Really lovely and friendly staff and a lovely cafe. They ran out of skimmed milk so popped out to Sainsburys to get some especially! Much appreciated 🙏🏻

Lovely casual spot for a light lunch. I had the delicious soup of the day, followed by a slice of vegan chocolate cake. Staff were friendly and helpful and even wrapped up a portion of cake for my partner (tragically not present…).

Homely delicious meals, very friendly staff and the place is pet friendly too! Totally would come back to try the other breakfast plates. Really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing breakfast!! The reviews lived up to the expectations. 30 mile trip was well worth it , will be a returning customer. The homemade baked beans have the nicest blend of tomato and herbs. Black pudding was very moist which was very enjoyable!

Just had lunch here today. I have an egg allergy and the attention to detail I had from the owner and staff was fantastic. The food was also delicious. I would highly recommend a visit.

Staff where lovely and tried to be accommodating, unfortunately they didn't have any vegan options other than milk alternatives and cake but after chatting with the owner, it seems he would like to be more accommodating and looks to make some changes.

Tilly’s is a wonderful cafe, definitely a 5 star rating, it ticks all the boxes on food, service and staff .. we always feel welcome even when I bring my kids..who love ordering the “best breakfast & hot chocolate ever” Thank you guys stay amazing !

We returned to tilly peppers for a second visit after enjoying v much our first experience. We each had the farmers breakfast of which the ingredients were of high quality and cooked to perfection. Portions were more than generous and the staff were very attentive by checking on us and offering great service. Very satisfied and good value for money Highly recommend

Visited Tilly peppers with my friend yesterday as a Sunday morning and even tho it was very busy the owner who was so kind and friendly made sure to find us a nice seat by the window, much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, you could tell it’s cooked with passion and the coffees are amazing aswell, I find myself hard to find good coffee spots in Harrogate but for me Tilly peppers is the one 10/10. In our opinion not worth the hype, reason for just the 3 stars is based on being made to feel like we had to do a review no matter what. Sausages arrived half way through breakfast & didn't look particularly appetising, coffee quite bitter & too hot to drink.

This was our second time at Tilly Peppers and to be expected everything was excellent. The owner and front of house staff were very welcoming and tailored to our needs. I had the chorizo hash and my partner had the cheesy bacon bagel, everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The coffee is nothing short of the best, the perfect drinking temperature and smooth. There are many tray bakes and cake options to choose from even including vegan and gluten free options. The brownie and rocky road are our favourites, better yet… they’re homemade. A very worthwhile trip to Tilly Peppers as always, looking forward to the next one.

Went for a vegetarian breakfast on my own. Halloumi egg- fried Tomato mushroom toast and beans avocado. Enjoyed my breakfast looking at cold bath road from my peaceful spot by the window. Staff were professional and checked on me. Food was timely and presented smartly. I will enjoy coming here again.

Fantastic breakfast as you'll see from the photo. Really warm welcome, enthusiastic owner clearly doing really well. Food and coffee were top drawer and great value. Made us really welcome with our dog, Lola. Also gave us some really helpful tips to enjoy the rest of our day in Harrogate. We'll be back on our next trip to Harrogate

I went here with a friend who has multiple allergies. We had already left one cafe - before sitting down - as they had not been very supportive. Here we had a completely different experience which was so positive. The lovely man serving us made us very welcome. He clarified the allergies and was so friendly it was a real tonic. The menu is very appealing. The food itself was delicious and if we had space for pudding we would have stayed for that too! Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we’d be looked after. Friendly and attentive service, with an owner who really cares about your experience. Fantastic food. So difficult to decide from an extensive menu that all sounded fabulous and watching it go out, it all looked incredible too. We were not disappointed. Wish we lived nearer to revisit but when I’m back in Harrogate, this is the place to go. Thank you.

Lovely little find just a short walk from the centre of Harrogate. I ordered Eggs Benedict and my wife ordered the veggie breakfast. Both were amazing. Great staff, especially the owner, Cakes looked amazing, but we were too full maybe next time

6 friends met up for a chat and a light lunch. We all agreed the banquettes in granary bread were excellent and the soup very tasty. It was busy but not noisy so we could easily chat to each other. We will return and I recommend it.

After looking at previous reviews came for breakfast on a drizzly Monday morning whilst on a 2 night stay in Harrogate, I had the avocado with chill jam and hallumi, husband had poached eggs with added sausages, both equally delicious with everything perfectly cooked. Lovely coffee and friendly professional staff. Thank you Tilly peppers, we will be back!

This independent café on Cold Bath Road serves delicious helpings of brunch, cakes and pastries by charming staff who clearly aim to please. My wife had first-class eggs Benedict whilst I enjoyed a stunning bacon, Brie and cranberry granary roll. There's excellent fresh orange juice and good quality coffee. It's in the up-and-coming Harrogate district that boasts lots of new bars and award-winning restaurants. I was hugely impressed by the owner who recommended nearby Pranzo Italian which is also reviewed here.

We came here after trying to find somewhere that did an English breakfast. It did not disappoint! The cafe is lovely and cosy, the staff were really friendly and the service was quick. Visited here yesterday afternoon and what a beautiful little cafe. The children had the pancakes and they rated these pretty high, 500/10 infact! Best eggs benedict we've had! The owner was lovely and introduced us to cortado coffee which was so nice. My partner is converted! The young chef did an amazing job of our breakfast. Every element was perfecto! If we lived closer we would go daily.

A fairly new coffer / breakfast / lunch venue run by a really enthusiastic owner. We had breakfast, including Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royal and a standard full English. The standout was a Cherizo breakfast bowl with a poached egg which was excellent. Worth a visit.

Visited today with my boyfriend for breakfast And I may say words don’t do it’s justice. Veryyy tasty food and excellent service,staff was very kind and attentive. I’ll make this my go to breakfast place!! They also have huge range of desserts, definitely worth trying.

It’s a nice cafe but I don’t quite understand the super positive reviews. Food was slightly mediocre although I’m a vegetarian so maybe the meat options were better. The service was slow which I don’t mind if I’m getting fresh food. The lady serving us was lovely. I had mushrooms on toast which was lacking in flavour - just tasted like melted cream cheese on bread (wasn’t really toasted so was very soggy). My boyfriend had an egg sandwich served with crisps and salad which was much better. My favourite cafe in the area is Manna bakery across the road but it was closed and I would recommend that or Hoxton North for more unusual food options.

The staff were all lovely and the chef/owner was extremely friendly and came over to chat to us before and after eating.
