Ti Amo is honestly the best restaurant, which me and my family constantly return to. From the exceptional customer service, to the cosy atmosphere, to the amazing food, I cannot recommend it enough! We are always thoroughly and consistently looked after, if that means receiving a birthday cake on Ti Amo's behalf, or being tended to by their friendly, polite staff. Their food is always unreal, by far the best restaurant!!!!

Brilliant food (especially the meatballs) lovely staff, highly recommend. If you are local you must give this restaurant a try!

I haven’t eaten here for over 10 years despite being super local. I can report that its massively improved. Its a bit dated but has a lovely charm and the head waiter is a character (in a nice way) I had the sea bass which was lovely and perfectly cooked and the boys had steaks (huge and again well cooked). It was busy but service was attentive. Couple of suggestions: serve sparking water and maybe a few more choices on the wine front (there is only 3 bottles of white wine to choose from). Will definitely return and not wait 10 plus years!!

Fantastic service as always by Alex and the whole team. Despite a packed building you always feel like guests of honour, without it being intrusive. Food was great. Clean plates all round with the exception of bringing some leftovers home.

We visited Tiamo last night to celebrate our daughter's birthday along with her husband and family. We were greeted by the staff and seated in a corner of the downstairs section which was fine. The waiter took our drinks order and provided a birthday cake hat for our daughter, which along with the birthday bunting above the table was a very nice fun touch. Then we were given ample time to select from the extensive menu. I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We have visited Tiamo on numerous occasions since it first opened its doors and the food has always been consistently good, exceedingly good. Also the manager and staff were first class and went out of their way to create a Happy Birthday atmosphere. Everyone in the party enjoyed the evening very much indeed and will return to celebrate again.

Consistently great food, always fresh, always hot and superb quality. Service is outstanding and Alex leads the team to deliver prompt but not invasive service. Been a customer for 15 years and it's one of our go too places for a great evening out. A+

I visited Ti Amo while on holiday, staying in Penistone. I booked a table as the restaurant had very good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I was welcomed by the staff and seated at my table upstairs. The staff were very friendly and worked incredibly hard, as the restaurant was busy and a staff member was on holiday. I had a starter (Polpette) and main course (Linguine Ti Amo), accompanied by a beer. The portions were very generous, and the food was delicious. I wanted a dessert (tiramisu - my favourite), but unfortunately it was not available. The waiter provided a free coffee following the meal in way of compensation. I will definitely visit again when in Penistone, and have recommended it to friends who live nearby.

WOW WOW WOW WOW I wrote a review about a year ago but felt I needed to do another as I truly believe Trip Advisor should now do 6 stars, just because of this restaurant. I live in the same town as this restaurant and truly believe we are blessed to have it in our town. The food is simply incredible, we are quite picky if the truth be known. We need food to be piping hot, we need food to be packed with flavour etc etc. We have been tonight for a celebration meal and the food and service were simply incredible. Way above what anyone would ever expect. Alex, the manager, is an amazing host and the staff with him are amazing too. They cant do enough to make you feel welcome and to make sure you’re happy. And the food, WOW. We’ve just eaten at 2 Italian restaurants in Europe on holiday and neither were anywhere near this level. We will be back very soon. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you. We try to support this little gem and local independent restaurant every couple of months. Food is exceptional .. Varied choices and great specials board ranging from sea bass to lamb as well as main Italian menu and some extra choices such as chicken pancakes. Staff are what makes this place. This is the only restaurant I have even given reviews for..it really is that special. Keep meaning to take photos but so busy eating it. Huge portions, always hot, great quality, good parking at the rear. Beautiful hanging baskets outside.. the photos don't do it justice it is a lovely quaint place but not old fashioned. The building is traditional and inside is lovely.

First visit to Ti Amo, but won’t be our last! The food was excellent, with a varied menu and specials board. The portion sizes were very generous. We had booked and ate early on a Friday evening. This place is phemonenal...there are not enough superlatives. Food is fresh, tasty, varied and huge portions. I had the Linguine pescartarian which had mussels, prawns and squid and I have never had so much seafood in a dish anywhere..even at the end of the dish I still had a dozen fish pieces and king prawns to the last moutful. The biggest shout out though has to be to Alex and his team. The staff are what makes this little independent gem of a restaurant. They are so welcoming. I have met a student who also works here and she has nothing but praise for the owner the chef and staff which shows how genuine they are. It was great to see the restaurant full downstairs and upstairs on a Thursday night in April. There are plenty of parking spaces at the rear. We shall keep returning to this place.

It's the best restaurant I've visited in a long time, and we'll definitely return soon. They cater to both vegetarians and vegans, with plenty of options for children. WOW . . . I’ve lived in and around the area for 25 years and until recently hadn’t been to this restaurant. I am devastated it took so long. The food is absolutely incredible. 5 of us have just been. We had a range of main courses and desserts. All were absolutely incredible. The staff were also absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were all happy. We will become regulars here moving forward as it really is that good. Can’t wait to return already.

Enjoyed a really excellent meal at Ti Amo. The atmosphere was great and a really friendly and welcoming service from all the staff. It was our first time going but the waiters made excellent recommendations based on what we liked. The food was high quality and plentiful. Left feeling very happy.

This is the only restaurant I ever written a review for..so this is my third review for Ti Amo so it just shows how much I value this little local gem. Once again we were made so welcome and the food including the specials are so tasty and very good value. The pizzas are made just as in Italy. The restaurant is mainly upstairs and it was busy on a Thursday ..which had a good atmosphere but no too loud for a conversation. If you have mobility issues or have a pushchair there are a couple of tables downstairs. Plenty of parking at the rear. We shall keep returning to this place.

I’ve been to Ti Amo many times and it is constantly great. The experience starts as soon as you walk through the door with a fantastic welcome from Alex and his staff. It gets better! Fantastic meal (as usual) washed down with fine wine. My wife was in raptures about both her meal and desert as was I. I’d highly recommend this restaurant

Food is exceptional with a great range of special dishes including lamb, seabass, scallops and steaks. Pancakes filled with chicken or beef and sauce are phenomenal as well as traditional Italian and thin crust pizzas. Staff so friendly but not over the top and they make a special effort if you are celebrating something. Prices are very reasonable..basically same price as most pub food today so exceptional value for a restaurant. Plenty of free parking at the rear and main seating is upstairs. Even nicer inside than photos on website. Cannot fault it as it is consistently good quality. Lots of people in tonight (Thursday).

We made a last minute decision to visit Ti Amo and I am so pleased we did! Thankfully they were able to find a table for us due to a cancellation and we were made to feel very welcome by the manager and his team of staff. The food was fresh and very tasty! It was brought to the table piping hot and served with a smile. Thankfully we had room for dessert and I highly recommend the cheesecake. Overall a lovely spontaneous meal out, our first visit but certainly won't be our last.
