I am extremely disappointed with your service. My order never arrived, yet the delivery status was marked as "delivered." I have screenshots as proof that I did not receive the package. This is the worst service I have experienced, and I can no longer recommend your app. It is unacceptable that there is no direct phone number for customer support. Customers deserve better communication and accountability. I request an immediate resolution, a full refund

Wonderful staff busy in their own world. To much attitude as if someone is doing favour for us. Food was not that great because it was ready and waiting for me to tell the staff to give our order 😂

I asked for the food not to have black olives and received my order with black olives I called the restaurant to let them know whats happened and that I would be claiming a refund only to be told I never asked for the item to be removed, after I explained to the manager that its clearly printed on the receipt that I asked no black olives because I was allergic, he was rude and I was made to feel its not his problem, its my problem. A total lack of care and attention to standards at this place.

I think I've outgrown the pizza hut pizza itself, nothing wrong with this outlet, but the pizza hut pizzas taste very factory manufactured now. The service was great and the offers too, so if you like this style of pizza you should definitely go here.

All the food was cooked perfectly it wasn’t too hot but it wasn’t cold either it was just right i haven’t had take away Pizza Hut ever taste this good it was like being in the restaurant

Missing slices, box opened and garlic sauce missing

Absolutely ridiculous service, only 2 waiters/waitresses for a busy Friday night in half term! It took over 30 minutes for a simple meal and they did not give any warning. The service was bad in general and cash isn't even allowed. Clunky phone menu and less friendly staff. Never coming back here unless they fix it. Heard Pizza Express is a good place.

I had a lovely experience at Pizza Hut Greenwich(Bugsby’s way) I was greeted at the door by Robert who was absolutely amazing at his job he made me feel more than welcome from the moment I stepped in! His customer service was brilliant he was so vibrant and energetic which is what you need in this day and age!

Pizza hut buffet lunch was delicious - lots of variety, well-stocked salad bar, good drink options, pizza replenished quickly so was always hot & fresh. Staff were friendly and attentive, and QR code order was easy to use. Literally only comment is that the ice cream pump was a bit temperamental, and would have liked more toppings (like gummy sweets) and sauces. But overall would definitely recommend.

I visited Pizza Hut after many years. The reason I do not visit is that I don’t eat cheese and was not sure that Pizza Hut could make me a cheese free version. I was served by Roxy, the manager, who made a careful note of my dietary requirements. She was attentive, friendly and very helpful. My cheese free pizza arrived with no fuss, and I really enjoyed it. I hope to return soon. Thanks Roxy & team!

Food was great as normal, however, it was the service that gives this place a 5 star rating. The lady called Sopna I believe. Her service was 10/10, had a positive attitude and was extremely welcoming and helpful during the duration we were there for. Please give her some sort of recognition for her work!

Was a lovley day out was very packed over half hour waiting on food so I think it's definitely good to book ahead food was amazing

Staff are friendly and attentive enough but no amount of attention could take away the car repair shop levels of grease atop and underneath our stuffed crust pizza. Not only did the pizza almost slip off the board due to the grease, the “dough” tasted like old cardboard mixed with fake leather, truly an unpleasant texture. The potential of the salad bar was dashed by the eye-wateringly acidic dressings, which must have been taken straight from the chemistry lab to the restaurant. To top it off, we spent a lovely weekend dashing to the loo from all the dodgy grease we ate. Fortunately our kid ate mostly from the ice cream factory so she was spared the same fate. Won’t be eating any Pizza Hut again after this experience, and certainly not for close to £50.

Delicious pizza, great fries too!

Food was somewhat slow to arrive, but there was one team member that made the experience really enjoyable and fun.. we visited yesterday on the 6th of November. He was behind the drinks counter wearing a grey shirt. Pizza Hut treat this Man well! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The pizza was really tasty and I loved the open salad bar. We also tried ice-cream but I have to say it was more water than ice-cream. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that it wasn't clean. The tables were wet, dirty and the toilet too. That's why we won't be back soon.

Went to have lunch with my partner for his birthday, the service we received from the manager, I did not get his name, was excellent, he was very friendly welcoming with a genuine good spirit. Even gave him a cookie dough on the house for his b.day, Great experience, will recommend.

I got the food delivered. The pizza was cold & not even good. Way too expensive for what it. Like insanely expensive.

Can't fault the food. Cheesy bites pizza was dee-lish. Service was atrocious. A clunky QR code journey. Staff unwilling to help customise order. Had to ask for cutlery and glasses for drinks. And of course the Garlic bread with cheese came out after the pizza! Whhhyyy?! And it's a real proverbial 'taking the ----' that the QR code customer journey prompts you to tip before the service. Which was poor for me.

The manager (Ahmed) delivered very good customer service to me and my mother. He was very attentive, he took instructions well and was very caring of all the customers who were in the restaurant at the time. Additionally, He was kind enough to help me wish my mum a happy birthday by lighting a candle on her dessert and singing happy birthday to her. Sublime!

Went in on Wednesday around after 12, and met Sam. He gave one of the best customer service experience I've had in London. The food was amazing the place was clean and very inviting will definitely be back. SAM well done for all your hard work.

Buffet was good value for money, premises were clean and neat, Food laid out well and constantly replaced, so we wanted for nothing. Everything worked well. Sam who welcomed us as we arrived was brilliant. Funny, attentive to our needs throughout the entire visit. Left with a full belly and a smile on my face thanks to him.

This is hands down the dirtiest restaurant I've ever visited. The service was appalling, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a decent experience. The salad bar looked absolutely revolting. Honestly, this location shouldn't be associated with the Pizza Hut brand at all. We're now going out of our way to find a different Pizza Hut because this one is just too dirty to tolerate.

The seating arrangement, the customer service, the food were all great. The music was also good. It was relaxed and lovely experience and we left with good memories after celebrating daughters GCSE results. Ordering online allows more time to chose what to have and not feel rushed like you do when it’s table service. The online experience allows the whole family to choose by themselves and not try to remember what they wanted when the server finally arrives

The nuggets were awful and dry and the portions of everything was so small for the price! All my food was also cold.

If you go when there is no specials on, it is eye wateringly expensive! Confusion if salad is free as a side (I think it is), because there is the option to pay for a salad main on the menu?

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever dined in. Food caked onto the seats, all booths were sticky and food bits were all over the floor, table and by the window. Where I sat I could see pizza toppings by the ledge near the window. The plates initially given to me had food bits stuck on them, and when I asked for a glass for water there was a red lipstick stain on it. Clearly nothing had been washed properly and I was very grossed out by their unwashed cutlery. Floor was sticky and the bathroom was a disgrace as well, it felt super unsanitary. Food is okay, pretty standard although the pizzas were a little oilier than normal. I would only get their pizzas fresh, the buffet ones looked very dry and unappetising as well as the staleness of the salad. Had a dessert but the quality wasn’t great either, I’d skip it. Disappointing and dirty experience, if you shut your eyes and pretend you can’t feel the sticky floor and food waste everywhere, then come here!

The salad bar was well stocked and clean. Our glasses came over quickly, as did our main meal. The food was very hot and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We ordered a pizza via uber eats this evening and the dough was raw! Uber eats said we can only contact the restaurant directly so here we are. It is the worst pizza ever how could the quality control being so bad. Supposed to be a nice evening enjoying pizza and watching a movie but it turned out like this. Half baked and the inside dough was raw…

Have been comming here since I was a kid. Came here for my 15th birthday and because of the pouring rain me and my mum were their first customers today lol. The manager is super nice and even let us pick which pizzas to put on the buffet and even brought me my own personal pan pizza! Im really happy and it honestly made my day. A lot of the reviews here always are low but I had a great time today.

Everything worked well. It was a good experience. From how me and my goddaughter were welcomed to how the food came over and how polite she was. It was a good experience.

I rarely leave reviews but last night (28/06/24), me and my partner went on date night for the first time in a while and we thought we would choose somewhere simplistic without hassle and went Pizza Hut before our movie. The waiter was so good to make us laugh, move us to better seats and engage in genuine conversation. I could also see them putting the same effort in with customers around them. I know how tiring repetition in restaurants can be but it meant a lot. Thankyou

the waiter who showed us in lacked alot of basic human manners and was rude and ignored our goodbye and thanks after we left the restaurant and was very pressing on the fact if we had finished eating as if he was rushing me.

Had a fantastic time at Pizza Hut Greenwich. The service was above and beyond, Tariq was very attentive and friendly. Very easy to order and the buffet was delicious! Took me back to childhood.

Came for the Buffet and got exactly what we wanted, good pizza, drinks and ice cream. Staff very attentive, they asked which pizza was my favourite that wasn’t there and then got the kitchen to make it straight away. Lovely experience.

We always go here as a family and really enjoy it. Normally go for the lunch buffet. Never any issues and staff seem friendly. We always enjoy it

Bit disappointed with buffet experience! Got seated, told to order online only, my man paid but they got quiet aggressive saying it hadn't gone through, but on his phone it said paid! Treated us like criminals, then we went up to get salad, it was OK, the pasta was more stewed than I've ever tasted and was warm at best, the choice of pizza was dire! There was dry garlic bread sticks, and 4 pizzas all with 1 or 2 slices! The thin Margaretta was Rock hard and totally like card board, then the pizzas came up, ham and pineapple, barely, and vegi pizza, that was the only decent one there, but being a meat eater I would have liked a choice and 4 pizzas? Not enough at all, didn't go up for seconds and wouldn't go again!! 😒

This branch was not too busy at the time I attended so service was quick and easy. Ordering from the table via the scanner app was convenient . Easy access to the salad cart during the short wait for our food to arrive.

Yeah not sure why there’s so many reviews on here about rude staff. They were great with us. Bubbly and actually dead funny. Only thing is the pizza. Honestly was the world’s greasiest pizza. Had to use all our tissue to dab the top. Then more tissue to physically dry the bottom of the pizza but fully dripping. Apart from that. Good experience

Had to laugh at the loss of business caused by their stupid QR code menu. A family from Europe arrived and had no idea how to order no staff helped them so after 15 minutes they left along with their money. I myself hate ordering on QR code menus so have stopped going as much as I used too

Avoid this place , we went in the afternoon. We ordered a family menu . The pizza tasted bland and no flavour ( the sort of taste when you ramp Down on ingredients) . They did not give all the items that we ordered even after reminding !

Don't come unless you are prepared to wait at least an hour for your food! Whilst the pizza was fine, and salad was as expected. The service was extremely slow, though they are classed as 'fast food'. There was no mention before we sat down that there would be a wait, and it was so slow we had to have our dessert to take away. Which they also got wrong, providing the wrong cookie and a brownie I didn't order. The only way of apology was an offer of a discount on the next visit. The manager's reason they were short staffed. However, this offer was redundant as I will not be visiting again. I have been to this restaurant before and it was great, however never again and not worth the money.

The fries where dried, the garlic bread was cold and had cheese just slapped on wasn't melted or hot, we ordered one pizza for pack and requested if they can make the pizza at the end off the meal before leaving but they made the pizza we ordered to go at the same time as our main pizza and food and had that pizza waiting in a box for an hour which made the pizza cold and soggy, the service was bad had to wait 30 mins before someone would come to pick our food up and bring out the desserts we had to go and ask someone if we could have our dessert now wasn't impressed with the service or the food quality from pizza hut

The buffet pizza was not very hot. Then when it got busy, the cook wasn't keeping the buffet topped up for a while. The manager served you well initially but you have the feeling he doesn't like his job. He wasn't too concerned about customer satisfaction. For the money, it was ok. Not great though. £15.99 buffet for pizza, pasta, salad, unlimited drinks and ice cream factory.

Over price Just for two pizza Tables were sticky. Plus, the floor bathroom was a shambles. Members of staff did not know what they are doing.
