Reasonable food at Reasonable prices, pretty god for central London. Breakfast is good, good selection of foods and they have Marmite! The breakfast and dinner meal deal is good value.

Great food, reasonably priced. Can be really busy. Access from front door is no longer possible which is awkward.

It was awful. Dirty plates and tables. The restaurant is the one from the premier inn hotel. The hash browns were burned and greasy; the scrambled eggs were swimming in grey water and the fried egg was leaving a plunge pool of grease. The worst breakfast ever. PLEASE DONT GO THERE!

While staying here at the Old St site. We chose the meal deal which is breakfast/evening meal, and is reasonable. The breakfast is excellent, great choice and all buffet style, No complaints. However, the same can't be said for the evening menu. Firstly, the portions are small. I ordered Tomato soup and sent it back as it was luke warm. I followed with a Chicken Caesar Salad, the meat was grey and the salad under the hot chicken was miniscule. I ordered a side of fries which in turn were cold. A lot of this food is pre cooked and portioned within an inch of it life. They need to be a tad more generous and serve the food hot. This is a pity, the staff are lovely but one of them had no idea what Worcester sauce is..

Little tired round the edges. Food was pretty lacklustre but filled a hole. But then so does a McDonald's.

I stayed at the Premier Inn London Euston recently and I had a meal at the Thyme Restaurant attached to the hotel. It was a most enjoyable experience. The restaurant is modern with plenty of seating. I did not have to wait long for my meal to be delivered to my table. I had soup to start with which was very nice. My main course was the Fake and Ale pie with potatoes and peas. There was a small issue with my main meal which was that the Fake and Ale pie was not warm enough for me,so I asked for it to be reheated which was done promptly. This did not in any way detract from the overall experience of eating my meal which was very nice. There is a bar in the restaurant and the Premier Inn London Euston is attached to the restaurant so you not have to travel far if you are staying at the hotel! I would recommend a visit to the Thyme Restaurant attached to the Premier Inn London Euston.

Thyme restaurants are normally pretty good, nice selection at at reasonable prices and well prepared, I eat in these often as they are attached to Premier Inn hotels I stay in on almost a weekly basis but on this occasion my experience in the attached Thyme restaurant was not great. Food was good but the service was very poor. Waited 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken, & I had booked the table in advance, and I had to call someone over to take it. The waitress who delivered my wine before did not offer to take it. After the main course I was left unattended for another 20+ minutes before I walked to the booking/front desk station to ask for the sweet menu, finally I had to capture a waiter to take the desert order.

Great food for a reasonable price. We waited around 20 minutes for our food. I would reccomend for those in a rush or on a budget you get what you pay for.

Staff is friendly, but too disruptive. Waiters don't seem to have assigned tables. While eating my meal, I was interrupted every few minutes by different waiters asking the same questions. The food was OK but a bit bland.

Awesome place for taking some dinner! We took the sharing platter and I was pleased about it. The restaurant is part of the Premier Inn Euston- hotel, but I recommend this place for others too! 😊

If you want to experience genuine English afternoon tea, the British Museum Great Court Restaurant probably is not the best place to go to. My brother was looking for the least expensive option to experience afternoon tea in London and this place offered afternoon tea for 40 pounds per person, as compared to Fortnum and Mason’s 82. You get what you pay for as the saying goes. So for this afternoon tea, we got hot water and tea bags, dry sandwiches, cold scones and stale cakes. The service was pretty hard to come by. But the ambience was nice for a museum restaurant. For 4 people the total bill came to over 200 pounds including VAT and tips. Absolutely not worth it!

Nice hotel and staff were friendly and attentive. Room was big and even though it’s on the main road it was quiet! Gold member and got an upgrade to a larger room which had a bath as well as a shower. So close to the station too. Would stay here again.

We stayed here in room 304, a lovely smaller hotel in a very quiet location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing us with dental kits when asked and helping us to work the television immediately after asking for help. The room was very big with a lovely view out of the 3rd floor windows. The room was clean with the usual tea making facilities and bathroom toiletries you would expect. The room was well heated and heavy, thick curtains that closed well for a decent sleep. The bed was a super king size and was a little more firmer for my personal taste but a comfy night nevertheless. The breakfast was continental and plenty of it although we wasn't given the option for a full English breakfast other guests were but we had already eaten, so be sure to ask if you would like to add on a full English breakfast. Although the lift was out of use during our stay, the concierge was on hand to take luggage up to your rooms. The 3 flights of stairs were ok for myself and my husband but may pose a challenge for some guests, especially as the final flight of stairs are steep, spiralling, and with no hand rail. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return, especially as its location is about a 20-minute walk from Euston and about a 15-minute walk from the Aldwych Theatre.
