(TNB) Two Napkin Burger in Southampton

Not bin there yet but tonight's first time I ordered for delivery. And wow just wow the 2 burger meal deals I git was out standing 😋 chips were crispy and taisty. The burger was huge and delicious.. amazing flavors. Defo ordering again and will be visiting in the near future. Thank u guys . Your staff was very polite over the phone and delivery was no time at all 🫶🫶🫶🫶

I've never tasted heven in my life and that what food should tasted like thank you cooks and everyone who works there made my life come true I will deffo be coming back

Burger was okay, but as a fun of burgers I can’t say it was tasty or great. Patty from the burger was very greasy. For the price you have fair amount of food but with not much quality inside. 🍔

Giving it a 2.5/5. Charging £8 for a burger and it was so underwhelming. There's a burger place in London called burger depot they also charge £8 for a burger but the difference in quality is outstanding. I got the Texas whatever burger and it was like any other burger. The meat was not good quality. The whole taste of the burger was just the sauces inside, the patty was bland and tasted like it was frozen previously. I got chips with the burger as well, similarly they were also disappointing. Thin with very little potato and too crunchy/crisp. Giving it a 2.5 because I'm hoping the other burgers are nice and my experience was a rare one.

I ordered the Blue cheese burger billed as having blue cheese AND blue cheese sauce. What got was a plain burger with a small teaspoon of sauce and no blue cheese most bland, dry tasteless burger I've ever had. Very disappointed 😞

I recently had the pleasure of dining at TnB, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.TnB is a must-visit for burger lovers. With its friendly staff, especially Fahad and Tayyab, and mouthwatering burgers, it offers an excellent dining experience that I can't recommend highly enough. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Chips were half burnt and tasted awful. The nachos were scarcely scattered with cheese and a few jalapeño only. Disappointing

Ordered on uber eats it said 10 to 30 minutes but never arrived. Called on several times but no answer and got a refund from uber eats an hour and a half later

I order today to eat-in the Hercules, Mexican Twist, and Californian. The best Restaurant and best Service. Very friendly, and a very fast service.

It’s been a late Night order 1am But still this is no excuse, worst burgers I ever had… both in the bin had to be happy with the onion rings and chips 😂

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered online for 6.15pm delivery. Arrived 7.30pm stone cold and missing item - for a £30 charge? Phoned the supplier who blamed it on Uber Eats. Requested a 100% refund as food late, inedible and incomplete. Person who I spoke too could not give a toss. DO NOT USE this company if you are wanting a delicious, hot meal delivered in a timely manner with good, customer service. There are much better places out there. Never experienced such awful service- never, ever again.

Dont bother.. the atmosphere is not great. U can smell the toilet. The main food like burger and hot dog is super flat. I dint touch my food at all. The guys were nice tho. But everything need to be upgraded heavily. Would not recommend and would not be back.

I have to say first of all there’s no atmosphere in here at all, no music, staff barely spoke even when ordering or saying thanks and goodbye . As for the food it was ok nothing special at all, the fact it’s called two napkin burger I didn’t even need a napkin (napkins available on the counter not on tables) the burger was a nice taste but very underwhelming. They come as they are which is fairly well done that’s fine but tastes like no seasoning luckily I had bbq sauce. Salad was looking sorry for itself , bun was ok , chips were fine but could do with cooking a little longer. Drinks was not given or offered upon me ordering a meal, I had to ask for it after I received my food and was told to help myself from the fridge. I have to say if you know porstwood, Burga is a much better bet.

The chap at the counter did not seem very interested in taking my order but did so, confirmed it with my and have me my receipt. Nobody told me I had to grab the drink myself from the fridge but other customers did. There was a very long wait for the food and once it arrived, the burger was missing several ingredients ordered, including cheese. The chap then ordered to add the cheese. When I pointed out that it would then not melt, he said he could put it back on the grill for a few minutes. Obviously, I refused that as it would then dry out that burger. At this point, a colleague stepped in and promises to make a fresh one. While waiting for that, I ate the fries which were quite nice but completely leaving in salt. Fortunately sachets were available. After another quite long wait, the burger arrived. This time with the right ingredients. It was okay, though the burger itself was a bit dry and dense (glad I did not accept the offer of further coming of the first one). The female member of staff was very apologetic and if it had been a really good burger, I would have let it go. But the food was simply not good enough for me to come back. Go to Burga a bit further along the road instead!

During my visit we (me and my friend) had the classic burger meal with one 6pcs wing. The burger was quite good though a bit dry buns but the fries were really good. I did not like the wings very much because it was a bit soggy but otherwise it was a splendid visit

The best burger 🍔 in portswood. I tried the tnb classic burger for £7.99, the meat was fresh, well cooked, juicy, served with delishes crunchy chips and a can of cold drink, I would like to highlight the fact that the bread is is great. The staff are friendly too. Thank you

Maybe the best place in portwood for a burger. Everytime I've been the service has been phenomenal and each time the food has been amazing. A perfect budget option for lunch. Not too sure about delivery as I always dine in but the tables are usually very clean.

After the immense disappointment which was The Rockstone's burgers, I was really hoping that I'd get to try some nice burgers at this newly opened establishement. And they absolutely delivered! I mean, just look at this monstrosity of a burger that is the 'TnB Invention'. I loved every single bite, regardless of just how difficult it was to actually eat it. The brioche bun was soft and warm, the burger was packed with an excellent range of flavours, and the unique mixture of meats in their 'Invention' burger definitely enhanced the experience. The fries were warm and perfectly crisp, although I did hope that they would have proper chips as an option. I like me some thicc chips. Their pricing is very reasonable too. It's not as cheap as something like McDonald's of course, but you're paying for the love and care they put into each burger. And it shows! I would rather spend a decent amount of money on a small establishment like this anyway.

I’ve been here a few times already since they opened last week. They have great tasting burgers and they have a nice range of burgers. Customer service was great, they were polite and friendly. I’ve only tried their burgers, hotdogs and fries so far, and liked them all. But I wanted to provide some feedback: - On one occasion they forgot to give me 2 fries. That was just an honest mistake - Their rashers lacked texture and flavour, but I’m confident they will improve on that following feedback from others. but I’m not going to hold these points against them as they have only just opened up and are likely just having some initial teething problems. I look forward to coming here again the next time I crave burgers.

Brand new place but with no faults, good atmosphere, nice interior design, and food is absolutely smashing it, especially the portion sizes which are worth every penny.

Burger was horrible. The beef patty tasted like cardboard and the bacon isn't bacon. Chips were nice, milkshake was practically milk and not thick like you would expect. Had high hopes for this place, doubt I'll be coming back especially charging high prices
