Tinseltown in Islington

I just wanted to say I am VERY disappointed with this place. Firstly, as soon as we walked in it was very dark and there was no clear indication as to where the entrance was. The food itself was dry and crusty and definitely not worth the price. Even though we were really hungry we couldn’t finish our food because it was that bad. These people are trying to scam you. Don’t trust anywhere except ilford and east London.

Came on Monday night and was served by the incredible Mihai. They were the most amazing host kind, friendly, attentive and so giving. We had excellent conversation and felt very welcomed even getting free desert! Lovely person and great food couldn’t be happier. Thanks Mahai!

I’ve always wanted to visit Tinseltown since spotting it when out in Farringdon many years ago. The visit did not disappoint, great m food, service & value. I hope to return soon.

It was a fairly standard but great value lunch with friends. We got served quickly and all had wraps with chips and a drink for under £10. Tasted fine and can’t complain. For the price I’d go again. Very dowdy and aged interior though. Almost a sad looking place to enter. Not much loved.

Nice place but feel the food is extremely over priced. Nice place to bring children as a birthday treat ect. Wasn't keen on there ribs.

Felt unwelcome by the first member of staff we spoke to, the waiter who took us to our table seemed to be the only one who really cared. Food was slow to arrive and we had to ask for one of our sides and starters as they didn’t arrive with the others. We also never received one of our mains but never had the chance to ask for it because of the lack of staff. We ended up leaving without getting a refund on the missing burger as we just wanted to leave. The ladies toilets aren’t in great shape either, I couldn’t lock the door on my cubicle. Luckily it was quiet enough that I didn’t need to worry too much.

The halal certificate seems to be a made up certificate by Tinseltown. lol It is not from any independent halal certifying body. It is found on their website. lol Searching the address on the certificate does not get you anywhere. lol

Mashallah ❤ had a great experience with the 👪. Food took 20 minutes, however it was worth the wait. Service was excellent with a Smile 😃.

Came here this morning, appreciate it was 2am and not always the best time to come to these places. However the place looked filthy, the menu is literally just burgers and chicken (used to be so much more choice) and the quality of the food was seriously poor. Both me and my colleague who ate here have not had great stomachs this morning either. Definitely not going there again.

Went into today after a long time to eat and I was so disappointed with how much the food has downgraded. First let’s talk about the fact that their menu has changed and their burgers no longer come with fries!!!! Shocking!!!! Me and my husband ordered nachos to share and it was thee most awful thing, the nachos itself tasted like the cheap Asda brand nachos. The cheese had not been grilled on properly and it was so bland and made me feel so nauseous. Then we ordered Cajun dip with my Fries which I usually enjoy but it seemed like they changed their dip because the taste of mustard was so so strong! im someone who cannot stand mustard and it was making my stomach turn! As I’ve carried on with the rest of my evening, I’ve been feeling sick to the stomach and sat on my bed with a stomach ache. Will never recommend going back there again! They used to be so good and now they are just a total downgrade

Looks like the cleaners are social distancing from the mop. Floor and table sticky, toilets are grim. Asda frozen burgers taste better. Chicken was at least 2 days old. Dont bother going here- its gone downhill.

I sent my wife and kids in first whilst I parked up, as soon as I got in I was not impressed, dirty environment and when I sat down my family did not look happy and we left straight away. Staff could not be bothered and were not friendly at all, it not the cheapest place so would have been very upset if u did end up eating there, luckily there were alternative restaurants around.

The food as per usual was delicious and the service was fine but my issue with this branch is that it needs an update. It looks like a collapsed building. It also doesn’t help that when we went instead of the usual menu it was scaled down (which I understand due to covid) but I wish I had been informed when I called to book earlier. Shame to see not much variety but the food they do make is great

Ordered an Oreo milkshake, a Maltesesers milkshake and some chunky chips. The milkshakes were so overpriced for the size at £4.50 each but if you have the money to spend then they were really good. Super thick and the staff were lovely. The portion size for the chips was also small but they were really fresh and crispy at £1.99 so not too bad. Probably won’t go again as there is so many other places where the food is more affordable but the feel of the place is nice and retro. It’s just not the quality and quantity you expect to get which is what’s disappointing.

Food was good and after a slight issue with the order Anwar was quick to resolve it. Breath of fresh air to recieve good customer service from him and the other memebers of staff at the branch.

When here with family, 3 of us. Food was good, quick and friendly service and child friendly. Good atmosphere and clean toilets, that’s all you need I think

Visited here and the door people were extremely rude and aggressive. Attitude of staff inside equally poor.. was made to wait for 20 minutes before ordering and then was told take away only even though plenty of people were seated. Completely shambolic operation happening here and an absolute no go.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The order took 2 hours to come the food tasted cold, the chicken burger was dry wouldn’t order from there ever again worst take away I’ve come across

I have temporarily put down my food to come on trip advisor just to write this review. This may well be the greatest meal I have ever had. The overall experience has been great, especially the service from Vanessa and I will be sure to visit again with my friends very soon

....Food was great too :-)Arrived with a group of 9 colleagues. Anouar was very attentive and made sure we were all comfortable. The kitchen was also kind enough to accept a pre-order from us so we didn't have to wait around for our food.Definitely worth a visit!!

Rude staff!!!!! The service is the worst I have experienced in London. If the staff do not like there job, they should look for somewhere else to work.We took over 10 people there to eat on a night out.Food served 1.45 minutes later , kept asking where’s the food , received no apology nothing. Staff made us feel like they were doing us a favour.If you want good food then don’t waste your time or your money on this place.

Fue el peor restaurante en el que he estado. El servicio era basura, el personal no era servicial y no entendía lo que los clientes querían. Visité Tinseltown la semana pasada después de que mi hija obtuvo sus resultados de GCSE. Fuimos allí y pedimos una mesa para 3 personas. Había una sala de espera frente al comedor. Estuvimos esperando más de una hora y nadie vino a avisarnos que había mesas vacías. Finalmente entré y les recordé de nuevo. De todos modos, la comida era basura y muy cara y la porción era pequeña y el servicio y el personal eran muy pobres, nunca volveré y no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Tuve que organizar una comida del personal con poca antelación, entré en la tienda para explicar mi situación y Anouar fue muy comprensivo y extremadamente útil. Nuestra comida llegó eficientemente a pesar de que éramos 8, y Anouar se aseguró de revisar nuestra mesa para asegurarnos de que estábamos felices. En general, todos estaban contentos con la comida y para rematar, tuvimos un gran servicio. Definitivamente merece una calificación de 5 estrellas!

Fui a la comida del almuerzo. Las alas eran muy buenas, así como las patatas fritas. El batido lo superó todo y teniendo en cuenta el precio de todo, creo que fue una muy buena relación calidad-precio.

El personal fue muy grosero, el servicio era pobre, la comida era fría, la mala experiencia viajó hasta aquí desde Manchester, escuché una buena crítica, este viaje valió la pena si hubiera una calificación de 0 que daría, por favor, no vaya a este terrible restaurante.

Este es un lugar regular al que vamos en 2 - 3 veces al año. El menú había cambiado y el menú para niños parece mejor, ya que anteriormente la hamburguesa de pollo estaba fuera del menú. Nuestros niños querían sentarse arriba y el camarero de la entrada dijo: adelante, y mientras lo hacíamos, otros miembros del personal nos detuvieron y dijeron que estaban cerrados. Era tan obvio que no había otros comedores arriba y no querían que el apuro sirviera arriba.

My family went for lunch yesterday and we were very happy with our experience. The food was really lovely and the customer service was really good. Special thanks to Anouar (Manager) who was super friendly, really went out of his way to accommodate the kids (he made a super special unicorn milkshake for my daughter) and is definitely one off the reasons we will be going back.

we went there as a family, but my youngest daughter did not like their burger, but the staff went to the kitchen and the chef made her a substitute meal with eggs included. It is Halal, which is a PLUS!! They went above and beyond their duty to make us feel welcome. She loved their Milkshake. *Small children can be difficult to please and they were great! Patata dulce quemada y frita. 1. 99 para el queso en las papas fritas y valió menos que una cucharadita. Bollos añejos. Órdenes erróneas. Faltan órdenes para que luego se les diga "Oh se nos acabó". I went to tinsel town on a Monday and the food was delicious the bbq wings that I ordered was cooked perfectly and is still the best wings I’ve ever had till this day I would definetly recommend to eat at tinsel town

The food here is absolutely disgusting. Chicken undercooked, meat in the burgers dry - we left half our food. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

Some of us in the office placed an Uber Eats order - and Uber Eats completely let us down after over an hour waiting (driver rejected the order). Long story short we walked down to the restaurant to get our order. When we got there the manager was so apologetic and helpful - even though it was 100% not the restaurants fault! He went above & beyond to get our food ready quickly and gave us complimentary drinks while we waited. He then gave us 3 free milkshakes for the inconvenience (which again was not his fault). Top customer service and great food! Would definitely recommend!

This is not to everyone’s taste as it is a diner and so has a heavy menu that will saturate your eyes but I love it. I always come here when I’m craving a cheat meal that is worth the calories. The Cajun wings have gone which was heart breaking but anything here is delicious and filling

This restaurant has many branches in London and outside it. We went to the one in Central London, the food was nice and we have no complains, I like the Salads .

When you enter the atmosphere has comfortable chairs and celebrity status pictures. The food is well done and the milkshakes are the bomb.you would not regret your time here.so come and visit as I highly recommend it.

I was looking somewhere local where we could celebrate my wife's birthday and where we could take our little boy. My wife ruled out Mc D's... We arrived at around 13:00 to find the place was empty apart from the two young woman servers. We were promptly shown to a table. As we sat down and started to soak in our surroundings I could see that my wife was not keen on staying. Our table was dirty and greasy and it wobbled so much that drinks would be spilt. The server said that the table did wobble a bit. The seats we sat on pinched our bottoms because the vinyl upholstery was cracked and dirty. My wife went on a hunt for another table... but they were all much the same. We must have been there for 10 minutes when we decided not to stay... I can't comment on the food as we never stayed to sample it. When we were leaving and told the two woman we weren't going to stay, they seemed not to be that bothered.

El servicio fue inferior a la media, tuvimos 4 personas diferentes en nuestra mesa, una bebida en mi padre dividido camarero, ni siquiera pidieron disculpas ni ofrecer servilletas para limpiar! Yo había pedido una coca-cola (que cuesta £2. 49) y me dieron un supermercado cola. . Absolutamente vergonzoso!. La comida llegó a la mesa en medio de una masa de confusión, mi pedido para un "doble don "hamburguesa y inevitablemente me trajeron una sola. . . Me dijo el camarero eran tipo pero que comer lo que tenía y me haría una hamburguesa extra, que les dije a olvidar. Toda la comida alrededor de la mesa estaba por debajo de la media. Otra cosa que me molestó sobre este lugar, pedimos algo de ketchup, y nos trajeron a la mesa Tesco ketchup. Ahora no tengo problema con condimentos de supermercados, pero cuando estás en un restaurante que no esperaría que será dada a usted? !

Me encantaba Tinseltown. Volvería a comer bastante mucho una vez a la semana hace unos años. Sin embargo, comenzó a visitar a menos a menudo cuando empezaron a subir los precios y reducir el tamaño de las porciones. Todavía nos fuimos a comer, porque la comida era buena.

This is place is known for closing really late which is great for supper cravings !! The highlight here is the dessert and milkshakes. I had the milkshakes and yes prolly one of the best I’ve tried ever !!!!

On the last 3 or 4 occasions, I have noticed that the restaurant is not that busy any more and I wonder if it has anything to do with the recent new parking restrictions in place around the area or the changes that have been made to the restaurant (we were told that new management made some cutbacks), firstly its been stripped of all the tv sets that played MTV videos in the background and also changes to menu, the most important one in my opinion is the removal of the Chicken Zilla which has now been replaced by chicken fillets stacks, so much smaller but still charging the same price as the original chicken Zilla.

A nice American style diner. Good food at reasonable prices. A bit loud for my liking but nevertheless kids didn’t seem to be bothered.

I only crave for their shakes, particularly the VIP ones.

Group of 4 paid £101 for a meal which was honestly what I can best describe as plane food, and I'm talking PIA standard! Staff were lovely and polite but got our order wrong 3 times!!!!!! Food was dry bland and portions were small. Will not being returning ever.

We arrived and went to order. We were told there was no vegetarian option available even though it was listed on the menu. Absolutely nothing vegetarian was available? There were several dishes and they couldn't make a single one? Not only that, we then ordered desserts and were given the wrong desserts compared to what we ordered. They then tried to make us pay for these extra unordered desserts even though another member of staff claimed 'it was complimentary as it was their birthday'. Extremely disappointed with this poor quality customer service and organisation.

Nice place if you prefer burgers and milkshakes. Price a bit on the high side. Overall not a bad choice to have a quick bite.

We were a large group with kids. Food was average as one would expect from a diner. Milk shakes were very sweet and the servings were large. 7 mains and drinks were plenty for 10 people and cost just over £100.

We ordered the food. Came missing a few orders. We let that pass. The packages are all the same did not even bother to mark it with initials of the name of the burger. Got confused of course but we also let that pass. The beef burgers were nothing short of terrible. The beef itself not sure if it was even edible. The only thing that was actually good were the chicken wraps.

15 minutes after we had been given our menus, we discovered that they actually had child menus too. Three out of five were children! The waitress was rude and almost threw the menus at us. When I asked for an explanation she said she argued that she had only started working there 2 days ago! She went and complained to her colleague shouting that "they're having a massive go at me for nothing!" When I asked for a manager, I was told by her male colleague that there isn't one. The whole time we were sitting there waiting for the menus, the waiters were on their phones avoiding their customers. Please don't go there!!! We had to abandon this place before things got worse.

What on earth has happened to this place?I used to love coming to this place but to be honest I hadn't been for over a month.I decided to come here with my wife. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the food made us physically gag. The chicken was pink inside and it stunk!We were so disgusted that we just asked for the bil land left. Never will we be coming here again. This place has turned into a joke!The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars and not one is because they do an amazing peach smoothie. I came here years ago and loved it. However things have changed!!! It looks and feels like a dive when you go down the stairs and enter the restaurant. Although the waitress who served us was nice enough there were two members of staff standing near to us who for the duration of our meal were just chatting in their own language and tickling each other in front of all the customers. Many other staff were just hanging around looking depressed!!!! Our burgers took a long time to arrive and were very average and seriously not worth the wait!! I honestly would never recommend this place. There are so many better places in and around Farringdon to eat

The service is slow and feels understaffed. The food is mediocre at best and the burgers are small. The decor needs refurbishment as the place looks dingy and out of date. The toilets are awful. Nearly every other American diner chain or burger joint is better. It is solely surviving on its name. Oh and their milkshakes which are still great!I have been here several times over the years to see if the place would ever improve to the standards it once was. Sadly it hasn't and is only getting worse.

A lovely American diner. Burger was lovely and moist with a good amount of fries. The main is served with a choice of bun, free side and free dip. Great value. One little criticism was we had to ask for the dessert menu, but when we got our desserts they were lovely. Would definitely recommend the strawberry sundae. Service was polite and quick. A lovely clean diner with a good price for the location.

A few weeks ago I was looking for a place to eat in Gants Hill (Ilford), for lunch when I decided to go to the Tinseltown there. After my order arrived I started eating my burger and chips. I then started to shake some pepper from the dispenser onto the chips, only to soon realise the dispenser was unclean to the point the dirt looked like ear wax. Naturally, I didn't want to eat chips that had been dowsed in anything from that dispenser, so I requested a new batch from waitress. This is where it gets interesting. Firstly, when I was explaining the situation to the waitress, she had a "so what do you want me to do about it" look on her face when I was explaining the situation, and she never even apologised on behalf of the company. Secondly, there was the fact that she only removed my chips but left the filthy dispenser on the table for someone else to use and NEVER came back to remove it (nor did any of her colleagues). Thirdly, when I looked around at the waiters and waitresses I got a sense of de-motivation which made me think that the issue went further up the ladder. Fourthly, the fact that something as basic as hygiene had not been double checked by management reaffirmed my conviction that something was wrong further up the ladder. Fifthly, the last two points convinced me that even if I did complain to the manager, nothing would really happen to improve hygiene in a place that people go to eat.I left the place, let other people know not to go there ever and wrote this review so that worst case, even if Tinseltown are too lazy to make any changes - at least more people will know where not to eat.

Please try the VIP ambassador milkshake when you are here! It is marvellous and you should not miss it as they are famous for milkshakes. Im not sure about the food as I didn't try that.

Googled restaurants near where we were staying, saw an American diner come up so thought we'd give it a go, it was filled with teenagers all having a good time, in what felt like a school canteen atmosphere we were too hungry to search for anywhere else so settled for eating here, very nice meal I think both me & my husband were pleasantly surprised! yummy burgers and chips were had.

Tried their burgers, mixed grills and steaks.. Everything they serve is delicious and serve huge quantity.. Shakes and desserts are nice as well.

Service was great, a real shame the same could not be said about the food. After an average starter of Piri Piri Buffalo Wings, on the brink of being overdone, accompanied with a pseudo Blue Cheese dip lacking the punch it so truly deserved, I was left disappointed once again by the main course. A mediocre Spicy-Dog that permitted no room for admiration. An inadequacy of flavour that could have been rescued with a helping hand from the spice rack. To top it all off the meal was washed down with a passable, used very loosely, Mango Smoothie, definitely nothing to rave home about. Although the meals themselves were presented decently, it was a simulacrum of an American Diner; looks can definitely be deceiving! Quite frankly an overrated restaurant chain that is in dire need of change.

Disappointed with the wait took about 40mins to get in and then another 10 to place my order for takeaway, they are currently under staffed but the staff who were present were clearly trying their best, hire some more staff guys, lots of people need a job :)

Disgusting food that made me throw up after eating it. Any positive reviews are definitely fake because this was the worst meal out I've ever had. The burger meat was like from a school dinner in the 80s. Honestly so disgusting. The service was also terrible. Avoid at all costs. I'm honestly dying right now from how horrible this was.

We tried Tinseltown out with our little girls on a trip into London on a Saturday night, the restaurant can be easily missed as a small doorway leading down a flight of stairs to the restaurant, we were shown to a booth and the kids are supplied with crayons and kids colouring menu to keep them occupied (Great start), we looked over menu which contains a great choice of burgers, chicken, veg and other dishes, and my wife and I ordered the cheese burgers with fries and a drink plus cajun chicken wings, we also ordered 2 kids meals which included fries and drink for around £5, food came out fast and wow presentation is excellent, we tucked in and all of us loved the taste and food ordered.On top of this the staff are great and the manager Tony has to be mentioned as he is what a ideal restaurant manager should be, attentive, friendly and clearly proud of his restaurant.This restaurant serves halal food as well and as mentioned best burgers and shakes in town, we will return based on excellent experience.

I wasn't too impressed, but maybe had high expectations!My friend wanted to have a real Milkshake and I looked up this place. We had to wait for 10 minutes for a table, even though downstairs was completely empty (no one there, the staff didn't open it, don't know why).The food selection is indeed wide and all the dishes look yummy (I haven't ordered food so can't speak for myself, but I think it's good value for money), similarly with the shakes - I was impressed with the variety, especially the VIP shakes!Unfortunately to my experience, there is no calorie information on the menu and the waiters have no idea how the dishes are prepared. I asked a few questions, but the waiter clearly didn't know anything and couldn't answer honestly. I understand that this is not exactly a place for a dieting guest, but once I ended up there because of a friend who's not on a diet, I obviously wanted to order something too! I ended up settling for a dramatically overpriced INSTANT coffee (good thing I carry the sweetener around in my bag) and a smoothie that, according to the waiter, came from fresh fruits and no added sugars, but had the distinct taste of artificial syrup (the lady at the table next to me argued with the waiter that her smoothie is clearly made of syrup and she doesn't want it, because she asked for real fruit and no added sugars. She hasn't been dealt with very well, the staff argued that it's fine and basically shushed her, so I decided to just sip mine up in silence). Even the toilets are unpleasant. The staff aren't amazing either. Sort of a disappointing experience overall.

i was there to see my sister that i love and i eat a grate meal :) the milk shake is wonderfull and the manager and asistant manager is very hard working persons what can i say very nice :) i recomand it

I love tinseltown! Their boneless wings are my favourite!! Burgers are well done and chips portion size is good too. Sundaes are alrighy nothing special but meals are labelled at reasonable price which is why i come here often with friends and family. Thanks to the Tinseltown staff at Gants Hill branch and St Johns branch for being friendly and helpful. Have to leave a tip for the waiter/waitress all the time because they do an excellent job! :)

Waited 20mins outside at 1am in the freezing cold, for a table of four. We were told by the security guard, we can't wait inside as there was no designated area to wait. Upon entering, there were many empty seats available, and a lot of space where we could have waited. Doesn't make sense! Not like it's a prestigious establishment. I rate the restaurant one, because of the one friendly waiter that served us. Won't be coming here again, that's for sure.

I've heard of this place, seems popular but honestly found it to be very average, drinks are £2.29 for a soda, coke, sprite ect over priced in my opinion. The place is clean, the staff are ok. My burger was nice but not good enough for me to want to return.

I cant believe how over hyped and overrated this place used to be. Its menu is ridiculously over priced, they have rude arrogant staff and the food is average at best. The only reason we ended up here was for a family birthday and they had seating for 15 people. Period.

Visited here with friends for their sons birthday. It was supposed to be a treat for him but a better treat wouldve been going to tesco's to find they are closed. The service was beyond a joke. The waitress could not even get the order right. My friend asked for a jug of water & 3 glasses with ice. The waiter (eventually) brought 4 glasses of water. We asked why the glasses, to be told they dont do jugs! Why could the waitress not say this when she took the order?The speaker that was right by us sounded like a 1970's crackling record was being played. The decor looked like the circus had just left town & left the tired old tent behind.The drinks were seriously over priced. £2.29 for a glass of pop that doesnt even hold as much as a can. The staff looked & acted like they had been thrown in at the deep end. For a prime location resteraunt, you would think they would make an effort. It took almost 1 hour just to get ice creams. So glad i didnt order something hot. Would i reccomend this place to anyone? Not a chance. Note to resteraunt. Up your game or close the doors.

The food is really good - big portions and very tasty. We ordered the nacho starter which was huge and very nice. Unfortunately our chicken wings main course arrived half way through the starter. The waiter looked surprised when I asked him if it could be taken back into the kitchen to be kept warm. My friend had a milkshake which apparently was amazing!

Que vous dire à part que la nourriture était excellente. Service rapide, salle propre, serveurs très sympathique. Rien à dire ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Like others have said this place located in a basement really feels rather run down and messy. Toilets are in a state and feels and looks untidy.Service was good and the food out to the table quickly.We had the lunchtime deal which is offered on weekdays.We had classic burgers and they were very tasty and cooked well.Milkshake was good too.I'm sure there are better halal burger joints around London but if you can look past the ambience or lack of it in the restaurant then you should be able to enjoy the food.

I came here as I heard it is the best place in London to get a milkshake . I found it very basic and the toilets were not that pleasant.The milkshake was good however the food was not all that and plus a lot of items on the menu they did not have. This was my first time visiting and I am hoping it was just this time that it was like this , I will give it a benefit of a doubt and try again soon.

Helt ok hamburgerställe. Ska vara kitschigt men misslyckas lite. Bra pris och god mat men det saknas något. Hamburgerbröden var köpebröd från affären vilket inte är ok.

No deserts or coffee at restaurant. Told it has been this way for sometime by staff. Quite frankly not acceptable, drove a long way from home to visit this restaurant. To be told I could have Earl Grey tea...really...no offer of free service.

Being a northerner I always see people checking into this place and raving about the food and drinks and ambience.We had to book and having gone in, I was already mortified because I knew it was going to be bumpy ! The lack of attention to the cleanliness.m was not good. I couldn't sit or eat properly. I understand it is a busy place but attention needed on the stickiness.A place doesn't have to be mega big or pretentious but it must be clean, it's an eatery. Really loud, service standard, nothing fun or quirky as the place implies and shakes aren't great either. I always order onion rings and if they aren't fresh, I know it won't be great... again burgers were burger patties nothing juicy or fresh tasting. I can't judge whether it was mass made or not but everything was just dry and ordinary.I just had to review to state that it's not as they say it is. All normal food - branded and bought into because it's Tinseltown; not because of the standard of the food unfortunately.

I really like American food so I enjoyed this restaurant. Food was nice the price were alright. The staff was also polite.

good food in general when we talk about burgers,wings(very good) and desserts but their wraps and burritos not so much...they use a kind of chilli con carne for the burrito instead of some smoked soft meat which I think is better instead of a ragu in a burrito..

Favourite (well, place to go to when I didn't want to spend the next hour deciding where/what to eat ) place to eat in London that is halal and if you're craving Nandos and you can't find a Halal Nandos anywhere near you. I used to go here all the time as a student in big groups to have any of their milkshakes (there's a huge variety of them here). The atmosphere is fun and vibrant. I always visit the one in Bayswater and Great Portland Street, but they have a few smaller branches in other London zones aside from Zones 1 and 2. It's a VERY good place to celebrate birthdays too (they put on a birthday video for the lucky person).

rude service, no politeness - and rude - and want to get away from you. the food was like tesco microwaved... in fact tesco is kinda better tbh - but the shakes are good.it is busy only becasue it's halal - and the location is good. but i dont know how it's been here for so long - it's terrible!!!!

Sitting arrangements are nice. Burgers are so so but the peri peri wings and Ferrero rocher shake are yummy. Good food for a good price.

the chocolate fudge brownie milkshake is the best milkshake i have ever tasted and the service is reasonable and the people are friendly to be fair
