Pizza was just okay and the fries were cold so went in the bin. An item was not delivered and the driver said he would deliver it in 10/15 mins and 45 mins later he brought it. Not a great experience.

Don’t order from here, waited an hour and 15 - never arrived, called and was told it was on the way but never came. Called twice and went to voicemail.

Vegan options seemed good, but when arrived were poor, and received the incorrect drink! Was really disappointed in the food

This was a previously 5 star review. But it seems like they stopped caring about the quality of their service. Paid 1 pound for extra sweetcorn and got 4 pieces. lol

Pizza arrived warm and doughy! Missing ingredients also. It wasn't transported in a heat bag and ice cream on top of box. Phoned shop offered to replace but had enough not ordering from there again. Will give pizza to the foxes.

Brought the £18.99 meal deal. Chips portion was really small and tasted strange. Pizza portion size was small as well so I wasn’t happy with how much you received for the price. Not worth it. Only good part of the meal was the cookies but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

The food is amazing I won't lie, love the fact they have a vegan menu however, waiting over an hour for the food is shocking I'm hungry... We have been waiting 2 hours. The first order they didn't receive, I understand things happen but the second was an hour and 10 minutes ago and still no food. We are now at an hour and half and still waiting! We won't be ordering again. Bloody joke Edit. The delivery guy was very apologetic, bought us a ice cream to apologise and helpful but the lady in the shop was rude Edit. Pizza had longish curly grey hair in it(not the best photo due to the hair being so light coloured, the man denied anyone had hair like that but offered to send another... That was over 40 mins ago and still no pizza.. cooked for my son now because his hungry and tired, money wasted. We used to visit here a lot but never again

Ordered two eight slice pizzas. One Pizza was missing nearly all the topping on create your own except a few chunks of chicken. The piri piri pizza has a total of 20, 1 cm cubed pieces of the piri piri chicken that tasted nothing like piri piri and 5 small slices of peppers, no other toppings as listed on their menu. Both pizzas were flavourless and ended up in the bin. Waste of £27.00.

So in a rush I decided to use this place without reading reviews. Bonus that the food came early. The food on the other hand was absolutely disgusting. The chips had a chemical smell to them and was anemic. I rang the restaurant up who said that the fries are oven cooked not fried but they definitely wasn't cooked or eatable. The pizza also had a certain smell to it which instantly turned my stomach. The food was for my daughter and her boyfriend who didn't eat it saying the pizza was too soft and smelt weird. Never again.

Food was nice. Delivery took a lil while and driver turned up with blaring music. Not good at 11.10pm at night with children in bed. Was not happy that none of the desserts arrived with the order, more so when it's a deal so the eatery should be aware of it. Bad service on that part. Won't be ordering again.

Right, this is always my go too pizza place, I've personally never had a bad order, they are always on time and always bring fresh good food, today my order was over half hour late, unfortunately my pizza was warm but it seemed and tasted Re heated and I honestly was extremely disappointed. I will give this place another chance because they are normally good.

Troops portions are shockingly small, the 1 portion off troops I had weren’t even cooked properly, all the pizzas needs a few more minutes in the oven. Overall not the best, the milkshake and brownies are the best I’ve ever had though!!!!

ordered at 10pm lastest for delivery was at 11.05-11.25pm got the confirmation email that the order was at 10.16pm currently 11.38pm and there's been no sign of delivery and no knock at the door. absolutely disgusted.
