Not keen on coffee shops, 9 times out of 10 they are so expensive you can get a better coffee elsewhere Not changed my mind and unfortunately price even higher than before.

They close most of the days 30 minutes before it should be🤔

The toilet looks like scene from Saw. It's actually worth looking at it, it's out of this world creepy. The coffee is standard Costa which is alright. They always close 2 or 3 hours earlier than what's on Google.

The order never came. I’ve been contacteze by the costa staff saying that they don’t have the frappe in stock, they asked me to cancel the order. I told then to cancel it from their side But they never did.

I normally buy coffee from Costa and the barista know how to make a coffee recently all the time when I buy is extra hot it’s burning my hand when I’m touching there cup and I don’t ask for extra hot as in my opinion extra hot taste bad . Very disappointed but will start buying from elsewhere.

August 2023- After so many bad reviews this place already have, you would expect improvement from staff behavior but that's not the case with short hair lady who is rude and has no idea of customer service. Not only she's rude but she's a bad barista who can't get a coffee right. She used skimmed milk for my iced coffee and it tasted like water and when I complained she said you have to joining the queue again (6 people behind me in queue) and that that's not her fault that's how they make this kind of latte. I told her I go there every weekend as that my local costa and never before had I complained about this as the other ladies do it right but she went on an made me another one which tasted exactly the same. Instead of apologizing or something, she kept taking back to me in front of all the other customers and also blamed it on the milk - like the milk wasn't good that day. Send your staff to do some customer service training please.

Hello everyone I have been in costa to have my daily coffe but I have to say the STUFF is super rude with the customer and they refuse to edit your coffe the way you want it if you ask anything they start talking between them in ROMANIAN As they as all from Romania the treat you like this is them house and you are a annoying customer .. I tried to complain as one of them was always refusing and talking to me in Romanian and when I complained about it coz that’s Racist as well and you feel really abused between them least but not last they put me in the wrong position as it was my fault… I finally spoke to the manager as well Romanian and she decided as a manager to kick me out instead of solving the problem as she was blaming me as customer that it’s my fault as I don’t say hello that’s why the can be rude to me I have even the video recording of the manager kicking me out as it’s not a public area they treat customers like …. Plus they make you feel so abused and uncomfortable as they all ignore and start talking about you with each other in different language that’s so rude and hopefully I will look for the responsible as the manager was really rude and bad like the stuff and worse

The worst place to drink coffee in London and the service is slow because she was there yesterday and there was only one employee and she got very angry and said if you don't like to wait go to another place. And the place was not clean

everything was ok, but the size of the coffee i got was poured out on delivery! 😭

went there today, only one staff was working so service was super slow, have been waiting 5 min but no one takes order, can't manage the queue at all, someone jumped in the queue but they don't care, absolutely disorganised and low quality staffs they have.

the staff are so rude and disgusting and have a serious attitude - avoid at all costs = they are all eastern european and making you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you

I didn't like the service this time because I ordered white hot chocolate with extra flakes, but I just received the drink without the flakes.

Is in such a good place, have inside and outside sitting. The staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Usually good, sadly when you give to uber on a bicycle they deliver open coffee and give it to you open and the spilled contents on neighbours window sill. Poor delivery. Costa please sort out who you hand delivery to.

Delivery was good. But I have ordered from this Costa many times and they ALWAYS ignore the syrup… I don’t like my coffee to be bitter that is why I ask for syrup and it is very annoying when you pay almost £5 for one drink and it doesn’t come the way I want it. In the future make sure you READ what the customer wants before sending off an order.

The food I ordered wasn't the food that arrived.

My sandwich was burnt and my coffee had absolutely no syrup and tasted sour.

I tried costa coffee many places in London , but this corner with Diana is the best , the service and my favorite flat white is coming from the best coffee maker ever thank you !!

No one following the government rules. I went in today with my mask on and found around 6 customers inside not wearing any protective masks. I don't feel comfortable to go in and I warn who are all vulnerable to COVID to keep away.

Rude staff and drinks below average. With so many Costas around the staff at this branch need to be customer oriented. Raise the customer service level please or we will go to the Costas down the road instead.

The best place for morning coffee

Disgusting!!! Shame on you and the management of this branch! Found piece of dark paper (Maybe those blue kitchen paper roll) in my coffee and My Coffee Was Very COLD. They used the rest other customers milk to make our coffee and hot chocolate. We are neighbour and local business in that area. Untrained staff and rude and sometimes they lie. Another day I have asked about if the pastries are fresh baked they said of course they are, I bought couple of croissants and one chocolate twist, for haven sake they were stale and musty! Other day I have asked for mango and passion fruit cooler, she said we cleaned all machines and can’t do that about 6:30 pm and next day it was 7:30 pm they made it for us. The toilet get dirty and sickening smell that customer cover their nose and mouth with his T-shirt and complained and it was very quiet time. All you can check on your CCTV. I am strongly asking for full refund £5.60 for my last purchase(Small latte and medium hot chocolate).

First and definitely last time I will visit.The first cappuccino was lukewarm so the Barista kindly made me a new one which was exactly the same as the first.Surly unsmiling staff who don't say please or thank you,make your own mind up!

Nice coffee, but for the price, one would expect a quality sweetner, like Canderel, which, in my opinion, is the only sweetner that doesn't taste synthetic. Costa makes so much profit, they should upgrade their sweetners, or, at the very least, give customers options, especially as one can get equally good coffee on Cricklewood Broadway for half the price. Come on Costa, such a huge range of coffee to choose from, give a choice with the sweetners as well.

Unsustainable service, don't frequent these places as most give reason to complain. toilets, payments, the environment. As with all retail, show is good.

Very intimidating place, dirty and not what Costa is about?!

Due to bad experiences, I generally avoid all branches of Costa. Unfortunately, there are only two coffee shops that I pass on my short commute to work, and they are both Costas, so occasionally I try to put my feelings aside for the sake of getting a decent sized coffee after a poor night of sleep. I admit the coffee is alright, but nothing can compensate for the appalling service I (and others around me) have experienced in this branch. The staff are extremely unfriendly, have little or no knowledge of their own menus, and 80% of the time, they get the order wrong. Just some of my experiences over the past year: - I once received a hot chocolate with off cream, politely asked for another, and was shrugged at by the barista who claimed it smelled OK to her. She begrudgingly made me a one and then made snide comments about me to her colleague, assuming I would not understand their language. - I once asked for crumpets (which were listed on the massive menu behind the counter) and the lady scrunched up her face and said, "Eh?" I said it again clearly and pointed to the board, and she said, "You want Frappucino." So my partner tried to say it and described exactly where it was on the board. The lady looked at me like I was crazy, called over her colleague and said, "What they want?" and when they finally understood, they snapped that they don't do breakfasts in that branch. We left feeling really stupid and spoken down to. - On at least four occasions I have ordered a coffee and a cake. They make the coffee and start serving the next person. I wait politely, not wanting to nag, and then eventually, someone will say, "We already gave you coffee" or "Why you still wait?" and when I say I'm waiting for something, they respond with eye rolls, as if I'm asking for more than I'm entitled to. I never eat there anymore, partly due to the poor service, but also because the food is really awful. The prices are high and the portions tiny, food is often off and sometimes there are flies on the cakes, and I often used to get tummy aches after eating there. Furthermore, I was always still hungry. Another issue is that when we have heavy rain, they remain open, despite the fact that water pours from the ceiling, directly above the till, and seeps through the lighting fixtures. It's completely unsafe, and it makes the experience very unpleasant. But the main issue is the service. I really resent that it's so hard to find nice friendly places to buy a simple coffee, now that London streets are packed with chains that seem to think they can afford to hire rude and incompetent staff. I now usually walk an extra fifteen minutes to go to a nice café further up the road. Costa is not focused on customer care and satisfaction, only, as it would seem, on taking over the streets and raking in as much money as possible.

It's a Costa so you know what you're getting product wise but the staff were cheerful and friendly which is always a plus in my book.

Not bad, but could be better. Part of it down to the location and the size of the place (not much can be done there). The coffee is okay, the cakes could be a little better. The music in coffee shops always seems a little too loud to me and this place is no exception. It does seem busy and a lot of that is due to the passing trade as it is on the main high street (there is another, bigger Costa five minutes further walk up Cricklewood Broadway - towards Edgeware way). Probably could get another star in a review from me if it was given a bit of an update in layout and decor (although I have seen much worse)

Average coffe and the shop looks quite “old” . I have to say that I pass from there almost every day due the bus stop just on front of the shop where I take my bus. The staff is helpful but, c’mon, you can’t just on front of the customers speak and laughing in your mother younger all the time or pick up the cellphone and answer while you are second the customer. I understand that may is not a high location and stuff but still I felt disappointed. For sure they do they’d job and very hard but please just a bit of matter, from s person who works in the hospitality.

I was not aware of this Costa but it was a convenient place to stop for a drink and biscuit. The coffee was fine but the décor is really dated compared to the many modern, light and bright branches of this chain. Also the toilets were rather grotty, the toilet seat being broken.

It's a nice enough Costa. Watch out for Costa's egg sandwiches though, they stack at the edges to look deep-filled, when in reality there's hardly any egg in there. This is fraudulent!
