Go Mezza in Brent

Had to take my order back. Chicken shawarma stank as if it had gone bad. It made me gag when i opened the bag let alone the box. This shop does not hold up to a lebanese standard or any kebab shop

Ordered a takeaway from here, they’re only a 10 mins drive away. Food arrived it was stale, and stone cold. The falafel was some of the worst I’ve ever had, crumbled into dust in your mouth and were drier than the Sahara. The wraps overall were dry, bland and flavourless.

So many better options I tried this cos it had an offer on Uber eats but it’s the worst takeaway I’ve ever had by a mile. Terrible food with no flavour and every single item having bad texture (even the rice somehow), chips were soggy, garlic sauce didn’t pour it was like a sour yogurt with a hint of garlic. Small portions as well so the offer still felt like a rip off. I don’t have the words to describe how bad it was but avoid this place, Really really bad.

I have ordered £27 food today for my daughter and the driver stole the order, saying that has been delivered. He also sent a picture of the bag, but not the building where he said the food is. Who will leave £27 food and leave? Makes no sense. Never ever order from Go Mezza . They are thieves, and send thief Resal, the driver to ''deliver'' . My daughter never saw the order. I have called the driver immediately, even before delivery estimate time, but voice message entered. Resal or Rescal, the driver STOLE £27 food! DO NOT ORDER FROM GO MEZZA! EVER! THE DRIVERS STEAL FOOD!

Disgusting food I saw this on uber eats promo showed on offer save yourself the headache .avoid at all cost small portion and food is hard tasteless. Very misleading the offers you see the picture to the end product .they need to have it checked for standards I would file lawsuit against this proper catfishing . I rather have coco pops with tap water.

Food was ok but now I’m scared I’m gonna get a stomach ache like some other reviews here. Let’s see, may order again but next time please don’t just chuck the sauces in the bag for them to spill everywhere and make a mess. No issues with the delivery from Uber Eats.

Probably the oddest review I have ever had to write. Ordered this coming home late from work one weekday. I can honestly say it was the best kebab I have had in London, amazing portion sizes, everything was lovely! The excitement was rather shortlived unfortunately, as I woke up at 2am and proceeded to vomit the entire night and half of the next day. So in conclusion, food tastes great, but gave me food poisoning and I will never be able to trust them again! Such a shame. 😔

The chicken shish bundle is absolutely delicious; it's definitely a highlight of the menu. That is my go to order on uber eats. This lack of responsiveness is the only real negative aspect of the experience, and it would be ideal if they improved in this area to match the quality of their food. Overall, the food is fantastic, but better communication would definitely enhance the customer experience.

The restaurant looks nothing like it is on the website - all the good reviews appear to be from 3 years ago. The staff were friendly and obliging. What we wanted to order they weren't selling - maybe a change of managment/menu. The food was just OKAY - there was a lot of UBER traffic/take aways but the place was grubby and we had to wait to have the table cleaned - the guy had to search for cleaning fluid and only had a tiny amount of cleaner in the end of the bottle and was trying to make it last. Wouldn't go back or order from UBER eats.

They don't pick up when you phone them and they make you wait for an hour and 30 minutes and with no way to contact them

Disappointed. We order chicken, chips and rice. Chicken is delicious but everything else cold! Especially the chips, these are cold and hard. Such a shame.

I have ordered from these guys 3 times, 3 times they have messed up my order. I don't ever complain about stuff like this, but 3 times there have been items missing this last time has really bothered me, my order showed up with all of the packaging and my drinks covered in sauce, no serviettes, no cutlery as requested. Called the restaurant, got told there's nothing they can do, I paid extra for extra sauces aswell. Will never eat here again, staff act like they can't understand what you're saying on the phone aswell.

Saw an offer for this chicken grill box for £8.80. Too good to be true. The chicken was extremely bland, no taste. Chips, rice and salad just standard but the chicken was terrible. Please add some flavour!!

Have tried Go Mezza a few times and it never fails. The lamb shish is great, the chicken Sharwama is tasty. The fatyer is really tasteful. Will come back. If you haven't tired Go Mezza then it is one to do so.

Discouraged by some few bad reviews, but I decided to give it a go anyway. I'm glad I did. The best shawarma me and my family have eaten since our trip abroad. I called them up asking for allergen free options and the staff were very friendly and nice. Lovely and clean little business. Me and the family would 100% recommend.

So i ordered the Lamb shish bowl off Uber eats and what a mistake that was. It took over an hour to prepare/be delivered and when it came the quality of food was so very poor. Tiny pieces of burnt cold lamb, that did not resemble a shish, the rice was stone cold I could not even touch it. The salad had a weird after taste and was not very nice. I ordered chicken wings and fries as extras.. they were OK but not great. Overall poor quality all around, will definitely not be ordering from there again. Standards seriously needs to be looked into if they want customers to come back.

Yes it's the another branch of Go mezza @Kilburn. I tried there Halloumi wrap it's so yummy with Hummus and Tahini sauce also chips it's crispy and all food price in Budget. Must visit. Dine in option is available. 6 min walking distance from Kilburn station. Service is very good. Next time I will definitely try Falafel wrap.
