Restaurant at the end of the pier. Nice place with great views. Couple of draught beers but the rest are bottles. Some great pictures on the walls of old photos of Weston. Staff were friendly and polite. Beer was good. Nice and relaxing. Enjoyed my visit.

Twenty ladies from our WI visited yesterday. The food was good and the service from Michael and James was excellent.

Amazing service and lovely food. We had booked in for afternoon tea for a celebration and the staff couldn’t do more for us. Highly recommend and would recommend booking a table as it got quite busy for lunch even on a Tuesday.

We've always enjoyed coming to Tiffany's over the years, and this visit was no different. Lovely warm welcome, the restaurant was quiet with only a few tables occupied, so we were able to sit pretty much where we wanted. The table was clean and our service was excellent. Sadly, our fish and chip meals were anything but. Mine wasn't too bad, batter over cooked and sone chips dry and not nice but my wifes was not good at all and our son struggled with his. Now, if it wasn't for the fact that we were pushed for time, meeting up between hospital appts, we would have complained big time. I can't say anything else really as this was a complete surprise and definitely the first time we have experienced such poor quality dishes. Such a beautiful outlook and in a wonderful setting, shame.

Went here while visiting weston, we fancied fish and chips but all chip shops were busy so we decided to try Tiffany's fish and chips here, £15 but I can honestly say it was the nicest fish and chips iv ever had, the light batter and fish was so tasty, the chips and even peas were perfect, will definitely be returning before heading home as my 10 year old also keeps asking to return, big hit for me and the children wr arrived early and the scenery was just perfect

Lovely spot at the end of the Grand Pier. A wonderful cream tea experience followed by a Mimosa which wasn’t on the menu but the team made a plan and so appreciated. Great way to spend the early afternoon. If you make a reservation simply show it at the entrance to the Grand Pier and you will be able to enter at no cost!

I thought I would try the Pea & Ham soup, but after one mouthful, I had to stop. It was so full of strong black pepper that it was burning my mouth. The young waiter was brilliant and changed it for me (cake), which was so much nicer. He had excellent customer service skills.

Took mum to Tiffany's today for afternoon tea and it was very good. The service was nice, the food more than enough and lovely, the pot of tea was massive and the view great. It was good value and we had to have a takeaway box for the cake we couldn't manage. All in all we were very impressed and will definitely be back.

Popped here to enjoy last of the autumn sunshine. Home made quiche was nice 👌 Staff are attentive and friendly.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Tiffany's a few weeks ago. Food was really nice & fresh, service was great & the location was amazing. A special shout out to Kari who was so welcoming, attentive & friendly from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful restaurant found at the far end of the Grand Pier , Weston-super-Mare, stylish decor , with lovely Halloween extras and the very best panoramic views of the seafront and out to sea. We had a friendly welcome , great service with a smile. We had pre booked afternoon tea , and had a table by the window , always a good place to be seated. The selection of sandwiches was very good ,we had tuna , ham & cheese , cheese & tomato and egg sandwiches, a lovely warm scone , cream & jam and wow the cakes were very generous size, and big pot of tea for two. Plenty of everything. We had a great time and cant wait to come back again , highly recommended, thank you to everyone it was great.

Took up the Wednesday Deal for Pensioners...Fish Goujons, arrived 1 square peice of Fish. Coffee not drinkable, Egg, Ham Chips...lovely peice of ham. Pot of tea ok. Had to ask for Sugar, and the tea...after some confusion with the order.Waited sometime for the child's ice cream. Payed bill, Jess took some money off for coffee and no ice cream. Probably wouldn't go again or recommend. Jess was very pleasant.

Lovely atmosphere and great food. They were able to provide for my tricky eaters without a fuss! Fabulous service. The lasange was delicious and the fish my husband ate was fluffy and not greasy. Would greatly recommend 👌

Beautiful tearooms/restaurant at the end of the grand pier Weston-super-Mare. Staff were all lovely and welcoming, food was delicious. I had the southern fried chicken burger and chips which was amazing. 👌👌👌👌

Love this place , afternoon tea is fabulous well worth the money Excellent sandwich’s and nice selection of cakes , tea and coffee has much has you want Staff are very good and make sure you are made welcome and the restaurant is so nice with the lovely decor and views across the sea nice stroll along the pier aswell

On arrival waitress Grace obviously had an opinion of myself and my wife Sat down and started the order firstly my wife order a glass of water and no questions ask if she wanted ice and lemon in it Next came the order for her main course a classic cheese burger and didn't ask how the burger should be cooked when it arrived it was so over cooked it was inedible Onion rings were the same We then had to go to the till and were presented a bill for this When I suggested the bill and food we're both unexceptable offered a 10% discount again not exceptable then to add insult to injury a 20% discount At that point I said have you actually seen what you served At that point she just said is there anything else So I had to get the plate and show her As I got back all she said to us was JUST LEAVE My opinion is the fact I'm married to a Filipino was the reason for the way Grace treated us

****Warning**** We went here on a Sunday afternoon for a Greek salad and afternoon teas. The afternoon tea was ok but my wife found a small copper wire in the salad. We sent it back thinking anyone could make a mistake. They replaced it with another salad which my wife ate half of before finding what the staff called a 2cm ball of 'mud'. My wife really didn't trust the restaurant anymore as she thought it looked like poo. We left at that point as it was pretty nasty. The restaurant took 20% off the bill and took off the salad. We had to go to another place to buy another meal for my wife as she hadn't eaten anything other than a half salad.

Lovely afternoon tea served by very polite, friendly and helpful staff who made my birthday that much more special. Thank you.

Interesting place , you have to run the gauntlet of tacky arcade games and coin machines of the pier amusements to get here and then you have this camp chintzy dining room in the middle of the sea. We only had tea and cake but that was pretty good. It took a while to arrive but the staff were very polite. I thought it was great as was a little bit different, I could imagine an American style tea dance here lol

Waitress not very cheerful. No smile. Not asked if any of us had allergens. Ordered food and drinks. 10 minutes wait for drinks. 45 minutes waiting for food and was about to leave when food came out. The Fries were cold. Sent them back. Waitress said ill get you fresh ones they back out instantly and still came out cold. Fried wings were spicy this wasnt mentioned on the menu. Asked for dirty fries no spicy sauce and found spicy sauce with a chilli UNDER THE the BBQ sauce. So no allergen guidelines were followed. Waitress staff with visible piercings in and out of the kitchen. The chef with us said she would NOT eat here again.

Myself and the hubby treated ourselves to a traditional afternoon tea which was amazing, the choices of cake and the portion sizes were fantastic,I simply couldn't Finnish it all there was so much. The sandwiches were fresh and had plenty of fillings,the cakes were moist and full of flavour. The scones were still warm and so soft. We would definitely recommend going and giving it a try. The room itself is beautiful and spacious. The staff were lovely and friendly and to boot it really wasn't that expensive.

After fulfilling my inner child in the piers arcade we fancied a bite to eat. Food and atmosphere were great and the service matched that of far more exclusive establishments. All in all a very good experience.

Second time we've been here and been suitably impressed, excellent afternoon tea and a range of hot food that was also of a good standard. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely restaurant, polite hard working staff. For the prices, the portions were massive! As well as providing excellent customer service the staff maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. They really do work hard here and I can tell they take pride in what they are doing. Would definitely recommend a visit here!

It's not the best experience, to be honest. Several mistakes with an impossibly simple order left us a little bewildered. Staff friendly when remediating.

If you want a chilled atmosphere, with no rush, then this place is for you. If you are in a hurry, I would go elsewhere.

Location at the end Grand Pier is very good with views all around. It can get a little warm eith all the glass. We had the afternoon tea, which we found ample, if not too much, they will provide a box for what you don't eat. The price was good.

So disappointed at this venue, high teas and hot meals were served, hot drinks for high teas was served well before food…and only average plus one hot meal was completely forgotten…had to remind them twice! Staff seamed disinterested in their job and a bit rude. Sandwiches were only average just pre cut bread from a supermarket I suspect. Cakes were nothing special either and a bit too sickly. Such a shame as this was a good venue!

Great food apart from chicken fried bites wouldn’t try but everything else pretty decent service was good to start with but unfortunately lacked when it came to paying or clearing the table and took a while to get service to get more drinks

Had to wait a bit (45 mins) for food due to a party of 25 people before us (hence lost a star on the rating). But apart from that, it was nice to find a quiet clean relaxing place; and the food was really good with great size portions at a good price.

Service was good, unfortunately my order was incorrect which was rectified quickly. Sweet potato fries were over cooked and soggy.

We very much enjoyed our lunch at Tiffanys Restaurant. We ordered a salad with chicken, avocado and bacon but the menu offered a wide choice. The venue is very nice, it is located on the Grand Pier and offers a nice view. The staff was very kind. I advise !!

Shared afternoon tea with my children and grandchildren. We hadn't booked but were accommodated willingly even though there were 10 of us. The restaurant is spotlessly clean with an outlook over the sea. Although we only had tea/ coffee and cakes the cakes and scones were delicious. Tea was loose leaf tea much to my grandsons amusement. Good service, polite and willing staff well worth a visit.

So random you've got the tacky arcade and then enter this restaurant made to look very grand🤷‍♀️ but lovely atmosphere and views can't really complain just wish there was more gluten free option.

Absolutely shocking service, over an hour wait for food, Guiness is poured from a can. Definitely will not come here again. Can't rate the food. I haven't had any yet

Superb atmosphere in this wonderfully quiet corner (or end even) of Weston's pier. The restaurant/tea room has the all round windows giving great views of Weston Super Mare. The food was good and the service friendly and sharp.

Not busy at Sundsy lunchtime. We were served promptly and the Scampi and Chips was good as was the pie and chips.

Visited on New Years Bank Holiday. We were told there was a 30min. delay for food but after more than an hours wait, and with children running around the tables for the whole time, we left. Poor response from staff regarding children, and our wait.

Tiffanys Restaurant is a nice place to hang out with a friend for brunch. However, their customer service is so poor. The food we ordered took much time and while waiting we were informed that what we preferred (chicken skewers) was not available. We had to change to chicken burger. Unfortunately, my friend’s bun was really burnt. She couldn’t eat her burger.

the hot food was good but i found the afternoon tea wasn't that brilliant I've had better...would of been nice to tell us what was in the sandwiches as some people dont like fish in sandwiches & had to keep asking for more hot water in the teapot & only one pot between 3 people...will give it 3⭐⭐⭐

We visited Tiffany's today and was very disappointed with the quality of the food, the beef and chicken burgers were very dry and hadn't been freshly cooked (in my opinion) - the staff removed these from the bill and apologised but it took the shine of our day trip to WSM

Had a delightful afternoon tea. Great spot for families. Scones were to die for, staff lovely. Takeaway boxes available for left over cakes. Dad had the scampi and loved it. Bathrooms clean and working.

The star is for the lovely view and cleanliness. Sadly the service is so slow even when only half the tables full that it left a negative experience. We were not told of any problem or delay on food when seated and after waiting an hour for food I am writing this review. I had to go over to chase the food and still no sign of it or even a complimentary drink or apology. Lesson learnt... Eat else where and just come here for the view.

We have been to Tiffany's everytime we come through Weston, it's always a lovely atmosphere, delicious food and lovely staff. Today we were served and looked after by Paige who was so lovely, friendly and very efficient even though she was busy she was always doing something in the restaurant a very hard worker a absolute credit to the restaurant.

Had afternoon tea here. The sandwiches were delicious in freshly baked bread and plenty of them . The scones were soft and light and the cakes tasty and fresh . The staff were very polite and friendly and looked after us . Would definitely recommend going here .

Booked afternoon tea 4 weeks in advance for my mum's 60th birthday with friends and family coming to visit from across the country. Only to be told that our booking had been cancelled for a 'private event'. We only found out because we rang a week before the booking to check everything was still ok. They would've left it without even telling us. I guess it's easy to put money before family happiness. Definition of money grabbing.
