Had a lovely breakfast here but the service was quite slow. We kept having to go up to the bar to try and order drinks to then be told they’d come and take our order but we still had to wait a while for that. I think if they had 1 or 2 extra staff it would make a difference

Cracking breakfasts both times we've dined here. Full English and a little one. The mix of music this morning was Lennon and McCartney and that era which added to my enjoyment

Lovely carrot cake, coffee just right ( one shot,black and decaf). Also breakfasts great, staff kind and considerate. Dog friendly.

Fantastic café in the heart of Bromsgrove. I go most days for a takeaway coffee and the staff are always friendly, attentive and quick! As it's a regular thing, they quickly remembered my order which is a lovely personal touch. I've eaten here a couple of times and the food is fantastic. Everything is cooked fresh and the price is not bad at all for a lovely bite to eat in a place with a lovely atmosphere. I love the music!

Hadn't been to the café for a while, so was good to return and see how much it's improved. The new manager and his assistant are lovely, giving excellent service in a friendly manner. The decor is lovely, very welcoming and attractive. We went in for brunch; the food was delivered in a timely manner and was delicious. Stayed for quite a while and were then tempted by the amazing cakes on offer. Had a different one each to sample both and they were so delicious. Will definitely be returning... even if just to try more cake!!! Great café, definitely recommend!

Fantastic place, always a fantastic selection of high Quality cakes that get changed every week. Breakfast is very tasty too. Staff are very welcoming and breastfeeding friendly. Don't forget your loyalty for a free coffee 😊

Unfriendly and inattentive staff. Bad atmosphere, table was dirty and the room smelled like a public bathroom. I would not recommend.

Absolutely appalling how they treat staff. They offered me a job so i gave up my job at the time to start there offered me school hours tues to fri 2 weeks i was there to then be told i wont be on the rota as not bringing in enough to pay my wages. And was told they would call me to let me know what was happening in future no call all week to then be told after i contact them that they wont be keeping me on as not busy enough but keeping the younger 19 year old on that was hired a week after myself was hired a few days a week. Knowing full well that i have 3 children to support on my own and a home to run. Also some insight if you are vegan or vegetarian do not eat here as they cook the sausages in the same fryer as normal pork sausages

Went with my girlfriend for a nice date, service was very friendly and got our drinks + food very quickly and they both tasted really nice. I love the decoration, gives off a nice atmosphere and felt quite comfortable there. Fairly priced and definitely one of the best cafés out of the high street! Would recommend :)

First time going with my boyfriend, it’s was nice, quick, and i wasn’t afraid to ask questions for my hot choco with only marshmallows. Burgers were great, and it was much more affordable, especially the drinks, consider on the high street a regular hot choco would be 4-5 pounds. i was very fascinated by the scenery, it is totally my aesthetic, and i definitely would go again.

Service was slow but staff pleasant nice place to sit and chat take your dogs.

Morso Bromsgrove. Definite curb appeal and good prices. However my last 2 visits were disappointing due to the cold breakfast. This may explain why the staff also did not seem passionate about what they do. Chefs you need to warm the plates and baked beans is the easiest thing you can cook so please send the food hot as everything else about the place is great.

great coffee shop in bromsgrove - staff always very quick to help with seating menus and orders my daughter prefers the cakes and tray bakes at cafe morso especially the millionaire shortbread and the americano coffee is always good

Amazing place you must visit. Dog friendly with amazing food what more could you want. Service was excellent. We couldn’t fault our visit. Will Definitely be back!!

This was my first time experience(Bromsgrove). I found the service slow & 'moody'. I won't be returning.

Arrived at 09:00 and doors were not yet open, food was very good but our server was very passive aggressive, throwing menus on the table and walking away from table very quickly.

A trendy Cafe/Bar. We went in for just a coffee and pot of tea. We were greeted and served by a lovely young man. Drinks came quickly and piping hot. Good choice of food on the menu for a Cafe/Bar. The food served to other customers looked and smelt delicious. Will definitely be back soon and eat next time. Opens late a few nights a week shall be in for a Cocktail and pint beer or two.

Great burger, juicy until the last bite. Very good menu. Trendy place, very clean and excellent service. 5 stars because my experience there was great, the food was top drawer, server was attentive and friendly and the establishment was clean and tidy.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit .It was a really hot day but it was so cool in their we had two iced ginger beers it was lovely no one rushed us and the young waitress was so nice .We certainly will visit again next time we're in Bromsgrove.

Great cafe. We had breakfast which was great. Nice to see people in there with dogs (don't have a dog but do love dogs). Staff were very pleasant. It was very quiet when we went so did not have to wait. Not sure if you would need to book at busy times.

I enjoy a burger, and usually very wary of ordering one unless it's my local one. But this is now my 2nd favourite burger I have had in a long time. Can recommend this Cafe anytime. Tasty food and delivery was great.

Had a great takeaway order through Just Eat. We both had burgers which were very rustic and home cooked, came with a generous portion of chips and delivered warm promptly in some great eco-containers. Nice range of additional sides and extras to personalise as well.

Very delicious, professionally cooked food. I had the halloumi stack with fries, at £10 this isn't a cheap quick burger but you do get what you pay for. Definitely one to check out.

Ordered via just eat but they removed my review. I got a refund. The portions were tiny, the food arrived cold. the coffee tasted like water. I had about 1 teaspoon of beans, 1 mushroom, and 1 teaspoon of chopped tomatoes. 2 slices of bacon had no taste whatsoever. And that cost me £5.50. Suffice to say it was my first time ordering from here and it went in the bin. I was going to give 3 stars for the fact they were polite, and delivered only 10 minutes late, but the fact they removed my Just Eat review annoyed me. Good luck deleting this one.

Was really looking forward to brunch today with some mummy friends (and babies in tow) but was sadly disappointed by my first visit to this place which looked so promising. We arrived at about 11am, the place was empty but we were only given 2 menus between 4 of us. I felt like we were putting the waitress out just by being there, perhaps not a fan of babies? I ordered pancakes and was excited to try bacon with pancakes and maple syrup but I was grossly underwhelmed when the food arrived. There were 3 American style pancakes which were too thin to be described as American pancakes, 3 generous rashers of bacon but back bacon rather than streaky and a little bowl of maple syrup. The whole plate just looked really sad. It tasted fine but as I said...underwhelmed. When we asked for the bill, we were asked if we had seen the sign on the door that it was cash only. Surely our arrival was the time to ask that question! I’m sure it could perhaps offer a better experience but I’ll not be trying it again - I’m out.

What a lovely place. The food is gorgeous, the butter squash soup was superb. The breakfast bap was absolutely delicious really tasty no rubbish.Absolutely perfect place for a chilled Sunday morning. They allowed dogs too. We’ve been here a few times and it’s just a lovely place. With great food.

Based on experience of the Barnt Green Morso, I assumed this would be a good place to meet for lunch. Neither of the salads we had was especially palatable. One in particular: duck with hoisin sauce, was most peculiar, in that the hoisin sauce had been applied as though it was a salad dressing! Hoisin is not a pleasant sauce over lettuce and tomatoes. I certainly don’t recommend either the dish or the restaurant.We also found it rather dark and dingy, and as a result there was a ‘seedy’ feel about the place.

Visited on 3rd may around 8pm, there were around 40 people at the cafe and only 1 member of staff, we were served within 5 minutes, and were treated so nicely, Josh made us feel right at home and recommended a gin for me and my friends to try which was lovely!!! The poor guy was rushed off his feet could have done with another member of staff, but handled things very well!

Popped in on Saturday evening, felt right at home in the cosy environment, service was prompt and with only 1 member of staff on the bar and being quite busy, the guy on the bar did really well, the music was a great compliment to the night and atmosphere I will be returning.

Go here every Saturday morning. In my opinion it is the best cafe in bromsgrove. It has amazing staff and amazing drinks.

Went to meet a friend for coffee but while there we decided to eat.We ordered a baked potato with cheese and beans and a fish finger sandwich both were well served and delicious.Well worth a visit the coffee is great and they are fog friendly.

I have been here a few times since it opened. I can recommend lunch here, the food is lovely and reasonably priced. It's a great place to meet friends and its child friendly, there is also plenty of room for pushchairs. I have also been on a Saturday night, the cafe is licensed and have a good selection of drinks. A great addition to the town.

Really nice environment. Very welcoming with young kids. I had 2 and several others had kids too. They were happy to edit dishes for the kids and the food tasted great. Really enjoyable experience and would definitely go back.

Dreadful- poor service, lengthy waits for food & service when not overly busy . The hollandaise resembled scrambled eggs and we were told 'that's the way we do it', yep badly.

I was excited about taking my wife for brunch at morso. We both ordered two English breakfast's. Upon receiving our breakfast's I found a long hair running straight through my food. I called the waitress over and explained what I had found. She took it away without any apology. Came back out and said "would you like us to make it again." In which I declined, as you can imagine the hair put me off, this resulted in me just eating the toast. So we left cafe morso with out an apology and me paying for very expensive slice of toast. I think the staff need to be educated in hygiene and customer service.

This place is good to go to for a quick easy meal. They have a good range of food with good value for money. Would go again

Lovely brunch! Great menu and good service.

Went today for a light lunch and chose the fish finger sandwich with 'home made nachos'. Firstly, the cutlery came wrapped in soaking wet napkins. Secondly, the food came out very quickly (it takes me at least 15 minutes to grill fish fingers, not 5 minutes) so they can't have been freshly cooked. Thirdly, home made nachos?? They were from a bag and from their crumbled appearance, clearly from the bottom of it. Fourthly, there was next to no tartare sauce in it. I could have made better at home. When we went to pay for the meal, we were given the wrong bill and overheard someone else complaining about a long wait for their dessert that then arrived cold.

My Italian husband wanted English beer but when we heard the music we settled for Southern Comfort and Bombay gin......

One member of staff not very friendly at all and I had tummy pain that night after eating there and my friend was really ill, so cannot recommend and would avoid.

After being disappointed by another establishment nearby taking over 30 minutes to prepare 2 breakfasts with almost zero customers, my partner and I were starving, but were aware that we had less than 5 minutes to order a well anticipated breakfast.

The perfect Cafe. Dog friendly with excellent service and friendly staff. Food was first class too. The covers are also well spaced so creating an airy and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will be back. Thanks guys 😁

Popped in for lunch this week. Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 45 minutes for them with no acknowledgement of the wait or apology when they were served. We were close to walking out but so hungry that we didn’t want to go elsewhere and have to wait further. Food was ok when it arrived.

We popped into Morso and there were 5 of us. We were too late for breakfast by 30 minutes but really fancied what was on the breakfast menu so asked nicely would they mind. Despite the chef putting all the stuff away (didn’t realise they did this) we were not disappointed. The lovely chef got all the breakfast pots and pans out again especially for us. The food was lovely and plentiful and all served with a smile. Great place for a coffee or a lunch or indeed a breakfast! Give it a whirl readers.

Firstly congratulations to the owner for getting this place spot on. We visited here once before about a month ago and returned last week how surprised we were that the lady remembered our drinks as soon as we walked in and even remembered our dogs name ! How ?, we were greeted with

We feel so lucky to have found a cafe in Bromsgrove that allows us to take our dog inside. The cafe/bar has a lovely warm feel - the staff are welcoming and efficient. We love their coffee/hot chocolate and coffee mocha drinks- my husband particularly likes the fact that they have soya milk and oat milk. We have had breakfast/sandwiches and cakes there many times and would thoroughly recommend. We don't feel a visit to Bromsgrove is complete unless we have had a visit to the cafe for a 'Morso' fix. We now know all the staff and many of the regulars and when we go in we feel as if we are in an episode of Friends. The icing on the cake is Michelle the Manager - she is efficient, friendly and has a great personality - a true asset to the business. Five Star!

Such a super friendly modern bar/restaurant. Dog freindly too, which is always a great sign, and seems to find a better cliental.

Dropped in for lunch with a friend last Friday. Has intended to go to Prezzo over the road, saw Cafe Morso opposite and then a random passer by told us how excellent Cafe Morso was so we had to check it out.
