I ordered off Uber eats and they gave me the complete wrong order along with taking an hour and half to deliver it from 10 minutes away

Disgusting food I saw this on uber eats promo showed on offer save yourself the headache .avoid at all cost small portion and food is hard tasteless. Very misleading the offers you see the picture to the end product .they need to have it checked for standards I would file lawsuit against this proper catfishing . I rather have coco pops with tap water.

Food was ok but now I’m scared I’m gonna get a stomach ache like some other reviews here. Let’s see, may order again but next time please don’t just chuck the sauces in the bag for them to spill everywhere and make a mess. No issues with the delivery from Uber Eats.

Food is delicious , good price too , but on several occasions now, my delivery has been delayed by > 30 mins. So not reliable delivery times

Probably the oddest review I have ever had to write. Ordered this coming home late from work one weekday. I can honestly say it was the best kebab I have had in London, amazing portion sizes, everything was lovely! The excitement was rather shortlived unfortunately, as I woke up at 2am and proceeded to vomit the entire night and half of the next day. So in conclusion, food tastes great, but gave me food poisoning and I will never be able to trust them again! Such a shame. 😔

The chicken shish bundle is absolutely delicious; it's definitely a highlight of the menu. That is my go to order on uber eats. The flavors are well-balanced, and the portion size is great for the price. However, one downside is that the restaurant is quite difficult to reach by phone. Whether you're trying to place an order, make an inquiry, or simply confirm something, it can be frustrating when no one answers. This lack of responsiveness is the only real negative aspect of the experience, and it would be ideal if they improved in this area to match the quality of their food. Overall, the food is fantastic, but better communication would definitely enhance the customer experience.

The restaurant looks nothing like it is on the website - all the good reviews appear to be from 3 years ago. The staff were friendly and obliging. What we wanted to order they weren't selling - maybe a change of managment/menu. The food was just OKAY - there was a lot of UBER traffic/take aways but the place was grubby and we had to wait to have the table cleaned - the guy had to search for cleaning fluid and only had a tiny amount of cleaner in the end of the bottle and was trying to make it last. Wouldn't go back or order from UBER eats.

I got served my Ahmed was so friendly amazing place clean and best burger in town.

They don't pick up when you phone them and they make you wait for an hour and 30 minutes and with no way to contact them

Disappointed. We order chicken, chips and rice. Chicken is delicious but everything else cold! Especially the chips, these are cold and hard. Such a shame.

I have ordered from these guys 3 times, 3 times they have messed up my order. I don't ever complain about stuff like this, but 3 times there have been items missing this last time has really bothered me, my order showed up with all of the packaging and my drinks covered in sauce, no serviettes, no cutlery as requested. Called the restaurant, got told there's nothing they can do, I paid extra for extra sauces aswell. Will never eat here again, staff act like they can't understand what you're saying on the phone aswell.

When I first ordered GoMezza, I liked it. Now the food is absolute garbage. I just ordered today and the chicken was rock hard and chips was cold. Also, they didn't give me any sauce. I tried calling Go Mezza. I recommend you save your money rather than wasting it on this disgusting food. What a waste of my money.

Saw an offer for this chicken grill box for £8.80. Too good to be true. The chicken was extremely bland, no taste. Chips, rice and salad just standard but the chicken was terrible. Please add some flavour!!

Have tried Go Mezza a few times and it never fails. The lamb shish is great, the chicken Sharwama is tasty. The fatyer is really tasteful. Will come back. If you haven't tired Go Mezza then it is one to do so.

Discouraged by some few bad reviews, but I decided to give it a go anyway. I'm glad I did. The best shawarma me and my family have eaten since our trip abroad. I called them up asking for allergen free options and the staff were very friendly and nice. Lovely and clean little business. Me and the family would 100% recommend.

So i ordered the Lamb shish bowl off Uber eats and what a mistake that was. It took over an hour to prepare/be delivered and when it came the quality of food was so very poor. Tiny pieces of burnt cold lamb, that did not resemble a shish, the rice was stone cold I could not even touch it. The salad had a weird after taste and was not very nice. I ordered chicken wings and fries as extras.. they were OK but not great. Overall poor quality all around, will definitely not be ordering from there again. Standards seriously needs to be looked into if they want customers to come back.

Yes it's the another branch of Go mezza @Kilburn. I tried there Halloumi wrap it's so yummy with Hummus and Tahini sauce also chips it's crispy and all food price in Budget. Must visit. Dine in option is available. 6 min walking distance from Kilburn station. Service is very good. Next time I will definitely try Falafel wrap.

Really terrible taste.food was definitely not fresh....salad ingredients soggy tomatoes and the pickle was funny tasting.still got a really bad taste in my mouth made me sick. I'm not a fussy eater I love food definitely not ordering again needs a change in management if food is getting delivered like that.

Order was missing sauces, chips was missing the topping. No cutlery for a delivery.

I ordered online, they cancelled my order an hour after excepting it. I have tried to call the store several times and no one is picking up. This is the second time this has happened. I am so disappointed. Never will I order again. I gave 1 star because I didn’t have the option of zero.

The service is so poor i ordered through uber and it took them ages to prepare there were 4 drivers that went there for the food and it wasn’t prepared i waited more than an hour and then uber cancelled my order as it wasn’t ready still.

I have ordered from here via UberEats. This place is genuinely terrible. Out of possibly 5 orders, I have had 5 cold meals. Only 1 refunded. 1 order was sent to the wrong place, and they told the driver that they could do nothing about it. Uber eventually refunded me for this 1 instance. Genuinely a poor place to order from, and do not use UberEats if you’re in the Kilburn area. Order only if you want an average waiting time of over an hour, a phone line that does ring, but is never picked up, and the possibility of your food being sent to another address without correcting their mistake. If you’re lucky enough to receive the food, it’s cold. 0/5. Embarrassing.
