We were having a short stay in the Cotswolds and looking for somewhere to eat on a rainy Sunday. We found this garden centre which had good priced roasts compared to many other places. It was very busy, but found a table and ordered 2 dairy free roasts which the chef assured were fine for us to have. They arrived fairly quickly even though busy and were very tasty. They vegetables were nicely cooked and the chicken very tender, the beef although perfectly cooked was slightly chewy as there was some stringy bits through the middle. Would go again if in the area

Not a restaurant we will be revisiting. This is the second time we have been disappointed. Last time the jacket potato was overcooked , the slin was tough and the inside was broun with age. I ordered a warm scotch egg but it arrived cold. This time the teryaki salmon was again overcooked leaving it decided dry. Jacket potato again was past its 'cook by' time, tough skin and brown inside. All of them served very promptly but maybe they should pay attention to detail. Fabtulous garden centre but would not recommend eating there.

We chose this garden centre to go for lunch as they have soft seating which is good for my back. Unfortunately the soft seating was cordoned off even though there were people sitting there and the member of staff did not seem to know why. We chose what looked like comfortable seating in a dog friendly area. There were notices on the table to say that they were reserved for people with dogs, but as only one of the four was occupied we thought it would be okay to sit here. The waitress told us in no uncertain terms. These tables were reserved for people with dogs. I explained that I had a bad back and needed to sit in the comfortable seat, but she just reiterated that they were reserved for customers with dogs and we would have to move. No offer was made to move a comfortable chair to a different table or what would’ve made things better would be for her to say you may sit there unless they are needed by someone with a dog in which case we would’ve moved. We did not stay and we did not order, but I did ask to see the manager. He, although sympathetic said he would speak her and asked if we would then go back into the restaurant. Having been humiliated in front of other diners, there was no way we were going back into the restaurant. I think staff members need to be aware that not everybody is able bodied and able to sit at a kitchen type chair, which is the case for me. There was no Customer care offered in my opinion and we will not be returning which is a pity as we’ve always use this garden centre and spent many hundreds of pounds here historically.. I would advise that if you suffer with any disability at all to avoid this at all costs.

Ordered 1 ciabatta, 1 toasted teacake to share between 2 people, plus 2 decaf coffees. On the menu there is a ham, tomato, cheese ciabatta, so we asked if it would be possible to have just a cheese and tomato ciabatta, please. Waitress said no problem. What came to our table was very disappointing. Ciabatta arrived with ham removed, but with one and a half slices of tomato and very little cheese inside. I assume that most of the original cheese was stuck to the ham that had been taken out... Teacake was also very burnt (black). "This is burnt" I said to the waitress. "So, you don't want it then?" waitress asked "Would you eat it?" I said to her. "No, of course I don't want it. It's burnt." Waitress rolled her eyes and marched off. Another member of staff suddenly appeared at our table to ask if we wanted a 'lightly toasted' teacake instead. "No, just a toasted teacake, but not burnt, thanks. Teacakes aren't rocket science. You just adjust the settings on the toaster!" I said After a few minutes a properly toasted teacake arrived. I was surprised that the senior person in the kitchen had allowed an almost empty ciabatta and a burnt teacake to be delivered to a table. That ciabatta (actually just a bread roll, hint of cheese and tiniest amount of tomato) cost us £9. Also, waiters/ waitresses really shouldn't be rolling their eyes when talking to paying customers. It's quite rude, especially bearing in mind the food was very visibly burnt. This visit was very disappointing as we have been using Timothy's as a long distance journey break for at least two decades.

Delicious roast dinner. The restaurant was very full, but our order was taken promptly and served very quickly. Well done

Cafe was overwhelmed. Was told to wait 20 minutes before ordering because they couldn’t take any more orders. Asked after 20 minutes if we could order, was told no not yet, then witnessed various customers getting served before us. Ordered a baguette and the part baked roll came out completely raw, not baked at all! I had a ploughman’s which I thought would be decent portion for £8 something and marked as 1000 calories. Sadly it was measly with a few crisps. Has really gone downhill. Garden centre and cafe were great last year so it’s a shame. Even the christmas decorations weren’t as good as usual.

Had eaten at the cafe over the years. Today, my wife and I decided to go there for Sunday lunch. Roast beef was our choice, what a let down. Beef was fine. Veg hard, even with a sharp knife, it took some cutting. Roast potatoes seem to be old and bruised. Shame has the cafe is freshly decorated and clean. Staff were okay. Coffee was good. But no more roast for us from there.

Excellent customer service. As we walked in we were given the menus by a friendly young man. Waitress named Laura was lovely, completely went out of her way to help, I am a rather picky eater so requested some alterations, she was fabulous, assured me it was not an issue. Great food, fabulous staff. Impressed by quality and speed of service. We will definitely be coming back.

Friendly greeting ordered 2 meals but only salad came for my wife Waitress came said be here in a minute ,but she had not ordered it Then admitted she had forgotten to order it , i asked to speak to a manager , A very confrontational lady came out saying you asked to speak to a manager You up set my waitress why did you not complain directly to me , but she had no name badge or gave her name very poor customer service

My friend and I had a delicious meal at Timothy’s yesterday. The service was super. Wendy our Waitress couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed and the standard of food is very good. Thank you Wendy and all the staff

My wife and I had lunch at Timothy’s upon arriving in the Cotswolds. The garden centre and restaurant had been recommended to us, and it’s easy to see why. We both ordered the coronation chicken on naan bread, which arrived within five minutes and was absolutely delicious, not to mention very good value. We would definitely eat here again as there were lots of other options on the menu. Excellent.

Went for lunch today, knowing it would be busy with mothers day and not even expecting to get a table but the lady seating people could not have been more helpful and managed to secure another table for our party. The service was really good despite being busy and the food presented was of really good quailty and tasted amazing. This restaurant never disappoints and its obvious being an independent garden centre is really in its favour as the food and ambience is lovely and so many helpful staff serving! Thoroughly enjoyable.

Tried to book a table as a Sunday lunchtime treat for my elderly mother, as we have done in the past. Unfortunately was told over the phone that no bookings are taken for parties of less than 10 people. I don’t know when this changed, but being as we don’t live near by we won’t be using the restaurant for Sunday lunches again on the chance a table is free. Sorry. Disappointed.

Lovely breakfast, just down the road from the campsite we were staying in . Ideal to set us on our way staff were happy

A well managed business with an excellent range of food and drink. Staff are always friendly and efficient.

We visit here on a regular basis as it’s easy to bring my elderly Mum with family and there is plenty of space. We came last week and as we entered the cafe we were straight away met by such a lovely gentleman who came to the table with us and offered help in getting my Mum out of the wheelchair and onto a seat. The girls are always so friendly and although service is sometimes slow I think it’s a case of not being able to get enough staff as other places. After we had finished eating the kind man went and got the wheelchair over to our table and again offered to help us with her. Nothing was too much trouble and this man does make this place. Th am you for your kindness and you are an asset to Timothy’s.

Last time I reviewed this establishment, I commented on how the bizarre ordering system let it down. I'm pleased to say that yesterday, they had a conventional table service in place which made a lot of difference: very pleasant, helpful team waiting on tables & made the experience much less stressful. The food was excellent & plentiful. The only concern was that the doors to the outside area created a terrible draught for certain tables.

We had a superb meal here, it’s open fresh and clean with helpful friendly staff, all our food was fresh, generous and delicious so excellent for us.

I didn’t get a chance to even have a cuppa, so can’t comment on the actual food, but wow the customer service was woeful.Arrived with baby as she needed some food and I was told I’d ‘need to have booked’ but that there might be a table. I said I would sit outside but apparently ‘outside is closed’. Was walked to a table, then told to hang on while the checked the booking, then walked off never to be seen again, as I stood there with a hungry baby. I walked out and had to go and feed the baby in the car.Save your time and don’t bother!

Had lovely lunch at Timothys today of Ploughman’s sharing plater. Very delicious and enough for 3 people. Definite improvement in decor and environment and staff appear more friendly.

Visited there on Monday morning for coffee. Have been before when we had table service. Just ordered 2 coffees - one black one cappucino. Waited almost 10 minutes and could see that the black coffee had been poured and left whilst the staff were busy chatting. Had to prompt them to make the cappucino. Got the distinct feeling that because we had ONLY ordered coffe and not cakes etc we were not seen as great custom. Will not be returning in thenear future.

This is probably one of best breakfasts in the area. Food really good quality, cooked perfectly. The restaurant is really spacious and spotless. The staff are really helpful and service is good. Second time we have eaten here in last 4 weeks and the breafast is excellent. Both farmhouse and vegetarian breakfast is superb. Compared to many other garden centres this is really good produce, good value and really nice venue to eat and enjoy!

I have been to this cafe/restaurant before and the last couple of times I went before 2020 lockdown I was not impressed with the food, for example the cake was tasteless.I thought I would try it again with family. We had cheese scones which ended up being herb rather than cheese and they were sooo dry and not pleasant to eat. Another member of our party had a cream tea, the scone was overcooked and dry. The tea pots were dirty on the outside and a staff member was not impressed when we asked for a jug of hot water to add to the tea.I go to the Fosseway Garden centre often and although the decor of the restaurant is nice and I is pleasant to sit in I just dont think it's worth coming here for the food. I would probably try another cafe in MoretonIt would be good if management took time to taste test the food from time to time, perhaps store them better so scones don't dry out and check that the flavours are nice.

And I don't mean the refurbishment.......Since Timothy's has been allowed to re-open, either outside or inside, I have been a regular visitor, often several times a week, sometimes for a coffee and a pastry (excellent almond croissant) , or for a meal as well. The staff were always warm, friendly ,cheerful and helpful and the standard of the food excellent. After a break of a couple of weeks, I returned last week, and, oh, dear...... what a change. I arrived shortly after opening. The staff were sort of hanging about with nothing to do in particular. Instead of greeting the arrival of their second custometr of the day, there was no cheerful smile, good morning, hello or any kind of ascknowledgement whatsoever. Most os the old staff semed to have totally disappeared, I ordered an almomd croissant (always excelllent) , a bacon sandwich. and a coffee. The croissant looked like a shrunken, shrivelled ,stale, version of its former self and was like eating soft rubber. I complained and a new one was provided. This was slightly better, but a pale reflection of previous crossants here. The quality of bacon (and indeed sausages) here has always been outstanding. I did not feel this quality was present on this occasion. I do not think this is a post-croissant mis-judgmentAnother change I feel for the worse did actually take place befiore the sudden re-staffing. I don't think having to go and order your own food from the till is a good idea. This completely changes what used to be the fairly upmarket feel of the place and moves it a step further towards Mcdonalds or Subway. The interaction with a friendly member of staff at table when ordering was a major contributor to the old warm, friendly atmosphere of the place. It has now turned cold. On the basis of this visit, I would no longer recommend it. I assume there has been a change of management?

This is a most attractive restaurant with garden centre and interesting shop adjacent. We called in for lunch and enjoyed a delicious gluten free sharing platter consisting of warm bread roll and butter, salad, prawns in Marie Rose sauce, very tasty smoked salmon, perfectly fried crispy goujons and crispy battered prawns.Small pots of tartare and sweet chilli sauces complemented the fish. It certainly was a very generous sized platter for two people. Service was warm and friendly .Highly recommended.

I tried the new ice cream bar today in Timothys. I can absolutely recommend the summer fruits. What an amazing flavour and so indulgent. Very reasonable price for the portion size.

Very clean, beautiful decor, lovely for and drinks. Visited the garden centre which was amazing, very well laid out with so lively things. We then stopped for a drink and cake in the cafe. Best cuppa ever and fantastic scones.

The shop has a great variety of goods both garden, gifts and clothes.The plants are reasonably priced & there's a great selection.Everything you need to furnish a garden.It has certainly improved since last time we visited in 2019.We decided to have lunch (outdoors)while we were there & four of us had a selection of dishes ,all of which were very tasty.Im sure that now we are allowed to eat inside the restaurant there will be even more variety.The best thing for us was that dogs are allowed there.Not sure about in the restaurant now its back indoors though.We will return soon.

Ben Arthurs is by far, one of the best chefs around. Can't wait for him to skill the grill again and produce some great food. Yum Yum!

Went to restaurant today and followed their instructions of take a table and they would serve us, it wasn't busy and Nobody entered at same time as us. We sat at a table with menus in hand and we sat and we sat, three members of staff passed us ( we must have been invisible) no one came, after nearly fifteen mins they went and served a couple who had just entered. We gave up and left, I spoke to member of staff and got the usual sorry followed by 'where were you sitting'. No service quality at all very poor and disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.

Called into Timothy’s to do a spot of Christmas shopping. Really well stocked & very COVID aware. My wife was looking for something specific & the staff couldn’t have been more helpful & found what she needed.Decided we’d try the Christmas dinner & I have to say it was excellent . Came to the Fosseway Garden Centre to hunt for pumpkins (success!) with my two under-10s, and stopped off at Timothys for a bite to eat. The cafe is very big so ideal for social distancing. Menu was pretty standard, but we enjoyed the food (there was a sort of 5-in-a-bag deal for kids). It did seem a bit chaotic though and we had to wait a while for food. We didn’t object to this too much because the staff were very friendly and helpful, but it means that I can’t quite give it 4 stars

Very noisy, large place. As previous people have said, difficult to get served. It all seemed quite disorganised. Didn't feel particularly safe in there with regards to Covid restrictions - no specific way in/out, customers and staff wandering about.

Because of restrictions we now have to get seated and wait for service. WAIT being the word. 7 members of staff behind the counter and not one wanted to take our order. Eventually someone came but then a very long wait to get out coffee and cakes. Drinks could have been hotter but cakes lovely

Llamado para almorzar. Limpieza y personal excelente. Elija los chips de eglefino rebozados con cerveza y los guisantes machacados. Llegó la comida en un plato largo. Desafortunadamente, a los guisantes se les agregó algo que los hizo demasiado dulces. Las patatas fritas eran de tipo cuña con cáscara, pero lo que fuera en lo que habían sido fritas dejaba un sabor desagradable en la boca y si le cortabas la cáscara, la patata no estaba lo suficientemente suave como para poder cortar los trozos fritos.

Visité el centro de jardinería con mi suegra y me sorprendió la gran variedad que se ofrece. ¡Esta es una experiencia de compra que no debe perderse! Literalmente tenían todo lo que pudieras desear, desde una gran variedad de plantas, ropa y hogar, cartas fantásticas e incluso un establo de juegos para niños. Tuvimos un súper almuerzo en Timothys, la comida fue excelente y el servicio fue increíble. Nos sentimos tan seguros en estos tiempos difíciles que se habían tomado todas las precauciones. Se lo puedo recomendar a todos.

Solo hice dos revisiones en total antes de esto (una para Ask y otra hace un año para Timothy)Puede ver la última revisión (agosto de 2019), por lo que no me quedaré allí.Hoy la bienvenida en el centro y en Timothy fue excelente en circunstancias difíciles (covid). La comida era excelente y el servicio cálido y perfecto. La joven que nos atendió había estado allí 5 años y dijo que le encantaba trabajar allí ahora que podía brindar un servicio cordial y personal (le había contado nuestra experiencia hace un año). Qué diferencia hacen estos comentarios y un servicio cordial en una visita.Gran diferencia en las revisiones recientes con respecto a hace un año, así que sospecho que nuestra experiencia de hoy es en su mayoría típica. ¡Es bueno hacer una buena reseña!Mantente a salvo.

Al llegar, me recibieron con un personal feliz. Mis hijos y yo disfrutamos de nuestra comida, hicieron que un niño llenara un balde con todas las cosas que aman almorzar. Tomé un delicioso bollo con mermelada y crema con un delicioso café. El servicio fue amable y feliz, pero también se adhirió a todos los nuevos protocolos que tenemos que vivir ahora. El personal de fosseway toma todos los nuevos procedimientos a su paso y lo hace sentir a gusto. Definitivamente volveremos.

Blessed with ample seating, we felt comfortable during our visit. There is a new seating area, within the plants which was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, friendly and relaxed service. Food was quick, hot and tasty. Ticked every box for us. Well done all

Mi papá y yo visitamos Fosseway Garden Center hoy (16 de julio). Mientras estábamos allí, disfrutamos de un delicioso brunch en Timothy. La comida y el servicio fueron excelentes, como siempre. El personal es amable y eficiente. Excelentes procedimientos con respecto a la seguridad de covid. Definitivamente volveremos a visitar pronto. Gracias a todo el personal.

Acabamos de tomar nuestro primer desayuno inglés completo en Timothy's después del cierre de Covid. Muy sabroso. El personal es siempre amable y nada es demasiado. Es realmente enloquecedor leer algunas de las otras críticas escritas por algunos de los muchos que visitan nuestra hermosa ciudad comercial. Como residente local, puedo decir con seguridad que Fosseway Garden Center y, en particular, el restaurante Timothy's es nuestro lugar favorito para disfrutar de fantásticas comidas y bebidas.

Excellent Covid precautions in place. Perfect scones / sausage sandwich with lovely coffees. What a pleasant visit. Good to be back again.

No help from a very rude member of staff. We were standing looking what to do. The staff member totally ignored us. Later she came back and in a derogatory manner told us we were standing in the wrong place. I left my tray and walked out. Very poor

Hemos estado viniendo a Moreton - in - Marsh durante muchos años, ya que solíamos visitar el parque de caravanas de al lado (¡eso ya no existe, ya que ahora es un Aldi!), Pero tenemos muchos amigos en el área, así que todavía visite 4 o 5 veces al año, y este lugar siempre fue un favorito para el almuerzo o café / té y pasteles. .Pero ayer fue la última vez que visitaremos. . Just to echo what others have written, we dropped in about 11.30 for a hot drink and snack. Only one counter serving hot drinks and a long queue for them. (It's all those fancy coffees!) I went over to the empty counter and was told in no uncertain terms that it was only the other counter serving. No smile, no apology. Certain amount of staff re-training needed here I think!

We have been calling in this garden centre almost since it started and seen it grow. The cafe then had a huge selection of food & cakes & happy staff. Yes you had to get there early or no seats. We went yesterday around 3. There was 1 member of staff on the hot drinks & it took.ages for a hot water & a latté. The lady was so miserable but perked up abit when a member of staff dropped by for a take out coffee. There was limited choice of cake...all uncovered & dry looking. The hot food had finished. The garden centre has undergone a huge makeover & has lost its "charm".

My daughter brought me her just to have a look round the garden centre. We had a bite to eat . Chicken bacon and mozzarella flatbread. Beautiful. Well presented. We were going to have a cake as well but couldn't manage it. Worth every penny.

Me encantó venir aquí y traer a mi mamá de 82 años y reunirme con amigos y familiares para almorzar una vez por semana. Ordered jacket potato with bacon & cheese, 3 of us had this, disappointing is the only way to describe it, jacket potato was dry and had 2 rashers of barely cooked bacon chucked in the middle with a dollop of melted cheese on top of that, nothing like it used to be, will not be going back for that anytime soon

Good food at a sensible price with good service.xmas dinners first class meal with all the trimmings. Good place without being ripped off.

The salads were available on a help yourself basis, and so we didn't have any problem waiting for our food. We each had a salad plate, and there was a good variety of choice of salads. We did observe that for a large cafe area it was quite empty for a Saturday lunchtime, and maybe they need to think of more ways of bringing in the customers. It has a lot of potential if managed well.

A party of us came in for lunch on a Sunday for a roast dinner and after quite a wait was disappointed by quite frankly a lack of effort. Firstly our lunch took a half hour too arrive which was expected, however the events as follows let the complete experience down. Our dinners arrived, to which we had then discovered that the girl who served us had forgotten to put one of the meals on the order so we then had to wait for one to be made up. After establishing they had made a mistake a roast dinner was brought out, a child’s portion when we had ordered for an adults portion, poor, the gravy was too runny and lacking on the plate, and too top it all off the dinner was cold. No check ups from the staff, and barely an apology for forgetting the dinner to start with, we were left feeling unhappy. Personally I wouldn’t return here for Sunday lunch again.

After checking the menu online, we visited only to find that it had been replaced by a more limited selection with no 'specials board' When placing our order I asked if the hot drinks could be brought to the table at the same time as the food so that they would not go cold while we were waiting, but was told that this was not possible. I took them to the table, we drunk them and waited and waited some more. After 35 mins I asked a passing waitress how much longer and she rushed away, then came back to say we were the next order. It finally arrived but the'crispy beer batter' on the fish was soggy an chewy. The condiments dresser was understocked with no salt or vinegar and I had to chase round to find some. I appreciate that refurbishments are ongoing in the Garden Centre itself but cannot see that this should impact on the restaurant.

choose your times can get really busy Also have been a couple of times where large groups have sat with empty plates and cups for over 40 minutes meaning we didnt stop to eat But generally lovely staff and OK place to go

Had Lunch yesterday at Timothy's but really unimpressed. This was our 4th visit and we still have difficulty in following the ordering system (as with so many other reviewers) - this time no menus on table.

as regular customers to Fosseway garden centre we have never had a poor meal however yesterday the staff were non engaging, appeared like they didn't want to be there. the restaurant wasn't that busy but many of the tables were covered in previous customers crockery, food on the floor and chairs. we waited over 30 minutes for our food in which the server didn't engage with us at all or apologise for. Food was good as usual however tartare sauce had curdled. I went to use the toilets to find one of the toilets had faecal matter on the toilet seat and the other had no toilet paper in. very disappointing as we normally find the restaurant a lovely experience but yesterday was not a good day - so we will not be returning for a while sorry

First time visit with family. Very impressive. Restaurant excellent choice. Jacket potato - best ever anywhere and my daughter agreed. Served with salad . Good value. The garden centre and shop are well stocked and it appears they are expanding with big diggers on site and ground works underway. Soft play area is a bit small compared to some sites but ok. There is also an outdoor kart track, sand pit etc for when it's dry. Will return

Quite a large tearoom out he back of the garden centre which has some dark corners, but they have really tried to make it cosy and attractive . Sit near the window or outside in the patio in fine weather.

Timothys was extended a few years ago but we have been visiting for coffee/ lunch for several years prior to the extension.

Tucked away behind the retail area of Fosseway Garden Centre, is Timothy’s Restaurant, serving everything from fine food to top class beverages, soft drinks and alcohol. Timothy’s boasts an extensive menu of impressive and very tasty food, with a daily specials menu. Breakfasts, are traditional and to die for!. The Sunday roasts are up there with the best, with great local meat and veg, and some inspired side dishes. Vegan dishes are available, and are exceptionally good.The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful, making sure your visit is an enjoyable experience.

An excellent reason for visiting this Garden Centre is Timothy's. Good selection of food ranging from sandwiches, paninis and flatbreads, jacket potatoes, fish and chips and various meat dishes Monday to Saturday with excellent choice of roasts the speciality on Sundays. Tempting selection of cakes and ice cream. Cheese scones of record-breaking dimensions! Very friendly and helpful staff always happy to explain the ordering system which works well, allowing a choice to be made at the counter and then to relax and have the meal brought to the table if preparation required.

Large cafe restaurant with a canteen feel. Never have figured which queue to go in and which till to pay at - it all seems a little bit of a muddle. Food not particularly inspiring and service is detached. Our cinnamon bun was dry and stale. This place really needs to do better. Car par full, cafe empty.

Visited garden centre today thought we would give the restaurant another chance as last time the jacket potatoes were not good so we had the fish and chips the fish batter was so greasy you could not eat it so won’t be back again. I would not recommend this restaurant and it it a shame as they have a big kitchen and chiefs it is time someone looked into this I live locally and meet lots of visitors to the cotswolds but can differently not recommend this restaurant

Met with friends for a lunchtime matchup and walk around garden centre. Garden centre very nice. Restaurant very poor; first all what kind of place doesn't have ice for a cold drink; not run out of ice, just 'don't do ice here's, unbelievable. Not after the American tourist trade then, which are prolific in the Cotswolds. Next lunch; six of us for lunch, neither of us were enamoured with our meal. Staff were fine. Just wouldn't return nor recommend. Disappointing after a 50 mile round trip.

Lugares como este necesitan tener una revisión de lo que Fayre se puede hacer con las instalaciones de cocina provistas. Parecía que había una gran cocina en funcionamiento, así que en lugar de sándwiches hechos a pedido (tarda unos 5 minutos) tenía una selección de sándwiches hechos en pan plano, etc. que llenaban a los dueños de los cafés, pero no era lo que quería. Planeaba almorzar, era sábado, pero parecía muy tranquilo, sin embargo, no me sorprendió, su sistema es tan confuso que terminé alejándome. Para la comida, tiene que seleccionar una mesa, luego dejarla, (un pequeño problema por su cuenta) volver al mostrador de alimentos para ordenar recordando darles su número de mesa. Realmente no se puede ver gran parte de la comida, las ensaladas se describen como "semana 1, semana 2 semana 3 semana 4" No sabía en qué semana estábamos? Había algunas ensaladeras con restos en el fondo de ellas, no muy atractivas. Todo fue simplemente extraño. Había estado antes, las dos veces que hacía cola para tomar un café y otra vez el té, ambas eran decepcionantes. Me encantaría usar este café, pero aún no he tenido una buena experiencia.

Llamado para un almuerzo merienda a las 12: 30. "Todas las mesas" en el área de café del restaurante tenían tazas sucias, etc. de clientes anteriores, y tuvimos que despejar una mesa para poder comer nuestro bocadillo. El pastel que pedimos tenía pastelería muy dura y desmenuzada y el té se servía con una bolsa de té "tirada" en una taza grande de agua caliente. Cuando pregunté por la leche! la hembra señaló una jarra en el lado opuesto de la habitación. Solo señalé "una" jarra para todo el restaurante. No volveré a visitar.

Usamos su restaurante la mayoría de las semanas para llevar a mi madre a almorzar o tomar té y pasteles. En las últimas semanas, siento que los estándares de sus pasteles no son lo que eran. También me doy cuenta de que no están cubiertos, por lo que no puedes invertir en algunas cubiertas para pasteles, ya que solías cubrirlas con papel transparente pero que solía caerse. No me gusta el hecho de que otros se paren sobre ellos y tienes muchas moscas en este momento. Me gustaría decir que el chico llamado Callum es sobresaliente, su servicio es insuperable, siempre feliz y nada es un problema para él.

Unfortunately no cakes when we went in at 2.30 pm and were unable to have another drink at 3.30 pm as closing at 4 !!!!!!!

We had two lunches last week, There is an excellent atmosphere in this restaurant. It is self service to order and then if a hot meal is requested it is delivered to the table. We all enjoyed our light lunches especially the home made soups.

Mum's with toddlers, grannys with grandchildren, husbands with wives, businessmen with laptops, and 2 wrinkles.

Firstly, when you arrive at the restaurant it is not clear what the process is for ordering food and refreshments. When you work that out it's sometimes not clear which of the two service counters one should go to. On our most recent visit I was in a long, slow que at one of the counters when called over to the other counter. As soon as I mentioned the first item the assistant said she was "new here" and didn't know how to take the order. She left me standing there while she went off to get help. Later only one of our meals arrived and the one that did arrive (fish goujons) was dripping in oil! Won't be going back.

We stopped for a light lunch, but we didn't like the food, too poor, the place was dirty and completely disorganized staff. Sorry I would not recommend it and pity as the place is quite big and there is a good parking area.
