visit Otley for the day, i received a warm welcome when i arrived, staff very friendly and was very satisficed with the Burger and chips. i will look forward to going again in three weeks time when i next have time off work. Well worth visiting and very recommendable. Alex

2 Park SquareBest fried egg north of the Severn Estuary! Recently moved to Somerset but wanted to show off my Leeds credentials to my other half. Tribeca City Cafe fulfilled all expectations with a superb full English breakfast and coffees to match, all served promptly with refined professionalism. Had a friendly chat with the owner who definitely deserves your custom if you're anywhere nearby. If you can find your way to the magnificent Leeds Town Hall then this superb basement gem of a cafe is only a few yards away. Extra tables at street level also if the sun shines. You won't be disappointed!
