Loved the vibe of the place great and friendly staff, Big up Yogi he was very helpful and showed great customer service, there was also a young lady in the VIP section that I did not get her name she was very friendly and also showed great customer service. Food was nice and the music was decent overall this place has a cool vibe and I'll defo be returning soon.

Disgraceful staff , so rude and non attentive , put us near the door was freezing ,ordered one drink and then said your times up after waiting in the queue for 25 mins to get inside , then only excepted cash...so had to go cashpoint , terrible service ..never ever again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Very surprised to read some of the reviews from visitors at TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge as we have always had excellent service and the food is some of the best Indian dishes we have had.We were seated inside the TigerBay Shisha Lounge however as this has open sides all round and even an open roof in warmer days or nights, we felt completely safe and COVID protected. The evening was very busy but had a great atmosphere and we didn’t feel cramped or as if we were too near to other customers. The music especially with the appearance of DJ Shraii gives something a little bit extra special than other venues.All members of staff wore face masks and we noticed they politely reminded any customers to use their masks when not seated at their tables.The food is always hot and you can hear the sizzle plates sizzling as the food is served. Portions are really generous and we usually find it hard choosing from all the delicious dishes on offer.The mocktails are especially good and the fruity versions topped with fresh and sweet fruit. We have not tried the Shisha varieties however talking to people we met last week, they said the choices are good and flavours excellent quality. So even without Shisha being available at the moment under Covid rules, TigerBay Shisha Lounge is a great venue.We are looking forward to spending many more summer evenings especially in the garden area which is beautifully filled with gorgeous plants and makes you feel you are on holiday and not just on an evening out.Keep doing what you do so well TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge.

I was here on a group booking, And to my surprise we were allowed to eat indoors and sit as a big group? we were fully prepared to sit in small groups. But the most shocking aspect was we were inside and eating. I thought with the National restrictions this WAS NOT allowed. I am confused how TigerBay are getting away with this in the National Pandemic and other businesses are suffering.

I made a booking on a Wednesday for a Saturday and a £20 deposit was required. Unfortunately I had to cancel on the Thursday as one of the guest had tested positive for covid-19. The cancellation policy on the website stated that cancellations Within 24hrs of the date of the booking means that deposit can be held. As I was cancelling over 48hrs before the date of the booking, this was not a problem for me and I was liable to get my deposit back. I called the restaurant to confirm this, and I was told that my deposit will come back in 3/5 working days. It’s been over 2 weeks, nothings been returned to my account, I’ve emailed, called, dm’d them and they literally ignore everything. I posted a negative honest review and after my review was posted, the company changed their terms and conditions to “all bookings are non-refundable” to try and cover their tracks however this was not the terms and conditions at the time of my booking and cancellation. I’ve read several reviews of them trying to cheat people of their money. How can I be charged for a restaurant I’ve never once stepped foot in. And the government guidelines have clearly stated for the past year that if someone tests positive they must self isolate?!? So ridiculous

Reserved a table online for £10 a head, no problem. (Had this taken off the bill when ordering). We entered and sat down only to be told it was CASH ONLY and that the only cash point around was the one on their premises (which of course charged to withdraw) I mean who carries around cash these days especially given the current pandemic?!?! Sounds DODGY to me! NO INFORMATION on their website about not doing shisha!! Was lead to believe this was still a service.Tables are way too small to fit food and drinks on, not to mention the height of them. Constantly having to bend down to eat was not ideal. Food was mediocre, served warm and over priced for the portion sizes. Hygiene was poor, tables were cleaned with a dirty cloth. Menus were USED by everyone and they were dirty and wet with food splashes. No real ventilation either. Only positive was that most waiters/waitresses were attentive and friendly.

Lovely delicious indo-chinese food, big variety of fresh cool drinks. The service was excellent and very prompt, also met the owner Prash who was very kind and hospitable. Thank you Tiger Bay will certainly be back soon.

After a wonderful night spent with great customer service by a blonde lady who was attending to our needs and good food our night was sadly ruined by an incompetent soul of a security guard. Would come here with friends, family and work colleagues and have now absolutely been put off by this abusive man and so have my friends which were with me. Would not fault any other of the security team or the staff. A bad experience could ruin your imagine even if you’ve had 101 good experiences and this was my case. Would not go back to look at him ever again.

Have nothing but regret in what i experienced with a security guard and my friend, coming at 3 girls like he wants to fight! Disgusting! Get some men out there who know about customer service and their job! Maybe another security guard should have intervened and kicked his ass out for his anti social behaviour!

After paying a deposit and making a booking - requesting several times to move table. Nothing was done. Even though there plenty of empty tables elsewhere. Walk-ins were conveniently being put wherever they liked without booking. Warned multiple times that there was a minimum spend even with the poor service. Wasted 20 mins waiting in the line even though there was a 2 hour time limit. We were probed to leave at the end of the 2 hours and they didn’t even deduct the deposit. We had to ask for them to remove it. Incompetent staff. Absolute thugs - what a waste of time. Don’t waste your time if you have any class at all.

It's the second time I go back to this lounge and the girl who used to get me the best cocktails ever isn't there. What happened to her? The service wasn't good last time I went there. I miss Mara because she used to suggest me the best cocktails and her service was excellent. I'll give it another chance next week and I hope to find her again

Had booked a table in the lounge for 5 people for my 23rd birthday. I had specifically chosen this venue, even though it is far away from me, for the non-tobacco shisha so that all my guests could try it. I was genuine very excited and had already chosen from the menu online which shisha and cocktails I’d wanted to try. We booked our Uber and ended up arriving 9 minutes late due to traffic (40 minute journey). The staff were kind enough to let keep our table, but when we entered to do track and trace, they said it was cash only and for us to walk to the nearest cash machine, but not to worry as we would not lose our place. There was only one cash machine nearby, it already had a queue and all 5 of us had to withdraw money. We came back to the queue and were then told we had lost our table and had to queue up. The security guard there was very apologetic as he was there when we were told we would not lose our table. So after an expensive 40 minute Uber, standing outside in the cold and rain, taking a dear amount of money from my bank account, we were told we could not go in. Almost ruined my birthday and will certainly not try to visit again as I was so disappointed with my first visit. It is upsetting to be told our table is safe and to let us go and take money from our accounts and then come back and be told otherwise, I would have just joined the queue earlier or gone elsewhere!

I had a good night but mainly because me and my friend made it a good night. The service is poor and some of the security are rude and and have no manners. On arrival we found out that they only took cash however the cash machine inside the venue did not take mastercard? i only had mastercards on me and the manager told me i must leave and take out cash at a near by shop. It ended up with me saying no as it was unfair and in my booking this was not mentioned and then being allowed to pay by card on one if their card machines. Other than the VIP lounge was beautiful and the drinks are nice but nothing special. The salt and chilli prawns were in fact beautiful and the music was good. The choc brownie and ice-cream was ok, nothing special, but the shisha was very nice and sweet. Personally, because of the poor service and rude security i wont be returning to the kingsbury site however i will try out hanger lane and hopefully it will be better.

I visited the lounge and restaurant tonight. The hospitality and the food was amazing. Cristina provided a good service and recommended the ladies night every Monday. I would recommend this to everyone.

Girl who attended us whilst entering very rude! Asked we would only be able to stay 90 minutes!! And after that we would have to leave when the lounge was empty !!! Rainy cold day and wouldn’t even let us in! Why keep the place open if is empty and you still asking us to stay only 90 minutes !!! Looked like she didn’t want to do any work because the lounge was empty !!!

Not very good experience, I was sitting in the VIP area. In which there were 4 people talking, without paying attention to costumers, the bartender girl was serving drinks. Served my table. When I stopped by to go to the toilet the bartender was making cocktails, and I asked her, her name and asked a few questions about the cocktail. Mara, very friendly, and very intelligent. I liked her. I will be going back, but I will not be sitting with my friends in the VIP area again.

I loved the experience. A good atmosphere. And I was served very well, very carefully, I serve 5 stars. By bartender, her name is Mara. Very sympathising, very professional. I'll be back and try some drinks recommended by Mara.

They charge you to sit there... they dont bring what you ordered... when you ask for it they will bring but will not give you a chance to have it as you get only 90 minutes... they dont take card payment. We went this weekend and the customer service is poor. The staff are rude and speak abruptly.. the crowd is not sophisticated, the shisha is over priced and the food is not great. I would not recommend this to anyone and definitely will not return.

Como trabajamos para el nhs no tenemos mucho tiemposalir. Emocionados de entrar en Tiger Bay, nos recibieron en la puerta dos guardias de seguridad.Al no descargar la aplicación para CV - 19, el enfoque de seguridad fue muy grosero. ¡Uno dijo que debería saber mejor que trabaja para el nhs!Como estábamos emocionados de entrar, ambos nos hicimos a un lado para descargar.Una vez descargado, nos sentimos muy humillados por los dos guardias de seguridad.Simplemente trabajamos muchas horas y no deberíamos tener que justificar por qué no se había descargado antes de ingresar. ¡No salimos mucho! !Tiger Bay es un lugar encantador, excelente comida y bebida, pero los guardias de seguridad deben dirigirse al general.público con modales y sin hostilidad! ¡Hicieron que la experiencia para nosotros fuera muy terrible! ¡Qué vergüenza para los guardias de seguridad, no se necesita mucho para ser educado con la gente que viene a Tiger Bay!

Fui con 3 amigos, reservamos una mesa, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que debíamos fumar una shisha, pero un miembro de nuestro grupo no fuma y solo quería comer y beber. . nos trasladaron al restaurante debido a esto. . Gastamos más de 200 en comida y bebida y también nos cobraron alrededor de 19 asientos. . . Pedí eliminar esto, ¡dijeron que no! ¿Cómo podemos comer de pie? ¡El restaurante estaba vacío!Afortunadamente teníamos un camarero amable y encantador, un chico asiático que salvó el día, ya que todo el resto del personal fue muy grosero. Explicamos una vez más que un miembro no fuma y no se le puede obligar a hacerlo, finalmente se nos permitió entrar al salón de shisha con la condición de que compráramos una shisha en lugar de dos.Nos mudamos al salón de shisha y, una vez más, el personal fue grosero, ya que se suponía que debía ser 23 para una shisha, pero nuevamente nos cobraron 27. 50, ya que hay más tarifas que pagar además.No volveré aquí, prefiero gastar mi dinero en otro lugar.Mis amigos sienten lo mismo.

Frecuenté este lugar muchas veces antes de covid y la comida, las bebidas y la música fueron las mejores cosas de este lugar. Me decepcionó mucho cuando lo visité el lunes festivo. Es una pena. Hice la reserva por teléfono y la señora me explicó las nuevas políticas, que eran que debe llegar 15 minutos antes de la hora de reserva para completar la encuesta de corona y también que la mesa se regalaría si llegábamos tarde, y había un límite de tiempo de 90 minutos sobre la mesa, lo cual era bastante justo. También están cobrando un 10% "obligatorio" de la factura "cargo por asientos", que es algo que ellos mismos han inventado. Esto, pensé que era ridículo y la señora tampoco pudo dar una explicación razonable, pero aun así estuve de acuerdo y confirmé la reserva.Lo que la señora no nos dijo fue que el plan de ayuda para salir a comer no era aplicable en el salón de shisha, pero sí en su restaurante, la noche habitual de las señoras del lunes se había trasladado al martes. Entonces, cuando llegamos y no estábamos sentados en VIP y no obtuvimos la oferta de cóctel 2 por 1, no nos impresionó. Pedí algo de comida a un precio de 6 y un cóctel que tenía un precio de 11 en el menú, pero terminé pagando 20, incluido el "cargo por asiento. Mis 2 amigos pidieron shisha que tenía un precio de 23 en el menú, pero en realidad pagamos 30". ya que incluso con el 10% agregado esto no era correcto. Estás sentado hombro con hombro.No se estaba reproduciendo música en las secciones principales, pero podíamos ver algo de música en la sección VIP.Cuando nos íbamos, una señora nos preguntó si todo estaba bien y, sinceramente, no pude encontrar las palabras. Yo, dije que hay demasiados cargos adicionales y su respuesta fue que fue por corona. ? ?Si necesitan recuperar las pérdidas debidas a la corona, agregue el cargo por servicio. Sin cargo por asiento. No puede cobrar un 10% de asientos y basar esto en la cantidad que gastan las personas. Si es una tarifa de asiento, debería ser una tarifa estándar como la que cobran por la tubería.La experiencia fue terrible y no se acercó al estándar que solía ser. Una noche muy incómoda.Mi consejo sería ir a otro lado. Recomendaría Vu Lounge, hay un DJ en vivo la mayoría de las noches, sin cargos adicionales u ocultos, buen servicio y asientos encantadores con mesas adecuadas y sillas cómodas.

The outdoor seating arrangements and environment was great i would definitely visit again and recommend this place if you want a enjoyable experience. very comfortable place, nice environment and attentive staff throughout your visit. I was having trouble finding the toilet so I asked a bartender while passing the bar area! She was really smiley and happy to help me. I could observe how passionate she is about her job and and she even suggested me a cocktail that I absolutely loved it. Thank you Mara not only for for being great at what your doing but also for enjoying it and making your clients enjoy their visit too.Coming back soon for sure.

I went there a few days ago and I was delighted by the service of Mara. She's so pretty! I had a chance to have a small talk with her and she was so caring and professional. I loved her service. The lounge is great and I certainly will be back. Just one con: lack of information about the toilets place.I recommend! :)

Loving the refurbishment which has been completed to such an excellent standard and craftsmanship.Both the restaurant and Shisha lounge are very comfortable and you feel safe and protected by the attentive staff throughout your visit.The food is delicious, the garden is lush with planters and even home grown vegetables, the VIP area is a retreat away from daily hustle and bustle and looking forward to seeing the whisky and cigar room to open soon too.Would definitely recommend everyone to visit but be prepared you will be hooked and won’t want to go anywhere else.

we went there for sheesha as like others come across this lounge over insta or internet so wanted to give it a go.we sat at a table and placed the order and the bill figure didnt add up and upon raising questions about it were told it seating charge which doesn't make any sense of course you can stand there or have food or stuff on the road.then upon questioning staff had no clue and just said its policy and thats it.this didn't ended there after placing order then we were told either we should pay upfront at our table or we have to render our bank card to the staff which is ridiculous and even makes no sense and is point less.then even after going through all after a while went we wanted to order few drinks we were again made subject to pay seating charge and again this is ridiculous and a complete rip off.the upper management doesn't seem to care at all as we were told upon questioning these baseless lounge policies.the staff told us clearly they have no control or say in these baseless rip off policies and are helpless.

The service was not good at all. We ordered food and did not even receive cutlery and tissue. We has to request for everything they had forgotten. The food had flies all over it which I have attached a photo.

I came here on a Friday night at 11.30pm with 2 friends. We were in the queue for 30 minutes before being let in. Unfortunately we were not seated in the shisha lounge, and in error we were taken to the bar next door by a bald man in a tiger shirt where he told us to buy a drink and wait again to be seated. He assured us he would seat us. We then waited another 40 minutes... no drinks provided and not seated in the main lounge. Whilst waiting we noticed he was seated with friends smoking shisha. We flagged our concerns multiple times with staff who were all very busy, running around and working to no structure. Very disorganised- Nobody seemed to know what was going on. We had to beg to at least receive the drinks we paid for. Eventually we were seated by the front of house girl who was very rude (short girl, hair up, glasses). She harshly told us 2 of our party needed to sit on the small stools, when there was plenty of comfortable sofa space adjacent, giving no reason why. The table was not cleaned prior to us being seated, of which she then proceeded to spray and wiped the surface in front of us. We were pointlessly told to fill out a check and trace whilst in the queue however there were no social distancing measures nor hand sanitation station inside. None of the staff wore masks or gloves. Breeding ground for any virus. We noticed a sign enforcing a dress code however inside many of the clientele were very casually dressed (shorts, trainers and sliders) and appeared very juvenile. Their minimal effort and spending appeared to be more of a priority. We were given the shisha menu but no one came to take our order having been now seated for 20 minutes. I managed to get the attention of a waiter to request the food menu, only to be told the kitchen closed at 1... it had just turned 1. Had anyone cared about the poor experience we were having, they would have ensured when we were seated, we were served promptly to ensure the rest of our experience was salvaged. Nevertheless this was the final straw for us, so we walked out. At this point, no one even acknowledged us leaving. I have been to Tigerbay before as this is my local shisha lounge and was highly embarrassed that I recommended this place for a nice evening with my friends, just to receive the worst customer service in our lives. Thoroughly ruining our celebrations. I sincerely hope the management review my experience, provide sufficient training to their staff and implement structure to prevent other customers having a lacklustre experience and to secure their business longevity for their benefit.

I have been to Tigerbay before as i love the food but yesterday i have been served by Silvia and what can i say? Amazing service really pleased really helpful and professional made the experience even better.She was an amazing waitress with great customer skills. Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I came for the shisha but were hungry and ordered some food. The cocktails were ok, the shisha was nice and the food was really good. Beware though it’s always busy and if you’re going with a group you may need to buy multiple shishas for your table.

Security here have racially profiled me and my family just because we are not Asian, as Asians are the main type of ethnicity who visit this place. Has happened multiple times and quite frankly I am very shocked. Would not expect this from a premium Shisha bar. Security is a Asian beardless man.

Unimpressed with the service and the staffs. We ordered food and our food was late and it took them 15 minutes to give us our drinks. The shisha was not great. I do not recommend this shisha place.

I’ve never been here before! As a first visit to the venue, I enjoyed myself at the venue. The food is amazing (very season!)as well as the costumer service was amazing, there are no worlds! Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de un amigo y antes de sentarnos había dos miembros del personal en nuestra mesa diciendo que teníamos que pedir nuestros shishas en ese momento. Ni siquiera tuvimos la oportunidad de sentarnos y mirar nuestros menús y nos aceptaron. Luego pedimos unos cuantos gin tonics y cada uno fue traído en un vaso diferente. 2 de ellos vinieron sin los tónicos y tuvimos que pedirle a 3 personas diferentes que los tomen. Cuando lo hicimos, trajo uno y dijo que teníamos que comprar otro tónico (a pesar de que habíamos pedido todas nuestras bebidas con tónicos). Luego quisimos pedir comida y el miembro del personal nos trajo un menú entre 6 personas y se paró a nuestro lado y dijo qué desea pedir.El personal en general fue grosero y todo es muy caro para la ubicación y el ambiente. Incluso cuando salíamos, todos los miembros del personal nos adelantaron en lugar de esperar a que nos fuéramos, lo que normalmente es el caso. ¡Definitivamente no volveré otra vez!

Tigerbay is one of the best shisha lounges I've ever been to and I've been to A LOT. The quality of the shisha is amazing, the service is fairly good and the atmosphere is electric! Nice place to chill with friends, great shisha, and desserts and also great service from the guy that serviced us named smallz, took care of us the whole night, thanks to to him and the management team. Overall, great place definitely coming back again.

Fabulous Shisha lounge with great customer service from Tabs and the management team. Well taken care off by the staff who are attentive and overall pleasant. Staff such as Alex are always keen to recommend Shisha flavours, which never disappoint providing a banging environment and overall good vibe. Love that!!

Great service in vip, we went as a group of girls for ladies night. Had a amazing time, great service from Kano. They even do bubble tea which is quite rare in a shisha cafe.

Came down with couple of friends for a smoke and food and drinks, great food great shisha and absolutely great service from Smallz who had taken care of my table and kept checking up if we needed anything, very friendly, also the coal service from Yaqub was absolutely fantastic one of the best coal boys I’ve seen change coal. They need a promotion ASAP.

Came down on sunday night with 3 of my friends for birthday celebration, the atmosphere was great, one of the best shisha lounges we’ve been too, Smallz recommended the best shisha to us iron brew with Cloud lime, Smallz was very friendly, took care of us and absolutely great waitor, definitely coming back next weekend.
