Tim Hortons in North Somerset

If you're a coffee aficionado, what I'm going to say won't change your mind, but if you're like myself and our family unit, you like your mainstream, easy takeaway coffee. I won't mince my words. If you like takeaway mainstream coffee, Tim Horton's is the best in the area and we genuinely drive a long while just to come to the drive through. Inside it's huge and often empty. And no, we don't know why either. If we lived nearer it would be fatal to our bank accounts as we love their coffee, especially their French Vanilla Lattes, and there's not much else I can say. Adored!

Waited over 10 minutes for some donuts when there was ample time to put them in a box while waiting for hot orders to cook. Staff move orders to collect way before they are ready too and are rude. Donuts are tasty though, just shake about the staff

The coffee was great but the food, greasy and cold. Went there on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. I ordered the triple cheeseburger and lattice fries. Fries we're ok if a bit bland but the burger!? Cold and wrapped in foil which made it greasy and kept the condensation trapped. Awful. We were 2 of the 4 customers. Not surprised!

Food is very good and consistent, nice decor and friendly staff

For a fast-food diner, very good - breakfast is always hot, quick service, very good coffee. Staff are polite and active. Only criticism: tables are a bit rickety in some areas… spilt coffee on a few occasions. Good value for money and a lot better than the golden arches.

As fast food comes, this has quickly become one of our favourite places. We'll happily drive from Bridgwater for lunch at Tim Hortons. Lovely chicken sandwiches, burgers, lattice fries and their Timbits are sensational.

Finally got to visit Tim Hortons in Weston -super-Mare with my hubby today. Been meaning to try one of their fancy hot drinks and Timbits for ages. We each had a Raspberry hot chocolate and an apple Timbit and both were very nice. Interior was nicely designed, clean and tidy. It felt quite homely. Toilets were also clean and tidy. We'll come back again sometime and try one of the savoury items on the menu.

First time at any Tim Hortons for us, and we've been meaning to try it since it opened a couple of years or so ago. We'd already had lunch in Weston and taken a walk along the promenade, so just wanted something light to try it. A raspberry hot chocolate each and an apple fritter "Timbit", basically a miniature doughnut, slightly bigger than a golf ball, were our choice, because we didn't want anything big. The Timbits are really nice, and I would say they were a good option for small children as they wouldn't interfere with their appetite for "proper" food. The raspberry hot chocolate was lovely too, quite different to any hot chocolate I've had before.

First time visitor, very impressed! Always sceptical about the imported chains as have had bad experiences with some but not this time. All items very tasty and priced competitively. Will be stopping in again when we are in the area.

Worst burger iv ever tried, actually made me ill when I got home. Mac Donald’s 99p burger is way better! Way over priced with stupidly small amount of food. No wonder it’s nobody in there.. absolutely horrendous.. never again !

We've been missing Canada and saw that a timmy's was in the area so thought we would pop by. Grabbed some loaded waffle fries, timbits and cheeseburgers. Fries were so good. Warm, comforting and familiar. Burgers tasted good for takeaway - similar to McDonald's but better quality everything - better buns, meat, onions, pickles. Timbits are amazing as always. Really hit the soul food spot. Atmosphere was good - the place felt much cosier than most takeaway food places, clean and tidy.

Being a lunch time it wasn't overly busy, had chicken wraps which were good. Also doughnuts which also are good.

Pleasant interiors with quiet corners to chill, but somehow the feeling is that something isn’t really right with this restaurant. Breakfast food lacking in taste intensity, although hash browns were very good. The auto tills system charges + £0.50 for any coffee selection to go with any breakfast meal (mistake or rip off?). Food served much, much faster than by competition next door.

It seems they have stopped doing dairy free options for the French vanilla iced coffee... so probably won't be ordering from them again

Generally I like this place, my recent visit I had to wait a while to get the food. But it is worth the wait. Decent prices and plenty of seats and parking and clean toilets.

First time trying Tim Hortons in Weston Super Mare. The ‘Golden Arches’ were busy so I thought I’d try something different. Staff were friendly enough and service quick as there was only 2 of us queuing. My burger looked like it had been sat on, had obviously been kept warm for quite some as the bun was dry and a bit brittle. The burger was really fatty and left me regretting not going elsewhere - the competitor next door. At almost £8 with fries it was generally dissapointing rather than awfull.

first time ordering and very upset. I left a note for the delivery driver "please no jalapeños there isn't a choice to take them out" this was then ignored and I gave the delivery driver a £1 tip. it's not a case of just picking them out. it has gone on the food therefore made the food very spicy. awful service. won't ever be ordering food from here again. the only thing that was good was the refresh drinks.

Nothing wrong with the product, good quality at a high price. I do not mind paying a premium for good products. But it looks to be run by forien staff, they are obviously set targets you order what you want, you expect to pay one price, but it's way off, much higher than listed prices. She then broke the price down as every single item and not the way the item is listed on the price boards, no one in the right mind would break something down fro. A package to individual items. It's just a scam to over price you and to make it look like they are modelling, ( tipping off the customer). This is when all of a sudden they do not understand English, they fully understand you, upto the point of you complaining that she is overpricing what you have ordered. It's realy annoying as the end product is great, I have NEVER had such BAD service at TIM HORTONS and the goods have NEVER been priced the way this WOMAN is doing it. She's lost my Custom at THIS STORE. This Woman needs to go to Gloucester to get trained Properly. The location of this unit should be packed, a Premium location, right nextdoor to Mc Donalds. Mc Donalds is packed, yet Tim Hortons is DEAD??????????.

You'll find me in here at least once a month for a very strong coffee frappe. The staff are so sweet and it's always quiet enough to get work done, de-stress, or anything else you need to do. Much better than the nearby McDonald's, which is always busy, slow, and full of kids!

Having visited Canada in the summer, we love Tim Hortons so chose to have a fast food dinner there instead of McDonalds next door. Food was great - good choice and filling for hungry boys. Service was a bit slow considering the restaurant was not busy and one burger was forgotten from the order (6 people). Got our fix of 50 timbits to come away with so everyone was happy!

Drinks were revolting, the Smores latte was sour, tasted like the milk was off.

Fab customer service, good food and coffee this is my new favourite fast food place! Love the range for vegetarians and lots on the breakfast menu.

We stopped here to charge the car. It's got 8 Instavolt chargers which is great. No time limit in the car park here unlike Mcdonalds and iceland on the same site. Never been to a Tim Hortons so thought i would give it a try. Had the triple burger meals. Not sure what to make of the burger. It tasted ok, the meat was soft! Reminded me of the old days of a burger out of a can, or a burger from the fun fair. Was expecting it to have more texture to it. The burger could have been hotter as it was fairly lukewarm The lattice fries were nice, but yet again lukewarm. If the temperature of the food was better then this place would have been average.

My 1st order here and was for breakfast and was very pleased with everything.

Popped in here on a Saturday morning whilst visiting Weston-super-Mare. Amazing, one of the best, if not the best, Tim Horton we've ever visited. Service was fast and efficient, and the breakfast and coffee were excellent. If you ever find yourself in Weston-super-Mare, pop in and give it a go.

It was really nice to have our breakfast at Tim Hortons Weston super mare. We were not aware there was a £1 breakfast offer and when we ordered on the machine it didn’t count the discount in so we paid the full amount. I think this needs to be fixed/looked at. However the guy at the counter offered us a free drink which was good. Overall good experience

We love Tim Hortons and always try to hit one when we go on holiday. My son loves their Timbits donut holes. Not the best wraps from this location but really great coffee as always!

This is the 3rd Tim Hortons we have visited and always found the food consistent. The doughnuts are a real treat. The staff at Weston Super Mare were very welcoming.

Canadian fast food and very good after ordering at the kiosk the staff were welcoming it took a wile but the food was amazing only doubt was they forgot my onions

When planning our trip to Weston we chose to take the electric car and plan ahead where we'd charge up. There are 8 Instavolt chargers just outside, so we decided a quick stop for a coffee at Tim Horton's would be the best idea. It was a hot day, so the air con inside was greatly appreciated. We ordered a tea, a coffee, a milkshake and some timbits, intending to start our drinks inside and then head out once the car had charged a bit. The car charged rapidly, so we didn't end up spending much time in, but the decor was nice and the staff friendly. I'd definitely recommend it for a quick stop, particularly if you've been on the motorway for a while and you're heading into Weston. The snacks and drinks were great, and the chargers outside were in good order and charged quickly.

Was quiet and not busy at all. So, I have no idea why we had to wait 15 minutes for 2 coffees. We ordered a large box of mixed donuts and the Tim bits which were given fairly quickly, by the time the coffees were done, we had eaten a donut and wanted to be on our way to share our pthers.

I'm sorry but the food was cold and the chicken tenders were awful. the chicken wrap was tiny and had no flavour to it

Great addition to the county. Varied menu, lots of plant-based alternatives, and blooming tasty to boot. Most NB: a veggie breakfast sausage muffin! While their milkshakes are simply too sweet, their sweets -the mini doughnuts are brilliant.
