We visited here today and ordered 5 drinks and 3 mince pies. Everything came out one at a time, about 5 minutes apart with the last drink arriving at our table 35 minutes after we arrived, hence the first 2 drinks to be served had been well and truly polished off by then.I watched my coffee sit for 5 minutes after the 'coffee' button had been pressed, getting cold before it was given to me. It was not that busy either. Very disappointing, dread to think how long food would take, shall not be returning.

Decided to drop in for lunch with family and had a lovely meal in the garden. Pleasantly surprised by a diverse menu and quality of food was very good. Delicious pancakes for pudding too! Will certainly return soon

Mi pareja y yo hemos estado en tiempo y lugar en un par de ocasiones, y que no nos ha decepcionado. Es un buen lugar para un almuerzo de fin de semana; el servicio es eficiente, pero sin prisas y había una gran oferta de comida durante nuestra última visita: 2 platos por £12.50 .

Love this place, Been here many a time and have never been disappointed. Every changing menu, great service and great food. Wonderful place to go and have a nice breakfast or lunch.

Went in for lunch on Saturday. Very pleasant. Food was delicious. I had a ham, brie and pickle sandwich, with elderflower presse. My partner had a crocque madamel with coffee. Both were very well presented and tasted lovely.

Stable Block Hinckley Road
Lovely time at Black Iron at Winstanley House. The service was spot on throughout, they engaged really well with my kids, listening to what they were saying and responding back with interest. The food was lovely. We went as a family for Sunday lunch and my wife and I said to each other that we couldn't think of a better Sunday lunch we had eaten in Leicestershire. Beautiful meats; the beef was so soft and tasty, the belly pork was really flavoursome with lovely crackling. The crispiest roast potatoes although they were a little peppery to taste, and the Yorkshires were massive! All of the usual sides were faultless. Superb desserts and drinks options as well. The sticky toffee pudding definitely hit the spot, and it was a bit different with it's orange flavours. Would love to come back again and highly recommend!

54 Queens RoadVisitamos con amigos para el brunch de hoy. No habíamos estado por un tiempo y nos quedamos impresionados! El menú es interesante y variado y los platos que tuvimos se presentaron muy bien y estaban deliciosos. Personal educado y súper eficiente, ambiente frío con música española, luces centelleantes y una decoración peculiar. Volveremos pronto.

14 Silver StreetVery nice! I ordered a large breakfast, my wife ordered a cheese and ham toastie and we had cheesy chips to share with an Americana and a Pepsi max. £25. The sausages were like chipshop sausages, very tasty. Thick quality bacon. Fried eggs cooked to perfection. Toast perfect. Fried mushrooms were a little greasy but it is a fry up! The toilets were clean and tidy, the staff were on the ball. Clean tables, good service. The restaurant layout is standard but tidy. One thing I really didn't like was the front windows. Covered in condensation. It's always like this and makes me feel claustrophobic. Also, from the outside it gives an unappealing look. Personally I'd get this sorted ASAP. Other than that, I LIKE!

1 Fletcher MallBest pub in Leicester for atmosphere. Great staff, great locals, good menu which has just changed for the better. Good beer, good prices.
