Love this weatherspoons. The food is always hot and tasty. Staff are always happy and friendly. Tables are always cleaned quickly and empty glasses are take straight away. Cocktails are so good and actually taste of alcohol. Love coming here !!!!

SHOCKED! I went in with my mum, dad, gf and her dad on her birthday weekend as we was shopping. We visited at around 2pm on Saturday and my mum ordered drinks on the app. The drinks were not at the table after 40mins so I went to the bar to check the status, with my 65 year old mum next to me. I lent in towards the hatch to look at the screen to see if our drinks were in there (I’m ex Wetherspoons employee) for the pub manager Alfie to come up in my face and shout “gettttt back now and go and sit down and wait like everyone else”. I was shocked as we just wanted to check where they were after 40 mins. They were a lot of people complaining and getting refunds. I asked Alfie politely to not speak to me like that and I shocked that he shouted at me and my mum. He then continued to shout at me and another lady. Another female member of staff who was working the bar with glasses on was really rude to me and many other customers as well. I was then approached by one of the food staff who told me that they are struggling and they only had 2 people on the bar. She was polite and friendly and I told her that that’s all we needed to hear. I have never been spoken to like this on my life and the fact it came from the “pub manager” Alfie was shocking. Wetherspoons normally hold great professionalism with their staff members and I worked for them for around 3 years and never seen attitude like this. Alfie and certain members of the team should be ashamed and Wetherspoons should act on this. Please look at how many refunds were issued / look at the wait times during this time and you can see that there was a massive problem.

Ridiculously understaffed, poor folk working there have no chance with the footfall walking through. Toilets missing loo roll in multiple stalls. A bit crap

We were forced to leave by the bouncer saying you are not allowed to stay with children after 9. The bouncer had selective blindness as he couldn’t see any children on the tables next to ours.

As you'd expect, fair prices and fair tasting beer.

Very busy Wetherspoons but that's not surprising given the location abd that it was on a Saturday when i visited. Got served a very nice pint quickly and found somewhere to sit and enjoy it without too much trouble Nice and clean and bright with decent toilets

Staff (a big build African woman) like to walk past people and speak about them right in front of us like we’re not there, then scream at you as you confront them about it. Travelling so far to London, then to be hit in the face with this unneeded aggravation. This ruined my evening which was planned months in advance. Won’t return. I recommend any of the 50 food places in the o2 over this one.

It's too good and the food is real delicious!!

The service was so so so slow. We got our food relatively quickly (20mins for a couple of small dishes). But the drinks took over 50 minutes to get to our table.

Slightly a limited menu, but still lots of the Witherspoon’s Classics.. The restaurant was packed out and the staff were still efficient and friendly.. We didn’t wait long for a table And our food arrived quickly. Everybody enjoyed their meal. Family of five.

I like the hot wings. Burger is great. Chips... five guys are better.

Went hear as been before, 1 hour before Disney on ice so needed good service. Sat at a table as someone left and was cleaned instantly. Ordered via App which was easy and food in 10 minutes despite a packed venue. Just over £43 for 5 meals including drinks. Manager was cleaning table as leaving had a nice chat and commented how good food was being so busy.

I have just got home from eating for the first time in this place and let me tell you I haven't done nothing but be sick everywhere and other things got pic's I have never felt so ill I had the chicken wrap and my God do I feel ill

The vibes were good at this venue and the service was amazing, with special thanks to Ayo was really welcoming to me and my friends and made sure we were all good while eating and drinking. Big shout out to him!

Decent, standard wetherspoons, don't understand the low score. Fast service. Slightly more expensive compared to other spoons but still very cheap considering the location!

Very bad experience. The pub is still open, but the bouncers don't let us in - the time is 2320, and the closing time is 0030. The bouncers are also very rude.

Positively surprised by this restaurant. Quick service, good drinks and quite tasty food (for Wetherspoon).

More than expensive than other Wetherspoon but nice decor with plenty of spaces inside and out. Service can be hit and miss when it is packed.

Don’t follow Google maps as there’s no access at the rear of the O2. Very clean, smart Weatherspoons.

Went in for a drink 8/11/2024 my son went for a smoke left his drink The glass collector came around didn’t bother asking if we had finished and put bits of rubbish in his glass I told her he was still drinking it she just looked at me a vacant stare and walked off Won’t be going back there

Pros: 1. Get on the table, scan the menu, place the order, and get served in 10 minutes. 2. Comfortable sitting while shopping within O2 arena. 3. Food tastes above average. Not the best, but definitely not amongst the worst. 4. Purchasing foods with drinks is apparently cheaper Cons: 1. Okayish flavor. 2. Quick service. Expect no major smiles. 3. Coke with whiskey is not served separate, but served mixed. I think it is subjective about the ratio of coke and whiskey.

Fantastic experience! Despite being so busy, as a large group we were all served fast! Excellent customer service.

A spacious Wetherspoon branch with a great name, conveniently situated inside the O2. It seemed a little understaffed.

I recently visited this Wetherspoon on a weekday and had a great experience, largely thanks to the excellent customer service from Mia S. Genuine manners to their customers is quite hard to find in London now a days so when Mia S was so polite & attentive, I was surprisingly shocked as some people don't even look at your face anymore. So many thanks for your great customer service! The pub itself is spacious and quite on weekday afternoon so it was super chilled. I will definitely revisit when I'm around the area again.

Just your typical Wetherspoons really, nothing special

It's isn't bad, but I was a bit surprised by the limited menu options, but I was quite impressed with the service and the friendly staff here. I recently went back to this pub, and not much has changed. But because of the lack of food options. I feel that it's still missing some fans of Wetherspoon.

It's post pandemic and Standards right across the board have fallen unfortunately it seems, on the evidence given. And I am talking LOW! The reason customers are becoming 'more aggressive' as reported recently in the media, is because of the frustrating way they are being treated in places such as this, The Stargazer Wetherspoons pub at the 02! I met my wife there on 14th at lunchtime for a first visit and something to eat and drink and it proved to be the BIGGEST MISTAKE we have made for quite sometime. In short, our drinks arrived via a member of staff who then dropped the red wine all over my wife. Waiting for the apology she stood up with dignity and tried to pat herself down with a serviette but the offender said absolutely nothing and shuffled off returning again with more serviettes but still incredibly NO APOLOGY!! He did not even speak. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Surely that is a basic requirement in service when you drench a poor unsuspecting woman/customer in red wine, isn't it!? Not here it would seem. She then had to go through the whole day with that unsightly red stain on her jeans. I became angry obviously (though never would have if he had just taken responsibility and said a simple 'Sorry' in the first place) after witnessing this whole debacle playing out in front of me and my poor wife suffering at the hands of this unapologetic clumsy goonish imbecile and demanded to see the so called 'Manager' who, when appeared, began speaking to me as if I was some idiot schoolboy. No apparent basic communication skills, Yet another example of an inadequate Useless person fresh from some management course who mistakenly then think that life is just that (and panic when they realise it isn't and their glaringly obvious youthful inexperience, awful incompetence and inability to cope under any kind of pressure are fully exposed as he stood there vulnerable like a frightened rabbit in the headlights, desolate and defensive) shoehorned into a position of power and responsibility when this fraudulent individual, masquerading in the aforementioned job description, should certainly not be. There must be a very limited pool of choice currently for so called 'managers' if this is as good as it gets! He should obviously have appeased the situation and had the culprit apologize for the 'accident' that he alone caused not antagonise the victims/customers with his dreadful mishandling of the mess caused entirely by his utterly Useless uncaring and rude member of staff and making the situation far worse than it needed ever to become! A refund was finally and reluctantly delivered after much mayhem and argument (negotiated by my dignified wife) and we eventually left disgusted by the whole awful experience... Still with No apology though. That guilty individual had skulked off and hidden away somewhere. Unbelievable. The one saving grace was a nice woman working there who was actually decent and at least showed some empathy and understanding. The only one who did. Even the prices are extortionate for a wetherspoons pub simply because it is at the 02! We will NEVER return to this 'Trough' again that has zero atmosphere and feels nothing like a real Pub should and advise any potential visitors reading this review to heed this warning and also avoid this place and find somewhere decent nearby instead to spend your money (lots of choices so do not make do with this) where 'proper' honest and caring people still hopefully exist and treat the customer with respect and know how to actually do their jobs competently and correctly. Stay Well Clear from these inexperienced embarrassing beginners, total mess seriously... Save yourself the aggravation,..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 🤮 (and the costs really are all yours) 🧐

Immersive interior, astonishing atmosphere, quality eatery and a fast and attentive service. We enjoyed our Saturday lunch here, very cost efficient. As always, plenty selection on the standard Wetherspoon menu.

I decided to visit this place for lunch and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff were amiable and the service was prompt. I utilized the Wetherspoons app, which typically does not guarantee fast service at my local branch, but here it was exceptionally efficient. This was probably due to the place not being overlly busy at the time of visting. The food and drinks were served at my table within 10 minutes of placing the order through the app. The food itself was piping hot and tasted great. Can't think of any improvements based on this visit. I definitely plan to return the next time I'm in the vicinity.

One of the worst branches. We always enter and never asked for an ID when they should. We have been annoyed with 15 years old girl drinking and smoking there and no one has said anything. Last time we came and they asked about the ID we showed them the scanned one they said we cannot enter as they need the physical one. We have tried to explain for them that we have been here before and no one asked us for ID, if they have asked before we would’ve known now and brought our IDs with us. Then security guard was being very disrespectful and said he has never seen our faces we tried to show him bills we received by mail previously he refused to see. Manager was not helpful and did not listen to our situation. This situation must be rectified as reputation of the place is at stake especially with local and regular people.

Not usually a fan of Wetherspoons but this one was amazing. We visited midday on a Saturday and it was relatively quiet. The decor is lovely and the toilets, yes, they were upstairs, were spotless. We sat in the outside seating area and ordered food, which was very reasonably priced considering the location, via the qr code on the table. It was on our table within 10 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly, food was tasty and the portions were huge. Couldn't find any faults with this Wetherspoons!

The Stargazer is in the O2 arena. The classic Wetherspoon menu is unfortunately smaller than elsewhere. You order via QR code. On the one hand, easy. On the other hand, it is a pity that it is not always clear that some additions to the dishes have now been sold out (e.g. chicken with salad). I had a nice salad. Although I found it a bit smaller than expected.

Stargazer at the O2 is a bit pricier than your typical Wetherspoon, but you're paying for the location and the atmosphere. Despite the higher prices, it has a good vibe, making it a great spot to grab a drink before or after an event. The decor is modern, and the place has a lively energy, which adds to the experience. If you don’t mind spending a little more for the convenience and setting, Stargazer is a solid choice for a casual night out.

Was quite quiet, plenty of tables. Our group decided to stay inside but a lot of people went to the outside at the rear. Good and drink was ordered and paid for on the app, it arrived promptly and was very nice. Got a discount for purchasing food and drink together too.

Breakfast, not many people about ?

Great experience here - used the app to order, food was mostly fab, pizza especially, but panini was low on filling. Cold drinks were what we needed and the nice outside seating area was clean and smart and literally a breath of fresh air compared to the dark and hot restaurants inside.

An eclectic mix of people here… clean toilets though I ordered a coffee. The staff. Member could believe I wasn’t drinking and had to find. 🍵 It was either men on there own smoking 🚬 or couples getting drunk Bizarre

Lovely venue to meet family and friends before an event or shopping

Manager was extremely rude, we were sitting outside and he came out and shouted at us to go inside because it was closing, when we explained my friend was finishing a cigarette and we would move inside after he said ‘well finish it quickly’

Don’t work in hospitality if the staff are not able to be happy & friendly when serving customers. That’s your job. Breakfast was luke warm as well and it wasn’t overly busy for breakfast when we came. If you want to swap out an item because of an allergy, it wasn’t allowed, just had to pay the same price for less food which didn’t even arrive hot! Never had this problem before at other Wetherspoons. The only good thing was the hot chocolate came out hot! Shame about the breakfasts.

Visited before Peter Kay at the O2. Brilliant service one of the most efficient Wetherspoons I have visited.

First time experience of a Wetherspoon and was positively surprised. Liked the online ordering system and speed of service for both drinks and food. Pricing is very competitive for London. Atmosphere as expected was very generic. Music would be nice, but I understand this is not the norm at any Wethersppon outlet.

Went in looking for a table, as me and my friend walked past the pass a staff member turned around very quickly bumping into my friend and dropping food and sauce all over them. Staff member then slammed the rest of the food down aggressively and walked off. My friend tried to apologise as mistakes happen but was ignored. Had to walk around asking people for tissues being ignored. Not great customer service or attitude, won’t be coming there again.

Busy Pub I get that good for drinks that's a given but Food Portion 'noticeably' smaller than a regular Spoons I often frequent, Not worth the price and for a Spoons that's not great. Condiments station a joke really everything empty every Ketchup an Mayo 🤷🏼‍♂️ An wats with the teeny tiny kids Cutlery I mean REALLY🤦🏼‍♂️ throw in the noisy Coffee machine beeping more than R2D2? Wow good times a real treat there not.

First of all, there was no welcome or shown seats even though there were staff around and the venue was pretty empty for that time of morning. I ordered a vegan breakfast and made it clear I was vegan, only to be served a vegetarian breakfast that was clearly not vegan because on my plate were two fried eggs. I said to the waiter this isnt vegan to which I was told it was. In the end I had to get up and go over to who seemed like someone more senior to re-do my meal and not just remove the eggs as everything was touching. The food that came back wasn't great and I was actually nervous eating it as I wasn't entirely convenciced that the food was made from scratch. It was supposed to be a birthday breakfast with friends. Don't recommend! Horrified actually that dietary requirements/allergy orders are clearly not taken seriously!

Sitting here as I speak in my blsck gilet, just had the cheese and ham toasite with chips, diabolical service, the barman with the long hair is extremely rude. Had to wait ages for my pudding. Not happy.

Just had the ham and cheese panini as its my favourite meal ever, totally ruined by putting butter in it, I then ordered half a ruddles which was warm. I'm chilly in here but luckily wearing my best gilet to keep me warm, pudding is taking ages which is distressing too. Luckily Stickleback are playing tonight or I'd not be a happy soldier .

As much as we love wetherspoons for the last 16 yrs..the one thing we hated is the change that has been made to the five bean chilli on the menu..being a vegetarian this was the one thing on the menu we relied on and that has been changed and not for the good unfortunately. Please change it back to its original. Son had a buttermilk chicken burger and that was too dry(no sauce in it is whatsoever)

Came here to have a couple of drinks. Decided to order some nachos but were very disappointed with the portion and lack of cheese. We asked kindly if they could could add more cheese. However, the manager categorically said no and insisted on a refund instead? I mean where is the customer service in this? The complaint is with the manager and not the staff who were very polite and apologetic. I suggest, come here for your drinks only!

A really impressive Wetherspoons! It’s very modern and spotlessly clean, with a huge bar area and plenty to admire in the decor. It was really busy when we visited but the service was super fast and there’s plenty of seating, as well as some standing areas. As you’d expect it’s a bit more expensive than the rest of the chain but we left impressed! A great pub in the area.

Visited not long before lunch on a sat to be served by a rude and unhelpful manager, asked to cancel the order and left.

You just know what your getting with weatherspoons.. nicely presented, busy pub, serving simple cooked food.. evening busier when it's show time..

Shut off doing breakfast at 11:30 despite the menu saying 12. Staff just shrug and repeat same response when asked why.

Very nice wetherspoon inside the O2,clean,tidy and good service. I had the Ultimate burger 🍔 with, chips 🍟, onion rings and a pint of Pepsi for £13-81,very good value..

Sadly one of the worst whetherspoons I’ve been to. The food was slightly below average and couldn’t really say much about anything else. I got the buttermilk chicken burger. Service was ok, as you order from the table. Atmosphere was ok, big enough and enough space. Table was a little sticky. Not in a hurry to coming back here.

Not a bad place for drinks at O2.

Took a while to find because it was quite a walk from the O2 entrance, but it is opposite Mamma Mia. Quick service and lovely atmosphere. Outside seating and tables available. Smaller menu than my local one, but plenty to choose from.

Worst wetherspoons I have been in only half the menu than any other spoons drinks just the same and wifi does work properly takes your money but doesn't appear on their system this happened to a few people while we were there

Really liked this Whetherspoon. Visited for the first time on Saturday 27th January before the Depeche Mode gig and spent a good few hours in there. Really liked the decor and the garden area looks awesome but was too cold to sit out there. Get there early to get a table

Went to this Wetherspoons today, the food was so poor! Spend £1.50 for extra cheese to be graced with a singular slice on cheese that had been taken out of a packet and placed on a place. Also the smallest of jacket potatoes hidden with loads of salad so you couldn’t see an issue with the size

The food was poor. It was cold and a very small portion, not the usual for other Wetherspoons I visit around London. I do not recommend this Wetherspoons. Going for a gig in the O2? Better go for any other restaurant available there.

After amazing incompetence from all the bar staff including the manager we finally received our drinks after waiting an hour and then having approached the bar, despite ordering on the app, in a seemingly quiet establishment. Only to find out they had not processed our drinks and said they had forgotten, but they had taken payment from my account. They continued to pull up my order, complete it incorrectly and i did not receive any compensation

Despite the bar being well staff tonight, the service was extremely slow. Otherwise this was a wetherspoons and thusly, 90% of the cubicles had no toilet paper. I had to shake like Miley Cyrus just to dry myself from the experience.
