Shop is usually quiet and calm. Warm and professional staff called Lulu working there today.

Great place to chill out with friends a hot drink & snack.

Had such a pleasant experience was severed by a lovely lady called Samirah! She was very polite and went above and beyond, such kind staff will definitely be returning. The coffee was top notch!!!

Good as usual, however the scanner for Costa loyalty card wasn’t working and I had to go another store to add the beans to my account

Blonde female staff surfing the web on her iPhone whilst preparing my drink. Puts it in a paper cup and when I asked if I could have it in a cup she rolled her eyes. How can people not take pride in their job and not feel embarrassed.

Been here twice before and had been 50/50. This pushes it over south. Service mediocre and that's kind. Yes, Boxing Day but still. I said hello, nothing in return. Placed order, nothing. I presented my Costa card but she ignored it. It's best, if able, to try the pub next door. Coffee might not be award winning but they're friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees today. The place was absolutely empty, so it’s not like the staff was busy serving people! The toilet was extremely dirty and disgusting. Avoid if you can!

No customer service, I ordered 2 drinks, one of them it was peach ice tea, the ice was with a lots of black dots it means you need to clean the ice machine… disgusting. And I wanted to pay with my points, I told the lady I want to use my free drinks and she told me”you can’t use, because the system is not working” no sorry, nothing. Very disappointed

Hot chocolates were very weak, not sure there was much chocolate in either of them and served tepid. Had to ask for it to be heated up. Member of staff very sullen. Didn't smile once to any customers

Coffee was bitter (ordered a Mocha) and not hot....just warm. No snacks/sandwiches/pastries. Very disappointing branch.

It peaves me to compliment a chain but this Costa next to the Odeon (another chain, sorry!) hit the spot. Coffee excellent, choices of milks, fresh bananas and croissants. Venue clean, server charming helpful & willing. Absolutely no complaints. Even printed out online cinema tickets in coffee shop. The chap c 1.15pm on Sunday was great.

3 star and good enough for the location of it.
