As nandoes lover - tasted amazing - quick service and food was tasty and portion was very good!

Avoid this Nando’s branch! I had to send my meal back twice—just take a look at the pictures. The customer service was shockingly bad, and I ended up asking for a refund. Instead of enjoying a proper meal, I had to grab a Tesco meal deal to save the evening. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

Extremely slow and poor service and unprofessional behaviour. Horribly understaffed and under-trained. Very loud music that means that the people taking orders cannot hear you properly and cannot even concentrate because of. On top of this, only person at til taking orders (at lunchtime!) and this person is trainee who is still learning, so every order was taking ages, and he was getting confused. Spoke to one of the waitresses and she claimed that me making a complaint was me being disrespectful to her colleague because I said that he was not focused and that he was getting confused (which he was). All in all, a VERY POOR experience. Nando´s really needs to improve it´s management and service and stop playing the music at such a loud volume that the customers cannot even hear each other speaking at their tables and the people taking orders can´t hear the orders properly. Plus, where is the training? HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Food was okay but far from amazing. We collected the food, had to order in the restaurant because online wasn’t working for us to order and collect. The order was accurate, it was hot, but the portion sizes are small to average and as I say whilst it was nice enough, for the price I wasn’t blown away by it and thinking I cannot wait to go back.

It's was all right. The place was clean. I have to say how professional Ivo is. He's true gentleman. Helpful and happy to help. Kitchen stuff does the work amazingly as well. Thank you.

Management ie Manager/ Assitant not professional very rude, should not be in management can not communicate with customers politely. Provided rotten coleslaw refused to be believe given terrible excuse. Avoid if you want good experience.

One of the best Nando’s. Great customer service and the new Manager is spot on ! Previous manager was actually mean , seen him arguing customer for £4 on their table . Felt bad for them.

I've been today to this nandos after months... only reason was there was no customer service and the managers including the staff were so arrogant... until I was satisfied today after meeting John I think I was satisfied the way he treats the customers he is fabulous 👌

I recently visited Nando's Wembley Park, as I always do, I’m a regular and have been visiting this Nando’s for over 10 years and I still couldn’t be more impressed! Keyur was our server, and he was absolutely brilliant – friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was so personable, which really added to the whole experience. The food, as always, was fantastic – juicy peri-peri chicken and fresh, tasty sides. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, clean and comfortable. If you're in the Wembley area, definitely stop by and ask for Keyur – his service will make your meal even better!

Went there yesterday night,food was amazing and was served within 5-10 minutes of us placing our order.We were also sat immediately upon arriving at the restaurant at a good spot,primarily next to the kitchen where we could see all the food being cooked up.Server was nice.Liked that you could get up and choose any sauce to your liking as well as have a variety of drink options.We ordered burgers and chips and they came out looking very nicely presented.Additionally it tasted good which is a win-win.The chips were the best though,we got served so much we had to order takeaway which was fine since we were headed home.Overall It was very busy,however we had the best experience.Thank you Nando's!

Never order online by scanning the QR code. I paid once for my order and they didn't receive it so I had to order again at the counter. However I never got the money back for my first order.

All the Nando Staff at TESCO Outlet BrenPark were exceptional, especially the Lil Lady n Young Man Keyvr who multi tasked, tables, tills, really talented with great customer service skills, friendly, ensuring all the Clients were happy, attending all our needs, explaining the options on how to order our meal either at the table or at the till. We returned to our table and enjoyed the ambiance, the atmosphere, the food, juice and respective company, and to finish a coconut gelato. We also ordered food to take home for our loved ones. Thank you so much!

Absolutely awful. Chicken skin soggy. Chicken tasteless. Corn dry and cold. Chips hard. A new strawberry drink which tastes of lemon and chemicals.What a journey into oblivion from where Nandos fist started!!!

There is one girl works her name is FARHEENA. She doesn't know how to behaved with rider. She behaved very badly with rude attitude.

Food was not up to scratch. Got a full chicken, which was just about luke warm, however the rice was good.

Food just sits forever in the window while staff just walk around doing nothing or checking receipts constantly. Pointless place to eat the food isn’t even that good. Cheeky Nando’s? More like what the cheek to charge those prices!

as much as we go into resturants to eat the service completes your experience so the customer service matters alot thats what makes you go back to the resturant, you can have amazing food but bad service you wont go back well i wont anyway :) the atmosphere,the friendly staff, quick service and lots of parking is a win win its a 10miles drive but if i have time i do go to this nandos

An absolutely amazing experience, but it did take a little while to get service for dessert. Another small thing is just that towards the end of our stay, what seemed like a member of staff throwing something and storming off to the toilets. Otherwise, an amazing experience, with great food and nice staff. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a collection and was refused a pot to put sauce in. Told me I can either put it directly on the chicken in it’s takeaway box, or have one of the basic 3 sachets, or pay for a full bottle (the ones they sell in the supermarket) that everyone knows aren’t the same as the ones you help yourself to in the restaurant. Refused to even let me PAY for an empty pot to fill with sauce. This is absolutely ridiculous. So when you eat in you can freely use as much sauce as you like throughout your meal, but when you collect or takeaway the food for exactly the same price the sauce is rationed? Completely ridiculous logic. Apparently it’s a new rule that’s been spread across nandos but it’s the first I’ve heard of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

The manager here is rude. Its been 45 minutes. When I have enquired about where my food is he rudely said " well you can have a refund" which I thought was rude and highly unprofessional. His name is Keiran. Will never be going back.

My recent visit to Nando's left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of service and food provided. Although I am a frequent patron of this establishment, my experience last Sunday was not at all satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no chicken available, severely limiting my meal options. I had to settle for a burger and some liver, and observed with dismay how carelessly the chef handled the liver, with seemingly no regard for cleanliness or presentation. The end result was a dish that looked like pureed dog food, far from the standard I had come to expect from Nando's. To make matters more complicated, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was met with rudeness from one of the employees. Despite my polite inquiry about her name, Mr. Alpha refused to reveal his colleague's name, which made me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Although I can understand occasional lapses in service quality during busy periods, the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff on a relatively quiet day is inexcusable. As a loyal customer, I question the standards of customer service upheld by Nando's and whether my care is truly valued. In conclusion, my recent experience at Nando's was well below expectations, with substandard food and unacceptable treatment from the staff. I urge Nando's to address these issues immediately to ensure future customers do not experience similar disappointments.

Quick service by staff. Chicken wings (10 hot) and choc-a-lot (double cream). I would recommend them to anyone. Nandos app should be improved to ask for any extras.

The coke machine is always out of order. I have been there on a few different occasions and they had run out of Mac n cheese and the fizzy drinks machine had been out of order on multiple occasions. Staff also rush around and don’t pay attention to the customers needs as such

Generally dirty. We were sat on a dirty table and seats and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Service was awkward and the food not up to Nando’s standards. Sauces were all clogged up so couldn’t even have them and the bottles were visibly dirty. I would just avoid this location. You are better off grabbing a meal deal from Tesco. Oh and they don’t even have toilets for customers you have to use Tesco’s.

The first day I went to this restaurant, when I was ordering, I saw all the employees working without gloves or in compliance with the health and hygiene

The food was undercooked, the chicken was still pink, the staff were not helpful, as soon as I asked why did they bring me medium spiciness and not got they got agitated and told me to speak with the manager of that location. The chips where too soggy and undercooked, the tables where dirty even though they wiped them off, time will tell if our meal that we ate caused us food poisoning or not. Also menu isn't up to date, so beware of increases In prices in the real world, a meal may cost upto an increased price of £10 due to the changes In prices Hopefully the food quality improves.

Love a cheeky Nando’s. Staff a little rude and abrupt. Could do with some customer service skills training. Talking to customers should be friendly and welcoming not sarcastic. Food was nice as you’d expect from a Nando’s store. Branch was very busy and was a loud environment to be in. Free parking in the massive Tesco car park.

Plenty of car park as it’s in Tesco Extra and Tescos car park can be freely used for upto 3 hours. We went on Friday evening and got to wait for an hour before table for 3 was available, another 40 minutes for food to arrive. Congested as it’s the smallest Nando’s I came across. Food was good and being Hala Nando’s it’s an add on. No designated washrooms, Tesco’s washrooms to be used. Be ready for a long wait if dropping by on weekends.

It's Nandos. You know what to expect pretty much. The food is consistent. This particular one is good because although it is urban, it has parking. It's nearly always busy.

We went on a busy day but the food and service was still good. They looked after my gluten free order by having the manager take the order. We ordered a lot of food and were able to take the leftovers home in a takeaway box. Made for a great lunch the next day. We had the chicken, chips and corn on the cob

Food wasn't bad but it was a little cold. I could see my food ready for ages, but I'm not sure what was going on that day but it appeared to me that they might have been short staffed. I ordered via the app and waited a long time for my food. The people on the table next to us requested for their meal to be remade because it was so cold, I didn't have the time to wait so I ate my meal and left.

Honestly this place used to bang with service etc. I under being busy Is a thing, but waiting 45mins for a standard burger and chips, and seeing others coming after and getting their food before is apauling. This round bad experince.

Great customer service from Kat and her team! Visited around and hour ago with the family, restaurant was busy and I beleive the staff were short on numbers however Kat who was on duty found us an adequate table provided the service of two host / waiters, a testament to Nandos.

Visited mid-afternoon, so not much atmosphere and a bit difficult to understand whether it's table service? Plus, I didn't realise you got unlimited drinks.

This is our favourite Nando’s to visit so we’re quite regular. Went in yesterday after school with a few hungry children and had such amazing customer service from Catia. We managed to get a table for 8 quickly and the atmosphere was great. Our food was served quick and was hot and cooked well; which matters when you’re with children. Overall a very pleasant experience as we will be back!

I am a regular here. I love this place! And this nandos is specific. I can always get a table, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. If we do ever have an issue, they are always happy to resolve it.

Food is always great to be fair but I would like to highlight 2 staff members Roger and Sandeep! I had a medical emergency whilst there with 3 kids including a baby. I couldn’t walk and was in sever pain. All your staff were great but these two gentleman went over and beyond…. They didn’t have to but they did. I came back to thank them today but I think they deserve some sort of recognition from management or Head Office! God bless them!

This place is unpredictable. Sometimes the food will be on point and fresh, and sometimes the chicken will look old and dry. When you order starters they never bring it before, they always bring it with the food even thou you mention it.

I have went to this Nando’s in Brent Park right next to Tesco Extra, and the food was just perfect. My family and I finished shopping from IKEA, which was near Nando’s, and we wanted to spend a bit more time by going to a restaurant. We spotted the Nando’s and went inside to eat. We ordered and the waiter was nice, she told us how to order as we had not known how to. The prices were a bit expensive, but it was worth it. The burger was great, and the fries were also good, especially when you dip it in some sauces, such as Lemon & Herb. The cups also looked cool, and the drink machine was free. I wanted to try a dessert, so I got an ice cream. They served it nicely, and I enjoyed eating such a great vanilla ice cream. When we were finished, we went outside and then went to the bus stop to take the 206 to Wembley Park The Paddocks bus. I would rate it a 5 and I highly recommend people who are reading this review, to go to Nando’s, and enjoy a great meal.

What Horrible experience! first the female boss lady that is short wears glasses and ties her hair in a bun is a rude patheic lady who has no mannners what so ever! I told her I have a disscount and she said " you cannot force us to give you a disscount" I wasnt forcing I had proof and I even showed them the proof and they still declined my discount. Secondly I had to be wait long to be seated and thirdly the food was RAW and COLD. They are all all rude and they have no idea what customer service is. If I can give them 0 stars for their poor lack of cusotmer service and poor attitude towards customers I would. Especailly that female boss lady who thinks she owns the whole world what a stupid lady she needs to be taught a lesson. Never going there again !!

Tired this nandos for first time most likely to be my last as ordered boneless thighs 4 and they hardly put any sauce on them.... and didn't taste nice

When comes to chicken this place is Number one however their sweet treat are awful, I had 4 pastel de nata pastries and they tasted ABSOLUTELY RAW, the dough was still sticky and chewy, I'm not someone who likes to complain in public however you guys should stick to chicken and chips only.

Just another nandos. Its a fairly small one compare to others. The food is great as expected. They dont have any toilets in the restaurant you'll have to go to the tesco next door.

We love this branch. Friendly staff and halal chicken. Just wish that they don’t burn the chicken like the few last times. We have been customers for more than 4 years in this branch and was never burt or dry like these recent times. If you go give them this notice ahead. Don’t burn chicken please!!
