Best beef burgers i ever had Greatfull

Ordered wrap and he gave me box with bread and the bread was molded

lettuce came brown and out of date, wrap was hard and dry in places, meat was okay but combined made it taste bad. slathered with garlic mayo. chicken wrap was the same, out of date lettuce with too much garlic sauce and chicken was NOT kebab meat but instead chicken from the freezer. Would not recommend.

Just ordered a kebab wrap meal and it was soo dry! I asked the guy to add chilli sauce and mayo in it and he said ok.. I’ve come back home to realise he did not and just gave me kebab and salad in a fajita wrap. Also £7.50 is a ridiculous price. I’ve ordered wings from them previously and that was a terrible also. Safe to say I will not be visiting them again!! Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

They don’t have respect for the customer the shopkeeper was there and when I ordered he said he doesn’t have a card machine right and he said can you just go withdraw ur money. Then I said it’s alright then just leave it and idk from where he pulled out that card machine and then I asked them to put sauces on my kebab but they didn’t and the chicken burger I had the bun was all burned and it was full off salad. Worst customer experience i have ever had in my life since birth

Will never be ordering from here again I’m sure someone said in the reviews before when you order online it goes to a different tjs else where I’ve used Hinckley road for 20+ years never never had a bad takeout form here but the past 2 weeks my pizza toppings were wrong the food was stone cold items missing the food was poor I thought give them the benefit of doubt ordered just now what a surprise missing items didn’t bring the drinks yet again the food was horrid has this place changed hands it used to be so nice food was always fresh hot never ever wrong unfortunately I won’t be returning

Not good, nasty tomato relish on a TJ special that should be sweetcorn relish. The burgers were that over cooked it was so dry and buns not even toasted, very very poor. The original Tjs at Clarendon park is so good as well

Beware I ordered a tofu vegetarian burger, but received a beef burger!!!!! Very unhappy and disappointed.

Burned Chicken Kebab, Cold Chips,(standing whilst they burned the dried up chicken) Stale Pitta bread in several bits, Onions included, despite request for none. Total was of money.

Ordered a kebab meal deal, the kebab meat was dried up and rock hard in tiny little bits that was obviously scraps left over from the previous day, the chips was missing , overall the whole meal was just not nice

Ended up having to pick up the food as no delivery near time they suggested, Doner meat was inedible and they are rude people so won’t be going back.

2 small pizzas delivered quick and they were perfect thank you.

Can't follow simple instructions and the burgers looked like Stevie Wonder prepared them.

After a misunderstanding manager was lovely delivered food hot and fresh thank you Garlic Mayo always my fav from this takeaway!

Had a chicken kebab. Can't complain at all. Plenty of juicy but char grilled breast, salad (very fresh) in a separate tub and 2 separate tubs with chilli sauce and garlic mayo for 6 quid. Really good value. Only issue is the website takes you to Hinckley, not Hinckley road which is a glitch that needs sorting out so be careful. Staff were really friendly too

Online orders are a Fraud with this ridiculous company, who take your payment via you card then send you 30x miles away to a different branch to collect it. When contacted at the Far Away branch they pretend to cancel the payment, yet it appears on your card statement anyway and they get paid by Card company as an unresolv dispute.

Cheap & cheerful, long opening hours. Primarily serving kebabs & burgers to take out. (Limited) tables & staff overalls of (sorry about this) dubious cleanliness. Helpful staff & relaxed vibe. Hubby said his kabab was very good.

Absolutely disgusting! Paid £11 for an inedible meal. It was that bad my dog even turned his nose up at it 🤮 stay away if you actually want food that you can eat

Ordered 2x 12" pizzas today 1x make your own that came completely different to what I asked for and 1 off the list but both are the worst 2x pizzas I've ordered from any where before in my life absolutely rubbish chicken dry and not spicy as asked for no bbq sauce base as only around edges near crust none of it tasted nice at all and waited an hour and £16 il never spend there again absolutely just wanted to warn other people

Ordered via TJs own app. Selected a delivery time. Had to call to ask where my order was (by now nearly 20 mins late. Told they were busy and order will be delivered soon. Called again 20 minutes later and this time the order was still being made and will be packed ready for delivery. Food arrived. Chips were soggy, chicken was dry and tough. Rest of the order was just okay. For what i paid the food and service was rubbish.

Amazing,love a TJ's special burger n chips. Tastes the same as it did when I was younger. Even got my hubby onto it who has never had one before mind🤯.

First time going their in 3 month, and they've gone from cooking your burgers on a grill to cooking them on what can only be described as a large hot plate. 2 pepper mayo burgers ended up in the bin. I won't be going back just to end up with half cooked food.

Popped in, ordered ¼lb garlic mayo burger. Took a seat, and 5 mins later it was ready. Beautiful as ever and can't complain for £2.50! Wish I'd have gone for a ½lb for £3.50!! Can't beat a T.J.'s burger!

I was in this place about 15 minutes ago. I feel cheated because real prices are quite different than on the table ... salads are charged separately fries despite the fact that on the table it is in the price of a kebab ... and the funny thing is to ask exactly what to pay for, the seller said that for delivery after which suddenly changed his mind because I was standing in front of him and receiving the order myself ... I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!

I regularly use this takeaway and I’m fed up of my order always being wrong. If it’s not wrong it takes way over an hour to deliver. Every time I call the response is Iran on it way. I am trying to support this business after the hinckley road disaster but since they moved it is making this impossible. Tonight I ordered 4 cheeseburgers. Not one of them had cheese in. Usually I’m missing a portion of chips. Absolutely fed up of them not learning from their errors. I will not be back. Sorry but I’ve given enough chances im done

Friendly enough staff, burgers are quite generic. Unfortunately as of late 2018 this business is no longer there.

Rang through an order was told it would be up to an hour ok with that hour went by rang told on its way 15 minutes later rang again told its just left the shop finally arrived 25 minutes late and not very warm had to put it in the microwave so not impressed

overpriced & staff didnt pay attention to what we ordered. subsequently when i called bck, the lad was calling the girls attention over the phone even knowing he also gt it wrong. It was the 1st time & safe to say last time we ordered from them. x2 chicken + x2 beef burgers + doner kebab & chips charged @ £17.30 (my advice, Save yr money and go to a restaurant & enjoy proper service and genuine food for that price)

Mixed kebab is rubbish a mixed kebab to me is chicken lamb and kofte with a little lamb doner not proxy bits of chicken with lamb doner never again will I go there I will stick to Romminos Kirby Frith

Haven't been here for about 8 years but since moving closer gave them another try and their kebabs are as good as ever. Proper BBQ flavor, fresh tasty ingredients and a fab new app with loyalty rewards. Worth a visit

I've always loved TJs, its a Leicester institution ever since the first one opened on Clarendon Park Road all those years ago. The food is good and good value. It can take time when its busy so I always call ahead and collect based on the estimated time they give me, the food is always about ready when I arrive which is great. I can't comment on deliveries as I have never used them.

Very rude staff not telling me how long my order would be threatening to not even deliver what I've paid for because I rang too many times (now I'm sure anybody that keeps getting told it's on it's way multiple times having to keep going in and out as most places can't find my door to check if it's coming or not to find no one there,would keep ringing) it's cold out there when you say it's nearly there I'm gonna be looking for it! Can't believe how utterly rude the man oh the phone was!! Whoever employs him needs to give there head a wobble and listen to how he talks to people vile man!!

Tj's have always done the best veggie burger than anywhere else.

Standard fast food yet at great prices. It's location is further than the main hub of fast food places so I occasionally go here for ease. Whilst not the best food, it's still tasty and fills you up.

I called them and ordered some pizzas. I told them that I'm coming in 20 minutes. When I went there after 30 minutes he told me to wait another 10 minutes and when i asked him again he told me to wait again. Then I told him to deliver cause some guests was waiting for food at my house. He told me that the delivery charge is £1 and then when I was paying he charged me £1 because I told him to put extra toppings but I never did. Then after 20 minutes pizza came. When we ate pizza the 3 guests felt sick and 1 of them was vomiting. My sister had food poisoning cause of their pizzas. Never in my life m gng there again. There is a pizza shop in next street. They make good pizzas and the service is great. Please don't try the pineapp and peproni pizza.

Absolutely awful, the hot wings were burnt and smelt vile, so disappointed thought I would try and regret it :( my chips were not cooked properly and delivery took 1hour 20 minutes. WILL not eat from here again
