Booked for my birthday to celebrate…. Made to feel so welcome, every single member of staff was amazing.The food was truly outstanding, I had the lobster ravioli and would totally recommend it. The restaurant is fabulous, clean and cosy… be back soon x

This place is really awesome, great staff, excellent food, they overcharged me by mistake and I didn’t notice. They rang me 1 hour later and explained that they had made a mistake, great people. My new local !1

experience – the food was incredibly amazing! The pricing was reasonable, and the portions were fab. The staff was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond. It's the best restaurant I've visited in a long time, and we'll definitely return soon. They cater to both vegetarians and vegans, with plenty of options for children. Just regret not having room for dessert 😂. Thanks for a fantastic Saturday night!

WOW . . . I’ve lived in and around the area for 25 years and until recently hadn’t been to this restaurant. I am devastated it took so long. The food is absolutely incredible. 5 of us have just been. We had a range of main courses and desserts. All were absolutely incredible. The staff were also absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were all happy. We will become regulars here moving forward as it really is that good. Can’t wait to return already.

Enjoyed a really excellent meal at Ti Amo. The atmosphere was great and a really friendly and welcoming service from all the staff. It was our first time going but the waiters made excellent recommendations based on what we liked. The food was high quality and plentiful. Left feeling very happy.

This is the only restaurant I ever written a review for..so this is my third review for Ti Amo so it just shows how much I value this little local gem. Once again we were made so welcome and the food including the specials are so tasty and very good value. The pizzas are made just as in Italy. The restaurant is mainly upstairs and it was busy on a Thursday ..which had a good atmosphere but no too loud for a conversation. If you have mobility issues or have a pushchair there are a couple of tables downstairs. Plenty of parking at the rear. We shall keep returning to this place.

Brilliant place, wonderful food, very attentive staff. Great menu, and excellent value for money. It’s a bit of a trek from where I live, but totally worth it.

I’ve been to Ti Amo many times and it is constantly great. The experience starts as soon as you walk through the door with a fantastic welcome from Alex and his staff. It gets better! Fantastic meal (as usual) washed down with fine wine. My wife was in raptures about both her meal and desert as was I. I’d highly recommend this restaurant

Food is exceptional with a great range of special dishes including lamb, seabass, scallops and steaks. Pancakes filled with chicken or beef and sauce are phenomenal as well as traditional Italian and thin crust pizzas. Staff so friendly but not over the top and they make a special effort if you are celebrating something. Prices are very reasonable..basically same price as most pub food today so exceptional value for a restaurant. Plenty of free parking at the rear and main seating is upstairs. Even nicer inside than photos on website. Cannot fault it as it is consistently good quality. Lots of people in tonight (Thursday).

We made a last minute decision to visit Ti Amo and I am so pleased we did! Thankfully they were able to find a table for us due to a cancellation and we were made to feel very welcome by the manager and his team of staff. The food was fresh and very tasty! It was brought to the table piping hot and served with a smile. Thankfully we had room for dessert and I highly recommend the cheesecake. Overall a lovely spontaneous meal out, our first visit but certainly won't be our last.

We have been coming to Ti Amos for years. Alex is a fantastic host, making everyone feel welcomed & valued- especially our kids. Friends have visited with us & found the steaks the best they’ve ever tasted. The portions are generous, good value & delicious. It is our favourite place to eat out in Penistone and the best Italian in the area.

Had a superb Birthday Family meal, we were made very welcome, and the birthday girl was made very special. And the food was first class, Will be back soon.

Wow what fantastic food and service. I had the chicken and bacon pancake and it was incredible and huge..just found enough space for a Tiamisu with cream and ice cream. They also made a special vegetarian linguine for our vegetarian friend and she said it was the best meal she had eaten in ages. Also visited this place in April for a celebration but a member of our party was suddenly taken ill and an ambulance was called. The staff were amazing and asked to be updated on her progress. Highly recommend this place it is such a little gem and encourage everyone to support such a fantastic local small business.

We were so impressed with our first visit to this unexpected gem that we now make an annual pilgrimage when in Yorkshire. The food is delicious, the proprietor friendly, efficient and extremely generous. After our recent dining, we recommended Ti Amo to an acquaintance who lives in Thurlestone and had never visited. Particularly recommend the scallop starter when available!

Visited on a Saturday night to a very warn welcome, shown to a table and left to view the menu, ordered drinks which arrived quickly. On the menu is a good variety of item which became difficult to choose from as they we all described to make your mouth water with expectation, we opted for Crespelle Ti Amo (pancake), Linguine Pescatoro, and Linguine Ti Amo. There was a little delay in the food arriving but was deemed a reasonable time as would be expected when prepared fresh. My Pescatoro was very tasty with a good sized position, the others in the group said theirs was equally good and all are recommended. For dessert we all ordered Crème brûlée. Unfortunately there was only three left so I had Irish coffee (and a taster of the CB) The CB was good as was the coffee, unfortunately it was squirty cream rather than pouring cream as seems to be the norm every where these days Then once we had all finished we were offered a Limoncello to round off a very good experience, Fully recommend visiting Ti Amo, I might add if when choosing a place to eat don’t just look at the exterior and walk on, its not the most eye catching exterior but the food and friendless of staff more than makes up for it. 5* gold

What wonderful staff they have here I rang to reserve a table I didn't leave a message but they called me back. Our meal was 1st class and the so was the service. We can honestly say it was the best Italian meal we have ever had. We will definitely be coming back.
