Had Sunday lunch there. I also had the prawn and chorizo starter. Wish I hadn't although it was excellent I couldn't finish my main! You get good portions so arrive hungry. Waiter Matthew was always around when needed. We'll definitely be going back soon.

Four of us dined early evening. We had booked and were seated promptly. Zoe was our waitress who was extremely friendly and bubbly. The food was well presented and tasted lovely. The place was really busy and it seemed Zoe was the only person on the floor taking all the orders and checking on people. There were a few food runners but Zoe seemed to be the only wait staff. Poor lady must be exhausted by the end of the evening. The only critique I’d have is that the wait times to order and have plates cleared was a long time but that is no fault of Zoe’s. It’s down to not having enough staff on the floor.

Amazing service from Matt and the food from chef Harry was delicious!

We went for an evening meal at the mill, we were met by friendly staff. Our waiter Matt was very polite and friendly. Matt has excellent hospitality skills and made our meal experience really relaxed and enjoyable. We both had burgers and the chef Harry did a fantastic job, very tasty and very well presented. The food was nice and hot when we got it and it was served very promptly. Would highly recommend the mill for a meal for two or out with family.

Hi, visited yesterday as a party of 4 for Sunday lunch. We had starters mains and desserts, the food was very tasty, full of flavour and piping hot. My only comment was the fish pie was a little short on fish, great flavour but needs more fish and less mash potato. We were served by Mathew who was very polite and attentive on a very busy day. Full marks to Gary the chef, great tasting food.

Forgot just how lovely this place is. Both the building and the location by the water. This was a family dinner. Food was plentiful and delicious. The camembert for two was plentiful enough for three! My son loves the hunters chicken. My aubergine tagine was delicious. The chef this evening was Connor, so a big thank you to him for great food. Our server, Matthew (Matt) was very helpful, friendly and polite. Would recommend anyone to visit.

Had a great meal at the Titchfield Mill on the 15/10/24 in the early evening. Matthew, our server, looked after us very well and the chef Connor produced great food. The main courses are a tad expensive unless you have a discount code.

Love the venue cosy and welcoming, food great but very sad to find the mini crème brulee no longer on the menu. The chicken curry on the lunch menu was very tasty and your coffee is always good (sometimes a let down in other venues ) All your staff are very friendly , and Matt who served us today and on many other occasions is a treasure .

I have visited the pub yesterday evening for dinner with my brothers partner. We have been served by Matt. He was friendly, polite and efficient. We had wine and cocktails. All our food came out quickly, they were hot and delicious. My favourite was the allotment crumble. I think the chef was Harry. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Food was exceptional, could not fault it in the slightest was one of the best meals I’ve had in years. We were kept waiting for 20 minutes before our table was ready, would expect to be offered a drink at that point! We also asked if the 3 for £30 menu was on and apparently it wasn’t but server not willing to check. As a result between that and the waiting spent around £50 more than anticipated. Fantastic atmosphere but sadly wouldn’t return

Staff polite and friendly. Food lovely. A personal preference as a bitter drinker... need more than just draught Doombar. Overall a lovely place.

We had a great meal thank you. We arrived earlier than planned but that caused no problem. We were seated quickly in a quiet and warm part of the restaurant. Service was prompt and very polite. Our food and drinks arrived in good time and both the quality of what we ordered and the amount of food was close to perfect. A very enjoyable break during our long journey - great food at sensible prices.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch I ordered the lamb rump and when it came up it was very disappointing it was very overcooked and robbery but the staff changed it for the beef which was some of the best beef I've ever had all the trimmings with brilliant as well. My friend ordered a diet Coke which didn't turn up because I supposed to start with very busy but they were very nice anyway the disabled toilet was out of order.

Amazing place, food was superb, didn't need the extras I bought in the side. Can't believe this was only £20, wow.

Excellent service by “Matt” who was a great host, he had a good sense of humour and great people skills. He explained the menu and the specials to us and was able to answer any questions regarding the dishes. The food was lovely! Tasty and served hot, so many restaurants do not serve the food hot enough, this was perfect. Will definitely return.

Matt made us welcome and served us well. The food menu was more interesting that most in this area. Beetroot arancini was lovely, and different. There's enough creativity here that we'll go back and try something different. All credit to Harry, the chef.

Had such a good experience today at Titchfield Mill, we have often visit the Mill for family meals, but this time it was the best! Our server Matthew was great, best service we have had in a long time, took so much extra care with everything. The food was amazing particularly the signature burger ! Best burger in the area ! Booked a table for three at lunchtime 10/09. Matthew was our waiter and very polite and helpful. Our food arrived promptly and was lovely and hot. We had the lasagna and the chicken schnitzel both meals were exemplary. The two desserts of apple crumble were delicious. A special thank you to Harry the chef. The food really was dreadful, the mini dessert was embarrassing, the waiter had to bring teaspoons to fit the bowls. worse still our waiter who was excellent said it was their best chef. We won't be dining there again.

We stopped for a Monday night meal whilst travelling in the area. 09/09/24. We were politely greeted and seated. Matthew was our waiter for the evening who did a fantastic job. He was well timed for taking orders and popping back to check on us. He gave us feedback on meal options before we ordered and was cheerfully polite. There are alot of hospitality staff (generally) who should take a big leaf out of his book. The food was delicious (thanks Harry) and the portions were ideal. I had the Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Salad followed by Crumble and Custard for desert. The general atmosphere was nice and relaxed, I appreciated that I could bring my dog and there were treats for her and a water station. Thank you.

Visiting for the first time in a few years on a Sunday, no table booked. But stood waiting to be acknowledged for well over 5 minutes. Staff were even stood on the laptop but still didn't even acknowledge us. About to turn around to leave when we finally got greeted and fortunately there was no tables available anyway so we happily went elsewhere.

Staff members were very nice and polite with us, and they are dog-friendly! Food quantity was impressive, so very good value for money. And the quality was amazing! We loved it and we will come back often😊

Myself and my husband had a lovely meal here, the staff were pleasant, especially Matthew our waiter, he was very polite and attentive, just a good all rounder. I would have given 5 stars for food, the starters and main I couldn't fault, they were gorgeous, so was my pudding but the only downfall was I ordered an Eton mess, but all I got was fruit and cream, no meringue, I don't understand how that happened! So not really worth the nearly £8 we spent on it! I did let the 2 waiters know and they said they would pass this onto the chef. But all in all a really pleasant experience, we'll definitely come back again. Thank you.

A very polite and pleasant young man.👏 Only 4 stars for atmosphere, sadly due a very loud table of three adjacent to us. Some people just don't consider others. 😠🥱 That aside, we had a thoroughly enjoyable meal.😋

Popped in on the way home, and the food was service was excellent. I absolutely loved the pie and mash. We sat outside to catch the last sun of the day and ordered through the qr code on the table. All drinks and food came promptly. Will definitely be back

Had a birthday dinner for a friend's son on Monday evening. The food was great, good portion sizes and Matthew was great. Paid particular attention to one of the group that has a nut allergy. Highly recommend

Fabulous Sunday roast...amazing food, great portions and perfect service from Jen. The only niggle for us was the fact it was so hot in the restaurant with no air-conditioning. This was quickly rectified with a fan but otherwise would have been an issue.

Excellent Beef sunday roast. The meat was cooked exactly to my liking and I am very particular. Service by Matt was attentive, prompt and very polite. Took friends who both ordered the Lamb roasts and were also impressed with the quality of the dishes and service 👏

Pretty pub which is like a Tardis, extending in every direction into little nooks and crannies. Friendly staff, average menu but well-presented tasty food. We like the place. Dog-friendly.

Wow, what an amazing course! Dan cooked us the most amazing mains, the signature burger (which is phenomenal ) was perhaps the best burger I have eaten. However, without the amazing service provided by Matt the experience would not have been complete! Thank you so much Tichfield mill and the team!

Having never been here before and visiting family over the weekend, we came here for Sunday lunch. It's sometimes a gamble to know where to book, but we had heard good things and we weren't disappointed. The food was great, loads of it, good quality and tbh the service was even better, shout out in particular to Matt who looked after our table and really went the extra mile

A great location and atmosphere with a good menu. The staff were very helpful especially Matt our waiter and the food from Kim the Chef was excellent.

4 meals ordered, 2 were great, 1 had missing elements and another was an inedible soggy wrap. Didn't pay for the lump of wrap. On a plus Matt the waiter was fantastic, well done on your handling of the situation.
