Thyme Restaurant in Greenwich

Not surmte why there is only 2.7 rating but one of the best Premier Inn restaurants I've visited. Service swift and friendly, not stressed atmosphere 😎 Bela was my waitres and she contributed to 5* score

The Thyme restaurant is predominantly for people staying at the Premier Inn and not necessarily for passers by. Food is ok, with no complaints although I took advantage of the meal deal for £27 including breakfast. The breakfast was ok although the food was not laid out logically and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed.

A bit of a long wait but a reasonable fish and chips and an acceptable child's meal. It seemed that they were short staffed.

Bad food, bad service for a large chain. Visited and shown to the table, waited 20 mins for a waiter to come back to ask for drinks, got told they’d come back for the food order even though we were ready. Drinks arrived, food order still not placed. Eventually got to order food then waited 50 mins for it to arrive even after chasing. Staff disappeared for long periods of time, even with no one at the bar or front desk. Food was poor quality, over priced and I would not return.

Prima restaurant met een keus aan gerechten uit zowel de engelse als indiase keuken. De curry's zijn heerlijk. Het ontbijt is continental zowel als full english. De keuze is prima. De service is vriendelijk en behulpzaam ook voor iemand met een dieet wordt iets passends bereid.

The menu was decimated as they had no ingredients, we arrived at 7.25pm asked for table immediately and finally got served at almost 9.00pm. Breakfast was worse, had to go chasing chef for replenishment of bacon and eggs 30 minutes after buffet was opened. Very poor, staff could only apologize, I felt sorry for them.

Premier Inn has become my preferred hotel at Heathrow and I stay there a few times a year just for the night before flight.Until recently I have avoided Thyme restaurant preferring to drive to a local pub or alternate nearby restaurant. Big mistake. On my last trip I decided to stay at the Prem and had some of the best food I have had in ages. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and the food a revelation. I chose to have two starters and a dessert all of which was superb and amazing value. I fly again soon and I am looking forward to eating there again.

Inna my hostess was extremely helpful in deciding on a great meal. The black and blue burger had a great flavor and the French fries were delicious.

I spent a one day transit at Premier Inn terminal 4 and it was really comfy but the best thing happened to me that I ate at the Thyme restaurant. To start with the chief and the staff were of great help and respectful. They were welcoming and genuinely kind. We ate best food you could get after an exhausting flight. My recommendation is the steak....It is so tasty and juicy. Keep up the good work.

We often eat here and you can order from main menu in bar area for relaxed atmosphere or in the main restaurant if you like more formal dining or sit outside the restaurant for best of both. Menu has changed over the years but I would say you now have a better choice for lighter and the not so light dishes!! Great place generally for a meet up with friends for a drink, coffee and snacks too. Staff always friendly .

We were not expecting such good food so were pleasantly surprised to find everything was top notch. The salmon was cooked to perfection

Four dinners theres during our stay, they couldn't have been any nicer and reasonably priced too for London.

Eat here for convenience as I was at business meetings all day for few days. Expected better quality food and service. Staff appeared helpful but I think they were let down by chefs producing orders incorrectly and or management not having advertised food available.

We had breakfast, 2 adults and 2 children which made the price reasonable as children eat free. The food was fine but it was very busy and we found we had to wait for food and some of the things on offer were not available.

Ate here while staying at the Premier Inn. The food is nothing to write home about but neither is it awful. The staff were very attentive without being overbearing. I would eat here again if I was using the hotel

Great food and selection from menu. Staff very friendly and accommodating but service at times was a little slow. This wasn't a problem as we had lots of time to enjoy the food and surrounding. Food was great and puddings even more scrummy!

Really really excited about this fortunate discovery, Was accidental we stumbled on it just because we running late but considering it is a budget hotel the attention in the restaurant is clearly considerably high, excellent experience. Would actually return just for the restaurant.
