Pizza always arrives hot and well made. The topping is plentiful and always tastes fresh. Delivery is always on time would recommend this restaurant

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, I’ve never ever complained and now my young children love the pizza to continue a great relationship yet tonight is m gobsmacked !! I called to say the driver was lost and ended in a car park wanting me to search for him, I did as we all would direct him but I had to re-heat the pizza as it was just like warm ( as it ve said never had an issue ever) when I called and spoke to a operator he was simply not my problem and when the driver delivered it was hot? Unless this driver put his hands or fingers in the food I fail to see how this was true, when I said the operator are you telling me after over 20 years of custom you want to loose us? His response was yeah ( I spend on average 50 pounds a mont) this is extremely difficult and to be honest hurtful!!

I was given different delivery times and my food wasn't delivered by any of those times. Also, when my food was finally delivered the garlic bread was cold and the rest was luke warm but quickly went cold

Food took ages, it was cold when it eventually arrived and was very small and not worth the money. Very disappointing

I recently visited to collect an order, and I was very impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the crust was just perfect. The staff were so nice and friendly, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. My order was ready on time, and the service was excellent. If you're looking for great pizza and great customer service, I highly recommend this place!

This used to be a great place to order good pizza from, sadly they have decreased the size of the pizzas I've been using them for years and years poor quality pizza under cooked and measly sizes for the price, I will order elsewhere from now on. very disappointed 😞

If you want delivery don’t bother. They take your order and say it will 30 mins. When you phone them back 40 mins later as it’s late they say they never spoke to you and do you want to order again. Plus I heard their chef rubs his bum before picking up the dough

Guys please don’t order from here! As I opened my pizza after waiting ages I find a massive fly that’s been cooked on my pizza! Disgusting. I then called up the place explaining what happened to when the man was extremely rude telling me they have cctv and this isn’t true and that I am lying. Worst experience ever never ordering again!

the delivery was on time and I asked for the driver to ring me rather than ring the buzzer due to neighbours, for some reason when the driver rang my phone set itself to silent and I didnt get the notification, when I realised what happened I called the resturant back and the driver brang the pizza straight away, great service! the fault was mine and they still got it here straight away, will be using these guys again. great driver 5*

Cheesy juicy pizza, fast delivery and low cost

The driver was been rude becouse he can't find the address and also I run couple times becouse him to be easy for him on the front of the Morrison store and he didn't been even and there and all off that after 2 am... next time it will be easy for me to go straight away in the pizza shop not to purchase online and to expect my food on time from drivers like this one...thank you

Excellent BBQ Chicken pizza , I was surprised by the amount of toppings loaded on 🤌🏽

Unfortunately none of it was nice, very dry and cold, plus driver went to wrong address so it was late too.

I had to go to car as driver wouldn’t come to me not happy to be honest he was parked in a bay so could have come round but made me come

Everything was good except one thing, poor quality ingredients, pizza had no taste, kind of like chewing on cardboard

Food is good but delivery times have become very erratic over the past several months. Shame.

Very disappointed I have ordered with this company a few times now and what I can remember the last time turned up late now this one. The delivery guy is lovely and always apologises and tells me “ Sorry we are really busy” that’s fine and I understand that but when you can’t get hold of the restaurant and then start to accept that your not going to get your food because it’s so late I don’t feel that fair. A message/ call from the restaurant just to let you know that they’re running late would be extremely appreciated. Food is always nice but this time was cold. Not a happy customer.. which is a shame because as I say the food is always good

Scam. Somehow they are on Deliveroo. Took my money but haven’t delivered. God knows how Deliveroo haven’t removed them from the app yet. Shocking.

First time ordering from here as I’m at my elderly parents who never order takeout. I placed my order at 5pm Wednesday evening to be told they were running late. My 87 year old parents were so hungry. I rang the restaurant to be told at 5:35 it would be 10 mins. 18:05 they finally delivered the food. Never ordering from here again!

A nice pizza shop with a wide variety and wood quality. The staff is pretty friendly. Only suggestion from experience is to be very clear on what level of roast needed for the pizza. The large size pizzas are not always cooked perfectly !!
