One of the best Pizza I have ever had

Customer service is very bad and rude.

The staff behaviour is very bad they didn’t allow to use washroom

The level of hygiene is low. He uses the same gloves and does not change them. He grabs the towel randomly and wipes the sweat from his face and comes back and repeats. Jumping is filled with dirt and then eating 🤷🏽‍♂️

I ordered a pizza half an hour ago, I got the pizza, but it was like it came out of the Muharraq and not from the oven, if it tasted was disgusty 🤢

This is my favourite pizza place ever. I prefer to get take away rather than eat in cause there is not a suitable eating area but the pizza is super good also they charge way too much for delivery but a must have!!

One of the item for my order was a portion of garlic bread but I was given garlic sauce. I told the guy that I ordered garlic bread, he showed me naan bread and asked me is this what you mean? I had to show him the image from their website for him to understand what garlic bread is. When I showed him he said that they dont have it. It was a very disappointing service and a waste of my time.

I finished work at 3am, hopped off the bus and popped into here as it was open. The guy said the pizza quality was really good, and if I was local then I should consider coming back. We had a little chat and it was nice to have this kind of service at 3 in the morning. Cheap, quick pizza. He didn't lie, the quality of the pizza is incredibly good. I haven't had a pizza of this quality from any big chains recently, nor from other small independent pizza stores. At 3am the guy took the effort to make a really good pizza. That's something.

I have kidney problem and I need to pee but they lied that the toilet is broken, I was even willing to pay, they treated me very rudely and unfriendly, everything is not money! Humanity is dead.

Some of the best wings I've ever tried these guys really go to town on the sauce pizza very fair prices and tastes beautiful I come here once a week cause the service is great and they always give u more then what u ask for they go to town to make sure u get a great meal

Look I have been ordering pizza from this place for the past 6 years not even lying and it has been good but since this year it's a hit or a miss like 2 days ago I ordered a pizza it was had the crust all burn and barely any cheese.

Kitchen is absolutely disgusting, they lie about the waiting time, ended up waiting 30 minutes for a small pizza and it wasn't even that nice, guy that took my order is very rude and uses vulgar language.

Avoid time Pizza the food is disgusting Service none .existence. Cold greasy cheese less and poor topless disgusting pizzas. When I ordered from Uber £38..50 two of my items were missing, rang Time pizza explained we had been fasting due to Ramadan they blamed the driver.. luckily UberEATS had refunded the cost off the two items that were missing.

Horrible experience. I've ordered on just eat as it was advertised as 10-15 minutes delivery time. Once I've placed the order I've waited and waited, tried to call the restaurant with no avail, tried getting support from just eats but I was prompted with a notification that I can only contact support in the morning. I have waited that night about 2 hours hoping maybe it might come sometime soon... That was about a month ago. Today I taught to give them another go just in case that time was genuine mistake on their part and tried ordering again.ive had a small request before ordering so I've called the number provided and the person answering seemed very impatient with me from the beginning of the conversation as if I've just disturbed a film he was watching or a game he was playing... After asking my request he promptly replied "sorry the boss doesn't let me"... I knew he hasn't even asked and was just lazy so I asked him. To ask his boss for me again and then immediately said "no I've asked already, sorry can't do it, goodbye" At that point I said to myself not to bother and chose any of the other dozens local restaurants that ACTUALLY want your business....

I was ask about refund in just eat as i need to cancel order which take so long by the way. No money back. 1 star. Dissapointed.

Got on the wrong bus and ended up I'm Willesden. Saw this place open and had one of the nicest pizzas I've had in ages. Absolutely delicious. Friendly service. Will definitely be ordering from here again

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. The website says it’s closed at 2am but Google Maps says it’s open so I call. The guy who picks up the phone is horrifically rude and says a 15” is £14.99 when there is a deal for a 15” pizza with 4pcs of garlic bread and a drink for £15.95? I call back after the website doesn’t let me order (since it thinks the place is closed) and I ask the rude guy on the phone for this deal. He says “give me one sec”, leave the phone and magically 30 seconds later it goes silent and he hangs up. HORRIFIC service. Do not order!

I order a pizza from that store today .is more than two hours and i haven’t received my order. I call them more than three times ,they said I’m sorry about that and then they never pick up the phone! Waste of time and money!

One hour after we ordered our pizza, it still had not been delivered. We tried to call to get answers and the line would either be busy or when they picked up, they would not be able to give us any answers. We then proceeded to go to the shop itself. Turns out the delivery guy had just left to my place. I had clearly asked for them not to ring any bell or knock on the door as people were sleeping because it was around 3 to 4am. The delivery guy still knocked, waking one of my housemates in the process. Overall, this place benefits from being one of the few that opens through the night, otherwise I'm sure not many would ask for their services because it os appealing. Do not recommend.

Best pizza Shop and delicious Burger Very fast delivery!!

I can safely say that I was completely satisfied with the service, both the worker and delivery driver were really helpful and friendly. I ordered BBQ wings (I highly recommend) and a BBQ based chicken sizzler (Pizza) which was really tasty. The driver got here earlier than it said on the website which was pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience ordering food from Time pizzas and I will 100% order from here again.

I place an order for delivery for around 4 pm. The delivery driver brought my order 2 hours before which i never took it and he gone. This time deliver came back again at 15.35 which was early but i took them The pizza was delicious but not only burn. was wrong topping.

I ordered from here but entered the wrong address (as I have moved house) I called the restaurant to change the address as soon as I could. The food then never came, I called the restaurant again and was shouted at by a man saying that I had changed my address three times (which is untrue) they then refused to cancel the order so it looks as though the food was delivered and refused to give me a refund or send me my order. I then called just-eat but they were unable to help as it says the food was delivered. They have taken my money and the staff were rude and unprofessional.

In our opinion, easily the best value pizzas we have had in London. Open really late, quality ingredients and great service. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? Food wise DISGUSTING, thanks god the people from Just Eat took my complaining seriously and refunded me my hard worked money, they call the restaurant and the restaurant said and I quote ‘We won’t give money back’ I ordered a pizza that came with expired overcook meat, cold as a rock, was disgusting, the dough tasted funny too! Add to that that part of my order was missing and the fries that came with were a pudding of potatoes. The restaurant perse ugly, disgusting and smells bad! That’s why in UK we don’t take more immigrants as they do as they want and bend the rules as they want! I’m a lawyer and I’m taking this further as they didn’t follow safety protocols for food ( cross contamination, expired/ rotten food, and others) this restaurant can cause serious repercussions in the general public health! Don’t order or eat from them! Soo. They will be closed

I will never order from this shop again in my life this is the second time i order pizza cold i recieved it after 2 hours last time they forgot my sauces this time i order i called them twice for a sauces i recived it after 1 hour 40 mintues same thing pizza was cold and they forgot my sauces again so i had to throw my pizza .. i call the shop i told him my pizza is cold thats fine but where is my sauces the guy said u never order sauces he telling me come to the shop and get it .. this shop needs to be close down

This was the worse experience I have ever had via just eat I rang after a hour to be told it’s on its way and also got the message saying the same after half hour more I rang again to be told 20-30 minutes I said in that case cancel and the guy say ok and end of convo 10 min later I believe the boss called saying computer and driver problems and would upgrade my medium pizza to a large but that clearly meant my order wasn’t even ready to begin with so I pollitly refused and hang up I deeply recommend never use this place I will also be complaining to just eat they shouldn’t have places like this around anymore

I mainly ordered for the milkshake but ordered extra just to get the milkshake to be delivered. After 45 min wait the driver turns up saying they decided to send me a cheese cake instead of milkshake, since they ran out of milkshake. I’ve been charged for the milk shake and send the cheese cake back. First time ordered from them and will never order again.

The food is good but the owner is rubbish.All the time he tried to over charge me and my friends...we got alot of pizzas and they didn't even give me ketchup...I needed to pay 2 freaking pounds for some ketchup...food is good but again owner is total junk.

Almost 3 hours late, was promised a fish@chips for free for the delay (which I never got) and the driver left the pizza on the GROUND (in the street) on the side walk after he was clearly told to ring the hotel buzzer when he gets there as there's no network inside the hotel. Also update your 1+1 free pizza offer on the website as it is available only on Wednesdays, not Monday-Thursday as it is advertised. Horrible experience, will never order again! P.S. They are unable to process my refund yet until the owner checks the order with the staff, like I haven't waited long enough for a dirty cold and overpriced pizza

Food was cold, aparently tried to deliver and didnt press my flat buzzer. Tried calling but i received no call. Found my food by the door abandoned, 1h and 30 m to deliver to abandon my food by the front door.

Ordered on the phone they said 45 called them back and asked about my food they said they haven't even made it never mind sent it!! I asked how long the 'manager' said 25 mins I said okay is it going to be any longer then that because I've waited long enough. He said 45 mins after and said I can't do anything about it!!!! And he said he will add a bottle of coke to make up for all this? How awful is this service??? Why didn't they call me and just say it will be longer then expected I would have happier ordered from somewhere else??? So hungry and pissed off right now. Plus on top he was the rudest person to speak to! Never I will order from this place again and If you are really hungry and what you food within a hour or more don't order from here.

Have collected various pizzas in the past few months. Quality is very good and taste is excellent. Have been served by a few people, and all are pleasant. Highly recommended.

I asked to be called on my mobile upon delivery. 30 minutes after my “your delivery is on route” text message I heard the doorbell. I answered to a pizza delivery man shouting at me for not answering my phone. I had fallen asleep due to the long wait. I checked my phone which had 1 missed call, 1 minute ago. I laughed saying “Chill out” the the delivery man. He shook his head and walked off. Rude. After all of that the Pizza was lukewarm.

The most rude and unprofessional staff and managers I had to spend lot of time on the phone as they didn't deliver a portion of fries.they refused refund or to deliver the portion.they hang up the phone quite few times but this didn't stop me to keep calling.they deliver my fries finally after they said will take 4-5 h.however when they delivered they couldn't be a 'man' as they been at the phone ,couldn't even face me.let it outside in front of the door.of course I put the fries in the bin because god knows what they did to the fries after our discussions,but at least I got it in my way. You don't deserve neither that star!!!!

Really can’t understand the bad reviews, you walk in, order a pizza, pay 5£, wait 10min and get a really great 10“ pizza. Was there 3 Times in the last 3 days, tried 3 different pizzas, all of them tasted great, I got nothing to complain about and would recommend to everyone looking for a cheap but good take away pizza in this neighborhood!

The manager was rude and argumentative when we called to ask why are pizza took 2hours to deliver around the corner, prety sure they spat in it when they finally have delivered 20 hours later. 3rd time we ordered from them and for some reason it was 3rd time unlucky

Do not visit this place unless you are making a delivery. If you are a walk in customer you will be told you have to wait a half an hour for a pizza because delivery orders are a "priority" this place has got there priorities mixed up!

They lost me as a customer now! I was ordering them from regularly through just-eat. One night I went into the restaurant to make an order, they said they can’t take card payment. Since I did not have any cash on me, I spoke to the staff member and I suggested that I order through just-eat using my card and I will go home and it can be delivered. The staff member agreed to this but soon as I got home I found out the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant and he said it was just-eat who cancelled it, but looking into my just-eat account I found it was the restaurant who cancelled my order. I can only speculate that the restaurant cancelled the order as they did not want to deliver, since I was in the shop already when I placed the order. This is very dishonest as I had an agreement with the staff remember to use just-eat as they were not accepting cards. These people are dishonest and petty minded and have lost a regular customer.

I am a local, I came across this place as it was open late. The owner is friendly and nice but the pizza is horrible and over priced. I went back twice to give the place a second chance. The owner is a nice guy but he needs to improve the quality of his pizza and price Such a shame I wanted this place to be my regular. The crust is hard!!! Topping is not nice and for one 10 inch pizza £9.50 is to much I can get offers from dominos 2 large pizza for 19.99 on some days.

Terrible place, dusty carpet on the floor, absolutely basic interior, more suitable for hospital than for pizza shop. Staff is lazy and stupid - i saw them cleaning food preparation surfaces with windows cleaning spray instead of purpose one antibacterial one. Also they dont clean coffee machine: steam wand is in a burnt milk and i saw them cleaning it with dirty sponge (!!!!!!), they leaving milk (!!!!) in a jug in room temperature overnight what is absolutely AWFUL!
