Ticca Tikka in Hackney

I went to this restaurant on Eid with my family. The owner of Ticca Tikka Indian restaurant promptly replies to inquiries and booking showcasing their dedication to customer service and engagement. Ticca Tikka ambiance was inviting, with warm lighting and elegant decor, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious especially the butter chicken and we really enjoyed the mocktails. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring excellent service from start to finish. With flavorful food and attentive service, I will be definitely be visiting again in the future!

I popped in after work as I have Monday night takeaway night and my sister recommended this place! Well I also recommend, the staff were amazing very friendly and helped me decide on the perfect order, while I waited I tried a lovely mango lassi drink and even got a discount on my order as first time customer! Now the food 10/10, ordered a mixture of lamb masala, rice, condiments, garlic naan and samosas. Everything was hot and the flavour was Devine!!! Every mouthful was made with a huge smile and I am even going back tonight for curry night in!! Thanks again ❤️

Placed an online order through Deliveroo at 19.02. Two hours later, still no sign of order being ready or delivered, complete waste of time. Tried phoning them numerous times, phone never answered. Not really tempted to turn up in person, as they’ve proved themselves to be inept. Poor.

Food was pretty bland not sure what I was tasting as there was no flavour. Ordered lamb buna at medium spice but there was no spice either. Mocktails are okay if you like them sweet. Very low music that it was almost no point having it on - felt like we had to whisper because it was just a bit awkward everyone listening to our catch up. Toilet was clean and modern. Please note this is a very small restaurant! Definitely not like what you see online (TikTok/Instagram). Also there is no/low signal. So if you want to switch off from your phone this is great for you 😂.

Really great and extensive vegan/plant based menu. They've made a real effort to make so many options vegan, and if it doesn't say vegan, many can be made vegan anyway. Really delicious and well presented food with great flavours. Highly recommend

This meal made our week… Walking in on the off chance made this meal even more special, from being met with the chill atmosphere to the kindness and passion and efficiency of the service. The food was incredible. We ordered mostly veggie, which at times we’ve found to slack in other restaurants. But here, it felt like a warm hug. So many flavours! And of course, excellent naan and rice accompaniments. I’d recommend to anyone the prawn pure and the presentation was so presentable. Thanks for having us! And my girlfriend said to give her warm regards to you all at Ticca Tikka.

We shared many appetizers and entrees between a big group of people. Everything was excellent. All of the fold was flavor-full and well portioned. Highly recommend

Enjoyed a delightful family dinner. Great food and service. Ordered the mix tandoori platter which is a definite must have! The lamb karai was beautifully spiced, with succulent tender pieces of lamb. Dhal makani goes great with the soft naan breads. Highly recommend a visit.

We had an amazing traditional Indian curry which was succulent. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The aromatic spices were fresh and the staff so polite and accommodating . The mock tails were the best we’ve had and The mango ice cream dessert was such a treat, thank you for a great night !! Our new local Indian!!
