We have a take away delivered from Pizza Inn most Saturday nights and have always had a lovely meal. Chichen kebab with salad and a kids donor and chips. Nearly always delivered earlier than said with a smiling delivery driver and the meal is hot and delicious.

We used to love this place, staff were alway Friendly and food was delicious! Unfortunately this time the staff were rude and the food was not at all good. They didn’t put feta on the pizza instead using halloumi, the pizza was cold, base taste like stale bread also the pizza were sliced very oddly one huge slice then tiny slices? So disappointed. I should have looked at the pizza when I went for collection then I would have pointed out their mistakes.

Took 1 hour to come freezing cold and in edible they turned phone off so couldn’t complain very disappointed

Ordered a few different items from Pizza Inn and always tastes great. The vampire killer pizza in particular is so tasty. Delivery is often quick and normally early and staff are always nice

Have to say this is the cleanest and freshest place in the area as you can literally stand there and watch them cook and pack your order. Top service, options for everyone & cheap!

We often order from here, and it’s always hit and miss with the quality of the food.. However we both really fancied there mega mix kebab, which we feel is value for money… hence giving them the benefit of doubt.. Other than the salad and chillie sauce the food was awful. The lamb donor was hard not soft and on the greasy side as you would expect. The lamb kofte and beef were the same. Hard and tasteless….. our feelings is that these were old meats reheated. The chicken shish wasn’t as bad. The pitta breads fell apart as soon as we cut them, so you couldn’t fill them, and the chips were cold….. Very disappointed indeed.. This is a very honest review.

Food order is never correct! Ask the staff to repeat the order multiple times on the phone and it’s still wrong! Staff are rude too! Used to have much better service! Ordered again today and the salad box was more empty than full!

Pizza should have been here at 8.33. Rang at 8.38 to be told it would be another 15 mins. Called again 20 mins later to be told he's just a minute away. Rang again 10 mins later to be told again he was a minute away. Finally arrived 5 minutes later. When the food finally did arrive it was luke warm at best.

Is it under new management? Used to be amazing but our order arrived tonight without any chips - they tried to tell me I ordered the mega mix without chips. This was not true as I had a receipt and the drink that comes with that mega mix order. I rang them and they said it will be 15 mins for the chips - 40 minutes later and no chips. We could have walked the chips here quicker. One of the kebabs was cold. Not mad but just disappointed.

Place is rubbish mess my order up every visit. Food has gone down hill as well chips are like rubber and food is normally cold. And every time I go here get charged a different price for exactly the same food so not sure what’s going on here but noticed that some dishes have gone up by £3 I know we are in a tough place but that’s just being greedy. The staff are rude putting the phone down on you when you phone to complain that your orders wrong. Don’t go here hopefully if enough people do this they will change. I wouldn’t feed my dog from here would’ve given no stars if would let me

Placed a simple order of a pizza. Cheesy Garlic bread and fries to be delivered. Despite only living 1.5 miles up the road it arrived just about tepid

Must be under new management? Dry chicken, reduced portion sizes, salad boxes half the size they used to be and management extremely rude. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere.

Can definitely tell it’s now under new management. Chips were cold and hard. Missing garlic mayo’s I paid extra for. Lamb shish kebab was small bits shredded lamb not the normal chunks you get. The salad was tiny and consisted of half a sliced tomato, 1 slice of cucumber, 3 bits of lettuce! The battered mushroom were small and overcooked, some even had no mushroom in!

Best burger meal I’ve had in a long time, salad fresh as ever. Just found this on the off chance driving through the village Would highly recommend 👍🏼

Order wrong, yet again. Called to complain, only to have the manager put the phone down on me. Serious staff/management issues, no apology, definitely won't be using again.

Utterly terrible in all ways possible. The food is horrible and turned up squashed and ruined, the delivery man turned up at a house 5 miles away with a similar sounding street name. The drinks are literally hot and the food was stone cold, also forgot a drink off the order , so yea, could not get much worse than that 🙃

If you don’t want to waste your money, don’t order from here! If I could give zero stars, I would!! We have been ordering from this restaurant over quite some time now. The first few times we ordered, it was very good and there wasn’t anything to complain about. However the last few orders have been a nightmare and today really topped it off for us and we shall NEVER use this place again! So, I ordered 10 chicken wings and only 7 arrived. There were no sauces sent with the kebabs. The food arrived very cold and oh my god it was just full of grease 🤢🤢🤢. I rang the restaurant to tell them about the missing items and the fact the food was cold and to my horror, the man put the phone down on me TWICE!! I could understand this if I was being rude, shouting and/or swearing at him but I wasn’t. He even admitted that they are extremely busy tonight and they’ve had problems like this with a lot of orders. Clearly they had no resolution to offer and felt it appropriate just to put the phone down!! This is not the first time food has arrived cold or missing items but I have let it go. Given this was the 3rd order on the trott that something was missing, I decided not to let it go this time. Why should we keep paying for things we’re not getting?? The fact they think it is ok and acceptable to put the phone down on customers speaks volumes about the type of people you’re dealing with here!

Garlic bread was cold, other food was slightly warm at best. My lads small chicken kebab had 2 pieces of shish. Timing was ok but food quality and quantity massively let down tonight. Have ordered a fair bit from here over the years and this was our go takeaway. Now on the lookout for another.

It is a bad place for late food, at 22.35 they told me no food and displayed open up to 23.00. Bad bad place and I can recommend as they even was very unfriendly and unpolied. Not place you need to go for...

Been ordering over 8 years. Used to be fantastic. Last few years this has slipped massively. Order has had something missing quite regular and portion sizes of kebabs have halved. If you order any large kebabs of any meat or even mixed you would question you have received a very poor small one. That is my opinion compared to other kebabs on offer in a couple of mile radius. It’s a shame as like I say it used to be right up there!

Been going here for years. Over recent times the portions have gotten smaller with the price going up. Last order for a large kebab was appalling. I get recent times are tough etc. But the portion was ridiculous. This with other recent issues around food arriving with bags ripped and pizza box smashed in. Will not be using again. Unfortunate as trying to support local businesses but will not be ripped off in the process. The owners comments were not helpful either.

Portion size on mixed kebab was shocking! The pita bread was ripped to peaces ,The whole thing looked like it had been thrown together
