I ordered a meal plan .phulkas was raw and curries were full of oil.When I made a complaint and wanted to cancel the plan .the company refuses to refund my money and doesn’t acknowledge the complaint.I had severe acidity and upset stomach after having this food…absolutely disappointed with the quality…. And delivery…

I stayed over at heathrow area- as traveling job. Looked at. Looked at all places and then decided to order from here . Bought few extra except tiffin ( like poppadum,parantha, Kachori). I called up to confirm my order and asked if possible to add couple of green chilies ( my fault - should have through before but there was option to buy these ). Owner refused first but was kind enough to deliver with order. This kind of care matters . I was staying in ibis and they delivered . Food is very authentic and very fresh. Taste was very good. Yes, deliveries can sometimes loose full flavors but still I enjoyed it very much . I would certainly recommend this place - for quality of food and caring side of business, Well done.

We had a delivery last Wednesday evening and we received food that was not what we ordered, Also have you heard of chicken tikka that come as two chicken legs. It was laughable. The worst part, when we called the person we ordered from he was rudely interrupted to say 'let me answer your question you're talking over me. I wasn't at all! Simply asking why we haven't received what we ordered FROM THE SET MENU OPTIONS YOU ASKED US TO CHOOSE FROM! The response was: - We wanted to give you an additional variety. I didn't ask for this so send what I ordered and then provide additional variety if you wish. Don't change our order on your discretion! - And the above was as if we were wrong to question it!??? - You are meant to get two kofta in the malai kofta. We got one. Just one Kofta in a terrible looking Malai, i wanted to be sick. On mentioning this after he was so rude on the phone he says 'ok that bit was wrong.'. No apology and absolutely nothing offered as compensation. What is this? - The roti is great if you want to give your teeth the ultimate chewing test. Awful, how do you even get this wrong? My Dad is the least fussiest person ever and he had to comment on how we are just chewing and chewing through this. - Have you ever had Chicken Tikka served as legs?! Never seen anything like it. Incredible. Everything was a disgusting and I can accept bad food, that's life, it happens. But the rudeness displayed on the phone and lack of offering for changing our order was horrible, it's not something I accept. So I will continue to post negative reviews on this place as a result as people simply should not be using this service. I honestly order plenty of food, and appreciate that it can't always be perfect, even from regular places and I always give the benefit of the doubt as well when it's half decent, that's a risk you take. But not this place. If the owner wants to approach me directly and explain or compensate like a proper service, I'd be happy to discuss but honestly, please don't buy from here.

Yummy, delicious, healthy, Indian food delivered at your door step at a good price. Staying in London, you will not miss your Indian home made food, if you are getting your food from Tiffin Planet. From varieties of Dal, pulses, paneer, chicken ( if you are a non veg ), you will hardly feel the need to miss your home made ghar ka khana. I am enjoying their service for almost a year now. You also get tasty desserts such as Gulaab Jamun, Rasmalai and Rasgulla. Lovely fresh home made food, packed well in containers and delivered to you at the right time and place you mentioned. Must take up if you find it difficult to cook or have no time. You wouldn’t regret.

No puedo recomendar el planeta Tiffin lo suficiente. Su comida y servicio son excelentes. Su servicio me ayudó a superar el encierro cuando trabajaba desde casa y me ahorró el tiempo perdido en cocinar y hacer las compras. Entregan dos tiffins diferentes cada dos días en mi área. Un tiffin contiene 3 rotis, 1 caja de arroz, 2 cajas de verduras, todo en cajas individuales para microondas. El tamaño de tiffin es muy grande y también puede ser lo suficientemente bueno para 2 personas. La comida es sabrosa y el menú cambia cada semana. El servicio al cliente es fantástico. Las entregas se gestionan muy bien y la ubicación de los conductores se comparte en todas partes. También recibe una llamada 5 minutos antes de que llegue la camioneta de reparto. Los propietarios son muy accesibles a través de Messenger y están felices de hacer cambios en el pedido cuando se les comunica con anticipación.

Ordered a trial meal from Tiffin Planet from their tiffin service. The food arrived after 9:30pm sighting traffic - really? during lockdown? The roads of London could not be more empty. The food looked and tasted stale. The curries were too spicy, chapatis were too dry and thick, don't even get me started on what they sent as a starter - dry curried vegetables were also hot. The next morning, my husband and I had diarrhoea. I would not recommend their tiffin service.

I had ordered food for 35 people on occasion of house warming ceremony. Food included two Poori, subzi's , Pulav rice and salad. Pulav rice was excellent . Shahi Paneer was good as well. . But rest of the things were not upto any decent standard. Poori was so thick that no one wanted to eat it. Channa masala was burnt . Quantity was so less that we had to cook rice twice at home and twice my wife told me to go and buy Curry from take away. Overall it was a disappointment as it ended up spoiling the whole experience. There were 13 families at home and most of them complained on Channa masala and Poori quality . It was my first experience with caterer but not the one i have experienced at other people's party (I have more than 40 indian families as friends and go to party at least twice a month).

I am a student at UCL and have been ordering this service for over a year now. It is an amazing service, in terms of price as well as food quality. Plus the variety of food keeps you from having the same food over and over again, especially for uni students. I highly recommend Tiffin Planet, especially for international students. One regular tiffin is enough for 2 meals of the day which is cheap compared to the typical Indian food found in other services in Central London. Great value · Delicious food

We had a lunch delivered to our training class. 12 meals, all of excellent quality and perfect for a lunch, coming in a box with cutlery. The food was full of flavour.

One of my kids is studying abroad in Central London for a semester. I was looking for a food delivery service to his flat and found TiffinPlanet. Both Harmohan and Harmeet who manage the company, are fabulous and responded to all my queries and very quickly set up the delivery service. Since I was visiting London, I got a chance to try the food out myself and was very pleased with the taste and quality. We have now set up regular food delivery every week and our experience so far has been really amazing. There is a published menu weekly. You know exactly what dishes you are getting and how much. There is an amazing variety and the menu keeps changing so you don't get bored. Most of all , they deliver good quality food, to your choice of spice level each week. We order vegetarian food and are very pleased with the taste and quality of the food. All in all, great tasting food, cooked healthy and delivered to the door step each week. I am very relieved and know that they have my child covered. Thank you Harmeet for all your help. You are wonderful!

We have got Catering done from many different places and had opportunity to get catering done from Tiffin Planet on recommendation from our friends. The occasion was 25th wedding anniversary with around 50 people invited. The food was of very high quality and tasty beyond words. Very hygienic and service was excellent. Mr and Mrs Pahuja were superb in services offered with excellent choice and variety of food. From starters till sweet dish, each and every guest praised the food. Piping hot food was delivered. We highly recommend the catering and the food. Thank you so much for making our celebrations special. Definitely coming back for more food on special occasions.

I saw their advert, checked that they can supply at my address, they also confirm to my text that they can deliver food at my postcode, they asked to wait for a week to start the food, they said they cannot deliver food on the day of the delivery because of busy time so they offered to start delivery after 2 days which I agreed and finally, 2 days later on the day of delivery they just refunded me money and texted that they cannot deliver. What a great waste of 1.5 week of waiting game !!! and it happened twice !!!

After coming to London i was really worried about food and initially started missing Indian food. My father told me about tiffin planet after loads of research here and there and now i must say i enjoy each and every meal as if it was my home's. Delicious home-cooked food and very punctual in delivering.

Me decidí a probar su servicio de entrega para el almuerzo por una semana y mi experiencia no ha sido fantástica. Pero el servicio ha sido muy pobre, concretamente en relación con plazos de entrega. La primera vez que inscribimos, recibí un mensaje de texto diciendo que la comida se entregarán entre las 11 y las 13:30 (eso es una enorme ventana de tiempo) - tan eficazmente que esperar y espero que se entrega dentro de aquellos tiempos. En el 1 día calle, comida no llegó hasta la 1:30. Les llamé y dijeron que la comida se espera que sea entregado entre 12:00 y las 2:00 y que se retrasa hoy a las 2:30 pm. Tuve reuniones regulares que me reprogramaron y no había señal de comida hasta las 1430 horas. Finalmente llegamos a las 1436 horas y por desgracia no pude recoger. Decidieron no cobrar, pero el calendario nunca mejoró. No un solo día era comida entregado antes de 1400 horas. El objetivo de tener una amplia ventana de tiempo se cuenta para imprevistos, pero si a pesar de que la comida no es entregada en el tiempo, habla mucho sobre su servicio. Así que pida comida a ellos sólo si estás contento de estar en un lugar de trabajo sin reuniones durante 4 horas - porque a pesar de que decir 12 a 2 pm, la comida puede venir en cualquier momento hasta las 3:30 pm. Y también debe tener la capacidad de restantes hambre para el período de espera para la comida para llegar!

We have been with Tiffin Planet for a few months now. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and very prompt. It's easy to use too! I have never once been disappointed or bored plus they do take care of any dietary preferences. It's excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!

Had a dinner to cater for 150 people. Tiffin Planet were amazing and everyone loved their food. The had quality service and were extremely punctual with their delivery, and delivered the food warm too, in vessels that kept the food warm for a very long time. The food was the best food we had ever served at such an event. Wasn't too oily either unlike many other caterers and they delivered food to cater for 25% more than what we asked for out of courtesy, which was really beneficial as people could eat to their heart's content and we could give generous servings to everyone. Tiffin Planet made this event a real success for us and I will definitely order from them again!

I have been a client of Tiffin Planet since a couple of weeks now. The dishes served taste like "home cooked food" and offer quite a good variety. Their service is impeccable and responses very prompt......... from the delivery person up to the Director. I wish them continued success in their innovative venture.

I was in London for 2 weeks on a business visit, and was looking out for regular meal (lunch, dinner) options compatible with my strict dietary requirements (pure Jain food). Of the 5-10 Indian tiffin service providers I contacted, only Tiffin Planet offered Jain meals. They require a minimum commitment of 7-8 meals, which is okay for someone visiting for a week or more.The food itself (4 chapatis, rice, and 2 dishes: one vegetable and one dal, typically) was decent. One would not call it extraordinary, but could have it daily for a sustained period, as expected of a tiffin service. The delivery was timely and smooth. The food was well packed and the quantity was more than enough for one individual for one meal.If I were to visit London again for a sufficiently long period, I'd definitely use their services for regular meals.Advice:1. They'd do well to stick to Indian dishes, rather than occasionally trying foreign ones.2. They could include salads, paapad, etc as accompaniments for additional value-add.

For canary wharf staff , its worth a try . we work and get really tired by night .so its good to have food delivered to you door step . taste can't complain , it home like .medium should more than enough for 2 ppl , curries are filled so will last tillnect day lunch .They are responsive on SMS , although would have wished if they can upgrade the phone app so I could see everything in terms of balance etc .Overall if your busy and can't be bothered cooking and need Indian food in se London . this place should def be tried for a week and then decided if it suits your buds .

I have just finished my 7 meal trial, I opted for the Punjabi menu.I am not into writing reviews but I am so happy with the food and the good work that Tiffin Planet is doing that I couldn't resist writing this.To be honest I was hoping for the food to be just edible. But I am so pleasantly surprised that the food exceeded expectations :) fresh, homemade, low on oil and spices, good quantity... What else can you ask for in 6£ !! Great work guys, a big thumps up. I am going to order regularly :)

We ordered home cooked food for our son with lunch in central London and dinner in west London. Both menus and food were different and had a lot of varieties. I spoke to the owners and they were very helpful, gave us information and were understanding at every point of time. Our experience was exceptional with them. Highly recommended.

Worst people ever to interact with. Extremely rude, unprofessional and indecent behaviour towards customers. They are thieves, never make an advance payment if you wish not to be cheated and treated like crap.

Horrible food and of the 5 days they delivered, delivery person left the food outside my building not outside my Flat. Which I didn't eat but still paid them. As the food could have been contaminated with anything. Other time when I was out of London and told not to deliver they reminded me of terms and conditions, that I should complete my 7 tiffins in 14 days etc. But that terms and conditions are only for customer not for them. One day they forgot to deliver me tiffin and when I enquired about 8:30pm which was already so late, the lady said oh the delivery person forgot to deliver????? Really and you didn't bother to tell me???And next time when I was outside London I told them to deliver food to my friend place as they FORCED ME TO TAKE THE DELIVERY OF TIFFIN RATHER Deliver me when I am in town. Even then they messed up and delivered at my address rather then my friends place. Inspite I sent 10 msg to remind them to deliver the tiffin at friend place not mine. One tiffin they haven't delivered yet. And haven't refunded my money either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

We placed a 7 day tiffin order and on the first day the food arrived late and it was cold. Then on the 2nd day we found a hair in the food, it was disgusting! We asked for refund and we cancelled the food but they did not give us a refund! Food tasted horrible! Do not buy food from here! You will get sick!!
