Tinos Pizza in Bromsgrove

ordered 2 x large pizzas and got medium ones delivered when I called the store staff member was rude and told me I ordered off the old menu and that just eat have not updated it so basically it was there fault and nothing he could do. poor customer service!!

food was that cold it was like eating rubber.

Ordered Chicken kebab, my friend didn't like it. It was Chicken Tikka not proper Chicken Kebab. Crusty garlic mushrooms. 2nd rate greasy peri fries How do you get away with serving 2nd rate food. Unreal. The 1 star is for the ice cream. Eww never again 🤢🤮 Foods a joke!

Pizza was delivered and was burnt, called the shop and said they would send another. When it arrived driver wanted to see the burnt pizza, brought out the new one, all good. The new pizza toppings were basically thrown on top with only one type of chicken and hardly any chilli, this time was slightly undercooked. Disappointed to say the least

Really gutted about my order, we have always ordered from tinos, best place for pizzas, but today our pizzas come with very little toppings even though I paid for extra and needed more cooking time 😔

Absolutely disgusting order food cold 1 hour late and to top it off whole order was wrong and the driver then gave me abuse would not recommend at all

Kebab had a tiny bit of meat in which was dried up, covered by a ton of salad. Didn't taste good 😕. Ice cream was supposed to be chocolate fudge brownie and you sent cookie dough. I don't like cookie dough 😕. if you haven't got the one I ordered, you used to phone me and give me a choice. As a regular customer, we were very disappointed, as you usually send such delicious food and what I ordered. very disappointed this time, not good.

Absolutely terrible place do not order from here!!!! They got my pizza wrong and then refused to send out the correct pizza blaming me for the error!!! A complete waste of money and all the manager did was shout at me over the phone!!!!!!

Been using Tinos for 30 years and never been disappointed.

We have been here two times over the last month and it has been lovely food. Am happy to share that this place is always fresh and nice food. Mixed kebab meat, chips n salad. Really nice can't fault it and delivery on time 😀

Ordered delivery and it didn't show. Tried calling to get a refund but no one is answering. I won't be ordering from here again.

Have ordered multiple things from these and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal, give or take 10 minutes sometimes for deliveries, but sometimes that's expected.

My order was missing a Ben & Jerry's ice cream & a can of Pepsi. I phoned restaurant & manager apologized & brought ice cream over later but not the can of Pepsi. If they'd checked my order properly, I should've had a can of Pepsi included in the meal & then I ordered another one, so I'm still owed a can of Pepsi. Apart from that everything was good quality & I always order pizza from the restaurant & do recommend them.

Haven't had food from here for years. Ordered Saturday night, delivered earlier than estimated. Delicious pizza, great chips.

Horrendous!!! Order 2 kebabs, one being the ‘king mega kebab’ hardly any meat at all! And the bit of meat we did get was over cooked and reheated resulting a leathery kebab meat! Even the chips were hard and cold. Never had anything like it. If my daughter hadn’t borrowed the car it would have been returned. Failed attempts to contact the take away resulting in it going in the bin. Note to take away.. please don’t respond to this review with ‘ we will take your feed back on board’ as in earlier reviews because you obviously don’t! You would rather make a sale out of food that should have been thrown away the night before and reheating it the next day before serving your costumers with fresh decent food the expect when hand your there hard rent cash! Shame on you!!!

My favourite place on just eat, Pizza is always fresh hot and tasty, deliver early or bang on time. Wouldn't eat anywhere else now. Highly recommended

First of all arrive with wrong order tried to tell me I got I got it wrong! Then When Came back 30 mins later was freezing cold . Really disappointed!!

Abosolute disgrace ! Use these so many times for BOGOF and tonight they tell me they have stopped the BOGOF 6 months ago!!!! I don't think so! I used them in January for a funeral wake and again for the Villa cup final and got the same deal! The pizza had a weird tang to it. The fries were hard and didnt taste like potato anymore! Everybody felt a bit rough the next day. I dont usually put negative reviews because I know how they can damage a business. I'm sure Tino's isn't consistently this bad as they have a large regular customer base but going on this occasion - I really wouldnt recommend it.
