Really good food and place. Especially Alex and Omer are really friendly and helpful.

The best place in Leicester not just for the food but for the customer service. We order regularly and the food has always been hot, well cooked, generous and tasty. They remember that I like the pitta wrapped separately without me having to ask on a note and they will always tweak things if asked. If we could only get food from one place this is where we would go. Yesterday I visited in person for the first time to order and it was great to see how polite and friendly the team were as well as watch them cook my order. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Poor poor poor!!! ordered a vegetarian pizza and got one with chicken on it. Wasn't even going to offer a refund until I asked for it, see if and when I get that. Will never use again.

we ordered food, it came on time but when it came it was freezing, we'd phoned up to say it was cold then at about 11.20 when everyone had fallen asleep we hear a knock at the garage door, the delivery driver complained we were trying to get free food. wasn't out fault the food was cold, whole street probably could've heard him shouting on the phone to his boss 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Don't eat in so atmosphere I can't answer. But the food everytime is perfect. We order delivery often and it's by far the best. Staff are great

i've been a customer from a very long time ago, from when alex owned the place, not sure if he still does? i usually order online but a couple of times i've called and spoke with a lady, she is extremely rude, she is losing you business. i've always had good service from tjs thurms but this lady is stopping me from ordering.

I use this place occasionally when on a late shift at work. The food (including this time) has always been ready quickly, hot and of a good quality.

Ordered a kebab. Nice lamb meat, little bit oily but nice. Just 4 stars because a real Doner kebab needs the Salat and sauce inside the bread

1 star isn’t even deserved me and my two friends ordered this last night and since eating the food from here I have been severely ill throwing up none stop my other friend is also vomiting and my other friend is now unwell to!! avoid this takeaway at all costs unles you fancy being really ill disgusting Let me also add no one is from any fake accounts when you get bad reviews you want to say there fake reviews I’ve got my receipt for my order and I’ve also reported you to the food standard agency along with the council and also on just eat we’re I placed my order maybe sort out your food and hygiene standards and then try come back with a comment like that! Me and my friends are so ill why would we make comments up about a restaurant for no reason make it make sense

Do not eat from here!!!! Me and my two friends had a takeaway from tjs on Saturday and we all are experiencing the same symptoms of extreme food poisoning. We have all been bed bound and to top it off we have work the next day which we can’t afford not to go to but due to this we are unable to as we are still this evening being sick. I have honestly never experienced anything like it, we all had different meals from there as well but all experiencing the same problems which includes vomiting, headache, extreme stomach pains and cramps ect…

We have ordered takeaways on numerous occasions and always had great service . Not sure what is happening but waiting nearly 2 hours on a delivery and then not delivering some of the order is not acceptable. Disappointed TJ's hope this isn't the way forward for you . Food here is lovely and would be a shame to have to go elsewhere. Just be honest with your delivery times then customers can choose whether to go ahead with the order. Eating at 9.45 at night is just not on .unhappy customer

Fast delivery lovely hot food we had garlic mayo cheese burger, pepperoni pizza and chicken strips and chips. Highly recommend tjs thurmaston :))

Always been recommended this place but every single time I've placed an order it always gets cancelled. This has happened for months. Always an issue with drivers? Dissapointed

I have used this place on a number of occasions without any issues until today I ordered for collection a kebab meal for 2 when I got the meal home the pitta breads were missing so I called them back and they said they would deliver the missing items over 30 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived so I called them again and a asked them what was happening as my food was now cold the lady was not helpful and hung up on me leaving me with a cold meal without its main ingredient needless to say I won’t be going back there again

Nice if you fancy a week off work with food poisoning. Which happened to us. Confirmed by a doctor. Dodgy chicken which caused diarrhoea and loss of appetite. Give it a wide berth😠

They do not deliver on time. Same old excuses, very busy, no drivers, etc, etc, etc. “Not my problem !!!!” Did a 12 hour shift and starving.... Don’t run a business and make promises of 45 mins delivery if you can’t deliver on time “putting profits before customers” Avoid if possible if you want you want your food on time.

Poor service and expensive food. I walked in and waited 3 mins before the staff (who was right in front of me) even bothered to acknowledge me. Then, while he was taking me order stopped half way to take a phone call and came back a minute later. The portion of chips were very small for the price paid.
